What's not to love? It's a coffee shop with good coffee. Braistas are always nice and quick with a good suggestion. Try everything there. Just not all at once. I think that'd be deadly, either from the caffeine or from kidney failure with too much fluid.

I actually stumbled upon this place while trying to find a Starbucks during the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was more than happy to help with all the questions I had. To top it off the coffee was so amazing I actually bought two pounds to take back to Nashville with me. I ended up going to two locations, this one and one in Brandon. This location seemed best to me but the coffee was amazing at both.

I spend money with at least 1 Cups location every single day. Today, I have chosen to no longer support any Cups location because of the blatant disrespect and unapologetic nature of the owner at the Flowood location. Today as I stood in line ( with the person ahead of me ordering) I was sending a video message regarding funeral arrangements to a member of my family. As I waited for the person ahead of me to place her order, the owner instructed the person ordering to pick up a sign (which indicates that a customer's order will not be taken while talking on the phone) and show it to me. This is upsetting for several reasons. 1. I visit this particular location almost every day. Therefore, I am well aware of the policy. And I WAS NOT EVEN AT THE COUNTER TO ORDER. THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME HAD NOT YET COMPLETED HER ORDER, BUT WAS ASKED TO TAKE THE TIME OUT OF PLACING HER ORDER TO PICK UP A SIGN AND SHOW IT TO ME! 2. The sign was already in plain sight, and I am more than capable of reading and comprehending it. There was no need for another customer to be asked to speak to me for ANY reason. 3. I was not at counter, so it was not my turn to order. Therefore the policy did not apply. And to add insult to injury, when I expressed my concern, the owner did not even attempt to apologize. Instead, she became defensive and attempted to justify her actions. No paying customer is deserving of such treatment. I would also like to note that as the only African American in the establishment, I felt attacked that the sign was specifically placed in my face and not the faces of any other patron in the establishment who was on their phone. I will be filing an official complaint with the chamber of commerce and any other organizations necessary to bring this unjust treatment to light. Thank God Starbucks will be opening soon.

This is a great place for coffee (for my wife) or hot chocolate (for me). They have a friendly, comfortable atmosphere amd wifi is available here. They are easy to find and plenty of parking is available.

I got a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was pretty bitter and tasted extremely artificial. I had to force myself to drink it so i didnt waste $5.00. Starbuck's is still better and I know at any of their locations I will get consistency.

I love Cups as a coffee shop. The staff here are usually friendly, but sometimes they are not very attentive to what they are doing. I usually go in for beans, and request them ground coarse, and sometimes I get home and they are ground fine. I learned to start checking them before walking out, and ultimately got frustrated to the point of buying my own grinder and doing it at home. If you aren't able to find a particular bean or stock is low on the bagged stuff, you may find a barista that will bag you some from the bins, but other times you may be told to come back on some arbitrary day because they only bag on "X" day. It just depends on who is working that day. That said, the specialty drinks are fantastic, as is the drip coffee. I've never been disappointed with any of the drinks I've gotten at this location or any other Cups Espresso Cafe.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Flowood. Love the different flavors they offer. I highly recommend trying the blueberry cinnamon and the Turkish roast. Plus they have a nice selection of pastries and snacks.

Didn't get what I paid for. I ordered two large Coldbrews with espresso ice cubes but only was given two cubes in one (because she dropped one) and three in the other? Rest was filled with regular ice. Was at this same Cups earlier this week and ordered the same thing and was given all espresso cubes. Cups in Fondren also gives all espresso cubes too (and are larger cubes). I tried to tell them this but don't think the barista was too concerned about it while shrugging her shoulders. If you are out of cubes I get it but you had plenty, so I am not sure what happen today.

I'm being generous with 2 stars. The people working were slow and backed up and super unhelpful. The two girls who were working need supervision. They were out of cold espresso but offered no other option to make a frappe with coffee. Not to mention there was no trashcan to throw away things. I frequent cups a lot, enough to wrack up 30 bucks on my cups card. But I wont be back to this one.

Some of the employees need to knock off that liberal feminist garbage and just serve me my coffee. And they actually go out of their way to hire people like this, like it's a job quality to be intolerable and easily offended. I said "Thank You Ma'am" to one of them (clearer than night and day that she's a woman) and she looked at me with this absolute look of disgust on her face. I'm guessing because I called her "Ma'am, like that's an insult. Maybe that's not the pronoun she likes to go by, but how in the hell am I supposed to know that? It's not my job to ask every single person I ever meet what they prefer to go by, and you have absolutely no right to get offended by it. Keep your personal life personal and your professional life professional. That's the only reason why I removed a star. Other than that, it is an amazing place to be. Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere, unlike The Fondren location. And not all the employees are intolerable, a lot of them are really good people too, and I often tip them the same amount as my order cost when I see them behind then register. But leave your liberal rhetoric at the door.

Cups is a great local coffee shop. Excellent service, however, the coffee at this location is usually not up to par. If you order a dark roast, expect a watered down tasting medium-light roast. The coffee here isn't consistent, which is sad. I would love to give a higher rating. :-(

I simply asked if they made frappachinos and the guy that took mine and my sisters orders made it a very big deal like I annoyed him greatly by asking that question. He rolled his eyes and was like yeah we do. If you work in customer service you should not be like that if you want to continue having me as a customer. That and the coffee wasn't even that good when I got it.
