You have all the feddbacks of people like you who used the products of Café and Bar Lurcat (Coffee Shop) in Minnesota area.
At this moment the business gets a score of 4.6 over 5 and the score was based on 727 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is virtually the top, and it is based on a large number of opinions, so we can think that the assessment is very reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they are satisfied, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to write tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Coffee Shop is included in the category of American restaurant.
My wife and I attended their Lovers Dinner for two on our anniversary. I don't know how to begin admiring this restaurant. The inside was beautiful with chandeliers is the bar area. They took us around the corner into a more private area. The old brick and contemporary art throws a loop at first, but shows off a tasteful mix of retro-modern design and in view of the cooks. The 3 course meal was priced at a great value and the flavor was beyond delicious. They had multiple options to choose from which made my pregnant wife feel great to not have to be picky. The waiter was courteous and hospitable and also not to involved.
Went for happy hour and really enjoyed it. The food was very good and it wasn't too busy. The happy hour menu isn't very big but it had decent options!
Stopped on a Saturday afternoon for Happy Hour with two other friends, and they sat us right away. You could tell they were gearing up for a larger party in one of the rooms, but that didn't stop or delay any drinks or appetizers from coming out quickly. (kind of wanted to join the large party as there they had two huge party trays of Fruit & Cheese, and cold peel & eat Shrimp)
I was here for a Family reserved event and the service and staff were amazing and attentive. The food was so delicious, and the dessert was fabulous. Every dish was served family style at each table, and ALL of it was so very good. The coffee and drinks were always filled, and the staff overall were top notch. It was nice that there was valet parking, since it was a little rainy that day. I LOVED this place. GREAT place to bring out of town guests, or a have a special date night.
Great food. Excellent service.
Pizza and ice cream after a night out. Had the veggie pizza was very good.
Best experience ever being all the way from Ga.
The ambience is wonderful, the servers are super helpful. I really enjoyed the great selection of unique cocktails. The food was amazing! Interesting combinations that tasted great together! I will definitely be going back!
The drinks are amazing and I love the food
Interesting rotating menu.
Always love going Sunday Night for their Date Night specials.
Very nice atmosphere.
The setting was wonderful just across from Loring Park, the food was marvelous, and the staff was very welcoming, attentive, & friendly. Excellent restaurant for a date night!
They change the menu every month so you want to go back and check out the new food. Servers can describe the taste in exquisite detail. Go!
Amazing place, my favorite, Great food, servers, drinks, and beautiful scenery! All around great.
Nice space, good service, solid food, but I’d ding them half a star for price if that were an option. I had the scallop starter—well cooked, but I would have liked it better without the breadcrumbs on it. They soaked up too much of the garlic (which was wonderful to mop up with the bread). For a main, I had the miso-basted sea bass. It was good and the rice noodle and cabbage slaw with it was fantastic.
Amazingly friendly staff, excellent atmosphere. Great wine.
Delightful diner at Cafe Lurcat. A friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Cafe Lurcat. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, we were seated in a favorable spot! We enjoyed everything about Cafe Lurcat that evening and had a delightful time
Certainly one of my favorite places to eat. The food is fantastic and the restaurant is lovely. I highly recommend the hanger steak and the doughnuts for desert.
Beautiful location and atmosphere. Held my Aunt's birthday party here. We were supposed to be upstairs, but a guest that could not go up stair was attending. They moved the party quickly to the main level so all guests could attend. Amazing food and service!
One star for every hour we were there waiting for our food. I'd give 2.5 if I could because it took 2.5 hours to serve us the pre fixe menu. And no, it was not that busy.
The ambiance was something the wife and I were looking for. Great food and the unique cocktails kept us there longer than we wanted. Well worth the night.
Went for our 1st year anniversary. Loved everything about this place. Food was really good. We had Foie Gras panna cotta, tuna tartare, snake river farms gold bottom sirloin, and 2 complimentary dessert donuts and tarte au citron. Travis our waiter was awesome. Recommended
Good food, great service, and not at all expensive.
What an incredible dining experience! The food is excellent, cocktails were simply awesome, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is above and beyond!!! Highly recommended.
Great food ❤️ Excellent cook named Ryan.
So amazing wach item was perfection
Great service and food. I'd highly recommend the date night special on Sunday. $50 for a dinner for two.
