Been on my list to try forever and I'm angry that I waited so long! Muffins are to die for: huge muffins, wide varieties, some crazy varieties, and then the pastries and desserts! All reasonably priced (maybe a little more than at your average grocery store but so much better). If you are in the area, don't wait like I did!

Came for lunch. Ordered buffalo chicken quesadilla. Chicken was seasoned and cooked well however the quesadilla was made with american cheese in it and served plain, no salsa, sour cream or guacamole on the side. Perhaps it was a simple mistake but this was very strange to me. Speaking of strange, what kind of bakery doesnt offer sugar cookies?!? This place makes me scratch my head but i plan on coming back to try breakfast

I just left the Muffin House Cafe with my wife and kids and I have to say, I could not be more pleased. The Blueberry muffin was hands down the biggest and most delicious muffin I have ever had. The muffin was warm, moist and packed with flavor. I can't wait to try the Cranberry Orange. My wife tried the Pumpkin muffin and said it was the best pumpkin muffin she ever had. We will definately be back and highly recommend the Muffin House Cafe to those of you who have not been.

They have an excellent outdoor view of the plaza and the food is so delicious! They have food for most allergies and of course muffins and coffee! The waiters and waitresses are kind and polite, but nothing beats the scent of coffee in the morning!

I absolutely love this place specially because they have pumpkin muffins year-round and they are good only problem is is that the muffins and pastries are a little heavy so it may be wise to go on an empty stomach my request is that want to be put closer to Rhode Island as I would be there more often

Great customer service. Being 8.5 months pregnant, asked about the contents of one of frozen drink specials. The kind young woman wasn't aware of the answer, but said that she should be, and asked other staff members. They then called the distributor to confirm the caffeine content amount. I was thrilled with their thoroughness and willingness to go the extra step. We have only been there once prior to this experience and will continue to return because of the attention to detail, and the food is great!

I drove a little over an hour today just to go here after a friend of mine raved about how amazing this place is! We got 12 huge delicious muffins, 2 xl sandwiches and a few pastries for about 30$ .. not too expensive. The service was quick and the servers were friendly and smiling eventho they were very busy on a Sunday morning. The places is a little small for my 5 kids so we took the breakfast to a near by park and ate at a picnic table. Overall it was great and I will be going back. Perfect for breakfast before going to Ashland state park for a swim at the lake!

A family favorite!!!! Best blueberry & lemon poppy muffins, frozen flavored coffees & a great selection of wraps & sandwiches that are inventive and delicious. My fav is the veggie wrap with hummus. My daughter loves the cranberry chicken salad. You can't go wrong here, with a huge selection of whole cakes and individual desserts, pastries & bagels as well. The staff are efficient & friendly, and the place is always busy!

I LOVE MUFFIN HOUSE. The muffins are fresh and they have so many. Their big lous iced mocha is so delicious and my go to. I have also tried their cupcakes as well as their sandwiches. A great little place. It's only fault is that it is a 'little' place. Sometimes the line can be out the door and seating is nowhere to find. But the muffins are high quality every time. The coffee flavors change up every so often as well, so you can almost try a new flavor every time.

Dont have half the stuff on menus, expensive for junk coffee, better off at Cumberland farms. Lines take for ever. Food is ok have had way better, like country kitchen donuts. Not enough room for lines they way the tables are set

Yes, the muffins are good. But their danishes & other sweets/bagel sandwiches are even better! Not to mention they have every single coffee flavor you can think of, iced & hot. I love how it's the flavored beans and not the overly sweet syrups other places use to flavor coffee. Definitely a go to breakfast spot.

I heard their blueberry muffins were delicious, but didn't expect them to really be THAT good!! I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and I wish I had counted the choices they offered. I'd guess there were 20 different types of muffins. So many choices, it was sort of overwhelming. I also bought a blueberry/banana nut muffin and that one was even better than the scrumptious blueberry! Next time, I will actually look at what they offer other than muffins.

This is my go to spot for iced coffee, but the muffins are delicious and they do a great job with cakes, cupcakes etc. If you can spare the calories the Frozen Dough is amazing. I'd recommend splitting it with a friend.

This is a really great little family eatery. They have a few venues in the area now, but I think this was the first one. I've had breakfast here of a weekend a couple of times. A coffee and blueberry muffin is a great stay to the day! Their muffins are huge and delicious. The other sweet stuff is nice but the muffins really is where it's at. The service is super friendly and you can tell from the other families in that this is a proper local hangout.

