Came for Brunch with the hubs.....Service was top notch!!! Food was yummy and they had amazing mister fans outside that made the heat bearable!!!!! Would definitely come again!!

Greta Huskie

We had the most incredible service this morning at Herringbone. One of the most attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable wait-staffs I have ever experienced. The food was amazing (especially the ricotta cheese pancakes!) but the wonderful employees really made this meal a highlight of our trip

Jason Ingraham

Amazing brunch experience - great selection and extremely helpful wait staff. They helped pick out they perfect cocktails to go with everything on the menu, can't say enough good things about the people there!!

Evan Zaleschuk

Great beer and bourbon menu. Food was fantastic.

Eric J Kidd

Beautiful patio for dinner with a breeze

Crazy Joker

We didn't try the food but my wife and I had a couple cocktails at the bar. THE BEST cocktails I have had in Vegas. Try the signature pear cocktail. My wife isn't a drinker and she threw back two amaretto sours before I finished my first pear cocktail. A must try when you visit.

Stay away from this place this place not good no more we were here last year and we had a great experience with chef Gino and now we come back and I guess chef Gino don't work there no more plus the managers and the stuff were rude I understand if they were busy but it was not busy to get a good table stay away from this place not the same no more

Kameran Neises

This place was kinda odd. Fancy expensive food in a sports bar setting with DJ blasting music. The cocktails were tiny or filled with 90% ice. One of the cocktails with mango was not drinkable but another with blueberry was good but hardly a sip. The food portions were small as expected looking at the menu but seems way overpriced when you are actually sitting in a sports bar/ club. The food was pretty good but with so many good options in Vegas this place is unfortunately pretty forgettable.

Dianna Green

Love Herringbone!!! Wonderful drinks and food!

Bryan Smith

My daughter and I went for lunch today for the second time. We enjoyed the patio the first time and wanted to try it again. Unfortunately the service today was very poor. He was very inattentive and seemed unhappy to be there. I asked if they could turn the fans and misters on because they really made the patio comfortable last time. I was told they come on automatically and nothing could be done. It was 12:30 and 100 plus degrees. When you are paying over $150.00 for lunch one would expect more. On a pleasant note the food was very good. Unfortunately I will never go back. There are many good options in town that believe in customer satisfaction

David

Really delicious seafood here, staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a bit on the pricier end of the spectrum, but worth it.

Jose Lopez

What can I say about this place? It's got all of my favorite things: seafood, liquor, and excellent customer service! From our gorgeous-cheerful hostess, our extremely-attentive server, the talented/gifted chef, and charmingly-funny manager... a truly class A experience all the way. But dont let these words persuade you, instead experience it for yourself.

Nikki Scheerer

Food was good, but not excellent. Seemed pricy given the quality.

Timber Johnson

That food is amazing!

Tawana Lee

We Spent our Valentine’s Day here! It was truly amazing!! The food was so good! The atmosphere was perfect. The Waiter great! We even got to met the wonderful chef. We Will be back every time We are in Vegas! Is there an six star option?? Lol

After numerous dinner visits to Herringbone, it's time to give some Yelp love... Herringbone service: Consistently on point from beginning to end. The wait staff always has great knowledge on the dishes and has great suggestions. The kitchen gets your food out timely and the attitudes and smiles have all been positive. Herringbone cuisine: After a number of dinner visits, these are my current faves. The Tuna Poke is a must order every time. The scallops are very tasty and prepped perfectly for maximum flavor. The mussels is also something I'd recommend. The Brussels and Pecans is savory and makes me feel healthy af. The Duck Fat fries is flavorful and does not make me feel healthy af, but it's all worth it. Herringbone ambiance: Whether you sit indoors or out, you have a very spacious dining area with a high end feel. Inside the main bar is showcased and carries all the top shelf booze. Dark wood tables and chairs provide plenty of dining space. Outside, there's plenty of shading and heaters to keep the dining experience comfortable in any weather. Herringbone is one of the $$$ joints on the Strip that provides the value you'd expect for the price. My friends rave about the brunch experience but I haven't tried it yet. That's happening soon, but that's another Yelp tale. Enjoy!

