I came to this restaurant because my friend cleaned it had the greatest Burger ever, in reality it was a very good burger, but I would pair it up to the size of a good Norms Restaurant Burger. Overall I have not been able to sit there because the place got rented out by some group and we were not able to be served until 9:30, this is not a problem but I don't believe I could really give a full review until I actually sit down and experience it.

Will never set foot in this resteraunt again. Ordered my meal. Tiped the waiter $15 on a $60 meal for 2 people. The waiter followed us out of the resteraunt and started screaming at us for not tipping him more! Unbelievable. Last I checked the tipping rate was 15% and a $15 on a 60 dollar meal more than exceeds that.

My wife and I went to Vegas for our 10th anniversary. We invited family and friends, and had a Vegas style wedding/vow renewal. Planet Hollywood was where we decided to have dinner. We made reservations, and she was in communication with the coordinator the whole time. The staff was nice. My problems are that even though everyone in our party selected from a prefixed menu, it took forever to get our entrees. So long that we had to cut our paid limo driven Vegas tour short. Even when the meals came some in our party complained about the meals not being cold. When this was brought to the staffs attention, no manager came over and spoke to us, or apologized. My wife even sent an email to the corporate office, and got no response. It seems like they only cared about getting our money. I am not saying you will have a bad time, or bad meal here, just hope you get all of your food in a timely manner. I wanted to add to my review. The manager called me and apologized for our experience. He took responsibility even though he was not there and even offer to do something for us. The apology was all that was needed. After hearing the manager take responsibility for what happened we are willing to go back and give them another chance.

Amazing food, low prices and good service. This restaurant is way more reasonable than the so-called "Gordon Ramsay" restaurant in the casino. I would recommend trying this restaurant. It will be worth it.

We ate lunch here. My husband said his wings were good. I ordered a spinach salad with fruit on it and grilled chicken breast. The chicken breast was dry and the salad was drenched in dressing. It was so much dressing. I just couldn’t eat it. On my way back from the restroom I almost stepped on a very large roach crawling along the edge of the room. He was at least 2” long. I would never eat here again. I only gave 2 stars because our server was friendly.

I booked a table for 6 people 2 weeks in advance for my husbands 40th birthday. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had been booked out so they seated us in the outside area. The tables didn't fit together, the waitress couldn't get around the table and I couldn't get out. The food wasn't special and the chips were cold. As I'd already expressed my disappointment with the table no one came over to see if we were ok and how our food was! It was my first time and last time I'll be going to any Planet Hollywood restaurant!

OK service, cool atmosphere. Although the house salad was fresh & crisp with an innovative dressing and the french fries came in a cool wire basket, the food was too expensive for what you get. Only with coupons (readily available: "$10 off of $20" & "$10 off of $30" easily found with quick search) was our meal a good deal. Decent for two, however won't be much help for parties of 3 or more. Drink water or beer 'cause sodas are $3.99. OUCH!!! I found HRC a better choice for similar type of experience with more interesting memorabilia & a menu with better choices for my taste: equivalent price & coupon availability. Bottom line: go by yourself or with one other person, drink water & bring a coupon. Otherwise prepare to be underwhelmed.

This place I highly do not recommend! Salty fries and when we requested unsalted fries they came back with fries that seem like they just refried the ones we already had . The icecream was really cheap amd poor quality. We requested for our burgers to be well done and they were under cooked . The only good thing was that the waitress was kind and provided good service.

Worst restaurant ever....i would advise everyone to stand clear of this restaurant. Just left from this establishment with my gf and i ordered the chicken mac and cheese i couldn't finish it all so i gave it to my gf to finish and she found a huge piece of glass in the food and there were chips of glass in my fruit cup i ordered and all the waitress did was take off the mac and cheese but still made us pay for the rest of the food. My gf could be dead right now due to someone elses mistake..i hate this place .it needs to be shut down..food is disgusting. I wouldnt feed it to a dog and very overpriced. Not even worth it if it was free..it should be under free..so thinking about filing a lawsuit because of glass i chewed that was in my fruit but was tiny pieces compared to ber piece in the mac and cheese.

