I visited the location at 1375 Broadway and I enjoyed my visit. The staff was very friendly and the coffee and the chocolate chip cookie were delicious. Plus, they keep the coffee shop immaculate. I will be frequenting Bluestone Lane coffee shops throughout NYC because the coffee is very strong. I would highly recommend it especially that it's drip coffee and the way it's prepared makes it stronger than the coffee from other coffee places.

Inconsistent service, mostly from the shift managers! This one is so bad that I've given up on Bluestones across the board. There's a lot of great coffee in this city; no reason to go to a place that's hot-and-cold. Where the cashier is a sweetie and then for no reason the manager is rude. No thanks! [Coffee is eh too. They often get orders incorrect, which makes sense in a stressful environment with mercurial managers!] Avoid it!

I happen to think this is an excellent Bluestone Lane location. I find the staff here to be friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and coffee and food offerings are delicious! There is some seating on the main level, but there is a whole attic seating area up a small staircase. Adds to the cute vibe of this location. My favorites are the cold brew (add oat milk!) and the Banana Toast (so good)! Download their app for a $5 credit!

Interesting location on 37 street. They have upstairs sitting area but I wasn’t crazy about it. I stopped during the week and my latte was good. However, on the weekend, my latte was off. The taste and foam was off. And there was no design.

I used to get aussie iced coffees at pieface all the time before they closed down. I was so excited to find that bluestone lane has the same thing, so I ordered an aussie iced latte. $6 later and it tastes like a plain latte from dunkin. There did not appear to be ice cream in it at all!

This Australian coffee shop has sprouted across Manhattan into a chain. It has lost a little of its edge in the upscaling. Nevertheless, the cappucino (regular and soy) is very good and the avacado toast is high quality. The bread is excellent, the spicing good, and the (optional) poached egg maybe a little overcooked for ideal. There is upstairs seating and a decent 'loo'. The staff are usally friendly and cheerful.

Randomly ended up in this coffee shop late one day and absolutely loved the vibe of the place. My friends and I were served by the manager, Charlie, who was funny, professional, and very friendly. On top of that, we all tried a different sandwich and coffee and everything he made was delicious. This is definitely going to be one of my go to coffee shops for a coffee or a small meal.

Ordered a small coffee. Black. Nothing fancy. $3.25. THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS. FOR A SMALL COFFEE. And it tasted like old garbage. Will not be back, even if it was the last coffee place on earth, which it won't be, because it will fail. To be fair to Australia, this place in no way represents Australian coffee.

Short hair girl, lightskin, had a disgusting attitude. Her name started with an M, i just cant remember. Gave me a sense of racism. Its NYC you shouldn’t be working somewhere if you still have a problem with races. I dont want that energy in my drink or food.