Sean Forbes

Decent food poor service. Out of many things and switched out without telling me till it got to the table.

Eduard Lauren

Stopped at this restaurant for brunch. They offered a buffet for brunch. So, lobsters, shrimps, wild tuna, mussels, grilled meat, salad bar, deserts... Everything fresh and tasted surprisingly great! Yes, the cost is not quite a few bucks. Oh! They offer unlimited drinks for additional charge as well. Overall, we did like the food and service provided and would recommend this place for brunch at Aria hotel with no doubt.

Brian Glasser

Came here for lunch - I've seen and heard brunch and dinner are great so I figured I'd try the lunch menu. The prices here for lunch are basically entree dinner prices at other places (if you're from out of town).. but for it being on the strip, in aria - I'd say it's to be expected. With that being said - I split the fish tacos, ceviche, and ahi poke with one other person and I'd say.. for two avid fish eaters this was a decent spread. I'd say it's a 4/5 lunch spot.. the dishes were quite good and the place is quite nice.. but I think that's where I'd leave it. Quite good.. I would come back again but there are many other restaurants to try in city center.

Shun Matsunaga

I would give a 5 star experience for this place if the waitress working here didn't make mistake and lie to use. The food was really good, but they gave us the wrong order and told us the right order will be on the house. They charged us for the order anyway. We didn't realize this until we left the restaurant. Noticing this made me pretty annoyed that the people here would easily lie to us to charge us extra. The food was good, but the service was unfortunately not the best for us and we would never go back anymore.

Kevin Clarkson

Excellent food and service. Can't say enough good things about Herring bone Las Vegas.

Alexandr Moroz

Good seafood and unimpressive appetizers. Go for anything from the ocean, and you'd be satisfied. Don't bother with anything else on the menu.

Marin Motoc

Perfect place to rest and forget about everything, good food( try oysters and Tuna poke), also ask Evan about his signature drink, you will like it, also want to thank Pedro for being friendly and kind!!! Definitely will come back on our next vacation!!!

moshix

If you are looking for a boring, no-frills, almost-too-casual service place with exaggerated prices and mediocre food quality, then Herringbone is your place. The beer was stale. The octopus, was spicy beyond recognition. The service tried its best but there were four waiters each interchangeably servicing our table. For the price you pay this place, I would avoid.

Romi Mirza

Great place the management is excellent! Food is great!

Sam B

Food is delicious, loved the outdoor seating.

Kelly Ngo

The ambiance, decor, food, cocktails and service is great! The food is good. If you want a more casual yet upscale vibe, this is the spot. It feels very Californian to me here. I like it’s laidback vibe and fresh foods. Very fresh seafood. Tuna poke was my favourite.

Dan Wright

So freaking good!

Di Anne Padovano

So, this would have been a 5-star for sure because the location is beautiful and the service and people were absolutely incredible. I had a stressful weekend so I went to brunch to treat myself this Sunday. I had their brunch menu that included the self-serve seafood along with the menu. I ate, it was good, I left. Not an hour or so later when my team and I were on the road, I started throwing up like crazyyyyyyyy. Like, yesterday was not a good day. I was throwing up and other things I don’t want to mention on here. Holy hell. I hadn’t been drinking or anything and haven’t eaten anything but Herringbone since early Saturday. Today I had to cancel everything (Labor Day

Hendri Ernst

Came in for the brunch, served buffet style but you can also order some items on the menu and it's included in the buffet price of $59. The seafood was amazing, nice lobster tails and fresh oysters. The salad selection was very good with some different options like duck salad. The outside area looked nice, but there was no space so we decided to sit inside. The fact that you could order and do the buffet style brunch was nice.

Johanna Solomon

Had a really great experience here for a weekend brunch with a party of 6. Although more on the pricier side, there was a lot of food to choose from. Lots of seafood and meat choices. It's so nice that we were able to share plates from the kitchen and those were also pretty good. The service was great, and the music and atmosphere was very lively. Would come here again on a special occasion when I visit Vegas.

