Not sure if they forgot me but I sat waiting for about 25 minutes. When I inquired about my order, I was directed to pick it up at the front and that they'd called it out. Admittedly, I was in a meeting with a client. They could've brought it out or let me know again verbally that it was ready. I sat there for a while. Anyway. Care for the guests, go the extra mile, be observant. I felt sick that night and had to stay in bed. I'm not sure if it was their food or just something I picked up. Just odd timing for a random stomach virus or food poisoning. Let's hope not. Proper food handling and cleanliness practice's are a high priority for me.

The shop is focused on drive thru and I was ignored at the counter for over 3 mins. I had to speak up to get any attention. They were preparing no drinks in the shop for anyone else. The staff numbered 4 persons. This was 12.30 PM. Easily the worst service at a practically empty shop with no line. Appalling.

Had to get Starbucks in Seattle. This location was suggested to me by a native as the 'original' location's line was very long. Glad I came. Was able to get my drink and a table almost immediately. Great view for people watching and a nice break.

Like another reviewer stated: This location is consistently out of what I want to order. They need to figure out how to stock supplies better, because running out of food and certain drinks before 8 AM is ridiculous. I also wonder if anyone is monitoring these reviews because none of the bad ones seem to have been addressed, which makes it looks like they really don’t care what their customers have to say.

This is the slowest Starbucks around. I have never waited less than 20 mins for my drink and it is always made incorrectly. I don't know who the management is but they are doing a poor job training their employees. Save your time and frustration and go to a different Starbucks.

The Starbucks was clean, staffed well! It was 6pm on Friday night , may 3rd my husband and I went to get iced coffee. The sweet girl who cashed us out at the register moved here in April. And the shift working was kind and patient! It was a great 1.5 hours away from the hotel, as we were celebrating our 29th anniversary!!!! Thanks for the kindness and smiles, not to mention great iced coffee and espresso!!!!! This was by far the best experience in this store!!!!!

Extremely rude service. The obnoxious girl with braids who made my coffee made a scene because I did not hear her call out the name of the drink I ordered when it was ready. They didn't take my name so I didn't respond to cocoa cluster. She told everyone that I made her feel stupid that I didn't respond. Then when I got my drink she repeatedly yelled out "crickets" until I left. I really didn't think it was that big of a deal that you would publicly shame a customer.

One of the most efficiently run stores I've ever been to. I go to this Starbucks quite often and I prefer it over they other 5 I pass on my way to work. It’s important to note that this is NOT the original Starbucks location. (Starbucks 1) is located in the market farther down pike. Other reviews have this listed as such. For such a high volume store, the staff still does an amazing job of knowing their regulars names and our usual beverages. They work together like a well oiled machine and even on the busiest days wait times are minimal.

The hand dryers are below a usable level for people over 6'. I am totally handicap and it is impossible for me to bend down that far unless I'm on my knees to dry my hands. Service is very lacking! We wanted nitro coffee and they were out but told us the cold brew was the same. It's not! The cold brew came up without sweet cream and was terribly bitter and undrinkable. The bagels we ordered were forgotten and when we did get them they had to be some of the worst bagels we've ever had. I'd like to say this is just a new store, but I think I'll go back to the local shop who knows how to treat customers and make them feel like it is money well spent. Starbucks is a fail at this location.

As a visiting coffee lover, of course I had to stop and get a latte from the very first Starbucks. They sell a few novelty travel mugs and they serve a roast of coffee that is only available at this location. The coffee is everything you’ve come to expect and the staff do their best to serve you quickly, but be prepared to wait in line and stand amongst the crowd of tourists.

I'm totally confused as to why I have to load money onto a gift card and then use that gift card to receive loyalty points for my purchases. It's a HUGE hassle all the way around. I didn't realize this in the drive thru when I inquired about it and the lady at the window just did it for me and handed me the card and said my change from the purchase was on the card. I was completely dumbfounded as to why she put my money on a gift card. I didn't have time to ask why she did that and there was a long line behind me, so I just left. The second time I went though the drive thru, I asked to use the remaining balance on the card and for clarification as to what why it was placed on there in the first place. There wasn't a line behind me and the window lady was very polite and explained the process to me. Which I appreciated. However, I doubt I'll be going back to Starbucks anytime soon. I mean, it's spendy in the first place and now they've made it too complicated to get any type of benefits for going there. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a long time, so I'm not sure how long this change had been in place, but it's no good.