Big windows with plenty of natural light and modern interiors give this place a good vibe. Didn't try the food so this review is purely for the drinks. The bartender took 30 seconds or less to fix us our cocktails (we didn't have high expectations) and they by no means looked fancy but were surprisingly delicious! Reasonably priced too.
We went for Happy Hour on Saturday afternoon. The service was great. Super friendly and helpful waitstaff. Bright natural light which I love. The mini burgers were great, the sea bass was AWESOME, the crab cakes got the thumbs down. But overall a great time.
Nice place with friendly staff, but too expensive for me. $10 for a small plate of french fries!
Can't beat the Sunday date night deal. Great food in a great location, felt very special.
After only one time, this became one of my favorite spots in the city. Incredible food: amazing atmosphere; caring, helpful, and friendly staff. Stop by on Sundays for their $50 date special.
Amazing food, service, and location. We went for Restaurant Week and really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend the shrimp ceviche and steak!!!
We had a great time at Cafe Lurcat! We went for the Sunday date night menu, which includes two starters, two entrees, and two desserts for just $55! It is a fantastic deal. Everything was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. The wait staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be coming back!
The menu has unique foods and everything we tried was very tasty. The ambiance is nice and unique in a cool historic building. The service was great! It's pretty busy so reservations are good to have.
The food is fantastic. I’ve been here 4 times, each time I’ve visited Minneapolis and it’s been great every time. It’s larger than it looks, ask to sit in the dining room near the plating kitchen and watch the magic happen. Get a minute to chat with the chef if you can, his story is fantastic and inspiring.
I stopped in during Pride weekend and this place was so much fun. The bartenders were friendly, the prices were reasonable and the music was great. Glad I went
Cafe lurcat is amazing. Miso sea bass is the best fish I've ever had. They have amazing food but be ready to being your wallet with you.
Superb atmosphere is elegant, sophisticated without being pretentious. Service is extremely friendly and attentive. Happy hour prices are good, but food offerings are limited during that time.
This place is amazing!! I had the sea bass which is their signature dish and I was literally the best thing I've ever eaten in my life. Our waitress was great. You get to watch the chefs in action which is super cool and the kitchen staff is soo nice. They we're constantly checking to see that we were enjoying ourselves. They made my boyfriend and I's anniversary very special and I wanna go back for sure even though I live 2 hours away.
I love high-end restaurant experiences and this was one of my favorite. Everything was Perfect. The look and feel of the restaurant is amazing - open, inviting, romantic, and architecturally interesting. I always appreciate white table clothes. The wine list is extraordinary, and reasonably priced. The food was amazing and the only place in the city where I liked the food more was Bardo (although I like Lurcat as much overall). Our waiter was amazing too. He went past just friendly and attentive. He had down all the little details you only find with a professional waiter or waitress. It’s hard to explain. For pricing: with two main plates, their awesome fries, and a nice bottle of Napa Valley wine (I think it was like $80), the total bill with 20% tip was $200. It was absolutely worth it. I always judge the value by whether I will still fondly remember the experience in a few years. The answer here is a definite yes. If I wanted to wow a girl with an awesome downtown experience: I would tell the girl to dress pretty because we are going somewhere special, I would suit up in a black Hugo Boss, hit up Marvel for cocktails, Lurcat for dinner, and dancing at the W. We are in our late 40s and we feel perfectly comfortable dancing at the W.
Get the sea bass. You won't regret it. Service is always outstanding. Great atmosphere. When it's open, the back alley patio is intimate & charming. Leave room for dessert. They are all is delicious. Writing this review is making me hungry...
We were a group of six pre-Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everyone enjoyed their food choices. The service was excellent. The waiter was attentive but not overbearing. We enjoyed the multiple servers that delivered the food. It insured that everyone received their food at the same time. We recommend Cafe Our cat and will definitely return in the future.
We visited Café and Bar Lurcat on a Sunday to take advantage of their date night specials. You get a fantastic three course meal for two for $55 and a lot of their wine options are half off! We both really enjoyed how many options were available on the date night menu. Everything we tried was amazing! I’d recommend the Korean Salmon! The date night deal is well worth the price. The Café has great views of Loring Park and Minneapolis and a very nice interior. We will certainly be back!
This is a great place! Took 10 colleagues there for a business dinner and it was great! We were given a private area on a lovely balcony with space to have drinks before sitting down to dinner . We had the lovely Shaya and Sandie allocated to looking after us and they did a great job! The food was very imaginative and totally delicious. I had lobster crepes followed by duck. The wine was also excellent
Helpful staff and good food
You cant go wrong here. Whether the bar or the restaurant, the food is unreal. The service is always outstanding. The executive chef is a genius! No matter how large your party, Lurcat can accommodate it. If I wasnt already married I'd like to have my wedding there. If you've never been here, do yourself a favor and check it out ASAP!