Nichole Manzanilla

Recently had a business event hosted at this location, and would recommend this location to host any type of event big or small. The onsite staff, Kristen Davidson, Doug, Ryan and several others were more than friendly, they were professional, accommodating and overall a pleasure to work with. The food and beverage selection was enticing and well executed with the clean and original atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you to the Herringbone staff, we will continue to make this a location to host futures dinners and events.

Ryleigh Aguilar

seafood, excellent. the food was super appetizing. it has a great interior.

Preet Shah

Wonderful staff and surprisingly good food

Richard Metzler

Wonderful service and deliciously prepared fresh seafood! Outside dining is sublime.

Aaron Stanford

Great experience. Food was excellent, portions were perfect for a fine dining restaurant. An appetizer, two entrees and a side left my wife and I full and happy for a bit over $100. Ambiance and service were excellent, but get your details on those elsewhere. We're all about the food!

Nathan Akers

This place is ALWAYS spot on with the food and service. Oliver gets a special shootout this time as me made this visit for our X Products team better than usual. Thanks everyone.

Joe L.

Superb food, great service, will definitely eat here again

antranik hindoyan

You should eat here. Lunch on the terrace is lovely Amazing staff and great food. Seafood pasta is on point !

Bobby Sexton

Costs over twice as much as much better eateries on the strip. Staff was super friendly though.

Bora K

We went here for my wife's 50th birthday and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. Austin was our server and he was very attentive, patient, fun and offered many great suggestions. Tuna Poke, scallop ceviche, seafood fried rice, Rainbow Trout, etc., and numerous cocktails between the 4 of us were all A++. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herringbone and will definitely visit it again next time we are in Vegas.

Hunter

Excellent food. Seafood is good. Best go with the buffet bc it's expensive anyway

Jeffrey Goldammer

It was ok, menu was weak on the selections; my wife had ordered the Maine lobster thinking it was the whole main lobster but came out with split tails that were meant to be an appetizer already precooked then cooked again. They stuck inside the shell and were tough, the Brussels sprouts and scallops were very good, as seafood restaurants go off I’d pass on this one.

Lyle Vaughan

Chinese Chicken Salad was absolutely delicious. Gracious, attentive service. A great spot with a group or solo at the bar.

Katie Yamada

Yum. Herringbone is kind of your cliche, Las Vegas eatery - expensive, but the service and food are good. I've been here on a couple occasions, both for dinner and the most recent - for lunch. I came here at lunch looking for scallops but didn't realize that the lunch menu is incredibly abbreviated, there's almost none of the dinner entrees on it. For lunch, we ordered the lunch box - I had a small trout caesar to start, and another side salad with my lobster roll. It's a little confusing, the "little gem" salad is actually the trout caesar, just named differently on here for some reason. The portion sizes were decent, not overwhelming large but not like some fancy French restaurant. As far as seafood goes, it's pretty fresh, especially considering you're out in the middle of the dessert and the nearest natural water source is very far. I thought it was just a tad overpriced, but I'd come back -- for dinner, probably not for lunch.

Caitlynn Gayle

Great food. Very accommodating for my vegan mom. Portions are tiny ish but filling

Janet Zahr

Great food and drinks, service is awesome

scott bolhack

Stay Away and Hold On To Your Wallet The dining experience at the Herringbone was not acceptable. We requested a table and were placed on some couches. Then we were told that they could accommodate us at a table so long as we did not eat past 8PM. Then why offer the table to begin with? When my personal bill came, they tacked on another 4 dollars to the drink of bourbon. Some kind of top off for asking for the bourbon 'neat'. I did not ask to be 'topped' off; your bourbon prices are already ridiculous; and do not charge the customer for something they did not ask for. The last time I was there in October, I was charged an additional $4 for the round ice cube, again something that I did not ask for. Are you guys kidding me? I will make sure that no one goes there if they ask me.