The wife and I both ordered the frozen toffee coffee. It was amazing. Just Like a heath bar. (She added mocha to hers). The pina colada muffin was AMAZING. The lines were out the door but went extremely fast. This is good because you know this place has good food. But I waited at the end of a 20 person line and was served within FIVE minutes! Amazing process they have going! Can’t wait to bring friends.

They just recently made my sister's wedding cake. Absolutely amazing. It's very hard to make a wedding cake look fabulous and taste amazing. Usually wedding cakes are all fondant, this was very moist cake and real white frosting. It was beautiful white with sunflowers just like my sister wanted. Definetly a conversation point at the wedding!

This place is phenomenal. As a child, i was spoiled by those amazing Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins - courtesy of my mom and aunt's shopping jaunts to South Shore Plaza. Sadly, they went the way of the Dodo (i understand theyre back. Tried 'em and was disappointed). I happened to see muffin house on an episode of Phantom Gourmet and some errands took me far from my home to this area and I decided to Hunt this place down. Omg - glad i did. Mom LOVED this place. Which says a lot because, Bless her, she was fussy. Great coffee selections, mouthwatering baked goods. The very personable Owner really has hands-on approach and has an impressive work ethic. He enjoys seeing his customers and places high priority on customer satisfaction .. Strongly recommend blueberry muffins.

They make the bustle seem easy. Very busy and popular. The food and drink clearly explain why. Get the chai and muffins and anything else because it is all delicious. One year later after the above review: I still stand by this. It's even busier. Try the new locations! I love the seasonal items. Right now hot apple cider is delicious. People even collect the stickers off the top of the hot beverage covers.

I've worked in the area for about 4 months now and have gotten at least 1 iced coffee EVERYDAY with an occasional muffin (which are the best muffins I've ever had, I definitely recommend the morning glory). The staff are absolutely amazing. From the owners all the way down, friendly and very caring with every customer. Plenty of coffee options hot/iced along with a breakfast sandwich and lunch menu that has something for everyone. The muffins and pastries speak for themselves....look at all these cake reviews! Muffins are much better than other coffee shops but not as tender as you get at home. Mix ins are inconsistent and it is a bummer when you get a blueberry muffin with barely any berries. Salted caramel is a family favorite.

Delicious. This is our weekend breakfast spot which is a gem of Medway. But be careful when you arrive, get there at a popular time and you'll wait 30 minutes for a muffin and coffee. I highly suggest you somehow organize your lines, it gets to be a mad-house in there.

These muffins are incredible; decadent, but incredible. Their espresso drinks, while not barista-level, are not bad for this area, but really, the reason to come is the muffins. They're the best I've ever had; they're seriously more like little cakes. Excellent place to come on a Saturday morning and grab a coffee and muffin or sandwich. It does get pretty crowded on weekend mornings, though.

As the name implies, the thing they do well is the muffins. The coffee was ok, and I had a Thanksgiving wrap that was uninspired. If you're going here, just stay in the channel with what they do well. The cakes and other pastries looked ok but they looked outsourced.

What a great find! Ended up spending over 30 when I just went in for a coffee. Breakfast sandwiches were huge and muffins like mom used to make. Only drawback was the amount of customers causing long lines. Staff was fast friendly and courteous.

Coffee is not a specialty, my mocha latte is missing the coffee... So it's just an overly sweetened hot chocolate at this point. The staff was busy, but acting more stressed than necessary. Have people wait instead of serving a mediocre, incomplete product.

The Muffin House is my absolute favorite place to stop for coffee and a treat. The muffins and breakfast pastries are giant and delish and there is a huge variety to choose from. Their breakfast sandwiches are made fresh with real eggs and even the desserts are amazing. I've never had a bad cup of coffee here- as an iced coffee drinker year long I love how many flavors there are! The only thing I wish is they had is a frequent coffee card... You gotta go for a muffin and coffee ( and leave with a cheese danish and lemon square !) you won't be disappointed!

Great breakfast place! There coffee and baked goods are excellent. It is always packed, which is a great sign. They do a good job of moving the line along. The people who work there are very friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because a family cannot really sit down to eat there. Great for smaller and/or older groups to eat in or get it to go.
