This Coffee Shop belongs to the category of Coffee shop.
Love this little cafe in the heart of one of my favorite bookstores. Has that cozy old school bookstore feel. Delicious and simple food, excellent coffee.
Each time I have food and/or beverage from the cafe, I wind up getting sick immediately after. Even with months in between visits, without fail. Cafe Staff are less than polite and act like you being there is an inconvenience. Cafe Staff trash talking people is a common occurrence. Makes for an unwelcome experience. If you can go somewhere else, do so.
This place was awesome!
Probably the best local book store in OKC. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend
Fun, relaxing, eclectic, this shop has a lot to offer. I've gone here to look for books I need for different things I'm writing, and always find things a lot of other places don't have. Definitely worth the book lover's stop and perusal.
One of the best bookstores I've seen. Another OK City's surprising gem.
This little cafe is perfect for catching up on some reading, meeting with your book club, small group, or old friends. Excellent and expansive drink selection, teas, soda, coffee, hot chocolate, just about any concoction you can think of.
Awesome selection of books. Floor to ceiling bookshelves as well make it feel magical and cozy
This is a book lover's bookstore. Coffee shop and cafe, cushy sofas and a fireplace. They host book signings. There is a loyalty program, and the stacks house an outstanding selection of books. Locally owned.
Music was great.
Everytime I find myself here, I feel I'm transported into a fairytale. Books to the ceiling, quaint coffee bar, children's room made of dreams, nooks (and corners) full of surprises... . It's a beautiful place to sit quietly and draw the patrons next to the fire places or buy a book. The prices are a tad more than other places, but you honestly pay for the delightful experience. Go and soak in the charm and look all around!
Fun local book store! Good cafe too.
Great bookstore! And I swear, I'm not just saying that because they stock a couple of my books. :) Seriously, good, helpful people, and nice selection.
I stopped in while passing through. I LOVED this store. I didn't purchase anything because my to be read shelf at home is too full at the moment but the store was quaint and perfect. There is also a cafe. You can't beat independent book stores.
Really good book store
Beautiful bookstore with cafe and events.
OKC's premiere bookstore offering Oklahoma authors and bestsellers. A great coffee shop as entertainment as well! A wonderful bookstore and more!
I love bookstores, any bookstore. New books, Used Books, recycle books, you name it, I want to read it. Unfortunately, I think books are on the way out, as everything is being digitalized so that you can either read it or listen to it over the web. I still like the feel of a book in my hand so, and they'll have to pry the last book I read out of my hands before they can put me in my grave.
Great selection, friendly staff, fun events, and excellent coffee!
This is OKC's most refined & sophisticated book store. The staff are friendly and intelligent to boot. Environment is charming and unpretentious Plenty of periodicals and newspapers from around the globe for every interest. A small coffee shop/cafe is perfect to peruse your Italian Vogue or Mother Jones in. Sure, you'll spend a few extra dollars but this kind of experience is worth it.
This place is the cutest bookstore. And they have a really good selection and are helpful too! They also have a little cafe.
Great local book store. Friendly people and interesting activity. Get their newsletter you'll find something interesting for sure.
They had exactly what I was looking for (Bob Ross book) and were friendly and w quick to help.
I love this bookstore. It is quaint, inviting and relaxing. I love the decor, and they even have a garden cafe. Staff is friendly too!
This is the most "book store-ish" book store I've ever been to. Attractive displays of themes of books, comfortable seating throughout the sections, rambling layout with delights in hidden corners (plan to spend time exploring), coffee stations in different areas to attract browsers - in addition to their pretty Cafe. Besides the latest editions by the hottest authors, they have sections for local talent, classics, and little known authors. Full Circle Bookstore is an independent, truly one-of-a-kind enterprise. They seem to honestly be more interested in their customers' comfort and convenience than making an extra buck. Which makes Full Circle Bookstore well worth another visit.
Books, staff, Cafe, food!! All outstanding!!
Really cool bookstore!
It's a maze of books with bookshelf ladders everywhere, cozy reading nooks, a Cafe and hidden play areas. A beautiful realization of what we all imagine a book store should be.
The best bookstore in OKC. Cozy. Perfect for reading or finding your next book. There is often free coffee.. and a cafe inside. There is sometimes live music.
The Full Circle bookstore is the most unique of Oklahoma City because of the attention to detail. They are a business that takes care of the customer. The atmosphere is like being at home wrapped in a warm blanket and reading some of the best books of your life. Full Circle, is my first choice before all the others.
Super bookstore. Great selection. Highly recommended.
Coffee was awesome book store attached was old school great.
