This place is the perfect description for a spot that does breakfast well. They have your classic breakfast meals but if you want something a little different this is definitely the place. Favorite thing there is there Adobo fried rice with a side of red velvet pancakes. Look no further if you want a well prepared meal, delicious flavor, and a great price!

We just had a crazy-amazing breakfast at Baby Stacks Cafe!! We split a Baby Chick omlette with salsa Verde. Oh, my!! Excellent!! And finished with a baby stack of Bananas Foster pancakes... YUM!! Service was prompt and helpful. We'd go there again in a heartbeat!!

Great spot for breakfast! Visited this shop for our breakfast during our Las Vegas trip. I should say this place is fantastic with loads of option to select for breakfast - starting from pancakes, skillet omelettes and varieties of egg breakfast. And they do have some fantastic flavors in pancakes - orange, lemon, hazelnut, Nutella, chocolate, etc. we ordered their skilled omelette and veggie omelette . It does came with three stacks of pancakes. You can choose your variety of pancakes. We went for lemon, orange creamsicle and hazelnut. You also have fresh orange juices and coffee. Try their skillet potatoes and it was out of the world The place will be always crowded especially in the mornings and the wait time is around 20 minutes. That’s the only drawback here. Arrive early or ordered to go

I’m not local but according to recommendations it is the place locals go to, and I could see that was accurate, there was a wait. Nice place, service is friendly and portions are generous. However, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the food itself. I ordered the corned beef hash with a side of the pancakes and the garlic rice. The corned beef meat was nice and soft but very very salty, and the rice though it had a good taste, it was cold (maybe that is the usual, but I was not expecting cold rice) Lastly, I didn’t find the pancakes anything special, some may like them, and granted they weren’t bad at all, they were just that, pancakes. In essence, a decent place to go, but, for me, not a must.

An absolute gem! A family member recommended this A+ spot and I am over the moon. The food is FANTASTIC. Fresh. Care put into the meals is obvious. There were an abundance of pancake choices like red velvet and pb and banana. The egg skillets and omelet choices are creative and fun, like the piglet.The staff was courteous and helpful. A great place for breakfast and the lunch items that were coming from the kitchen looked wonderful too. Also very very decently priced! Budget Friendly, for sure. Definitely check this place out!! We will be back for sure!

Good spot for breakfast but it can be very busy after 9 on weekends. Lots of free parking. Service is excellent as they have a lot of servers and they have a great selection of breakfast choices. I was surprised that the pancakes did not have the usual flavor and I had to use the whip cream and syrup to add taste to them. I remember that the pancakes were very tasty on my last visit. Prices are reasonable here.

This place is a must for when you visit Las Vegas. When you visit, ask for Monique (the one with the best personality) she will do all within her power to ensure that you are taken care of. I personally have never had a better experience that the one that she provided. 10/5 stars.

I'm not from Vegas. I was looking for a mom and pop breakfast joint hoping for some home cooking. I hit the jackpot with this place! You can order a side of pancakes with whatever toppings you like to any dish for a low cost but many dishes it comes with. The wait on a late Sunday morning was about 20 minutes, the place was packed and everyone was piled in the entry. They desperately need chairs and shade outside for waiting. Other than the crowded doorway this place is spectacular! I will be back with the whole family the next time Im in town.

First time I went, I wasn't too impressed with the pancakes I had; however, the sweet cream crepe was good. The eggs Benedict weren't bad, but not the best I ever had. The service is great and it is a good place to try out. Just bring some time, because you will have to wait on being seated.

GREAT FOOD AND SEEVICE BUT... The manager chose to have interviews during a busy breakfast. As I sit here I'm looking no less that 4 tables and at least 10 seats being taken. People with their resumes sitting waiting 30 minutes as others are at least 10 people waiting for tables at the door...AMATEUR MOVE... when u want a real manager let me know.