Nicole Morris

Gorgeous patio, good food and great cocktails!

Eli Levesque

Best value weekend brunch

Mike Vosburg

This place is on point! Went for lunch, great drink selection, shrimp ceviche and fish taco special were perfect. Add that to top notch service from Alan.

Jennifer Wong

Really amazing food. It’s a great lunch spot. Get the oysters + soft shell crab soup + branzino

Jim & Inna

That’s good my favorite restaurant when visiting the Aria for the past few years. World class food and service! Not too mention one of the best brunch spots you visit when the weather is good!

Andrew Sutherland

Ate here twice and both meals were incredible. The ahi tuna (add avacado) and the tuna sandwich both stand out as some of the better dishes I had in Vegas. Sitting inside or outside is quite nice here.

Stephanie Hellerman

Smaller, warm seafood centric restaurant off the promenade in the Aria. Delicious ceviche, giant perfectly seasoned prawns, crispy roast chicken. Great service.

Teddy Bourgeois

Great vibe...kind of New England seaside. Stopped by for a snack and cocktails. Had the Poke and Truffle fries, both were delicious and I'd head back in a heartbeat to eat them again! Staff was friendly and the uniforms are slick...guys with navy checkered shirts and vests with blue jeans, the girls in nice fitted navy dresses. I didn't have dinner, but hope to soon.

Dave Stillman

We sat outside which was really nice even though it was December. They had the heaters on which actually made it too hot at times, but they were happy to turn them down. The food was very tasty but the portions were dainty for the price. That's Las Vegas for you. We had the egg yolk pasta and the crab cake eggs Benedict. Beverages were most pricey as well for a brunch.

Joey Franco

Super friendly, and attentive staff. Definitely one of the best brunches in Las Vegas

gail lyons

LOVE this bit of glamour that seems intimate with outdoor seating in the heart of Las Vegas Strip.

David Hall

I work for a company called Pick On Us. I took my client to this location for scallops. They were devine. The General Manager Christian does a great job with the front of house staff and kudos to the chefs.

Yessica Josie

Love the food!

Catherine R

My friends and I were here last night and Eli, our waiter, took good care of us. I ordered the buffalo octopus, brussels & pecans, and lobster putanesca. They were delicious! The manager came by and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely come back. Great food, atmosphere, and service.

zoltan horvath

Great place for a full dinner or a quick bite and one of the best patios in town! Jacob the manager was a genuine great host!

Mark Kostick

Best chicken wings on the strip

Simone Fortina

Nice location and tasty menu. Good selection of wines. But everything was too spicy (pepper and garlic) even the signature branzino and Buffalo octopus.

Tacy Nichols

Had dinner before a show. Service was excellent and waitress was helpful in explaining specials and advise on the dishes. Vegetable risotto was extraordinary!

Keith Manske

Good but spendy

D Ives

Get the English pea soup. It’s poured tableside with these crab samosas in the bowl. It will change you. So good.

Boulder Jewelers

Had dinner after attending a trade show. Everything about this place was spot on. An outdoor seating area is hard to find in Vegas let alone a comfortable one! One of the managers, Oliver was attentive and so incredibly genuine (something also hard to find in Vegas) Hope this restaurant is around to stay because we will definitely be back!

Bina Gibson

The service was excellent. We got to sit outside and listen to live music while we dined. The Chilean Seabass with mushrooms and bok choy was very tasty. The crispy fries were good, but I was hoping for more fresh herbs, as advertised on the menu. The lobster putanesca was stellar!

MICHAEL MARTIN

My dearly departed fiancé Candi❤️ and I had been there twice ...... once for Valentine’s Day. And I surprised her for her birthday by going back. It’s a truly wonderful restaurant and I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful memories and dinners she and I had there.

Adriana Pingel

Not the best service for such a expensive restaurant. I paid $12 for the appletini and $36 for the rainbow trout. I would love to recommend the chef to change the plate were the rainbow trout came on, because the utensils fall down every time you put them on the side of the plate and it drove me crazy.

