Fresh delicious burgers, the best in all of vegas. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The service was quick, we didn't wait long, and the burgers were tasty with quality ingredients and no grease. Sitting out the front people watching is a definite must.

Great burgers, shakes, and fries! There was a little miscommunication with the staff and a lot of people were being called up prematurely to their food being ready so there ended up being a big crowd at the pick-up station for a while. Hard to find seating but the wait staff is always trying to help find you a place!

My boyfriend kept raving about this place coming out here one day, we eventually went and looking at the menu there weren't many options for how much they were pricing..we decided to get these chicken bites..thinking it was a combo for $10 it was by itself. Everything you have to pay for is all seperate even fries and drink which totaled to $40 for 10 chicken bites. As I was eating I was thinking to myself like man these little bites have flavor until I looked at the one I bit into which was completely raw. The pigeons had a better time eating it than I did. P.S this place doesn't carry RANCH

Always a treat no matter where it’s located. We landed and came straight to Shake Shack for a late night meal. Service was quick and friendly. I got a hamburger with Prosecco. Portions on hamburger, on point. Prosecco was big. They had to pour it into two cups versus one. :) Big open space for seating inside and outside.

Yummy burgers! We ate the Shake Stack, it is the cheeseburger and shroom burger together. Also ordered the loaded fries and were not prepared for the amount! The serving is enough for multiple people to share. We will return again. Highly recommend.

Yum, and further more, yum! It was busy but the food was prepared perfectly and fast! You could eat indoors or outside by the water-hedges. Nice setting, prices weren't too bad either!

This was the first Shake Shack my family and I have visited. It was ok, but no where near as "great" as people claim. The staff was okay They handled the long line at a steady pace and were friendly when taking our order. Our food was ready in s decent amount of time, but I was not impressed by the unfriendly attitude of the staff handling the food delivery. We were also not impressed by the food either. We didn't find it to be any better than Steak 'n Shake and their cheese fries are definitely not as good as other places. It is doubtful we will go to another Shake Shack. We felt we definitely overpaid for average food.

This Shack Shack location is very similar to others. Offering quick meal for reasonable price, base on nearby restaurants. Very adequate in size with lots of seating. Only problem when it gets very busy, they tend to under cook the beef patties and for get your drink.

Been here a couple of times. Unfortunately this location is just meh. I've had the burger, fries, custard and hot dog. Nothing stood out to me. The hot dog had an unusual taste but i do like that it's grilled. The burger also was just alright. The hit was the vanilla custard that I dipped my fries into. That was delicious. Stand in line, order your food and have a seat. The line goes by fast and the food is also ready quickly. I would still recommend this place to all. I personally like the location in SD Mission Valley. The burgers were delicious.

Terrible! I waited 30+ mins for one order of a chicken sandwich and cheese fries! I have never in my life experienced such terrible service. The cashier spilled my girl's drink and didn't offer a replacement or nothing. By the time I got my food, it was cold. Terrible experience... I will never be here again... Cant handle the volume, don't open the restaurant. Shame

Got the classic ShackBurger, with their house made lemonade, and the bacon cheese fries. Maybe not the place you want to go to on a diet but if your ready to pig out on some delicious food get to it! Also got a Pooch-ini for my dog which is a treat peanut butter sauce and vanilla custard. Good for the family and good for the pups.

It was a very busy July 4. Order line was neatly zigzagging by the entrance. Order was taken quickly and correctly and with a big smile. Menu included hotdogs, chicken bites and treats for your dogs. Serves wine (have prosecco) and beer. We waited quite awhile for our order and when the order buzzer lit up, we joined the throng of customers eagerly waiting at the order pick up area. There were orders waiting under the heating lamps and on the pick up counter. But the exhausted lady giving out the orders wasn't quick enough and orders were incomplete. When we (and other customers) asked for missing items, we were answered curtly and made to wait longer. She didn't do certain tasks because as she stated loudly "that's not my job". Our order was incomplete, not hot at all. Bacon cheese fries needed more cheese. Burger was small with a few leaves of lettuce and haphazardly wrapped. The chocolate milkshake was the one that saved the day - rich, thick, creamy. Sorry Shake Shack, you didn't win me over.

I've been to shake shack before and for some reason the food here is very tasty. I had the double meat burger . The bread is very good. I also had the fries which were cooked to perfection in my preference. There was no long lines. People ate and went.

Salty! If you like extra salty burgers then it's for you. A very sad piece of lettuce, tiny tomato and a tiny glob of meh sauce top it off. Definitely giving In N Out the win on the burger war! Fries here were better though. Cost about$50+ to feed a family of 4, I spend under$25 to feed them at In N Out. Probably won't be back here again

Loved the location! It's right on the strip. Burgers were good, tasted like they were off of the grill as opposed to tasting fast foody (I'm pretty sure that's not in the dictionary lol). Shakes were good too although it would have been nice to know whipped cream is $ 0.50. The fries with bacon and cheese are a must...so good! It's a little spendy though. I think I paid around $50 for what's pictured below.

good burger, good prices. The line is always pretty long. I thought the time it took to pickup was pretty long. It took about 20 mins for my burger and fry. Still very good and worth the wait, there was a decent amount of confusion as the pagers start vibrating before your order is ready so it caused the person who calls out names to have to explain that means your order is coming up soon. It would make more sense to stick to one or the other to me.

