I went in to use a $10 gift card, and they said they no longer take them. I would expect a refund or a credit in that amount, but instead had to pay. Therefore, someone spent $10 in their store and got nothing in return.

Here are some suggestions: "Thanks for coming in what can I get you today?" "Do you have any suggestions for us?" "How was your food today?" The woman who served by friend and I NEVER made eye contact with me but did make eye contact and speak to my friend. She spent more time looking at the computer than looking at either of us. She did not smile and she did not thank us. These are very very basic customer service skills and I am not the only person to make note of them. And I am sorry but I can not imagine bringing food to someone and not bringing utensils and napkins. The same happened to the table next to us. When I went up to ask for utensils, I wasn't just given a knife, fork, spoon and given an apology (the same girl served the food to us). I was asked if I NEEDED a fork, a knife, a spoon. I am not sure what is going on but customer service is a top priority with me as I work very hard for every penny I make as many people in this county do. If you want my hard earned funds, at least show some basic customer service. I will come back and hope for the best. The renovations are really outstanding! Unfortunately the woman taking our order wasn't very friendly and definitely has a chip on her shoulder. The food was really very good! But the young woman who brought the food didn't have the sense to bring utensils or napkins and there are none placed in the eating area. Lacking in common sense!

The bagels are good here but the staff is failing. Almost every timeI get a bagel here it is messed up. I order my bagel with cream cheese, open faced, and for "here." Yesterday I got a bagel which was accidentally made with butter on it then cream cheese smeared over top the butter. Today I got a bagel which was burned, served sandwich style, and "to go". I usually tip 25%; I think from now on I will wait until I get my order to tip..... I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the frequency of the errors is enough that I will take the time to provide this feedback.

Breakfast was delicious! They have bagel sandwiches, lox, breakfast burritos and pasteries that looked amazing. The food will hit the spot whatever you are in the mood for. Coffee was good too and the wifi was fast! I’d highly recommend visiting this place and I will be here frequently whenever I’m in town.

We have been extremely disappointed with this business lately. Quality continues to go down and price continue to increase. $3 for a cup of terrible coffee, and $8.50 for a simple "to go" breakfast burrito are ridiculous. A comparable breakfast item @ Town and Country or sadly enough, Town Pump costs $2-3. We tried to eat breakfast this weekend, and they were unable to prepare any egg dishes. We have eaten here over a hundred times over the years, and do not plan on returning. Save your money and support one of the other fantastic local businesses in Livingston.

Service was extremely slow; waited in line 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me; waited another 23 minutes for a Sheepherder's burrito. The burrito was okay, not bad, nothing special. I will return to give a second chance. I could only see 2 people working; definitely needed a 3rd set of hands.

Food was decent. Both baristas at the bar on September 8th 2018 at 10 A.M. didn't mind talking trash about their co-workers in the kitchen in front of a line of customers... Made it a bit uneasy feeling.

I got a coffee from the place in the grocery store parking lot, it was strangely tasteless so I thought I would try here. Another fail, zero flavor. I'm so confused! I always get a vanilla latte with coconut milk and always taste coconut, followed by coffee, then vanilla. Zero.flavor. What's up with coffee in Livingston?

My cafe of choice in Livingston. Wonderful options for breakfast or lunch and to me about the best coffee in town, though I'm not really a connoisseur. They have expanded and remodeled to accommodate more folks. The food is served quickly with a smile. Numerous vegan and gluten-free options. Try the sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free carrot cake with walnut-based topping. Yum! The owners are wonderful, heart-centered folks who aim to please. MT Cup is probably the busiest coffee cafe in town for a reason and has the most tables, nice for larger groups or families. I am always satisfied after my visits! And... they offer a frequent buyer card... a free cup after 10 cups!

Best coffee shop in town and they make all their bake goods in house and the customer service is impeccable. This is a daily stop for me each day. They are also the first coffee shop to open in Livingston daily.

Warm and friendly and the best bagels you ever ate! The baker learned the art of bagel baking in France; unbelievable, since I come from NY and South Florida; home of the bagel!! Great, warm staff and ambiance throughout. I can't wait to meander back to Livingston MT. It feels like home.

Stopped in for some coffee on my way thru town last Thursday. Got some Mexican coffee of some sort, it was super delicious. Slower than the big named coffee places, but screw them. Red head barista was super nice and made killer coffee.