Najati Salhab

They offer a weekend brunch from 10 am to 3PM for $59. They have a seafood and shell fish station, carving stations, omelet on demand and order from certain selection of the menu. The seafood and shell fish station was my favorite. It has smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, oysters, king crabs and lobster tails among other things. Everything was really good. They also have salads, fresh juice and desserts. I highly recommend it.

Justin Maxwell

Went for brunch on a Saturday. Seafood and prime rib were awesome. Some of the off the menu items weren't as great as expected, but still very good.

FunkyBadChad

Herring bone patio is the best alongside DJ Robert Oleysyck with a great mix of house music!

Katie Wolter

We went here to entertain our wedding guests on March 17 during March Madness!! We have been here many times before, but never with a large party. During a prime time they definitely went over and above and got us inside seats instead of outside that would have been cold. They brought out the menu items on their own for everyone to sample since it was a large party. All food was amazing. The TVs are easy to view for games. Would always recommend this place. The husband and I are going back in June and will absolutely be here again!!! Update. Went here again for 3 month anniversary. Food and service still amazing. Asked to have a TV turned to the US Open, was told there was a World Cup viewing party so all TVs will be on World Cup. Brazil and Switzerland were playing. Brazil scored and there wasn't a peep. BRAZIL!!! Not a very good World Cup viewing party. Second half, Switzerland scores. Still, not a peep. Literally noone except us noticed. Turn out TV to golf............. they just have not made it as a "sports restaurant", but food is fantastic.

mike bolt

This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I had Sunday brunch and it blew our expectations away! Peter our server was beyond excellent. I own a craft beer bar in WA, state and have been in the service industry a long time. Peter is as good as it gets. He made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Our glasses were never empty and the food was excellent. Thank you Peter and the rest of the Herringbone staff. I will recoment this place to all my friends and family.

Steve

We came here yesterday with a party of 7 for lunch not realizing the lunch menu starts at 3. Until then you’re stuck with either the $59 AYCE brunch or the option of paying way too much for individual plates off the brunch menu. I had 2 burger patties topped with 2 sunny eggs. $21 my wife a bowl of wings for $23. Total bill with one round of drinks and tip was $280 basically for appetizers. The food and service was good but not that good considering all the other options around town. We sat on the patio where the DJ was playing making it difficult to converse. Yes we could have moved on but I had been wanting to try this place for a while so figured we’d stick it out. I can check it off my list and move on. Won’t be back.

Emmary Webb

Awesome experience. The halibut was sublime, delicious, tasty... oh my Lord. The duck fat fries, were to die for. The wings, risotto, and steaks were were very good. The only complaint was the that brought the wrong risotto to my colleague and did not compensate for error. They should have given her a discount. Nonetheless, very fancy and quality food. I would recommend.

Keri Nunez

Food and service is amazing. Staff was on every little thing and made you feel welcomed as soon as you walked in. The chef does amazing work with the food.

Deborah Cook

Every thing was amazing. The waiter was charming without being too charming. Manager checked in on us several times. Everything was delicious.

Jim Kelly

Vegas outpost of a California classic. Well crafted and tasty food.

Yordana

Such a chic brunch kind of vibe location. I sat outside for brunch alone and loved it! Service was fantastic. I chose the outdoor seating. I informed them it was my first time and They gave me suggestions from the whole menu in all the categories. I chose the breakfast burrito and WOW! Talk about delicious. I started with a cup of coffee and just sat back to enjoy the vibe because it was so soothing! Pretty pricey but what do you expect inside the Aria while staying in vegas? I think i paid around $23 for my meal. Well worth it. This will not be my last visit here<3

Adam William Inglis

Top quality service, comfortable setting, decent selection of food and beer (some bottomless) and a great meeting point. This is the best the aria has to offer, and they know it.

Tobias Crichton

Nice patio and very good seafood. Reasonable price (for Vegas) and portions are good too.

James Scores

Halibut or Seabass, both were perfect! Eli and company were the best! We'll be back.

