We live in Summerlin and about once a month we take a drive to Pahrump and stop in at Mom's Diner. The drive is spectacular, if you like the mountains and the desert. And, now with the snow on Mount Charleston, the trip is even nicer. Mom's Diner is a real diner with diner food and true diner hospitality. The coconut cream pie is the best I've had anywhere, including my own.

This small dinner was extremely busy when I was there for lunch. They still got the orders right and provided them in ample time to eat before a lunch hour would run out. The menu was resonably priced and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere is unique to it's name. It's great for a home cooked style meal.

Good place to start or end your day. They serve down home cooked meals. The staff is great, and go out of their way to make your meal plesent with out hovering. Their menu is different enough to eat there more than once a week. Good desserts also.

Great little place in Pahrump for breakfast and lunch! Kinda hidden off Highway 160, near the Chrysler/Jeep car dealership. Friendly service with a smile and delicious food. Our family ordered ham & eggs, chicken fried steak, breakfast skillet and it was all good. I think the chicken fried steak was the best bang for the buck though. My kids ordered off the kid's menu and got grilled cheese (little skimpy on the cheese) and Mickey Mouse pancake (cute idea!) with bacon. All in all, above average and enjoyable!

This is a gem. Best Eggs Benedict I have had at a restaurant. My wife ordered a bacon cheese burger. We see why this is such a talked about place to eat. Great service, great food and decent portions. We left happy and full. Next time we plan of trying one of the pies. If you want down home cooking this is the place for you. My wife has traveled all over the US and she said this was as close to an East Coast diner she's been able to find on the West/SW coast.

Decent price too for the filling meal. BIG restrooms, and very clean as well. Had a great breakfast today at Moms, corn beef hash with two eggs and hash browns. I asked for well down and they delivered. The toast was so good it had to be homemade.

Absolutely amazing Was outside during the day all week, so getting a full plate of food, fresh food, and well cooked. Simply makes a great place to go. I asked them to surprise me , every time it was a great meal. You cant go wrong, and they all have a smile on there face. Great food, cool interior deco, great filling portions, and the prices were more then reasonable

If you have kids do yourself a favor and get them the Mickey mouse pancakes. Holy moly it is huge!!!!! It was definitely more than my 3 year was able to handle. The whole place is one of a kind. If you happen to not have cell service this place got you covered with a payphone. Yes you read that right, a payphone!!!! When was the last time you saw a payphone?

If I got my chopped sirloin any rarer with my eggs for breakfast it would still have had a cowbell on it... I ask for Xtra rare and it was cooked perfect. Our party of 4 was happily stuffed when we finally were all able to finish such a fabulous meal. I heard there is usually a line for breakfast but we went right in and were sat immediately. Service and staff were super attentive and coffee refills flowed freely.

Food was excellent. When my friend & I had our meals brought to our table, I had been brought the wrong order, but before I had the chance to say anything, my correct order was placed before me. And our server did the exchange with such humor and speed, I couldn't help but be impressed. The restaurant had come highly recommended, and that recommendation was well deserved. The kitchy decor is charming, lending it a 50's diner-type feel with a contemporary flair. Highly recommend you visit Mom's & see for yourself.

There were a lot of people there when we went but service was still great. I was very impressed with the staff, the servers were so friendly, polite, and quick with getting your order and refills. Their cooks, WOW!! They are amazing. We took more time to ordering our meal than they took getting it cooked and out to us. We absolutely loved everything about this cute little diner. We will definitely return before heading back home to California. Our friends, who are locals, said they had never eaten here before, but this will be their new go to place when they dine out.Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service and experience.

Service nice and friendly. Orders were out more quickly than usual. Momstrosity burger was excellent, "chicken fried chicken" sandwich was pretty badly overcooked (cutlet was hard and dried out) and uncharacteristically greasy on the outside. Seemed like maybe they were trying to train a new cook and the chicken got away from him/her. Will definitely go back because it's typically very good.

This is my favorite diner to come to! I love this place. I just wish it was in Vegas where I live. But any time I'm ever in Pahrump, I make the time to come to Mom's Diner. I grew up in Oklahoma where diners are everywhere and my childhood was all about grilled cheese sandwiches and this place did them perfectly! The staff that work here are amazing and sweet and make you feel like you're a local no matter where you're from. The decor is exactly what you would expect and want from a diner. Its been years since I've been back to the Midwest but this is the best next thing to being there. Thank you Mom's!

The people here are super friendly and the service was great. It is a cute looking diner. Having said that, I was disappointed with the food. The veggies were so soggy and tasted like veggies from a bag that were microwaved way too long. The breading on the tilapia slid right off. The fish and veggies also had no seasoning at all. I would not recommend this dish.