My favorite bookstore to date. Great study spot with decent beverages. The atmosphere is second to none.
A book store staffed by people who read widely themselves. A very good experience.
Shelves and shelves and rooms and rooms of books with great service and a neat cafe. I found every book I was looking for except one, which they offered to special order. I was also told they host regular author readings and events. What a wonderful, magical place.
Nice little cafe inside the bookstore. They have good coffees, wine, neat desserts, and a lunch menu. If they aren't hosting an event, it is a nice place to sit quietly to get work done or read. The prices are pretty normal for a cafe. The staff is polite and friendly. However, they do often have events in the evenings that may make it crowded for anyone just looking for a lonely corner. I do recommend attending their events - they frequently have live music, community discussions, and book signings. The design of the bookstore and cafe is gorgeous, and is the perfect backdrop for classical instruments and indie musicians to perform in an intimate setting.
Oh, my! You could spend days looking through the shelves! Wonderful selection and very organized. The shop itself is lovely. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Lots of spots to read and a nice coffee shoppe right there. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to buy books, have lunch, and visit with your favorite writers!
Went for Harry Potter trivia. Even though it was packed they did a great job of taking care of everyone and keeping everyone happy and finding room for everyone. This is the third event I've gone to here and I've enjoyed it every time. Great books & great café. Would just like to see more dairy free and gluten free options.
Oklahoma City just keeps offering new gems! This might be my favorite bookstore ever. In a city which had continually introduced me to fascinating stories, interesting people, and unusual places worthy of widespread recognition, this bookstore somehow managed to combine all three into a single memorable experience. One in which I admit to indulging more than once at this point. The prices aren't bad and the selection is excellent—especially with regard to Oklahoma, its history and local authors—but it's really the engaging staff that makes this little cultural treasure, tucked away inside an ever-shrinking mall, worth visiting. That and the talented musicians who ply their trade here every few nights for anyone who cares to stop in, grab a novel and some biscotti, and just enjoy some good rock-country fusion with gaelic polka influence. Heavens above, have you ever heard of anything so wonderful? I hadn't! I can highly recommend this wonderful store to anybody who love reading, kind people, interesting stories, learning about Oklahoma, good music, yummy coffee, or...well, anybody at all! And don't forget to visit Pearl the buffalo before you leave!
This is a gem of a bookstore, and I'm so glad it has persisted through the years despite the nearby presence of large chain stores like Barnes & Noble. Full Circle is beautiful and welcoming, with lots of chairs and benches for reading (in the store and not just the cafe area), free coffee for patrons, a couple of fireplaces, and of course a wonderful selection of books. They play quiet, unassuming music except during evenings when there is sometimes live music in the cafe. All the staff are very nice and helpful as well. I'm always happy to come read here and give this store my business.
I love their London fog tea
This is a high end store, for purchasing new books, lots of great spaces to browse and find new things, they don't seem to believe in sales or clearance prices, but they are well curated and the store has a lot of charm that makes you want to browse. My first grader loved the children's selection. Located inside 50 penn place, it's practically the biggest draw left to a really classy shopping experience. You can tell that this store and the 50 penn place shopping center do not want to lose their upper crust sophistication, but it's the bargin shoppers that visit brick and mortar stores, and the empty spaces inside 50 penn place is an eri omen as you browse the meager clearance selection.
I love this place!! If you are a book lover, then this place is a must. If you're not, it's still lovely. Inside also holds a nice cafe that serves good lunch, coffee, and various drinks. All in all a very nice place to spend some time.
Cozy bookstore that feels welcoming and like you can get lost inside for hours. I don’t like the cafe and the latte I had wasn’t made well. But for the books and the experience this is THE spot to go!
I just found my new favorite hiding spot! Such an amazing atmosphere! This place has an old time feel with ladders to reach books on unreachable shelves. Full circle also has a small cafe. I didn't get a chance to see the menus or pricing though. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knew right where everything I was looking for was located. My daughter loved the children's section. There is comfy seating all over and at least two fire places. I saw people using their laptops so, wifi must be available. I can easily see myself sitting by the fireplace reading for an hour or two anytime I feel I need a getaway.
Meet here once a month with friends. Really enjoy the live ensemble & great coffee @ the cafe.
Great books and coffee
Full Circle is the best bookstore have ever been to. They have a coffee shop attached. A kids area. Best of all... books! Everywhere! Organized of course. The staff is delightful. The environment is perfect. Can't say enough great things about this place, I'll definitely be back!
Wonderful selections and prices on everything. Staff is cheerful and helpful. I go at least once a week to check out the new stuff and they always have something that catches my eye. Wish they had one closer to me but I can make due with the drive considering how great the place is.