Waited in line behind ONE person for 20 minutes, this person had only gotten a couple drinks not enough to warrant waiting for 20 minutes. Was late to work because of this. The cheese danish I ordered wasn’t even warm and was as hard as a brick. Had to throw it away because I didn’t have time to go back in. And my iced caramel macchiato was made into a latte even though it clearly says iced on the sticker that I got. This was the worst service I’ve gotten in a while. I waited for my own order like 5 minutes before I received it. So a total of like 25 minutes in line when it should have only been like 5 or so minutes.

I am not a major fan of overpriced coffee drinks. With that being said, I do like the coffee at this Starbucks. I typically get the Latte while my wife and daughter usually go for the sweetened frappe type drinks. The coffee here is very good and the frappes are also quite tasty. It is nice that they are open late and also have free WiFi, making this an ideal place for a quick breakfast meeting place.

The barista Elle was so happy and chipper even at 6 in the morning! The best way to start out your morning is a good conversation with good people and good coffee. The only Starbucks drive-thru worth going to IMO.

I am a proud barista at the Braxton County Starbucks. I have been looking through the reviews, and my heart hurts. I'm very sorry to anyone who has had a bad experience here at our store. I'm posting on June 20th 2017, and can tell you we've only been open for a little over 2 months, and we have all been learning together. All of us has had to learn without any knowledge whatsoever; from making a java chip frappucino, to something as simple as a cafe latte. The "original" Starbucks store. Great ambience - went early each morning as I was staying nearby. Recommend going before 9a in the summer to avoid potentially long lines. There is no place to sit - so don't expect to linger inside. The pourover Pike Place Specialty Roast was very good.

This store is probably close to the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. They are are always out of things, cold brew, refreshers, vanilla syrup, classic syrup.. I mean always. Sometimes they say they just didnt make the cold brew, other times they say they don't have beans, or they say the truck didn't bring it for them. They are extremely unreliable. If you’re looking for second degree burns, hospital trips, making 6+ phone calls to get ANY response if their equipment has been checked out so that this doesn’t happen to someone else.. then this is your place. I had a terrible experience. The lid wasn’t on my coffee cup, the adhesive on the sleeve melted and didn’t hold the cup. The coffee sat for over 15 minutes based on receipt time and first SOS call. Something is wrong here.. I had to call and call and call being told someone would call back which never happened just to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else that may result in spilling on someone else, wrecking their vehicle, losing their job or not being able to pay the hospital bills because of second degree burns caused by this Starbucks. ... over three weeks later , after 6+ calls, missing days of work, piles of hospital bills.. a manager offered me a $25 gift card - haha.

I have went 3 times all 3 times was bad. First time good service considering the crowd, but drinks were horrible. 2nd trip we waited 15 minutes and 10 of those minutes we was the only ones. The machine didn't print our label and nobody thought to ask. Finally I asked about our drinks and the manager thought we had drank them. She said the machine don't always print labels and if not they don't know there are drinks to be made. 3rd trip took 3 attempts for a skinny cinnamon Dolce with brevea instead of milk (ketogenic diet) and still was wrong. First attempt I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes. It was cinnamon dolce with regular milk with the brevea on top, it was only supposed to be brevea a Second attempt 5 minutes later cars lined up they added Honey, I didn't ask for honey. 3rd attempt I went in grabbed the drink so people behind me didn't have to wait. It was the most disgusting drink I have ever had. They left out the cinnamon dolce syrup and tasted extra strong and old coffee. I just dumped it out. I love Starbucks, but won't be back to this one. The Batista's are friendly, however need more training and probably need a few more Batistas. Also fix the label machine

This is a nice location and they use to be on it. (Key word "Use to") The sad thing is you know how your coffee is going to be right when you walk in the door or pull up to the drive through just by the employee. Some are amazing at the front counter and the drive up. But the day you get the one that isn't; well its all down hill from there. Also the one making the yummy drinks (should know what they are doing). I don't care how fast you make my latte; it's all about making it right. I hate to give this one star review because I've gone to this location plenty of times but today was probably the worst experience I've ever had. I placed three separate orders (because I was on lunch and my co workers asked me to get stuff for them as well) and the guy at the register was SO rude, I could barely hear him because he was basically whispering and then he got annoyed with me because I didn't say anything back and when I went to walk away I said thank you and he rolled his eyes at me. I asked for extra whipped cream and they gave us little dollops along with the drinks not tasting as good as usual. As a customer I pay for this "overpriced" coffee because I expect it to taste good and unfortunately this time it was not very pleasant. Please train your employees better to listen to simple orders.

