It was so cute and cozy here. Great selection for vegan lattes. I wish they had some more food options but the tomato basil croissant was very yummy. My husband had a nitro coffee float! He loved it. I'm in a wheelchair and the bathroom is very accessible as is the entire place with plenty of seating options inside and out. The ramp is in the back with 2 handicap parking spots with room for your ramp. So many good things to say. Perfect for sunny or rainy days and inspiring conversation. There's also a cute letter writing station and they will mail your letter for you - stamp included! ❤️

If you want to find a cozy corner to not be disturbed, or something more communal is your style there are a lot of options. Served by baristas who are beyond meticulous... as well as engaged/engaging. The one time I tried a pastry it was also top flight. Don't buy more because try to watch my diet; if it weren't for health concerns, would eat one per day! Atmosphere is always fun... though some come to focus on work/projects. Good mix of ages among clientele. If you go once , chances are good for a second... third...

Yes yes yes and yes. This place does coffee right. I ordered an espresso and it came out in the correct cup with a cup of sparkling water by the side just the way it was meant to be. It was a deep complex and flavorful espresso. (unlike the weak stuff most American coffee shops try to pawn off as espresso. I’m looking at you Starbucks.) I lived in Italy for an extended time and miss the authentic espresso most of all. This is the first American coffee shop I’ve visited that provides a truly comparable espresso to what I was getting in Italy.

This is the best coffee place around. Not only is the coffee amazing (I love their cafe lattes), the ambiance and people make it a truly special experience. The employees remember you and ask about your life (I would study there frequently and they would ask me how my classes were going), it's such a calming atmosphere, and there's always something new and yummy to try. This is my go-to study or coffee date spot now.

We were pleasantly surprised to hear they had a small selection of different chai flavors. They also have OAT MILK! :D Yummy Coffee. Clean space. Plenty of space to sit. The employees of Red Dot are unbelievably friendly! The environment is very cozy. I'm going with 4 stars because the prices are rather high (for SMALL cups) and I was disappointed they wouldn't give me two tea bags in my cup of tea (even when I would have paid extra for the second bag). I would still return however, for the ambiance.

The atmosphere of Red Dot is very pleasant...nice people, good employees, fun and comfortable places to sit, and--best of all--lots of natural light! The pastries are delicious, and the coffee drinks are crafted with care. I chose four stars because their espresso often tastes sour, especially in a macchiato...not sure if it's intentional or because it's not extracted correctly, but I do not prefer the taste.

The Red Dot is a bright and inviting coffee shop located in a beautifully renovated home. I came (all the way from Indiana!) to celebrate the grand opening with the family who own and run it, and I loved everything about it! The Red Dot feels like the sort of place where you can spend the day and feel right at home. The staff are so friendly, the coffee was good (I'm not usually a coffee drinker), and the building is so open with plenty of seating. In short, the Red Dot lives up to its motto, "People. Stories. Coffee." I can't wait to come back.

This is one of the best looking coffee shop setups I’ve ever seen. It’s an old Victorian type home that’s been converted. There are three different separate areas for seating and each different in their own way. Great place to chat, go on a date, get work done, or simply enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. Just remember that seating can be an issue during peak hours. Their espresso drinks are top quality and the coffee brew itself is very smooth. Try the cortado if you’re into neat espresso. You can also buy their beans and I would say it’s totally worth the price. I’ve tried pour over and French press with their beans at home. It’s got a very bold and smooth taste at the same and you’ll get a lot of different tones with each sip. Worth the visit for sure! This place is my sanctuary in the middle of a busy day or when I need an area to focus on something critical or important that’s due soon.

The Red Dot Coffee Company is definitely the best coffee house in the area. Warm, inviting, and artsy atmosphere. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. Great place to do work or chill with friends. The drinks and food are absolutely delicious! The Vanilla Chai Latte and Blueberry Cream Cheese croissant are my top recommendations. You can't go wrong with the Red Dot, and I give my highest recommendation.

Cute place. Many memories there. I once toasted summer sausage on a plastic fork in the gas fireplace. Another time I gave one of the baristas a packet of wasabi and they opened it and squeezed it into their mouth like it was candy. Another time I sat there for 8 hours applying for jobs and I got zero responses.

This place is special though; it has a neat mixture between modern and traditional atmospheres to create a pleasant experience. Not only is the space great, the coffee is excellent! I recommend their pour over! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! The space is well maintained, clean, and spacious. Also the seating offers an array of options ranging from couches to table & chair configurations. In addition, there are varied rooms, so more than likely, you can find a more secluded space if desired. There is a dedicated parking lot which seems appropriately sized. I’m guessing if you can’t find a spot, it’s because they so busy inside! This means they know what their doing AND JUST BE PATIENT, so you can enjoy yours when you get in.

We just moved here and I spotted Red Dot on my first drive through Northville. It's always busy and such a cute refurbished house! We finally made our first visit there and I was unbelievable impressed. They use Madcap coffee which is from my hometown of Grand Rapids and a bunch of other locally sourced goods. Their Cafe Miel is amazing! Just enough sweetness. The atmosphere is so calm and lovely! There is tons of rustic, reclaimed wood which is beautiful. Prices are a bit steep, but the coffee is truly amazing so I can't complain. We met the owner (I think!) and he explained the menu, some of their specials, and their most popular drinks. They also have a rewards system that uses your phone number so you never have to remember a punch card. Love it! We will be returning every weekend, so glad we discovered the Red Dot!

The most unique coffee shop you'll probably ever visit. An old turn of the century home that has been converted into a cafe. They used some of the original kitchen wood flooring on their bar and around the house for decorations. They sell MadCap coffee, roasted in Grand Rapids, MI, and is some of the best coffee you can get in Michigan. Can't wait to visit again when we have more time!!

Red Dot Coffee Company... where do I start? This place is the picture perfect coffee shop. The place you might see on an fun online photo or catch a glimpse of it in a movie. The atmosphere is OUT OF THIS WORLD. This coffee shop was originally an older house that looks like it was renovated and designed to be a business. The beautiful old architecture of the building gives it an at-home feeling. The tall windows and open concept gives the place an extremely relaxing feel- but encourages friendship. Make no mistake- you can come here and grab your coffee and leave if you wanted, but the design of the building will most likely draw you in and you will find a seat somewhere and enjoy the atmosphere for several minutes. The beverages here are above-average and everything is made with such preciseness and care. Aside from the beautifully made coffee and warm aromas that fill the building, the atmosphere is warm and loving, making this the first coffee shop I've ever been to that left me with a warm loving feeling inside. This is my FAVORITE coffee shop in Michigan, and I can't express enough how much I love this place. Kudos to the owners and the local community for bringing together such an amazing atmosphere, and for making me feel like a part of the community I would give this place 6 stars if it was possible- I can't recommend this place enough!
