Great staff! Hosts very cool music events that are mostly free...there is an awesome little incense shop in the back and the walls are decorated with local art that is available for purchase. Way better selection of coffee, muffins and other drinks. Must check out their micro-brewery.....it's the bomb!

Best place in Roswell NM. The coffee is way better than Starbucks. The environment is perfect for whatever scenario I need, I.e. Meeting up with friends or doing work or just chillin'. The barista's are incredibly kind and have great customer service. Obviously I'm very very pleased, and couldn't recommend more highly.

My absolute fave coffee place. I always stop there going through Roswell. Definitely get the Darkside or Double Darkside or a Flat White. The espresso they use is so smooth and pure it has a sweet aftertaste.

We took our kids to the Christmas light parade tonight and decided to run in and get hot chocolate for the kids...the staff was very friendly and nice and even though there was a big line I got my drinks pretty fast. The reason for the 3 stars is because the 3 hot chocolates tasted really bad. It just tasted like hot boiled water, it had no chocolate flavor at all, and due to the long line I decided not to go in and complain so I just took a loss.

My husband and I recently did a New Mexico road trip and drove out of our way a few hours to go to Roswell, we DONT recommend you do the same. We thought it'd be a fun, kitschy stop...but it wasn't. Save yourself time! However, if you are in the area, Stellar Coffee is the place to grab your morning cup of coffee. Our breakfast burritos were weak, skip that and stick to coffee.

Coffee was great. Got a pour over. Not over extracted. The employees were nice and I enjoyed the laid back attitude of the cafe the feel of just sitting back and relaxing while you listen to calm music. The interactions between the local people and the workers are really genuine. Happy we stopped here.

Such a nice little place!!!! They had Chocolate covered Oreos and truffles which were delicious, and even did latte art for us. The lady was so nice, when we told her we were from out of town, she recommended many places for us. It’s only a few blocks from the UFO museum, but the banners outside at the front are a little hard to spot so you might have a hard time finding it, but it’s definitely worth going to. They have other food stuffs too.

I work in the coffee industry up in MN and have been seeking out good coffee in this part of the world while I travel around. Apart from a few places in Arizona, this was the best pourover I've had in miles. The atmosphere was also really nice and the customer service was great. I usually don't do reviews but felt like this place deserved a good one.

Actually more like a 3.5 to me, but the five star system strikes again. The mocha latte was pretty good and the truffles were decent. Service was good and restrooms clean. But, overall the coffee was too forgettable to bump to four stars. Still better than Starbucks though.

Staff was awesome. I liked the coffee, but there was some chalky undertone to it that set it just a tad off. The flavor was nice aside from that - lighter than your typical overroasted espresso beans. The machine was awesome - looked really retro and yet modern. The crema was perfect when we watched the barista pull the shot. I would definitely try them again - might have just been my own palette today.

Looking for a you know what and drove right by this place, promptly parked and was delighted. The service was wonderful, the coffee smooth, rich--so yummy. I had a huge cinnamon roll too and it was perfect. The fun lady who served me ground the coffee and used a cool pour thru deal which further enhanced the brew. Good job!!

There are a few tables outside for al fresco sipping, a meeting area in the back for groups, and live music is on tap many evenings. Bigger towns might have a half dozen places like this, but Stellar is the only independent coffee shop in Roswell, and I'm glad they're here!

Super good coffee! In the afternoons they do fresh ground pour over (your choice of coffee region) with a precisely measured amount of hot water. It takes a minute tho. Very friendly people with lots of local information. Good AC leaves you tingling when you re-enter the high.90s this time of year.

Boyfriend got the medium roast and enjoyed it. I don't normally like the bitter taste of coffee so I got a mocha, but I picked the dark chocolate one so that shows how smart I am. After adding some sugar and creamer I had something delicious my immature tastes could handle. The location was warm and inviting and the coffee was good, despite my lack of critical thinking :)

We ordered two drip coffees with room for cream and they seemed irritated that we wanted to put half and half in it. Asked for a little extra because it was too strong and a little burnt tasting. We like our coffee to taste just right (something any decent coffee place offers is a pitcher of half and half and other milks so that anyone can customize their coffee to their personal taste). It is not provided and we had to ask for it twice. They seemed annoyed... for $5.39 for two cups of drop coffee and no need to actually "do anything" for us, you'd think they would be a little more accommodating or at least appreciative for the business. I guess they can tell who's from out of town and since they knew they wouldn't see us again they decided to be rude. Bad experience. Oh well.

The tall scrawny guy with gray hair and the inferiority complex was very condescending and rude during my order. Unfortunately it seemed like he brought his personal issues to the workplace. Every other employee I've dealt with at this establishment has been very nice and courteous, however, this guy ruined the experience for me. I tend to support small business however in this instance and very rare occasion I will be taking my business to an establishment with a friendlier atmosphere.