Upon arrival we were greeted and we checked in to our room with ease. The room was nice, but nothing special. My wife and I really enjoyed the casino and a few of the restaurants attached, but the club inside the hotel was lame. Other than that, I was an over all great experience.

This location is so much better than the old location. They have a balcony with a great view of the strip. The service is so much better. I assume there is new management. They have improved the menu to include a good selection. The quality is great for the price. It has a nice comfortable atmosphere. The only complaint is the pricing of the larger size beer is a bit odd. You pay more for the first one, then less for refills. But you do not keep the glass. Seems a bit strange, but overall, the prices are fair for the quality, location, and being on the strip. We have definitely added this place as a regular stop on our trips to Vegas.

This was the first time we went to the Planet Hollywood restaurant in Las Vegas. We received a free credit as part of our go Las Vegas pass. The restaurant was very slow on a Friday afternoon. Our server was fine and the food was served quite quickly. We opted for the appetizer sampler. Most of the food was pretty good, but nothing really standing out as tasty. The wings were below average... and the accompanying carrot sticks were well beyond their best before date. The decor was dated and the movie memorabilia was on the “meh” side. I’d expect better for Vegas. The items also looked dusty to me, which might be a good description of this restaurant concept. I thought the bathrooms were quite run down... but it was hard to tell if this was actually the look they were going for ? Now that there is a PH hotel and casino, maybe they should close down this location and relocate the restaurant in the hotel instead of the Forum shops.

What a fun place I asked for a very unusual drink and they accommodated me and the food was ginormous proportions and the service was impeccable. A few things you should know if you're going to Vegas these daysyou do have to pay for parking pretty much everywhere so go to the Caesars valet it's right outside of the door and it's only $7 for the whole as opposed to walking from self parking for fifteen bucks. We were using the Go City Las Vegas cards which gave us $15 credit each for planet Hollywood but it was so great we spent another forty bucks totally worth it

The poker floorman hostile and impatient towards women. He made me so uncomfortable I ended up leaving :( the restaurants are great and concerts really fun. It is disappointing to be treated like garbage by the poker room staff. Being a local, I have not had this experience at other hotels. Planet Hollywood, INVEST in employee training, we want to bring you our business!!

We visited the restaurant on the evening of Wednesday 12 June 2019. On our arrival your staff informed us that they had an outside table with a view of The Strip. As we were discussing this with them another couple walked straight passed us without stopping to talk to the staff & took our table. Planet Hollywood staff then approached this couple & remonstrated with them in a most polite way telling them that the table was already taken/reserved. This couple were not for moving but Planet Hollywood staff persevered & this couple left & we got the "Best seat in the house". Both the meal & drink & service was excellent & the view from the table, The Strip, was better than we could say. Thank you Planet Hollywood staff.

The casual atmosphere will keep you entertained. As for food, we ordered a burger and fries this turned out pretty good. The service was fairly slow as others had mentioned, the bartender took the most care of us. Considering we didn't sit near the bar but within his view. The food is decent but service was no highlight. The bar tender got the majority of the tip. - Not a restaurant that I'll go back to.

The food was great and enjoyed the artifacts on display. The only disappointment came when our server asked if we would like to pack our leftover to take with us. As we were going to be walking for several more hours before going back to our hotel we said no. As she turned her back to us with our plates in hand she said, "what a waste" semi under her breath but still loud enough for two of our group to clearly hear. We agree it was a waste, the portion sizes were generous. However, all she did was upset my wife and reduce her tip considerably.

