The center of all that shopping has to offer, from expensive to cheap, food, gadgets, inside theme park etc. The MOA is not only for shopping but a day of sight seeing for the consumer tourist. The size alone is a task if you want to do it all in one day. This is not the place to do your casual grocery shopping. Put on good shoes, you need them! And have fun.

I got a makeover at the MAC cosmetics makeup counter. Before I was going to Sally to mix glue and sparkles to make my own eyeshadow. The MAC dazelshadow liquid "flash and dash" is already mixed, great for any skin tone, and has an easy applicator. I highly recommend the MAC makeup counter in Nordstrom.

There was a misunderstanding on my previous order, and I emailed John when he prepared everything to solve it, and was waiting for me to step inside the store. This guy is one of kind ones. I normally have really pleasant experiences at Nordstrom’s but I was disappointed when I returned an item today. As I walked up to the counter I heard the sales associates say “got returns coming our way” while looking annoyed. The boots I returned literally didn’t fit me and I had said that but the sales associated simply said he didn’t know much about women’s shoes but someone else could help me and pointed towards the women’s shoes. I would have maybe been interested in looking for something that was a better fit but after that I just wanted to leave. I understand returns are frustrating because I also work in retail but I feel like they should, if anything, be a motivator to help the person find something that works better. I don’t usually leave reviews but I left feeling disappointed.

Amazing service! Ask for Sohkey M. in the CHANEL boutique on the first floor. She is willing to assist with shopping around the store. Even though she is located in the CHANEL handbags area she has helped me during the special events throughout the year and contacts me when there is a special promotion or something I really want that goes on sale. I only shop with her... Nordstrom has everything I need that I can't find anywhere else. Also, it's nice that not everything in the store is expensive.

This Nordstrom has an excellent selection of products, but it’s super outdated. You know a bathroom in a department store is bad if the bathroom out in the mall is nicer. Bathrooms and resturant are major eye sores, definitely not up to Nordstrom standards. Employees can be hit or miss, especially in the beauty department. I’m either asked if I need help by 5 cosmetics employees within 5 minutes, or when I do need help, they’re all standing around on their phones.

I ordered online and got two sizes. I went to this location to return the size that didn't fit. The store was clean, there were plenty of employees about to assist in each department, and the return went very smoothly. I would shop there and/or utilize their website again. It was very convenient.

I am a long-time Nordstrom shopper and card-holding member. I had a very bad experience with the Anniversary Sale this year. I ordered the items online as soon as I was able to through Early Access. Then I was informed almost a week later that three of my orders were canceled without warning. I contacted Customer Service and they wanted me to call around to other stores in Hawaii and California to place phone orders, as they said they could not do it for me. Intermittently, the items were showing available again online, but before I could order them they were then sold out. Please take the customer out of the middle! I don't understand why the people who previously bought these items on Early Access (and were charged for them) would not get priority when they were restocked?It seems like Nordstrom needs to step up their process before their sale next year. I will not be using any of their online options in the future.

My sales rep Taruna was extremely weird and not personable at all. Her and the other staff made me really uncomfortable. She did greet me, but the other staff didn't. In fact, they looked at me as if I had 5 heads. I felt really out of place. Moving forward I purchase a Gucci purse, but Taruna wouldn't let me hold the purses for too long and would aggressively take them out of my hand. This is profiling, unjust, and wrong. For this reason alone after considering the treatment of the employees I rather return the bag and purchase somewhere else. I would NOT recommend anyone of color to shop at Nordstrom. It's strange because she is Indian and she's discriminating against customers. I felt extremely unwelcomed. Never I will shop at Nordstrom again.

The employees in the shoe section are always extremely kind and helpful, even when it's super busy. I really, really like them. However in every other part of the store, the employees are absolutely horrendous!! They are so judgmental, rude, condescending, and nosy. They only care about helping women in their 40s and above. If you're a college girl like me, you can forget about getting good customer service in any other area of the store besides shoes...

This is one of the dept stores left in the moa. This store will have some of the higher end clothing items in the moa. If you want high end high heels or mens shoes this is the best places in moa. My wife usually checks here first for shoes that she needs to go out in. Not as much of a selection for work shoes or mens athletic shoes. They also have several other specialty boutiques inside this store on the second floor.

Every time I go to Nordstrom’s I usually leave with exactly what I came to get. Costumer service in women’s lingerie area is literally top notch and I got exactly want I needed. Store is usually extremely organized and staff look professional. One thing I am a bit disappointed in is the swim suit selection for size 12 & up. There are a lot of women whom don’t want to wear a bikini and want to try things on IN STORE! I would ramp up sizes 14-20 in the swimsuit area during season. Your sales would most likely not disappoint.

Nordys is always a solid choice for just about anything clothing wise. I find the store here at the mall gas more approachable clothes at price points the average consumer can afford as a splurge. Stopped by to pick up an online order, but went into the store, rather than use curbside service. I bought a of shoes that I wanted to try on, for fit. The shoes didn't fit properly. It was easy to return them, and had great assistance finding a pair that fit well, and will work for a special occasion this week. Also received superior service in cosmetics, finding the perfect red lipstick. Much better, personal service that Nordstrom is known for. Store is currently being completely remodeled, but I will be back!

Very bad online service. I ordered a dress online and there was an option for free delivery or $15 next business day delivery. I specifically chose next business day ( because I had an event Saturday, which was a week from my order). I made an order Monday but didn’t received any tracking number or a shipment message. Thursday( 3 days after my order)I contacted them via online chat and the lady from Nordstrom was very rude and didn’t have me any useful information on when will my dress arrive. Friday I called ( my event was that Saturday) and asked why is my dress wasn’t even shipped ( when I made the purchase is said I will get my dress by next business day). The representative just said that there was some kind of mistake, and the dress won’t come till the next week. What? I paid next business day delivery, plus they didn’t even notified me ( I had to call myself) or email me that the was a delay. I was buying the dress for the event but had to get whatever I had in my closet. NEVER buying from them again, probably would be cheaper too.

I carried over 8 items for a very long time and was seen by many staff Throughout the women’s floor but still had to ask to get a dressing room. I’m sure they couldn’t tell I have spinal fractures but this was not fun. Though the girl who finally helped me appeared to be nice, she rushed me through the payment process and was judgmental and impatient when I was confused, verbally expressing her exasperation with me even though I had no idea she had split my purchase into two transactions (because one was an online order). She also did not give me an option for faster shipping even though I tried to ask. I felt like one of the first trans people this person had seen, like I was being evaluated, and also like many other employees gave very rude facial expressions to me even though i was holding and purchased some of the highest priced items in the store which I have worked hard and budgeted to afford. I was thinking of working here but these service standards are lower than what I am used to shopping in other cities.
