The coffee bistro is a great place to eat and visit with friends. Only issue is once crowded, the noise level is high, but it's a fun place. The parking lot is pretty scary though, and when it's crowded, finding a spot is spotty at best. Very tight parking too.

Since they moved it seems that service has changed a bit. I really enjoyed this place before it became so LARGE. Everything seems rushed and a little less happy. I miss the smaller location everyone seemed so happy there. Food was okay, customer service subpar.

I was in town for work and ate at The Coffee Bistrol for breakfast. I got a croissant and Mocha Coffee. Both were delicious, the staff was very friendly and it's just a cute restaurant. Will definitely come back the next time in in town!

Used to frequent there all the time when they were located on North Prince Street. Decided to go in today(Mabry Drive) after a long time from visiting there, and the customer service was extremely bad!! Had to ask for my order three different times, and food was substandard!!

A great place off the main highway to grab fresh tasty food. They have a great atmosphere for relaxing or a quick bite. They offer take out and are attached to a shop that sells green house type materials and country decor. They have breakfast and lunch options and have fresh baked goods. There is a kids menu and several healthy options.

Came into town for business and got brunch here. Ordered the Duke breakfast bagel and shared a side of fries with a friend. Fantastic food that was hot, fresh, severed quickly, and was delicious. Literally one of, if not THE best breakfast bagel I've ever had. Highly recommended this place...go see their friendly staff and place an order.

Do not order to go from this place. I placed an order for a large group today and it was terrible. None of the sandwiches were labeled, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag, and the burger had mayo smothered all over it when they were specifically told no mayo.

Good soup, good coffee (Pinon from the airpot, didn't try the espresso), but I can't support a place that uses styrofoam even for eat-in orders. Cmon, people! You clearly have a dishwasher, cuz you provide real silverware, but you're gonna put my soup in a giant styrofoam bowl that will just get thrown out 10 minutes later? Oooh, it makes me mad!

This is worst customer service I have ever seen; RUDE STAFF. I’m a military wife from Cannon AFB went there to have a mid-day coffee only to be insulted, harassed, and bullied. Other Cannon AFB wives have had a similar experience but my visit confirmed it. People not from the area or military wives are not welcome there. Avoid at all costs.

It is always a special treat to have lunch here or to pick up a quick white chocolate mocha & blueberry muffin for breakfast on my way to work. It can get loud during lunch but that's because lots of people have discovered this little gem. "To go'" orders are accepted. The staff is friendly & efficient and the ambience is lovely. I highly recommend you try the Coffee Bistro on Mabry in Clovis, NM.

I ordered two smoothies, one was about 2 inches short of the lid. The other was full. Not sure if they didn't measure correctly or what. The smoothies were not that great, they were both peach mango but tasted like only milk. They looked extremely light for having two orange coloured fruits and looked like banana smoothies

They are at their new building on Mabry Drive, with Tracy's Greenhouse. Food and service as good as ever. Much larger area. Comfortable and pretty. Only minor issue is that it seems louder, nothing to stop the sound. Still great.

I just moved to Clovis NM 2 weeks ago. I have never eaten at a bistro before so I decided we would check this one out. We ordered the chicken salad on croissant and 2 of the Rio Grande sandwiches on sour dough. The chicken salad was very good but the real star of the show was the croissant. It was big, buttery, and delicious. The Rio Grande is Ham, Turkey, Bacon, Swiss, avocado, green chili's, mayo, tomato, and lettuce. I elected to cut the green chili's. I know it's sac religious in this part of the country but I never cared for them on burgers and sandwiches. They forgot the avocado on the sandwich which was disappointing, but they get 4 stars because the sandwiches were still that delicious. I am looking forward to trying that sandwich with the avocado actually on it, but I'm definitely eating here again. If the avocado was o. The sandwich it would have been 5 stars .

To begin positively, the food was good. The atmosphere was cute. We ordered 5 adult meals and 2 kids meals. The young girl at the register actually asked for the age of one of my kids. I was shocked. Food establishments typically have ages on menus for an idea of how much food is served. “Never” have I been asked for an age even at fancy restaurant. Thankfully my 16-yr-old daughter was quickly able to find something else she would eat. Her younger sister had ordered the same kids meal and she ended up finishing it. Later, they were out of drink lids. I went to the counter to let them know and stood there for several minutes before a woman with grey/reddish hair told the same cashier to “see what she wants”. Another put off. Poor customer service. With that all being said, they made a whole $2-3 more off of all of us....and probably lost a customer. I do hope that they work on this silly questioning of age. There are people with special needs who may be adults but live in the mind of someone much younger; and not letting them order a Nutella sandwich, well, that’s extremely sad.

This may be the best sandwich shop in Clovis. There are a lot of choices on the menu and they make a weekly special sandwich. The coffee is pretty good and they make all kinds of smoothies and blended coffee. They have different soups too.

Awesome rustic decor, even in the bathrooms where they have sheet metal dividers (I personally love the rustic look). Staff is kind and attentive, you won't be waiting for someone to come to the register, they will be waiting for you. Pictures will follow on my next visit.
