We love La Colombe, especially for their draft latte. Ordered espresso today which was quite tasty, as was their drip coffee. Unfortunately the service that we received was sub-par. Not sure if the barista was having a bad day, but she didn't really seem to enjoy her job and was not at all helpful. We were trying to order and she cut us off mid way through our order to take someone else's. Ample standing tables and a few tables with seats.

We bought both the draft latte and the warm latte. The draft latte is velvety smooth and retains flavors and sweetness from both the milk and the beans. It is refreshing and would be perfect for summers. Separately, the warm latte has a flawless level 1 microfoam (no visible bubbles) layered with beautiful latte art. The cafe itself is peaceful and has a WC.

Burnt beans. Ordered a mocha with oat milk (they don't serve almond). It wasn't sweetened at all, which isn't necessarily a problem and can be remedied with sugar, but heads up. Unfortunately, obviously burnt beans ruined the flavor, and adding sugar only slightly improved the taste due to the burnt taste in every sip.

I go here at least 3 times a week. I'm all about the Black and Tan here. 80% of the time it's perfect, but the other 20% the draft cold brew seems a little watery. The staff is young and friendly I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order.

The super knowledgeable staff know their coffee well and are happy to make recommendations, but can come off as judgy if you only start to decide what you want when you get to the counter and there is a line. One of the best coffee roasters in the city. I particularly like the workshop series, the single origin series that brings flavorful coffee. I bought the Ethiopia YIRGZ and it's like heaven. Recently I also bought the Mexican coffee, that have interesting notes of roses and kiwi. Amazing!

I come here almost daily and the service is almost always fantastic! There was one instance where I asked the barista to kindly top off my coffee so it matched my friend’s amount (I’m a regular patron and it’s not the cheapest coffee) and she just said, “It’s just different amounts of ice.” Coming from customer service background I personally would have just topped it off, especially because it wasn't that busy. Just a pro-tip for future customers. Otherwise 5 stars.

They are racist??? They are kkk??? When i entered that cafe at around 16:30 today, i said "HI". BUT they weren't said any words and greetings, just stared at me with blank face. I felt an uncomfortable atmosphere. I thought that i was delusion myself and ordered coffee. During serve coffee and drink coffee, I kept feeling BAD. They were kind to other and weren't nice to me. I know that coffee brand is fancy one. But Two Barista and one casher were soooooo mean to me. I can't understand their behavior. Best coffee I've ever had! I got a cappuccino with oatmilk. The coffee was not nearly as acidic as most others, and they barely sweetened it enough to balance the smooth bitterness. Well crafted, perfect temp, could not have asked for a better cup.

We walked from 5 napkins just to get a coffee from La Colombe. They have a Nitro Oatmeal coffee that is out of this world in taste. The team here is super friendly and very helpful. When you order you have to move down to the left and they set out a dish and a spoon for you to add your own cream and sweetner if you like. The oatmeal nitro is already sweet to the taste because they press the coffee through oatmeal to get the flavoring. Get a sample so you know if you like it or not! ENJOY!!

The space is giant by NYC standards. There is a large bar, counters to stand at as well as tables. This is a new location, so they have the popular draft latte on tap here. Cans are also available for purchase. There's a decent pastry and grab-and-go food selection. There are bathrooms available to patrons. Great place to get a good cup of coffee and rest before you head to your next destination.

Cappuccino was yum! Cute little heart design. Lots of continental breakfast or desert options. The line is typically 3 minutes around lunchtime. Extra 50 cents per Americano totally worth it! Slightly away from the main tourist zone and easy to grab a spot to chill. Tried both Americano and Latte, both are awesome, bold, rich and smooth. I do appreciate their dark roast taste, but it might not work for those who like it light.

My first La Colombe coffee experience. This is a highly recommended local by the locals, due to it's less than touristy location. However it is a short 5 minute walk from the Highline and about a 15 minute walk from the 23rd street station. So if you are walking the High Line keep this spot on your agenda. It's the perfect place to relax before getting ready to go out to a show or out on the town. You'll love it. The space is great, lots of wood and brick in what looks like an old terminal or warehouse near the Hudson. Lots of room and seating options as well and big windows for lots of light coming in, a perfect place to relax on a winter or summer day, it has that warm cozy feel, but also that cool hip feel for summer. Love the cold Chai draft latte very refreshing on a hot late May walk on the High Line.

I love La Colombe, but the manager of this store is so nasty. This morning I couldn't find my drink on the bar and he told me he puts "the princess orders" behind the bar. To be clear, my order is a cold brew with extra ice, not exactly the most high maintenance coffee order. Every time I go in there he gives me a hard time- once he yelled at me for having ear pods in, which he would have never done to a man. I love the other people who work here, but he is THE WORST and needs a reality check. This princess was too tired to give it to him this morning.

La Colombe Coffee shop is one of the few local coffee shops around the big apple. Its quality really stands out (specially from a famous Seattle based coffee shop that you can stumble upon every corner). Their staff was pretty friendly, although they did not have many milk options, which is a pity for those of us who can only have their latte with Unsweetened Almond milk. Worth to mention the Latte art is great.

Worst service I’ve experienced. I’d rather go to a Starbucks. Drinking my coffee at the bar for a second since I had to leave, and the Asian woman behind the bar says you can drink/eat here. Perhaps this is their policy, but there are right and wrong ways to approach a customer. She was not polite or cordial, i paid them, and tipped them. Fouls service. That woman needs customer services training and perhaps to approach people in a nicer way, I am a paying customer after all. I wasn’t loitering for Godsakes. Shame. Never going back there again.

Failure draft latte. The propitiation of froth and latte was 7:3, which was almost froth!! We asked staff to remake it (because we always enjoy the one from the favorite location in Washington DC and know how it should be) but they refused it saying that that one is real draft latte.....

Had a pour-over that was very good. The peppermint cardamom tea however was unusual. Service is very good as well. Not much on offer in terms of snacks or food. Space is large but seating is quite minimal.