I am a previous partner but never got around to going to a reserve store. I asked Salvador what coffee would be good and told him I liked the earthy, fruity notes like in Komodo dragon. He gave me a recommendation, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. He said that most of the reserve they have now is fruity which I said was okay. I feel bad for the Starbucks employees at 101 N.Tryon St in Uptown Charlotte NC.Let me say I just recently (about a month ago) started back coming to Any Starbucks because of the racism that I saw online. I visited this location an the employees are fast, friendly and efficient. My drink was exactly how I liked it. Like a warm hug. I had some time left on my meter so decided to sit in an people watch since my meeting ended early. I am a woman of color. There were practically no seats available mainly because all of the homeless people have all of their stuff in there charging phones, cursing etc. The employees are helpless because of the recent news story, and will not call the police and make more headlines. I was disgusted. An it was a disgrace to watch my people take advantage NOT buy anything and speak so vulgar about the employees I got up and left. Looked at them shaking my head. I will not be back. The employees good the service good the people that they have to allow in there now bad.

I had been a regular Starbucks customer for 20 years and went to the Starbucks location across from the market. I made a purchase and was sitting at a table for about 10 minutes, when a red-haired barista with a bun rushed over to me and demanded that I leave. As . I hadn't done anything to warrant this behavior, I was surprised. Everyone watching must have thought I was a criminal. When I spoke to the store manager, Heather Forsang, she excused his behavior. I'm glad the men in Philadelphia were compensated for the discrimination they faced. The corporation never even apologized to me. Discrimination is alive and well at Starbucks on Pike St. Patronize the local cafes in every city. They appreciate their customers.

The current manager, Jacklyn, has let all the good faithful employees go that have been there for years - Christina, Ian, Celeste, Joanna & Adam Those employees made this location run like a machine with years of experience. I have visited this location for years. They knew my drink and had it made correctly before I even got to the register. These employees were everyone's friends and like family. You go for the people not the over priced coffee. You now have to wait in line and then pray your drink is made correctly. No one knows your name or even cares. There a many choices for coffee in down town Dallas. My advice - chose another location. I even wrote to Starbucks, with my concerns. No response.. I'm sure you cut the overhead of this store to make more money, but you lost your best assets - your employees.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We have a house at the Lake and we come down most weekends. This Starbucks is consistently slow - for example, I did a mobile order of a Frappuccino 15 mins before I arrived and they hadn’t even started it when I walked in the door. They serviced the cars in the drive through - I counted 7 cars - before they even started my drink. All in all, it took 25 mins to have my drink made.

Visiting the Seattle area, I had to drop in and visit the "very first Starbucks." At 1st and Pike Street, it's at the entrance to Seattle's historic Pike Place Market. Great location and plenty of street parking. I'm not sure if the line for coffee or for taking photos in front of this location were longer, but the line for coffee was not excessive. Yes, it was almost to the door, but the staff seemed to have things under control. I was only in line about 5-6 minutes before it was my turn. Ordering my signature drink - "A Bill's Morning Start" - they got it right the first time. A six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte - and I was buzzing for the remainder of the day. Polite and friendly staff - clean store and great location. Prices were competitive with other Starbucks with no apparent mark-up due to popularity or location. No food that I could see, but plenty of gifts and other items that I haven't seen at other locations. I will probably never have the opportunity to visit this particular Starbucks again, but I wanted to throw in my two-cents. William E. Lewis Jr. Cooper City, Florida.

The drawback to this store is that it's the only one in the area and there's no other drive thru coffee shops, so it's usually packed and the drive thru is quite slow. Thankfully they always deliver the right order so no extra time needed to correct this. The location is very convenient, right in front of Walmart. There's outside seating and a good space inside too. Their baristas are all kind and welcoming.

Decent clean place, but “no bathrooms” because its a “private building” is unsatisfactory. Please place a big sign at the door so that customers will know your establishment does not offer any bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous for a place where you drink one or more drinks and not offer a place to relieve themselves. Other than that, it’s clean and staff is meh unless you’re a regular as I noticed while drinking my coffee.

I liked the hot chocolate here. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday at 3 so I'm not sure what it's like in the mornings when everybody is getting their coffee. I sat at a wobbly table and so that was annoying. I had coffee smell entrenched in my jacket for days which was also a bummer. I would go back for hot chocolate here if I were nearby but it's not really worth going out of your way.