Their highlighted blackened chicken pasta tasted watery. They don't walk by checking on you so if you want a refill on your soda you have to flag them down. We ordered bread sticks because they don't give you bread or anything before the meal and they were disappointing. The bread sticks were doughy, tasted like they were put in a microwave after being frozen, and dripping with unappetizing melted butter. They offer an ice cream dessert afterwards which they say is chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. When I got my small scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was obvious they hadn't even bothered to rinse the ice cream scooper before scooping mine as I could easily see chocolate on one side of it. I would not recommend coming here even if it was free. Especially since the meal was priced at over $100. I've had far better for far less. I would have rather gone to a fast food joint.

Had a good experience ten years ago, so we decided to try again. Not so great. Restaurant empty yet they set us (along with others) in front of the restaurant where the forum shops are.... in wicker lawn furniture. It was very uncomfortable. I am 5'4" and felt my legs were too long for the seating/table, so you can imagine my 6' ft tall husband, his knees pushed the entire table off the floor when he attempted to put his feet flat on the floor. Service was slow and I really wanted a t-shirt from here, but since I never took one step inside the restaurant I opted against it. Not too mention the annoyance of the restaurant music clashing with the loud sounds of the forum shops. The atmosphere was that of a food court, not the cool vibe of the past.

Planet Hollywood suites are pretty rad. The suite that I had had SO MUCH room and some stairs. There is free parking at the Planet Hollywood parking garage but I'm not sure how long it will take until they start charging for parking like everyone else. Hopefully that day never comes, but business is business! It is also connected to the Elara, which is a Hilton Vacation property. There are so many food options at the Planet Hollywood; you are bound to find something that you will love to munch on!

I enjoyed our experience. I notice the restaurant received some low marks so I was hesitant but realized quickly my experience was much better. I had the breakfast burger. It was excellent! It had ham, egg, bacon, cheese, pickles, potatoes, and a burger, plus lettuce and tomato. My wife had the Turkey sandwich and only could eat half. She loved it as well. We also had potato skins for an app. It wasnt bad either. Our server, Mark, did an awesome job! He was quite busy bringing me drinks. Sorry Mark for drinking so many sodas but I was thirsty. Definitely would go back.

This is much like any Planet Hollywood restaurant, which is no bad thing, but comes with the added bonus of a great view from the balcony. The food was good and decently portioned but as with most things in this part of Las Vegas it was more expensive. The service was pleasant but not particularly fast. It didn't appear to be the fault of the waiting staff however as they were constantly bring food and drinks.

It took me 25 YEARS to do it, but I finally crash landed on Planet Hollywood! My "Classic Cheesburger" was amazing and the service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. First impressions go a long way in Vegas, and I must say I was very impressed with my experience. A 20% discount on all merchandise was the icing on the cake. Thank You PH!

Ate dinner last night with my daughter and my mother. Sat outside at night with an amazing view. Server was very attentive, friendly, knew the menu well and gave great suggestions (didn't miss a beat). Great management. Manager was walking the restaurant and stopped by twice just to check on us. Food portions are huge as we were told. Ribs are a rack and a half, very delicious. Hollywood Bowl Salad was huge and very tasty. Daughter inhailed the kids pizza and apparently enjoyed it. This is how a restaurant should be managed. Great experience for all of us. Nice work.

They acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us. Ordered an appetizer and had to send back, done wrong. Ordered 2 burgers, mine was supposed to be medium while her's was well done. Both came well done. Waiter would bring refills and walk past the table and then bring it to our table. Did this a few times. Not recommended.

