Love the coffee and vibe, but disappointed with some of the meals I have gotten. Had a sandwich on old bread and the avocado toast has the thinnest layer of avocado spread, and it is clearly not fresh. Otherwise, a great place. Customer service is great.

It appears to be a popular place with the locals. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The place is clean and the servers are attentive. Their tea and coffee is no different than other coffee places.

I frequent this coffee shop often because it is close to the playground. It’s always been a pleasant experience. On July 4th, I went in for a coffee and asked for a cup of water. The barista (I believe that he was likely the manager as he was much older than all the others) gave an audible sigh and rolled his eyes. I am happy to pay for the water, but certainly his rudeness was unwarranted. From now on, I’ll gladly walk the extra blocks to the Starbucks down the street!

If you want local hospitality, good treats, and a comfortable place to gather, catch up, or just surf the wireless, Saxby's is the place. We love their hot chocolate, and I'm convinced that these are the best chocolate chip cookies able to be bought in a store.

I visit Saxbys 2-3x a week and I really love this place! The Haddonfield setting adds to the experience. It"s a testament to Saxbys that I had no idea it was a franchise until a few months ago. The service is usually excellent. Every once in a while I'm taken care of by someone who is providing perfunctory service, but this is not usual. I love reading my newspaper while enjoying my coffee and a snack. The leather-like comfy chairs positioned by the window are an extra treat. All in all, I would highly recommend a visit, and weather permitting, sit outside and enjoy the people, sights and energies of beautiful and historic Haddonfield!

The smoothies are good. The workers are really friendly and helpful. One huge downside though is that they don't have recycling or compost. Also their straws are compostable, but not the cups. Saxby's should be committed to fully removing plastic from their supply chain and offering composting and recycling facilities.

My fiancé and I have been coming to saxbys for years. We had always thought their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately recently they have gone pretty down hill, we only return because we love the coffee and food they have. Their owner/manager looks miserable all the time and the girls working the register don't even have a smile on their face and the come off snobby when ever you have a question. We own a restaurant ourselves and pride ourselves on customer service it's how you keep people coming back. The quality of the food and drinks have always been consistent which is great. Just needs some change up in their customer service they provide their regulars.

Pretty decent coffee, however they clearly dont believe in cleaning the place. The HVAC system must be filthy. The ceiling vents are so dirty it must have been months since they were last cleaned. Asthmatics beware!

Far away from the Maddon crowd in a quiet street with beautiful walkways, colonial architecture, fresh coffee. I had the cold brew which was just right, much better than the chains. The quotes inside the shack were funny, the wifi quick, and the staff friendly.

Saxby's is fantastic. Quality roast coffee, really flavorful and good syrups, delicious tea and fresh food. I have yet to have a bad experience here and I've been coming here for over two years. They have never made my drink incorrectly, which I really appreciate since I'm lactose intolerant. They're polite and efficient, even when they're busy. I definitely recommend them to all coffee aficionados.

Finally got some really friendly and nice staff to go along with some of the best homemade scones in Haddonfield. Always fresh pots of coffee available and a wide assortment of teas. Kicks Starbucks out of the competition, really, where quality and service are concerned.

Just weird. It's Haddonfield so if you're not from there you'll most likely not like it. Otherwise it's cozy and standard coffee nook fare and ambiance. If you're a hipster you've found your hang.

Great location. They've got a huge selection of flavors for every coffee need. And just their regular drip is delicious too. They've got a special for a coffee and an egg sandwich for about $6 which is a great deal. The space inside is nice too. Lots of seating, most of which has available outlets. And they've got lemon water out for you to grab as needed.

The pastries weren't fresh, multiple occasions. I don't remember who the staff person was and would never want someone to get in trouble, but same person not very pleasant multiple times. Location is very cool though and the caffeine is all there. At the end of the day, I'd go back, but I usually end up at the other end of the block. Maybe I'll give it another try.

This place is great! Service is friendly and quick to remember you, drinks are made well and at a cost comparable to any major coffee place, and the food options are much better than what Starbucks offers. Even on the rare occasions when my drink was incorrectly made, one of the employees asked to make it again for me before i could even mention it to her, plus provided me with a card for a free drink. There are plenty of places in the area to grab coffee, but this should be your go to.

Can't complain about the food and beverages, but I once received terrible service there from one of the employees. From reading the other reviews it seems like most of the other employees are friendly, but this one man was very rude to me while I was ordering and impatient when I asked a question regarding the menu.

Coffee and pastry were very good. Barista was also very nice and helpful. However, Saxbys seems to be running a date care center in Haddonfield. Children running back-and-forth screaming constantly. I was there for about 35 minutes. It went on the entire time I was there. I was trying to do the necessary work while enjoying my coffee. This was impossible due to these out of control children. I won't be back ...at least not anytime in the morning or afternoon. Maybe I'll try evening sometime.

The coffee is the best in the area. The service is hit or miss. The two guys who've been around the longest can be pretty rude, but all the newer baristas a pretty customer service oriented. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the lackluster service.

Nice, regional chain coffee place. Although it's not a mom and pop, I don't mind having a place in town where you "know what you're gonna get." The coffee and the pastries I've tried are pretty good but didn't love the smoothie and there are better bagel sandwiches in town. Quiet and comfortable place to do some work or for a meeting.