MJ is very rude. She charges for things she shouldn't and every time she rings me up multiple people get their drinks before me. Any time I ask for a cup of water no matter how busy or slow it is she makes me wait in line until I get to the counter and she stops other people from fixing my water even when there's a bunch of employees without anything to do at the moment. Aside from moving a little slow all other employees are very nice and helpful.

I love Starbucks but this location to me is sub par and mediocre at best. Often my drinks taste slightly off in comparison to other Starbucks locations. I went into this location today with no line in front of or behind me and ordered a London Fog. It took 13 minutes to get my order which was only lukewarm and it tasted very watered down. My guess is the water temp wasn't hot enough to properly steep the Earl Grey resulting in a vary faint taste. The next closest location is about 15 minutes in Yukon so I really hope this location can step its game up on quality control and timing. I really hope for better experiences in the future because I would hate to see this location not succeed

I love me some Starbucks and have the gold card, valid through 2018 to prove it, so I know a good Starbucks. I travel for my job so I stop at many and this is one of the best. The ladies that work in the morning, Nancy, Mary and a couple of the older (over 30) are fast, efficient and friendly. The drive through line can be a huge bummer in the morning, but know what you want and hope that someone in front of you doesn't have a complicated order. My only complaint is for some of the younger baristas. I guess they don't know how lucky they are to work for Starbucks, because they are unfriendly, abrupt and plain old icky. And that's why I ONLY buy my coffee during the week...never on the weekend. They have a delicious expanded menu, a great patio which is always clean and cool music/free wi-fi, what else could you ask for right?

Stopped in for a coffee while in Charlotte. Standard Starbucks fare, layout, decor, etc. Got my coffee quick, they gave me room for cream (which not all baristas do), so that was a positive. It was towards the end of the day, so there was seating, but I could imagine it being pretty crowded and difficult to find a seat during the morning rush.

This is a really convenient location in downtown Salt Lake that's near hotels and offices and such which is the main reason I ever go here. There's all kinds of lunch and breakfast options if you're looking for food not just the old pastries you would expect. One interesting side effect of being in a downtown location are keypad lock codes on the bathroom doors. The chairs outside are good to just sit in and relax because it's usually a little bit crowded on the inside being a smaller Starbucks. The drive-through entrance and exit are both a little bit cramped to squeeze it into the small lot and both have the potential for blocking entrances and exits from the parking lot.

On numerous occasions I have ordered a nonfat/ sugar free latte, no whip, only to be served a lukewarm latte with whipped cream and whole milk. I understand they there are busy times, but dietary restrictions in the food industry should be taken seriously. I’m tired of wasting money for a drink that I cannot even drink.

Pretty decent location, nice atmosphere considering it is in the basement of a large office building. My only gripe here is that on a few occasions, I have ordered something on the app ahead of time only to arrive and have them tell me that they were out of the item. I wish they would do a better job of updating their inventory to mark items as “out of stock” on the app. Aside from that, the Employees are friendly and helpful. Also, it is a corporate store so they do redeem stars here (a lot of the locations downtown are franchise stores and do not redeem stars)

This place was amazing! Obviously the coffee was good but the service was outstanding. I had attended a show the night before and my boyfriends truck got towed. While he ventured to the tow yard I wandered the streets of Seattle luggage in hand. I didn’t know what to do or where to go. I found safety in this busy coffee shop. I think I sat there for almost four hours, and not once did someone ( employees) make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. Luckily I had a book to read so I sat and tried to keep myself occupied and not panic. I observed and overheard the friendliest staff. Very nice and polite. Helped me find safety and comfort in a difficult time.

Most of the time I never have a problem, they always spell my name wrong instead of asking me, as many times as I've been here. They usually get my order right, only once it was wrong an the guy fixed it with no problem. I get the same order every time. (vanilla soy chai, with no water) It always smells strong but this morning I couldn't taste or even smell the chai. So I asked another girl employee who didn't make my order, to smell it to so I wouldn't feel crazy cuz it just didn't taste like chai. She responded with "I'm not gonna smell it cuz u already put ur mouth on it". How immature. I told her to take the lid off, obviously u can't smell anything through the tiny hole. She said "it's chai". Then I proceeded to ask her for a little more since I wanted to be able to enjoy what I paid for. I don't think I should've got the attitude, it's not like there were tons of people waiting for their order. Maybe it was too much to ask, I wouldn't have responded the way she did for sure.