Love books come here they have a great little café too so you can come here find a book then have a snack !
Great selection of books - local as well as n'tl and int'l known authors. Kat, my "bookista" provided friendly and personal service w/a smile. The "bestest" discovery was the cafe that served scrumptious baked goods, deli sandwiches, meat/cheese/fruit compilations, gelato and yes, WINE! This is definitely one to return to.
Interesting with live music.
A great independent bookstore with lots of variety and a great atmosphere (my wife loves the wooden ladders on rollers to reach books up high). Very large selection for an independent. Lots of books about and by Oklahomans. I appreciate that they don't just carry pop bestsellers like larger retailers. They were the only store in the metro where I could find Ethics by Spinoza. I also found a great graphic novel about the dustbowl. Prices are full retail, but they do offer discounts on some sale items and they have an educator discount.
When you are in Oklahoma, no offense to Oklahomans, but a good book store seems to be a rarity, and this one is good! We attended a book signing there and were able to listen to the enlightened owner who aims to do what he can to raise the cultural awareness of Oklahomans and support the state. I was impressed and want to spend a lot more time there.
Beautiful store, nice employees to talk with. Definitely one of my favorite places to go despite not being able to go there often.
This bookstore is AMAZING. If you're visiting OKC, go see it. The atmosphere is amazing, and they've got a large selection.
This place is magical. I could mill about the rooms for hours. The staff is always kind and helpful.
We love visiting and supporting this really cool independent book store. Their cafe has good, healthy options, too.
Music was great the coffee was poorly.
What a great bookstore! I love the tall bookshelves with ladders. I'm so glad I stopped by.
Seriously devastated that I didn’t find this place sooner. Incredible selections and the little cafe is adorable and delicious!
An inviting bookstore with a food and visiting area, like a cafe
We love this place
I appreciate all of the author events they host. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly
Nice atmosphere. A great section of kids books!
Wow wonderful atmosphere. Great place to browse, read, study, or relax.
It's a wonderful bookstore and has many great books and a cafe. This is my favorite bookstore.
One of the few remaining local bookstores. Should be treasured. They have poetry and music events often that I have always enjoyed. Pretty good selection of books and probably the best place to buy Oklahoma-based books.
This is probably the best and most extensive book store you will find in OKC.
Interesting collection/store for booklovers. Check it out just so you have it as a resource.
Beat independent book store between Dallas and Chicago.
The best place in Oklahoma City to get a book and a coffee. Bookies run the store and as such, you're always in good hands when looking for a selection or getting into small talk.
My favorite book shop in OKC. You should buy local with these folks. They have numerous cozy chairs next to fireplaces and a quaint little cafe that serves delicious lunch and beverages. Get yourself a glass of wine while you waste away the evening in a book next to a fire.
Wonderful, beautiful bookstore. Live music on some evenings is also lovely. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere.
Groovy
One of the great book stores. We appreciate full circle bringing Jimmy Webb back to Oklahoma for a book signing.
When did you first discover Tolkien? War and Peace? Douglas Adams? At a bookstore? We’ll crank up the SUV And head over here! Great store, wonderful atmosphere helpful staff. A well lighted lace for books indeed! And a great big eclectic selection. Check out the set of “Very Short Introduction” books. Another gem store.
Awesome book store, healthy food choices, super friendly folks. Their Harry Potter Trivia night was very well done and worth the 4 hour drive to attend!
I LOVED Full Circle Bookstore when I lived in OKC. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic, the atmosphere of the shop was calming and relaxing, and they have some really interesting books in stock. I also got what has turned into my very favorite journal of all time. I wish they moved to Tulsa with me. :p
Nice, independent bookstore. Really neat atmosphere. It's a dying breed. There should be more of these!
Wonderful food, while being surrounded by friendly people and a great atmosphere
The BEST bookstore and more. Author events, signings. Nicest staff. Atmosphere. Live music. Story time for the kids. Coffee, wine, gelato, cafe foods available.
I tend to lose myself in bookstores, and Full Circle is no exception. They have sections on almost everything, from children's books to world philosophies, including Oklahoma authors and themes. The cafe is also worth checking out.
Love this place! Great selection, lots of places to sit and read. Nice coffee shop with free Wi-Fi.
Customer friendly
It's a comfy classic bookstore. Lots of sitting. Comfy corners and nooks. Friendly staff. It has a great children's area. Fireplaces in almost every room. You can have a snack or lunch. Think of a sweet bookstore in NY but the kindness of Oklahoma. Entertainment on Saturdays. I just can't say enough how I love this place.
