Never had a bad coffee here! Menu is great, and their coffee is wicked strong. Usually coffee doesn’t affect me but they do something magical here when roasting. Inside is pretty small but I do work from here occasionally, just doesn’t work too well when meeting more than a few friends. I’m pretty particular about my coffee and usually just make it at home, but this is the one place that I can count on every time.

I stopped in with the intention of purchasing some whole bean coffee. The 3 employees present were busy helping 1 other person in the shop. I waited for a few minutes only to have them tend to another customer that came in after I had been there awhile. After the same thing happened again, I knew I was deliberately being ignored and left to spend my money elsewhere. It was my first visit to Plymouth and fortunately the hotel and restaurant nearby were a much better experience.

YUM! We recently switched to Espresso Elevado as our regular coffee shop as they are the most consistent local option. Their beans are always fresh, perfectly roasted & their espresso pulls just right. The employees are always friendly and actually know what it takes to make a high quality coffee or espresso. Definitely stop by if you're in the area & even take a bag of beans home! They make a delightlful pour over!

Ordered a cortado, they let me choose my espresso blend which was fun. Cortado was tasty and made well. Staff was extremely kind and friendly and offered sparkling or flat water with my drink which I really appreciated. A really nice little cute place with good staff and good espresso!

Still incredible and consistent. They choose the beans, roast them and the your choice of brew, pull, cold brew or pour over. Always experimenting with new combinations of organic, when possible- never artificial- ingredients like lavender and coconut. House designed and made drinks are flavorful but never over-loaded with sugar. One of the better chai's I ever had -also not syrupy-sweet. Some of their more original drinks- the gardenia latte and the lemongrass. Also seasonal choices. Although each cup will be unique for all the obvious reasons, they are intense about staying true to their recipes and maintaining quality. There can be a wait.

This is the best coffee joint for coffee snobs, and I mean that in a good way. I started to appreciate more than just good black coffee once coming here. The drinks they make is crafted meticulously with minimal – and high quality – ingredients. Their drinks enhance the natural flavors of the coffee rather than "Starbucksing" the crap out of something which a bunch of added flavors. They introduced to me "cubano" style, which is where they add a small layer of raw sugar to the espresso in the machine before it's brewed. This gives the brewed espresso a hint of sweetness and is decadent as a Cortado. Cubano Cortado. Order it. You won't be disappointed... Unless you like venti double mocha lattes with soy milk.

Their cappuccino is one of the best I've had in my life - including the hundreds I've had traveling around Europe over the years. Every sip is pure perfection and heavenly. Staff was polite and answered questions I had. I got the lavender vanilla latte which was DELICIOUS! The barista made art in the foam too which made me smile! However the woman that ordered after me was extremely rude to a girl working and saying she wasn’t friendly enough. I witnessed the encounter and the worker was on the quieter side but Polite and answered several questions for the woman and her friend and greeted them in a timely manner and washed her hands before helping Them further. A customer chimed in and said she’s had good experiences coming to the coffee shop regarding service. The woman continued to be rude to the staff and even insulted the customer who stood up for the staff. It made me really sad to witness this, especially having worked in food service myself. If you’ve had a positive experience here I hope that you leave a nice review because I enjoyed my visit and will be returning.

If you have a connoisseur's taste for great flavors then check out EE. Second to none. It's local (not a corporate franchise)and the beans are roasted on premise. But not cheap for those of you used to Tim Horton's,Dunkin' Donuts,or McDonald's. With EE you pay for quality.

Espresso Elevado is my go-to spot to buy whole beans (and of course get a pour over to-go). My favorite roast is their Ethiopia-Ardi blend. I took this roast to my boyfriend's family holiday party and everyone fell in love with this sun-dried light roast brew. The place is small but there is limited yet comfortable seating and free Wi-fi. Their coffee is roasted in house, the staff is knowledgeable about their products and their coffee is unbeatable.

In the last 6 months I have been going to Espresso Elevado on a regular basis. To their benefit, the coffee is good. The customer service is poor. I was in on 2/3/19 at 8 AM with four of my girlfriends. I have had a difficult time getting my order made correctly in the past-I have never made a big deal of it-because I am there to enjoy the company of my friends and that is my focus. The barista (Alyssa) let me know on my visit on 1/20/19 that I was ordering my regular drink incorrectly. Anyways, when I returned in 2/3/19, she proceeded to tell me in a very abrupt and rude manner, once again, I had ordered my drink incorrectly. Her tone, body language and demeanor where unprofessional and aggressive. First of all, I am not a coffee expert. However, as a regular paying patron, I do not appreciate being spoken to in this manner. I will not return to your business. This is poor service and blatant rudeness. I am a resident of this city and I love to support our local businesses, however, this was the nail in the coffin for me at Espresso Elevado. For anyone who has taken a course in customer service, it is known that when a customer has a positive experience they tell an average of 10 people. When a customer has a negative experience, they tell an average of 80 people.

I liked this little coffee shop. I particularly like when my barista actually makes the espresso, instead of using the automated machines. The shop had more of a to-go feel as there wasn't much seating for guests to sit and chat, while enjoying their espresso/coffee. Other than the space, I have no complaints for this neat little coffee shop!