Always wonderful.
Great service, good food. The burgers were reasonably priced.
Best date night deal in town. $50 per couple, you get a starter, entree, and dessert. Highly recommend the Apple cheddar chive salad, hangar steak, and the Pavlova (flavor changes seasonally).
Had my rehearsal dinner there recently. It was beyond perfect. The food was incredible and the services was the best I've ever seen. One of the best in Minneapolis
Was there for a wedding so can't speak to cost. Fabulous food; the sea bass is a must. Cocktail was very refreshing on a hot day. Almost didn't notice the staff they were so good. Atmosphere was very inviting and warm. Will definitely return.
Outstanding cuisine and presentation. 1st class wait staff. Excellent meal.
I've heard a ton of good things about Lurcat, they definitely hold up. One of the best happy hour menus I've seen in Minneapolis. Everything I had was amazing, I tried the whole menu. Ken my server was great, it's always nice to have a waiter who is that professional.
this place is worth your money, especially if you're on a date. The wait staff was the most considerate I've ever experienced. They kept my drinks full, they asked careful questions, and provided impeccable and informed advice when requested. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and every suggestion was a wild success. Sundays they have a date night special, 55 dollars for a prix fixe menu for two, plus half off for bottles of wine under a hundred dollars. It's an amazing deal for a restaurant of this quality, I strongly suggest Café Lurcat.
Very good food and great service. The building is very cool and amazing view of the park. I can respect the restaurant's decision on clients it wishes to bring in, but at their price point, I wouldn't expect many repeat customers without gray hair.
Such a great place! We had a rehearsal dinner there and the room they had us in was amazing! Even better was the food! Has to be one of my top 3 restaurants in the twin cities!! Yumm
$50 date night Sunday special is awesome. 1/2 bottles of wine under $100 deal is prime time too. Great food, great service.
The food was great, always is! But it’s getting three stars from me because it was very apparent that the valet went through our glove box! Really disappointing! I keep my glove box in a very specific order. Plus they even left it wide open. How stupid! Luckily we didn’t have anything valuable! Definitely skipping valet IF we choose to go back. Be careful and lock stuff up!
My husband and I went here for our first wedding anniversary, and they did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful!! Our server, Ben, was great and made the experience that much better! The steak was cooked perfectly, as was my husband’s salmon, and their desserts were to die for!! Needless to say, we’ll be back!!
Great happy hour
The money doesn't match the taste or ambiance
Great ambience and patio. Average food and cocktail.
We went for (food) Happy Hour. I was surpised by how open and comfy the restaurant was. We chose to sit at the bar, which was a good choice as the bartender (Amber) was really on top of her game. She was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Though I chose not to drink, she showed me a menu with 'mocktails' that had a few tempting drinks listed. The Fish Tacos were so good, I ordered them twice. The slaw and fish were properly portioned so that the warm corn tortilla fit perfectly around them. The salad was light & fresh w/ fun flavors including Watermelon Radish & an Avocado Cream Dressing. The Mini Donuts were perfect. My partner had the burgers & lettuce wraps. We had two baskets of bread to snack on as well.
Higher priced but menu quality has steadily improved. Service and atmosphere are elite.
Great food, awesome blending of food to create a unique and palette pleasing experience! Fun cocktail menu as well. I recommend for any occasion.
Had the Sunday date night for 2 special. Food was great and the service exceptional. Then walked it off in the park across the street. A very satisfying evening.
Took 10 people to Hamilton last night and dinner at Lurcat before...food was off the chart, Sea Bass is one of best things I have EVER eaten. The staff and GM were extremely attentive and helped coach our group on timing of courses, etc so we could out on time and get to the show. SUPERB experience!
Very good food at steep prices, which is to be expected in this area.
Stunning interior lends to the wonderful ambience. The menu has many interesting and unique choices too.
Excellent as usual. The date night menu and pricing is hard to beat.
Very beautiful. Great location. Sat at the bar and had drinks. Totally comfortable and the service was spot on. They have Boodles gin, so I will be back. We had dessert and it made for a lovely evening. Highly recommended. Management was totally professional and very accommodating.