This restaurant hosted a dinner event for my family. It was a large party of 50+ and they went above and beyond for us to have a great time. There were complications that had nothing to do with them and they made it go smoothly and effortlessly. I would highly recommended this establishment. I left my purse hanging on my chair at the table after we ate. I called while walking back to my hotel and thankfully they had it. It was locked up with the manager, Chris. When I returned to retrieve it, everything was inside except for my cash. Chris said it had only been touched by the employee who brought it to him, and him. Booked the Fountain view room, and couldn't be more happy. My wife was absolutely thrilled! I don't know if there could be a better view in Vegas. I had ordered BBQ ribs which cam with fries and coleslaw. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy. The server insisted their fries were always crispy. I asked for the coleslaw to be in a separate bowl to which he replied it does come its own bowl. When my meal came, I did not get coleslaw at all and the fries were barely warm and soft. The server did not come back to check on us and our meals. He did not bring ketchup or refill drinks. When he was finally flagged down, I explained the fries were softer than I like and barely warm so he offered to bring me new fries. Then he brought us our bill. When we paid, I told the server to just tell the kitchen to keep the fries since we were finally leaving and I did not ever get them. I also advised him that I did not get the coleslaw at all. The server just said " yeah the kitchen is busy". The restaurant was more than half empty. He did not offer an apology or discount however he did offer a root beer float to go. O was not in Vegas to have a root beer float. I walked and told the young hostesses how my meal was. They each responded " that really sucks". I paid for a meal when I did not even have the entire meal brought to me. This was awful service although I will admit the ribs were great.

I’ve been a chef for over 15 years and whenever I go out of town I go to a Planet Hollywood whenever I want something simple but good (Florida,South Carolina,New York etc). As a chef I was shocked by the Planet Hollywood in Caesars Palace. The menu was horrible and the quality of the food was bad. The other experiences I’ve had at other planet Hollywood’s were pretty darn good. The food was fresh,there was a wide selection and the interior was up to date. I get it,it’s not a five star restaurant but I think the one in Caesars in Vegas,needs some tender loving care. Chef Tahirah

Es läuft relativ laute, aber gute bunt gemischte Musik mit Musikvideos dazu und das Lokal ist dekoriert mit diversen Bildern und Objekten von und zu Hollywoodstars, bekannten Kultfilmen etc. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam und wir hatten wieder den Planet Hollywood Burger nach Art des Hauses bzw. Empfehlung der Woche - diesmal mit Avocado, Peperoni etc. getoppt. Das Fleisch Paddy wird hier nach Wunsch des Garpunkts individuell zubereitet; Medium ist es am leckersten! Pommes waren auch lecker und knusprig. Preisleistungsverhältnis gut und alles sauber und gepflegt.

DON'T GO !!! ...go to any Caesars properties versus this one!!! Parking Sox and the staff can't even help you get to where you need to be ... It takes over 20 minutes from where you park your car to walk to the elevators to your room ... It is a pain in the a#@

The food was great and the drink selection was fun with the movie themed flavors. The atmosphere was so cool that you almost forget about the food and find yourself wandering around to look at the famous movie pieces. I loved it!

The Korean BBQ and the Big Lebowski were the highlights of the meal. Flavorful and delicious. However, the same can not be said for the Philly Steak and Cheese. Meat was dry and the sandwich overall was bland.

Worst meal in a restaurant my wife and I have ever had. The service was terrible! The food was bland and tasteless! I kept imagining Gordon Ramsey spitting the food out and wiping it off his tongue. I did not tip the waiter as his service sucked. There are far better restaurants in Vegas.....keep waking away from PH!

Uit de keten. Deze vestiging zit in Ceasar's Palace. Eten is goed. Niet super. De salades zijn heel erg groot. De Philly Steak Cheese sandwich is mijn favoriet. Ik vond dat hier weinig herkenbare filmattributen worden getoond.

Staff were friendly they kept checking our table food portions were good but the food wasnt anything to brag about mostly came because of the movie memorabilia if your a movie buff I'd check it out, other than that it's ok not great

This is definitely the worst place in Vegas. Utter rubbish. DO NOT waste your time going to this dump. The food was dry and over cooked for all 3 of us. The waiter was shabby. The toilets were just unacceptable in a place like Vegas.dirty and run down. This is not a Planet Holywood style restaurant, it’s terrible. If you still go after reading this then you will have wasted one of your nights out of your holiday like we did. What are Caesar’s Palace doing associating themselves with this awful place.
