Love the coffee, the customer service is frequently bad. Stopped in recently to buy several sleeves of coffee and try samples. Waited at the sample desk for several minutes while the sales associate helped another customer. Then he walked off to ring up a sale. Didn't once acknowledge my presence or tell me he would be with me after that customer. Rather rude and irritating for a store selling an experience as well as a product. Left without purchasing.

Even if you don't have a Nespresso machine, you can come in and get free samples and feel like a real big shot. A must-stop during any trip to the MOA.

I stop in to drop off pods to be sent for recycling, and pick up more. The staff is super helpful and honest. I’m never let down. Also love that I can try a cup of something new before I buy a bunch. Can’t ask for a better experience!

The Nespresso Boutique is a great place with awesome products. The espresso is amazing and the coffee fantastic. They sell both the machines and the coffee/espresso pods. The staff here are very helpful and don't go go overboard trying to sell you stuff but are more there to answer your questions. You can taste test if you are thinking about buying, which really helps. Eric was awesomely helpful in helping us to make up our mind. Bob was a little impatient but was helpful with the final purchase. As an owner of one of the Nespresso machines, I can say that they work really nicely, better than Kureg and the coffee and espresso is just so good.

I went in to buy some virtuoline capsules and the staff blew me away with knowledge and customer service. They brewed me a cup of coffee right on the spot as well as answered all the questions I had about coffee that I probably should have known already but was in too deep with the coffee world to ask in real life. The Nespresso coffee is by far and away the best cup of coffee you'll drink, bar none. A pod of black Nespresso coffee is better than any latte, mocha, or fancy drink a coffee shop could whip up for you and I didn't even know that was a thing until I tried Nespresso Virtuoline. I am very happy with my Nespresso and the customer service I received when at the MOA.

Really a nice store to come in and get pods (and some unusual varieties!). Sales associate who helped me was so courteous even when I took so long to pick out my pods for my first order deal. Love that you can get and recycling bag to bring the aluminum pods back.

Awesome business model. They are able to explain all the machines and all the difference choices in coffee and espresso. Even offer free cups of coffee to try a flavor! I like going in here to buy my coffee, even if ordering online is easier!

Stop in here and try an amazing sample. You won't regret it, Nespresso is absolutely fantastic. Also, the staff are friendly and informative about their product. As a face for the brand, they are doing an incredible job. They made a believer out of me! This is not your typical single pour coffee, it's a premium coffee experience.

Go here every few months to stick back up. The employees are knowledgeable about the coffee and always try to find us the best price. Each time we go on we come out with yet another free item. Normally from buying ten sleeves or something like that. The lines are not ever long and the employees are friendly. I will recommend the style for sure. They also have a sampling bar. You can't try them all but they well let you try a few for free. I write suggest this of you are not sure on a flavor.
