I can honestly say that this place brews the best cup of coffee I've ever experienced. Hands down. The pour over method combined with their in house roasting produces a phenomenal cup of joe. The staff and owners are very friendly and are more than willing to educate every customer on where their coffee comes from and how it's made.

This place is a secret gem. Unexpectedly perfect. I went in hopes to get some kind of cold brew and ended up getting a superfood latte with cold brew (instead of expresso) and medicinal mushrooms. They have vegan/gf baked goods and all other sorts of wonderful things! The kind of place I am happy exists!!

You have to give this place five stars. You can get really high quality coffee beans for a relatively low price. That will last you about a week or so. Making your own coffee is a must as it is, and with coffee like this, it makes making coffee a much more compelling thing. Their other stuff there is good, too.

Good vibe, friendly baristas. Recommend the pour overs and cold brews. I usually just get their whole beans which are fresh roasted with some variety. Would not recommend espresso shots here... they pull <10 second shots that are bitter.

This is a coffee Oasis in a desert of wanna be coffee shops. On site small batch roasting with some fantastic choices for pour over. Got a light - medium roasted Jamaican Blue Mountain for under the price of a coffee chains over-roasted swill. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and if this is within 25 miles of your destination is worth the stop.

When working in Middletown I always make a trip here to refuel. They roast their own beans and actually have real baristas that know how to make coffee unlike Starbucks. Very authentic and rustic feel. Food and coffee both great, love this spot.

This is one of the most amazing coffee shops I have ever been to. The staff are always on top of their game. They know what they are doing and are extremely great at it. The atmosphere is welcoming every single time I stop in. They have a texting service where you can text this number they have on their website to order and they never fail to text back as soon as possible to get your order ready within a ten minute window. I love this place so much. I work out of Shrewsbury everyday so I always need to stop in to get a nice cup of coffee. My all-time favorite is the Sumatra blends! They are so freakin’ wonderful! Mix it with a little almond milk and raw sugar and you’re set for the morning! Hear it from me! I’m obsessed with coffee! I will continue doing my coffee stops here for as long as they’re around! Thank you so much Coffee Coral! Keep up the fantastic work! And never stop making premium coffee!

I drive a taxi in Red Bank and whenever I pass the coffee Corral roasting coffee beans it just smells so delicious and I don't even drink coffee. Being that I drive a taxi but never a customer asked me to take them to Starbucks or Rook Coffee I suggest trying an independent single owner alternative and everyone that takes me up on this thanks me profusely. Yes even the cab driver can use a big word now and then.

Coffee Corral has a unique coffee selection that is constantly expanding. They roast on premise, and brew pour over style which is great. I especially enjoy their specialty single origin coffees such as Jamaica Blue and Kona coffee (the 100% Kona is the best coffee you will have hands down). Additionally they have allot of specialty coffee snacks, and foods. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say this is the best coffee shop in the area!