As always, it was busy but wait time was short for 2. I always get my usual of Adobo Fried rice omelet while my friend tried their Hawaiian Roll Benedict and both had the Velvet Pancakes which is always winner. We did noticed our main plates had some sort of black specks and was greasy. We assumed either plate wasn't washed good or it was because of the cook hands handling it. The Hawaiian Roll had brown gravy and was served a "burnt" portion of it. The consistency was thick as it had gelatinized. We asked the server afterwards about what I mentioned and he tried his best to say that the black specks were sesame seeds or furikake seasonings, which we assured him that wasn't the case. When he realized what it was, he offered to have the whole plate remade. We denied but asked for another serving of those awesome Red Velvet Pancakes in which he obliged. As for the burnt gravy he admitted to that right away. No big deal and I was happy with the food. Like I said they were busy so my refill took awhile.

We had a baby and toddler with us, and our server must’ve been a mom too because she knew all the things kids need while eating out including a pile of extra napkins haha! We enjoyed the s’mores pancakes and one of the skillets. We’d definitely go back in Vegas.

We waited almost 15 minuets to be seated. The server was decent but the food was not worth the wait. I ordered a skillet with mushrooms, peppers, green onions and garlic and an order of Cinnabon pancakes.They served me cold potatoes in a bowl with uncooked vegetables and a spoonful of minced garlic over the potatoes and a pathetic looking scrambled egg on top. The first nite I took I got a mouthful of minced garlic

We’ve been here 20 minutes. No food. Only one cup of coffee ... the one we asked for when they seated us. Disappointed. Maybe the food’s great, but the service has been so slow I’m about to walk out. We’ve seen two other tables served before us, that arrived after us ... pancakes shouldn’t take this long!!!! Finally got our food after asking for it to go. Took about 25 minutes.

Great breakfast spot. Our group had the Huntington skillet, the country benedict, the mexican skillet, a two egg breakfast, red velvet pancakes, and lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything was delicious, especially the pancakes. Food arrived quickly and service was good. It was pretty packed, so if you're there on a weekend either get there early or be prepared for a wait. I thought serving sizes were good value for the price.

I've been to 2 locations (Henderson and Buffalo Rd). Both are consistent with the food and atmosphere. Whenever a friend or family member comes into town I take them to Babystacks for the delicious pancakes and adobo fried rice. Prepare for the inevitable food coma! The food is worth it!

I had a great time here and I came back three times in a week. The breakfast combo meals are more than enough food for a decent price. I always left full and happy. Do not miss out on the carrot cake pancakes. They are incredible. Also of note is the south American sausage. It's not the best pancake restaurant in Vegas but you're going to get your moneys worth for sure.

A little hid-a-way for a great breakfast. They specialize in pancakes of all kinds, but they have other choices as well. Service is second to none, they were extremely friendly. I enjoyed a "baby chick omelet" which was fantastic. Your next visit to Las Vegas, take the extra drive west from the strip and enjoy a great breakfast.

Still one of the greatest breakfast joints in town but the wait for a table is a pain. One visit had us waiting for our food for almost an hour while other tables were served who sat later than us. Still highly recommend the food but the service is what causes the hit.

Awesome variety of pancakes! Flavors like Red Velvet, Mocha and Strawberry with cream to name a few. Pancakes are a must when you stop in. They do not disappoint! I ordered an egg plate with hashbrowns and banana nut pancakes. Soooooo good! Everything was fresh and hot off the griddle. Place is small so be sure to be prepared to wait. But they are super efficient and very nice. Place was very clean and staff was attentive.

The galbi ribs were atrocious. Super cheap and tough/unchewable meat. There wasn't a single good bite of meat on the plate. Was pretty amused that the girl who asked how our meal was could only offer "huh" in response. The bae sandwich was delicious though. Glad my wife and I split so I got half a good meal.

OMG... I never knew that red velvet + pancakes went together, but this gem of a diner proved that indeed they do! The portions are large, and while everything was tasty, the red velvet pancakes were our favorite by far. Our server was sweet and prompt. I'd eat here again.

The food here was great. We all liked the plates we got (some people couldn't wait for me to take pictures before digging in). The prices are really good here as well. While the food was good, the service was the true highlight of our visit. Amanda was our server (I don't know if there is more than one the, but the one we had was working on Thursday May 24th, 2018 in the morning). She was fun, funny, patient, really knowledgeable and helpful.