Cozy and quiet. Super love the ladders by the bookshelves, it’s the dream “library”.
The Yukon Writer's Society was invited to attend the First Ink book signing today. I am so honored to be included in our anthology, Shivers in the Night. Even the owner, Jim Tobert, came by and introduced himself. Thank you to the staff and visitors. Such a pleasant place to spend an afternoon.
Busy well lit and totally stocked
In my opinion, Full Circle Bookstore is the most Oklahoma author friendly book seller in the city. Stroll down any aisle and you're sure to find any number of local authors populating the shelves. Check in the schedule for live music, poetry readings, and often times wine and cheese tasting venues. One of my favourite bookstores. I would give my review 5 stars, however, some of the staff think Full Circle is the Rodeo drive of book stores.
This place is so cozy and remarkable. Great food and lovely staff. If you're looking for a great, comfortable vibe to have coffee and discussion, this is the best place in OKC to go! Only complaint I would make is that the bathroom is all the way across to the other side of the mall.
Always a great experience. Best bookstore around.
Try the Duet and Gelato! Magnifique!
Great ppl work here
This bookstore will leave you with the impression that every book was thoughtfully selected and organized. Their cozy multi-room layout allows them to house a great selection while maintaining a smalltown bookstore feeling. The cafe is great, too. Full Circle is a great place for everything from quiet study sessions to intimate date nights to small group book clubs!
Designed for relaxed reading and shopping. Coffee corner quite cozy.
This is a great local bookstore with super service if they don't have the book they'll order it for you I can ask for a nicer place
Beautiful place, nice nooks to spend some time reading, stocks some local publishers and authors (could expand on this a little). Has regular book signings. Prices are a little on the high side though. Had a pretty bad experience at the Bruce Campbell book signing. While some of the issues were caused by Mr. Campbell's staff, Full Circle's staff could have handled it much better.
This place is lovely. The store itself is sort of whimsical with a winding layout and tall shelves with ladders. The cafe has a great selection of food and drinks, and the live music is always wonderful.
Friendly staff and good selection of book. Good coffee to!
Love exploring all the cubbys. Saturday morning story time is great for younger kids!
Awesome selection.. nice venue as well
What a wonderful and unique bookstore! We were visiting family in Yukon and found your store through an internet search. Great selection of books and such friendly staff. My soon to be 2 year old had a blast playing with the train table while we picked out some books for him. So very glad we made your bookstore part of our vacation!
Every time I went up to the counter for assistance the register workers ignored me and talked to the people behind me instead. When adults ask why teens don't read I will tell them of this horrible trip.
Very nice bookstore.
Friendly staff and great selection. I love spending time here.
It was a fun bookstore lots of Kid’s books
I found everything I needed right there and the food was terrific I'm taking a class soon and the patio is a quiet place to study thank you full circle!
This store was GREAT! I had so much fun exploring a traditional book store. I also visited the children's section and it was incredible. It was a bit crowded and scattered in topic, but this is one of my favorite books stores.
I have lived in Okc my whole life and never visited this hidden gem until today! Loved it! So unique with great selection of books, good customer service, and great ambience!!!
Delightful shopping experience in a shop that's a nice-size, not too big or commercial. This is s book lover's shop.
Great bookstore with a cafe and all kinds of reading nooks! I love their selection of Oklahoma books!
Best bookstore ever. Knowledgeable staff, cozy atmosphere, great music on weekends, and a cafe.
The staff was not friendly AT ALL. Not impressed. I asked one where the restroom was and she loudly and shortly told me at the other end of the mall. It was quite embarrassing. The book store is neat and has a great kids section.
Just a perfect building to spend your day in, surrounded by books.
Lovely atmosphere, will order anything they don't have in their already large stock.
Generally friendly staff and a fair selection of reading material with a cosy atmosphere.
Best kept coffee and lunch secret. They even serve beer and wine from a proper bookstore environment.
Local bookstore that feels like it came straight out of an old movie. Everything a bookstore should be. A few extra bucks per book is well worth the charm, atmosphere, and service. If you have little ones you don't want to miss story time every Saturday morning.
I've lived in OKC my whole life and had never been here until recently! But sooo cute. Absolutely loved it. And great coffee.
Neat little upscale bookstore & cafe.
This place is amazing
good selection and offers live music on ocassion
Love this place. The chicken salad salad is the best. Get it with basil vinaigrette!
Favorite book store and cafe. Thrilled to have an enduring independent bookstore in our area that offers the latest and most interesting books. Plus, a fireplace and couch to enjoy their books!
