A staple coffee shop in Dover! Anything you can think of as far as coffee goes they are willing to make, or at least come close. Good service, just a little too cozy for my taste, but you can always get an order to go. This is usually one of my first stops when going through Dover!

We stopped in on our way through the area. I loved it! My fiance got an iced mocha latte and said it's the best one he's ever had (and we used to live in NYC). I opted for one of their house-made soda/juice creations. I was so happy that they had unique options other than coffee and tea. The back section of the cafe was a perfect working space, as it was quiet and cozy. I would definitely return!

Had a a hazelnut coffee and a lovely raspberry bar (so yummy!) and had to hang out for wifi to get in my grades for the trimester. One of the cashiers gave me the wifi password, and I felt like a guest at my friend's house. Sipped at my coffe and got my grading in on time. Stayed for three and a half hours and watched people come and go--- such a chill atmosphere-- not only are the employees friendly, but the people the shop attracts also seem so cool

Mostly young "hipster" types but very friendly welcoming staff. Local art is showcased and available for purchase through the artists, definitely gives you something to look at while they make your order.

I used to go into Adelle's and enjoy the atmosphere. But tonight, I was meeting some new tenants there to go over paperwork and there was limited seating so I pulled up a chair. We were told exactly how we had to place our chairs several times (even though we were not in anyone's way) by the barista which wouldn't have been a big deal except she wouldn't just let us figure out our own seating. She actually came around to tell us that we had to move it. About 2 minutes (literally) after she finally left us alone and we got a chance to introduce ourselves, she came back saying "the tables are for customers only". Well, I was a customer, for many years. I regularly met tenants there and have always bought a coffee. I was going to do the same thing tonight. Now, however, I will not be going back, and I hope the barista has a chance to read this. I bought my last cup of coffee at Adelle's tonight and so have all my future tenants and friends. Be careful how you treat your customers, you might lose a whole lot more business by telling them they need to buy coffee in the first 3 minutes of walking in the door. Not a way to treat people. JP

Best coffeeshop around! Love the staff and the welcoming vibe, plus the coffee is great. Lots of delicious non-coffee options for people who prefer tea or other drinks, with specials changing seasonally, and milk alternatives always available. I love this place for quiet laptop work and meeting with friends alike! For food you can grab a bagel sandwich with a ton of veggies and cream cheese, or a pastry - they often carry vegan and GF donuts, and have gluten-free bagels, cookies, granola bars, etc., plus bananas and other good snacks.

Adelle's is what a local cafe/coffee house should be. Great products, knowlegable staff, good food that is brough in fresh. They also support local businesses, artists (Who provide the decour) and are enviromentally concious. While it is small and can get a bit noisy at times due to how busy it gets, it's still a comfortable place. Great atmosphere, the music is always good, friendly patrons, and if that isn't enough, free WiFi connection! Hands down the best cafe in town.

This place is swanky and cozy in all the right ways. I personally love their Italian sodas, a concoction of Torani syrups and seltzer water. Recently I tried the Citrus Splash... loved it!!! They offer seasonal drinks as well, along with select baked goods from a local bakery. Good selection of music, too. This is a great stop on the way to school or work, and equally if you want to get some work or studies done; or even if you just want some down time!

Quirky and artsy space with loads of atmosphere, free wifi, and a great location. Many folks use it as a local meeting spot and office space. On the minus side, many folks use it as an office and because there is not much room, you could wait for space to sit. Fun and always has a rotating art exhibit by local artists - come and check it out.

True facts from a small visitor: "it smells like coffee" Indeed it does. A swift operation, very clean, ample seating and an array of options for coffee, tea and foods. Many different bagels, lots of Breads and other breakfast foods! Matcha latte is a go with almond milk yess. White heron teas available as well as some unique and colorful artwork on the walls for sale. Ambient music adds to the low key vibe of this busy spot. I could hang here for hours. WiFi available for longer-term visits.

Nice little, literally, coffee house. Not much room but cozy. Can get quite crowded. Appears to be in older building. The staff recognizes the locals or frequent buyers. Specialty coffee is more affordable than Flight Coffee down the street. Large latte comes with 3/4 shots so take the 4 shots ;) Latte tastes better so it probably depends on the beans and how it's made for consumption. Different types of coffee available though are in containers like a self serve in front. Paid street parking if you want to visit.

Always a great experience. Yummy coffee and treats, free WiFi and most of the time a great seat in a quiet corner. Brought my daughter to study for her mid terms and sat at a table in the rear, during the afternoon rush. Definitely busy.. but we called before we got there, to make sure there was a table and to see if they had free wifi...the person who answered the phone was super cool and friendly.

This is my favorite place for coffee. The iced mochas I've had from here were absolutely amazing in comparison to other local locations. The only issue is the location is small and compact, making parking a problem, and the place can easily become crowded. I find it easy to avoid the rushes though. All that being said, if you live within the vicinity of Adelles, and you enjoy coffee, stopping by this location is a must.

Stopped by Adelle's this afternoon with my family for coffee, hot chocolate and dessert. I am extremely impressed by the staff. The work ethic, pride ,and overall service is second to none. There was one girl behind the counter, who during the time we were there was cleaning, filling up the coffee containers, washing dishes in the sink, taking out the garbage and preparing for the evening. She told me how much she loved working at Adelle's. Employees like her are the backbone of a business. What an incredible person who truly enjoyed her job. Adelle's is a great cafe to enjoy a cup of coffee and take a break from the daily grind. Keep up the great job. I only wish they had a light menu (soup and sandwiches) .

Great options for vegans, but expensive, had a delicious almond milk specialty drink with cardamom, ginger and turmeric, hubby enjoyed his oatmeal. Also tasty, healthy vegan pastries. My second trip, I ordered a a delicious frozen chai , with home-made whip cream, that was hands down wonderful too. One item I ate was less than tasty: I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon bits and an odd jelly, the bacon was not crisp and it reminded me of spam, not what I was hoping for at all! l couldn't tell that the bacon was there and it was too sweet for me. A friend ordered a bagel with cream cheese, avocado and pea sprouts she loved a lot, will get that next time for comparison. I've been there twice and definitely will return, as their drinks are delicious, even though it's more than I'd normally spend, it is still better than other gourmet coffee shops, but again seating was very limited and people are in no hurry to leave esp. if they have laptops with them!!

I debated whether or not to give Adelle's four or five stars but ultimately decided five because it's a great local spot that takes part in the community which I appreciate. It's not the best coffee I've ever had but you can tell that the employees care about their job and the customers they are serving. Very cozy, sometimes too much so when it's really busy but overall nice hipster "I write rhyming couplets that tell the story of the broken hearted youth in small town America on my Macbook Pro while sipping Kombucha" vibe which isn't a bad one to be around. If you love the Dover community and being in an environment that supports creativity and acceptance then this is the perfect little coffee shop for you.