Fantastic, very elegant, beautiful staff, delicious food, they really helped us celebrate my sisters birthday in a special way! Highly recommend.
I went here last year during restaurant week. The staff and the food were both amazing. I recommend the salmon! Best I've had.
Off the bar menu we ordered the sea bass and shared that entree of delicious buttery perfectly crisped edged sea bass. My dining partner lovingly called it "fish candy" and that was most certainly accurate. The happy hour drink menu included beer, wine, and cocktail choices. The Caipirinha cocktail (Brazil's national drink) was delicious- citrusy and fruity. A must try from the happy hour menu. I can't wait to visit again!
I've been here a few times. Always a fine experience. Even when they got swamped on an abnormally busy Tuesday, and the food took longer than expected, it was still great. They comped an entrée; though we asked them not to.
Awesome and flavorful food, I like the vibes the place has, and the workers were very nice. Will surely come back in the future.
The space, location, and atmosphere is amazing. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They have a great happy hour with plenty of tasty items to choose from for a good price.
Not sure how my coworker found the place, but it was a great place. Food, ambiance, and the area was all nice. Will definitely go back on my next work trip. Was good to get out of the Central downtown area.
Love this place. Always good.
Perfect for after the show at the garden.
Fantastic service makes you enjoy the stay, but the slow braised octopus makes you come back. Lurcat has fun cocktails and a great dinner menu. Pricing matches the neighborhood; you're paying for good quality eats.
Stayed in Minneapolis for a business trip and visited for dinner. Being from LA, my food expectations are quite high. Cafe Lurcat really impressed me. Had the scallops and tuna tartare for appetizers. For the main course, I had the sea bass - it was Ah-mazing. I flew all the way to the Midwest to have the best seafood. It was like butter. Dessert consisted of the fresh donuts...A++.
The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I was more amazed by the amazing staff and how they catered to our needs. I never had to ask for my drink to be replenished and everyone was making sure our food was to our liking. I also liked being to see the chefs making food and no plate left until the chef was sure it was perfect! We are definitely going to come back!
Great food try the octopus yordano! It's great, best octopus in the Twin Cities!
Delicious. Plenty of gluten free options. Super pricy though
We had dinner for our Anniversary there this passed Friday. It was our first time and probably last. We were disappointed with the food. As their menus had so little selections, you'd think their food would be topnotch. I ordered the oysters as the server recommended. She asked me if I'd like the smaller size or the bigger one. I said big ones. They came out so small. Probably the smallest oyster I ever had. We also ordered the apple salad. It was good. My husband ordered hanger steak and he wasn't happy cuz it was a little smelly and undercooked. I think this place is good for big group dining where you can share the plates and try a little bit of everything. But for couples, not worth your money. Their foods weren't worth the money. They have such good reviews so we were just really disappointed how it turned out for us. The sad part, after spent almost $200, we had to stop somewhere for food.
Very large location for a good meal. The stmopsher is good and so is the service. The entree food options are perfectly acceptable, but they come in small portions. The salads are really good. Appetizers are good too. Overall a good experience.
This place is wonderful. Experienced it for the first time during PRIDE, and it was great. The service and music was on point, our food and drinks did take quite a long time but understandable do to how busy it was. I would definitely go back and try this place again. We sat on the patio, which was very nice and has a beautiful view of the park.
Great service. Loved the ambiance.
HAPPIEST HAPPY HOUR AROUND . . . 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. daily.
I'm by no means a fancy person so whenever a place does anything differently I notice. From cleaning the crumbs off the table, to setting our food down at the same time, to impeccable service and amazing recommendations it may have been the most I've spent on a meal in a while but it was an entire experience that was worth it.
Just yes. Everything yes. Don't eat the Miso Sea Bass unless you want a new addiction and definitely get a martini. Great happy hour specials and bar menu.
The service was great but way way tooooooooo expensive
One of the best places to eat in the Minneapolis area. Grilled hangar steak was so tender and delicious. Very fancy eating. Lots of old people.
This has been one of the best restaurants in town since it opened. It is no different now, in fact, the service has improved over the years. The menu is creative, impressive, yet accessible- you don't need to expand your palette learn to like the dishes, you love them at first bite. The service is what really stands out - I have not gotten better service at any restaurant in the world, in my lifetime. The staff seem genuinely eager to help, with a positive attitude. Servers who aren't your servers will always check on you if they have a free moment and are by your table. Food always comes out in a timely manner, and is excellently presented. The wine list is top-notch, we had a Nebiolo that was just under $60 and it was amazing. There is nothing bad to say about this place, it is worth the money, great for a date night. I attribute the long term success of this place to ownership and management. I hope they are successful for years to come, it is a great place to have in town.