Jodi Davis

Beautiful place! Very nice appetizers!! I enjoyed my visit very much!

Jay Schwartz

Tomato and avocado salad is a must try. Simple, yet fresh and delicious.

Amazing brunch... best i ever had anywhere

Linh Nguyen

Celebrated my friend's 40th birthday lunch here. The staff was engaging, extremely efficient and generous. Had us laughing and satiated the whole meal through.

Robin Marquard

My god the food was great!

Verna Mckelvin

We had a blast at brunch!

Evaristo Muñoz

Food is great fantastic service Everything was Great

Barry Hardy

We had dinner service and were quite pleased by the professional and friendly staff. They were very attentive from the first minute to the last. Appetizers of buffalo octopus, and clams on the half shell were perfection. Our entrees of grilled branzino, and a beautiful rib eye steak were exceptional, and melted in our mouths. We had sides of brussels and pecans, along with duck fat fries. Both were scrumptious. Then a desert of chocolate cake was absolutely the perfect finish to a grand 5 star meal. I will be going back to Herringbone soon. They know how to play the five star cuisine game well.

Kristal Wu

We had dinner at Herringbone last night (Thursday), although the front desk greeting lady wasn't friendly, the waiters who served us did a great job, from introducing entree through to dessert, every single dish was just taking us to experience The Herringbone! We loved the blue crab soup with soft shell crab so much, the light creamy corn soup with blue crab meat to enhance the flavour to draw your full appetite for the crispy soft shell crab. Me and my husband fought for the last bite.... while my husband loved the tuna so much, I just couldn't share my scallops, the squid ink with a bit of wild mushrooms gave a strong character to the whole dish, that not only allow you to taste the scallops but take you to the ocean as well. Wine was good matching, had a glass of pinot grigio and pinot noir from California, no disappointment.

Adrian Pacheco

Was ok. Wasn't impressed with the chilean sea bass

Willow Glitter Toast

Why can't this place be amazing? Really. It has so much going for it, primarily one of the nicest, most relaxing patios on LVB. The food is just always "fine". Service always spotty. On the most recent episode of "Maybe Herringbone" SERVICE Uneven yet accommodating. They accommodated a special request to make a salad into a sandwich. Even through end result was questionable, the effort is appreciated. They also gave a free dessert for the off-peak lunch order taking almost an hour to come out. Hostesses and roaming managers always super engaging and friendly. FOOD Tomato/Avo Salad: craving some texture, so asked to put on a wrap or sandwich if possible. What I got was half a salad on a butter toasted hamburger bun. I mean, OK, I asked for something done off menu but also said is fine if chef can't do it or thinks a bad idea. Paying $20 for an entree salad which amounted to a side salad on a bun was not particularly inspiring. Food was decent, just an awkward interaction all around. Dining companion had the lunch box with tomato/avo salad and lobster roll. He was a big fan. VERDICT I keep saying I will venture afield for a decent patio experience, but I always get sucked in by the convenience and great patio. I'll probably be back.

David Kwon

Good food but pricey

Rachel Gorenstein

Worst customer service. Waited 40 minutes at the bar to get a take out order of salad. When I finally got the salad it was warm and missing ingredients that were supposed to be in it. I was told a manager was going to come talk to us and no one came.

Raul Avila

Good buffet, servers are quick and attentive. Delicious foods and vegan friendly

Mayis Rocha

Great food, great staff!! Wonderful service

Wei Dai

Mash potatoes are epic

Chaz Wellington

Awesome selection and delicious food complimented by exceptional service!

Nenad Gal

Food is delicious

Robyn Mangold

Great food and service. The drinks were really great too

Jeff Kao

We chose this restaurant due to the great reviews. My friend came to Vegas for a conference and was staying at the Cosmopolitan across the street/bridge. The place was surprisingly empty comparing to the buffet next door. The main courses ranges between $50 and $60. We went with the sea bass, grilled fish (can't remember the name, but it was the 1st item on the list), and Filet Mignon. Both of the seafood dishes were excellent. My wife was very surprised that the whole fish has no bone. They did some kind of magic trick taking the bones out. The Filet Mignon was nicely done and tender. It is a great restaurant to eat in not only for the food but also for the ambience. We were able to carry out conversation without having to shout. The service was also excellent. Well worth the money.