This place was super cool. We went for a poetry reading which apparently happens every Sunday afternoon so check that out. They have books everywhere, go figure, but they're arranged nicely so you feel like your Belle in the beasts library. They also have a nice cafe area that serves coffee and wine.
Above it says that people typically spend up to 2 hours here. I've spent much more. There are so many good books here that a chain bookstore wouldn't carry. Plus in the wintertime the fireplaces are warm and relaxing.
Great bookstore, it really is an interesting place to go for books and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their chosen medium!
A fantastic bookstore with an eclectic selection. The tea room is quite nice. One should always pay attention to what guest speakers and authors they have in otherwise you are sure to miss some wonderful someone or another.
If you're looking for both the liberal and the conservative elite having a good conversation, this is the place. I'm kidding. Mostly anyway. They have a great selection of books, more local authors and topics than any other store I know of. The little Cafe is nice too. The staff has always been helpful.
Excellent local book store! Great selection of books not seen at national chains
My finance and friends were planning on exchanging book on Christmas Eve and we had walked in and ordered the book we could get in store and SPECIFICALLY asked if the book could be here by or before Christmas eve and they said yes so for every day for the past TWO WEEKS we've checked in on it and every time they've reassured us that its be here and we soon found out that no the book wouldn't show up for another FOUR MONTHS. The excuse we got was Oh well the distributor is backordered sorry they were backordered before you placed your order. They've had plenty of time to tell us before hand. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere next time.
Cozy! Full Circle is so unlike the big box store. It's like a library, not a retail shop. There are fireplaces and comfy chairs and free coffee. Not to mention live entertainment on weekends. It's a very restful place.
Quite atmosphere, good food. Had the quiche.
Great food, beverages & atmosphere
Called ahead and they had the book I was looking for! Great atmosphere.
Sad they did not have a recently released book I was looking for. They did offer to order it but would not arrive in time.
(Some of this is from my other review) Full circle has a very chill environment. It has all the tells of an old bookstore, along with a great selection. In the antechamber there's a cafe too, so you can really let your hipster flag fly. They also have dedicated parking. Last time I was there I bought "To be a Machine", "Revenge of the Analog", And "The Essential Rumi" Really, its the best bookstore in the OKC Metro area.
Awesome bookstore. I'd be there every day if I could
I love the classic feel of this bookstore. Fireplaces and reading nooks abound and there's something great about a bookstore that has rolling ladders. It's so quaint and cozy.
This is a beautifully appointed cozy and friendly place, I love it. I always feel like I would want my personal library to resemble this store if I ever get rich.
Independent book store with knowledgable staff. Fine barrista, b'fast and lunch cafe, cozy seating indoors, garden seating outdoors. A haven for readers of all preferences. Great Oklahoma artist cooperative gallery just next door. A gem in the City.
Went there to see Laurell Hamilton..for a book signing. Thank you so much for bringing her to OKC
My favorite bookstore and the stuff every book-lover's dreams are made of. This is my magical wonderland local favorite. The staff is so helpful and the interior makes this one of my favorite places to want to spend time. The cafe makes it even more enticing because you can always have some tasty treats while shopping. The book selection is wonderful and worth paying a little extra for since this is an Oklahoma landmark and local treasure.
Best selection of books in the city, great atmosphere, love the live music on Friday nights. Highly recommend the classic Lit section.
Great bookstore with a really nice selection of books, both fiction and nonfiction. Every time we've been the staff has been helpful and there's often something going on, like a string quartet playing or a poetry slam. Best bookstore in the OKC area for sure.
Good selection - helpful, courteous staff
Friendly staff! There was a folk band playing today! With a flutist. It was awesome!
Perfect place to chill and relax or do some homework. Many places to sit by yourself or with a friend and very clean and organized. And has a nice cafe spot too.
Large store with a cozy feel. They have a point system so it pays to use them, also an attaced coffee shop never hurt anyone.
Christmas shopping at my longtime favorite bookstore.
Good veriety of books
Attended a community meeting there. Excellent facility. Outstanding book store. Well organized, helpful staff, clean, great book selection.
The best bookstore in the state. Fireplaces, rolling ladders, a lovely cafe, and a great selection of books.
Very cool environment, really cozy, picturesque, and an excellent date idea. Walked inside to hear music which I thought were playing through a speaker system but turned to notice there was an actual group of musicians playing strings. I don't read as much as I'd like to so I can't give much of a review from an avid reader's perspective, but I very much enjoyed my time browsing the shelves.
Beautiful shop and wonderful collection of books. Staff is great.
