Best coffee shop in all of North Carolina. They not only serve hot and iced coffee but also frappes, protein shakes, weight watchers, non coffee milkshakes, slushies/shaved ice, pastries, brownies, cakes, granola bars, and canned sodas. A MUST VISIT on any tourist list or just while passing through. Good strong Christian environment. Staff is friendly and hard working. Shop is clean and very cutely decorated! You have have HAVE to try it out!!

I brought my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to The Holy Grind. We were at the China Grove Community Center playground when we met Sara (h), the barista, who invited us to come. She had been walking her little dog. What a delightful experience we had. Great coffee, milkshake, and fellowship; I'm going to bring more of my family here!

Yummy specialty coffees & smoothies...but I absolutely love the Christian theme that runs throughout...from the music playing in the background to the decor and all the wall displays and reading materials available! Love the comfy seating inside and the outdoor patio area, too! Just love everything about the Holy Grind and it is always a treat when I am able to go!

A Gem of a coffee shop in China Grove, NC. Delicious coffee and custom drinks. Great selection of fresh pastries, muffins and scones that look far better than what you'd get Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and prompt. If your not getting your coffee to go, you have lots of welcoming spaces to relax or plug in and get some work done.

The coffe is really good, but it's the atmosphere and the people that make this hidden treasure so special!!! The drive down Main St into historic China Grove make this trip so fun, and once you get there, you'll love the small town feel of The Holy Grind. They have live music, an outdoor patio, a reading nook, a small area for children to relax, and of course Jesus!!! You can feel His love in everything they do there! Its amazing!!! Love love love!!!

I consider myself a coffee connoisseur, and being that we are on the road a lot I get to experience LOTS of dif qualities of coffee. This cup however, did disappoint. I did not end up finishing it. I ordered their café mocha, with half the sweetener, and it was still way too sweet, and they must use just generic syrups. The roast didn’t seem too bad, however it didn’t wow me at all. Atmosphere was ok, I love that they love Jesus, but don’t think I’ll return!

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming to me and my family. Cozy and sweet. The drinks aren't third-wave speciality coffee. Most things are syrups and mixes. However, the prices match the quality. It's affordable-ish in comparison to places like Starbucks. Five stars for cuteness.

Very nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Wonderful atmosphere to just relax. Great Christian music to listen to and very friendly staff. Awesome inspiration everywhere you look in the Holy Grind. Not in a crowded area and easy to get off and back on the road. They have hot and cold coffee drinks as well as some teas and pastry's. WIFI and charging stations are available if you like that sort of thing. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

My first visit to the Holy Grind was amazing, although I did not get to stay long, I was super impressed that I was able to call ahead and have my coffee ready when I arrived. After asking one of the staff if they still do Snickerdoodle he confirmed they do and though it normally goes as a ice frappe, I requested it to be hot. He was able to customize it with almond milk and make a amazing snickerdoodle latte. The interior of this shop is super cute and looks like a great place, the exterior has a great patio area for beautiful mornings. I will return to The Holy Grind, when I can stay a little longer, with their prices being very affordable I can’t resist :)