This place is just #yum. The shakes I’ve actually never had but my boyfriend loves them. Great crinkle cut fries, yummy burgers and the concretes are just amazing. This location seems to always be busy and finding a seat will take patience. Hopefully it’s not snowing outside and if it’s full inside you’ll find places to sit outside on The Strip. Always will stop here when in Vegas!

There is no better fast food/counter service in the world. Seriously. Sure, I've had food that is at least as good (maybe better . . . maybe), but not from fast food. I've tried all the regional favorites (Burgerville back home, In 'N Out, Whataburger), and of course the national chains, and no place has impressed me as consistently as Shake Shack. I only wish there was one back home.

This was the best food we had in Vegas. We kept going to places and getting disappointed time and time again while we were there on out honeymoon, and then we came here. It was fantastic! The hot cherry pepper burger had so much flavor, it was perfect. I literally still think and talk about this burger and I went here 6 months so! Definitely worth checking out if you check out nothing else on the strip. It's the cheapest food you're going to find and it actually tastes amazing. I would highly recommend and come back here again!

I really don't understand the hype of this place.. The fries were crispy and the chicken bites were great but the burger was mediocre at best . In and out is better and so is Fat burger .. The one male server here is extremely rude .. No line up 5 cashiers and nobody handing out the food . Stood waiting for 5 minutes while I watched a lady take my food off the tray and put it back under the warmer when I spoke up about it I was told to be patient and wait .. I will never eat here again

Shake shack was a little overhyped for me- the burger was pretty good (good sear on the patty) but not amazing. Crinkle cut fries were just OK. But if you want a reasonably priced meal on the strip, it’s not a bad choice.

Stumbling home from the bar and casino I came across shake shack. Lucky enough it was open as if always wanted to try it since we do not have the franchise in Canada. The chicken burger and the original burger was absolutely fantastic. The fries were a perfect pairing. And the milkshake topped off the entire meal. One of the best damn burger meals I've ever had.

Expensive noisy lively good quality food custard is a bit odd but does taste like custard. Expected emporium capwells Compton's quality custard but it is not! Burgers and sodas are very good. If you want desserts go to Porto's in Los Angeles area. Don't mind paying $20+ for a burger fries drink combo but be aware trendy is not cheap.

The burgers were decent, nothing too crazy. My biggest flaw with this location is how filthy the outside dining area was. I understand it's on the strip but it looked like it was not cleaned for months. A wet rag would do miracles for those seats and tables.

Line into the registers to order goes quick. Better know what you want when you walk by the big menu board. The burgers are good, small juicy and lota of flavor. The shakes are alright just average, and a little too thick for using a straw on. Service is kinda slow and very crowded with people waiting for the orders to come out.

If you’re on a keto diet, this is a wonderful spot because you can get your burger wrapped. Very tasteful and delicious, I recommend the double burger with cheese. The lemonade was too sweet. Thankful for free water.

Always one of my stops when in Vegas. The line here is always long, but don't let that deter/scare you away because it normally goes pretty quick. My burger is always juicy and fresh on a fluffy bun. Though the strip isn't dog friendly at night, I always bring my pup here during lunch and sit outside. It's cute when they bring a paper doggy bowl with water and a treat out for her. The staff here is always cheerful and sweet.

So, the line to order food went by surprisingly fast. My family and I sat down and waited until our buzzer was ringing. I took a look at our receipt and the cashier had charged an extra 1.00 because I asked for the cheese from double down fries on the side but didn't want the bacon or tomatoes. He thought I wanted everything on the fries but extra cheese on the side. About half an hour passes and it hadn't buzzed so I go to see whats happening and a huge crowd is around where the food is given. To shorten the story, since it was so disorganized they had given our order to someone else accidentally and that had happened to many people that night. Our cashier also didn't activate our buzzer so we never knew it was ready. We got our order and the fries had the bacon and tomatoes on them after we had asked them to change the charged cheese and put the toppings on the side. I love Shake Shack and it's food, but this location let me down.

Great tasting food. Went here while walking back to my hotel with the kids. We ordered cheeseburgers and cheesey bacon fries. Everything was very good.

As far as I am concerned, they serve one of the best hamburgers I eat so far. I am from Spain and the only two times I have traveled to USA, I tried to find a Shake Shack nearby and taste one of their hamburgers once again. Moreover, they have other kind of fast food products, such as fries, desserts or even chicken hamburgers and nugget like food.