I went here with colleagues and clients for a business dinner and had a wonderful time. Service was top notch as was the food and drink. Our table had a lovely view of the park across the street. Highly recommended.
I had the flank steak and it was one of the best steaks I have had. It was tender, seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were light and fluffy truelly a wonderful experience. The staff were all very knowledgeable and the decor was very nice. I would highly recommend this place
Overall, this is a restaurant with good food and fun drinks! When deciding between the restaurant side or the bar side, I much prefer the bar! It is more lively and the staff seems to be so much more engaged and friendly! Highly recommend Sunday night date night menu - such a good value. Bonus: you can overlap the date night menu with the happy hour menu (in the bar) and get a great deal on all your food and drinks for the evening! Not one of my favorite places in town, but a fun one occasionally.
Liked the prices at happy hour. We had a good time on our 22nd anniversary.
Great place to eat! Thanks for the response!
We went with a group of 12 people, the service was excellent even with people coming in at different times everyone was served promptly. The dinners are not cheap (but they do have a bar menu) and the portions are not huge. I am not a big meal person but my piece of seabass was pretty puny. All the food was well prepared and delicious. Ambiance is nice but not as cozy as the Loring used to be.
Great food, atmosphere and service.
Not too bad
Amazing! If you’re looking for the perfect date night, this is it! Excellent, excellent, excellent service! Wine list is great! Cocktails were perfect! Appetizers were the right amount. Make it place to eat if you’re from out of town looking for a date night. Exceptional!
Great food, beautiful atmosphere and very attentive wait staff. We come here off and on and will continue to do so!
This is one of our favorite family restaurants. We come here whenever my parents are in town. The Apple salad, the sea scallops, the sea bass, the pavlova — it’s some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. However, one thing we’d suggest, is that if you are going to go with the open kitchen model, it’d be nice to see those who are prepping the food wearing hair nets and gloves. Additionally, it would be nice if the one who was prepping the food did not visibly eat the apple salad with their hands, from the bowl they was taking the salad from.
We love eating at the bar for date night
We love the Sunday Night date night 3-course option!!
Food and service was excellent.
Sunday night date night for only $50 for a couple! They accidentally brought two pork dishes instead one beef and one pork. This was fixed in matter of minutes. We were NOT concerned or bother by this, but the manager insisted on comping the meal because this was below their standard. Great food (steak was better than the pork) and these guys strive for perfection! Really excellent experience!
The meatballs are really good. I had the chicken it was cooked perfectly wow it also tasted amazing. The salad is good with the walnuts...really nice atmosphere also. Cool decor looks old & charming
High quality, great wine selection, awesome service and beautiful ambiance
Super chic place that feels like it could be on Tuileries Garden. I ate from dinner menu with business colleague, but noticed the happy hour menu was very reasonable. My food was well prepared and good. I had the sole, and if I were to be critical, it was jus a bit underseasoned. This place is great for a business dinner, to catch up with an old friend or for a romantic date. Staff was very well trained and very helpful.
Great atmosphere. Sit outside with the lighted patio, very romantic. Reliably good food, however their Happy Hour food selections are NOT great. The mini burgers are just bare on a plate with no fries, no garnish, no anything. But the flavor is delicious. The service was pleasant and efficient.
Was at a wedding here. The food was excellent and the place itself was beautiful. I would recommend it for an event or a romantic meal.
We were here for our anniversary dinner and were thrilled with our evening. The service here is exceptional (Sandy was the very best server we have EVER had anywhere!!). The food was delicious (sea bass was amazing). Love the ambience of the restaurant and the entire dining experience. We will definitely be back ( love to try the date night menu) We highly recommend Cafe Lurcat !
Classic spot. Elegant interior, we sat in the Alley "patio" on a warm day- very comfortable. From the interesting drink selection on, cool options abound. The presentation of gazpacho was memorable, not to mention delicious. A simple apple salad was perfect, refreshing. The seabass was outstanding, and the black rice had perfect texture. Portions were decent size, also. The service was perfectly involved and helpful, complementing the experience.
Always an excellent meal. Attentive service from Anthony.