S Carr

Food and services were great. We sat outside and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It was a hot day and they had water mister up and running. It was cool. I got the tuna poke bowl which was delicious!! Husband got spicy wings but it wasn't spicy at all for us. Still delicious. The tuna was filling for me so I didn't get an entree. My husband had a steak sandwich with fries. He said it was good. The fries were truffle fries I think. I didn't like them. He did though!! Overall a good spot to dine at.

Ajoura Rama

I CANNOT day enough great things about Herringbone! Our dining experience was our phenomenal! When you go in there is an a la carte option of their brunch special which is a buffet and it's $59. We chose the a la carte option, has the avocado toast, herringbone fish tacos and beef sliders accompanied by the Parmesan truffle fries which was heavenly! The avocado toast is probably one of the best I've had, the rye bread with the pesto and ingredients was just the perfect combination! The beef sliders was juicy, flavorful, and the bun was toasted splendidly! I will say that I was not impressed with tacos, although it was good, it could've used more flavor and was a little dry in my opinion. As far as drinks, my favorite is definitely the strawberry Bellini and please please please do yourself a favor and do not get the same ole boring mimosa, get the watermelon mimosa! It’s the most refreshing drink to cool off with this summer heat! AH, and the watermelon Moscow mule shots was to die for! NEXT, can we talk about our excellent service!!??? PETER!! Go see him! He is the BEST! He is accommodating, charismatic and KNOWS customer service to say the least! Herringbone is so incredibly lucky to have him! He surpasses in the leading service industry! Thank you Peter, you made our Vegas dining experience a memorable one!

Bob Doyle

Five of us ate at this restaurant tonight. Food was generally good but extremely expensive, with small portions. One member of our group ordered lobster bisque. It was truly tomato soup, not a single piece of lobster and watered down as well. Told the waiter about it (Pedro) he said he’d tell the kitchen, not credit no nothing. Also service was extremely slow with the restaurant out of number items on the menu, food came 45 minutes after placing an order which took 15 minutes to place. Very disappointed.

Jennifer Rao

Fabulous late night dinner! Service was impeccable! Enchanting it was to sit outside! Not romantic but fun it was with today's top pop hits blasting through their speakers! Wonderful it was to start off with H's perfectly shucked "Point Lookout Oysters", outstanding was their "Kimchee Mignonette" with the tasty morsels! Next we shared two entrees, which were split beautifully for us! Their "Chilean Sea Bass" was outstandingly moist and the vegetables were yummy! And, their "Mushroom Carbonara" was simply fabulously spicy! Loved it all! Looking forward to the next dinner here when in Vegas next!

Michael Black

The food here is some of the best that you can get at the Aria just be prepared to pay a premium for it. The salmon, scallops, and along with the sides were prepared perfectly. The atmosphere great and the wait staff is very attentive. If you are staying in the Aria or in Vegas you should visit at least once before you leave.

marina

We visited late in the evening and thought we would be told the kitchen was closed. Instead, they were happy to seat us. The food was lovely and the service was good. They had good cocktails too.

David Kim

11/25/18 was there at 3pm which is off hours. About 8 people in the restaurant and 10 employees. I was checked on twice in 30 minutes. When I ordered my drink and when I wanted to close my tab since it took too long

Mary McPherson

Amazing food and service. One of the best meals ever

Jennifer D

Brunch outside on the couches! Kumamotos and veuve, does not get better!

Amal Hagisufi

We made a reservation for 6 people. We arrived early and we were told that they would be seating us quickly. We waited 10 minutes and we were seated after this table of 12 people who arrived much later than we did. After we addressed our concerns with the hostess, we were seated at a small table that was meant for 4. Not only were we seated at a small table, but it was all the way in the back and our heater wasn’t even on. When we again addressed our concerns. They told us that only people who have reservations can be seated at a proper table, we definitely had a reservation. I hate to say this was a race issue but it definitely felt that way. The cost of the brunch is too expensive to not be treated with respect and be valued as customers.

