Very rude cashier 8-31-18 around 10:45 am

Very rude cashier early afternoon on 12/28/18 - Scolded me for not having a receipt and went on to explain it was required for a return. She then conceded it could be looked up as long as I was in the system, which I was, and the return was easily processed. Before handing over my new receipt, she emphasized how critical it is to hold onto receipts to avoid similar future issues. I'm now a loyal William Sonoma customer.