The best roasted cauliflower EVER
Amazing experience. Our waiter was delightful and very knowledgeable, and every item of food was spectacular. Highly recommend for a fun night out
We had a wonderful server who was very nice, professional and attentive. Appetizer was a Crab cake, SO good! One of the best crab cakes in the TC. I ordered the Korean BBQ salmon and it was fantastic! We also had the fries and the roasted cauliflower, both were excellent. My dining partner ordered the hanger steak cooked medium, it came out more well done, it was very tough and chewy, not good at all. BUT when we asked our server about it he promptly brought out a new one and was very nice and apologetic. The second steak was amazing! Perfectly cooked and delicious. Cafe Lurcat is a beautiful atmosphere with delicious food and all the staff are wonderful. I'd HIGHLY recommend it!
Another restaurant overrated because of its trend factor. Generally good food, sometimes great service but always a little attitude. Do not even think about showing up here without a reservation. And prepare for sticker shock.
Excellent service, relaxing ambience, superb food and beverage. Perfect upscale date-night!
The ambiance is a delight. Our waiter was phenomenal. I got the Korean BBQ salmon. It was so good.
High quality service, good views of Loring Park, and a great happy hour menu.
Order the Miso Sea Bass. Easily the best dish on the menu, in my opinion. Other than the Miso Sea Bass, Lurcat is a great restaurant in a cool location next to Loring Park, a few other bars and across the street from the sculpture garden. Go there for great food, drinks, atmosphere and a great neighborhood. Be patient finding a parking spot.
Excellent food. Great service. Ambiance was impeccable.
Love their Sunday evening date night special. It was a great way to sample their amazing food (and dessert) for a much lower cost.
Fantastic Happy Hour and patio seating!
Well prepared. Excellent seafood choices. Great lamb. Excellent service. For the high quality of the establishment, pretty good prices. Valet parking.
Just is so marvelous! Great food, service excellent, a view over Loring Park- go for a walk there before or after your meal.
Great pride party... however they would not make shots, only straight liquor. Disappointing.
The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! We had a large private party of 24 and they took very good care of us.
Great service and the scallops were amazing!
Beautiful place, wonderful food, great service, very special for Mother’s Day!
I don’t give 5 star reviews very often. But Lurcat deserves it. Everyone welcomed us on the way in, and we were greeted by a super friendly server who was very knowledgeable about the wine list and menu. Loved the ambiance. The crab cake appetizer and sea bass entree with Brussels sprouts were world class. If you’re in Minneapolis, I definitely recommend checking this place out. Great experience! Thank you!
We came here for a corporate dinner, so we were in the banquet room. The service was impressive and the food impeccable! We definitely want to come here on a date night to try some other menu items out. The Chilean sea bass was melt-in-your mouth amazing and I’m drooling just thinking about it!
Excellent food... atmosphere... service!
Quality food and service, great for a special occasion or a formal night on the town.
First visit - loved it. Food was very good. Very interesting spot in Loring Park right across the street from the lake with multiple rooms and very high ceilings.
Good food. Knowledgeable staff. Really fun and beautiful
Excellent dining experience. Date Night is a great deal.
This is a great restaurant in a historic neighborhood in Minneapolis across from Loring Park. This food is excellent with great service. The ambiance is perfect for an anniversary or any special occasion. It is somewhat expensive, but it is a great place to take out of town company to impress.
Food was good and serving sizes were appropriate. But you're definitely paying for the location.
AMAZING food!
I was here for a Family reserved event and the service and staff were amazing and attentive. The food was so delicious, and the dessert was fabulous. Great food. Always a good place to eat and party
Incredible food with unique menu items. Hanger steak and sea bass aren't your typical meals, we each tried them and they were amazing. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable too, and we'll definitely be back
The atmosphere is very romantic and friendly here. The food is delicious. The service was great. I would definitely recommend lurcat cafe and will be coming back!:)
I visited for a business dinner. The location can be noisy but not to the point where you can't enjoy your experience here. Absolutely astounding food. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff
Great atmosphere, good food, and Amber (the bartender) is the best!
The food was absolutely amazing. The Korean BBQ salmon was so flavorful. And the service was phenomenal.
Delicious food. Excellent service. I had the scallops and they were fantastic. My friend had a beautifully prepared roasted chicken and I was begging for bites of her dish, too. Our server was prompt, thorough, and very kind.
This is my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. Every single time I come here, I am never disappointed. The people are nice, the food is amazing, the setting is perfect for any meeting, I couldn't recommend this place more.