Blake Mayo

Only the second 5 star rating ever from us! The area isn't the greatest but the prices are very reasonable, great customer service, wonderful atmosphere.

Micheal Wilson

Good scene for tasty Seafood. I love this place so much. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.

Shawn Jacob

Very poor service. Waitress disappeared multiple times and when we waved to the manager for help, he just walked away. Food is decent not the best but not the worst.

Rest tasty, but outside area was very hot without good umbrella coverage, we could not finish the brunch outside. Music was too loud for a relaxing brunch.

Atmosphere and service were OUTSTANDING! The food woke up taste buds I didn't even know I had! The overall experience was one to remember and we will be recommending this restaurant to all of our friends visiting Las Vegas.

Fun and laid back... Good place for friends the next day after a night out in Vegas

Cool place to get brunch and seat outside. Kinda on the pricey end as ilthe only decent option is to accept the buffet offering. The buffet could have a more sophisticated offering of desserts (really poor choices). Overall this was a very poor buffet for the name of the place and the amount of money.

This place is amazing! I had Thanksgiving here with my family and we had an amazingly delicious 8 course meal and it was FANTASTIC! Chef Geno was our chef that night, he was incredibly friendly, informative and even came out to say hello to my family! Chef Geno is incredibly generous and I recommend everyone try this place and say hi to Geno when you see him! THIS PLACE ROCKS!

Be prepared to spend a small fortune, but the food is absolutely amazing! I ordered the Sea Bass entree, and I LOVED IT!. It comes drizzled with some garden vegetables. I didn't order a side; we were told they would be big enough to feed two, and I generally get full pretty fast, so no need to buy extra food. If you can, try the "Not your dad's scotch," it's the best drink I've ever had. It costs $17 (the cheapest thing we ordered). My husband ordered the ribeye. He seemed to enjoy it. And, we also ordered the tartar appetizer, it was very good as well.

Nice atmosphere and great service. Ate at the bar because we could! Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Can't wait to be judged? This is the place for you. David, our server...if you can call him that...was inattentive once we didn't order a $150 bottle of vino. Moscow Mule and C&C was more our speed that night. The bus-boy / water-server was the only good service. Food? Where do I start? The jumbo prawns were fresh and good but the sauce was too sweet. The chorizo mussels were lacking proper amount of broth, were sandy, and only lukewarm at best. Overall, the chorizo was poorly executed in this dish. The avocado salad was good but a little on the salty side. The asparagus was inedible due to them being the size of tree branches covered in a tasteless hollandaise that would be beneath IHOP putting on Eggs Benedict at 3:00 AM. Obviously for a couple Bill's you would expect more but David made sure we were ignored enough to take note. Won't be back to this attempt at high class surf and turf with the service and execution of Kmart cafeteria.

worst "lobster roll" around! I was told there were "large chunks of lobster" however when I received the sandwich it was SMALL langostinos.. or something? not a "chunk of lobster" to be had.. DO NOT ORDER THE LOBSTER ROLL!

I love this in restaurant in the aria hotel . This is my second time staying in this hotel and my first time trying this place .The food was amazing and also their wine . The outside was lovely and the customer service too . I love the fact the the menu you can eat on the lighter side so they had many options . I also love how they had an outside heater by each table where you can choose to have it on or off and that garden outside just amazing Im a nature person and I was just amazed . I will definitely come back to this place when I’m back in town.

The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the staff was attentive. I highly recommend this spot to any seafood lover.

not even sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. this place is so below par. food is gross, the filet and ribeye looked grey and sad, the Chilean sea bass looked and tasted like it came from a box out of the freezer. service is slow when it should be fast and fast when it should be slow. I won't come back nor do I recommend coming here. the only time I would suggest this restaurant is if I was playing a cruel joke on someone.
