Terrible customer service. Walked in at approximately 8:28pm on a Saturday. I did not know they closed at 8:30. The older man working there began taking my order, but looked super annoyed. He immediately turned off the lights and when another customer walked by he snapped "I am closed. She is my last customer." I said "I am sorry. I did not know you were closing, but thank you so much for taking my order." He just looked at me and did not say a word, still looking super annoyed. Ultimately, I asked him to just cancel my order and walked away. It was 8:31 when I walked out of Giant. Even though I remember his name, I will not post it because I do not want to totally throw him under the bus, but I have never had such a terrible experience at a Starbucks. I am a reasonable person and would have understood if they were already closed, but this employee had such an awful attitude I walked out of there in shock.

Their happy hour from 3pm till close is usually a pretty good deal. This month was half of any latte/macchiato/etc. No hot foods from what I could tell, besides maybe a warmed up pastry.

Just went in there to get a couple of coffees and the old guy behind the counter got smart with us for no reason and called management over. I think he has some kind of condition, but that is no excuse for that kind of behavior. The manager lady that came over was nice, but I really hope they get rid of this guy. While she was there he was saying things like he is not going to serve us anything. To which I replied, that's ok, I wouldn't drink anything he made at this point anyway lol. But no seriously Giant/Starbucks, time to get different staff back there please.

Taylor, the manager was awesome. I asked if they had Vietnamese coffee. That's not a Starbucks usual. She shared that she helped out in the lowelL store, which has a lot of Vietnamese and Cambodian customers. Starbucks doesn't keep condensed milk on hand, so she head the customers show her how to use soy milk instead. 3-4 shots of espresso, two of soy milk. Not quite the same, but pretty good. Taylor gets an "A" for effort. She deserves a corporate store to manage. The Target-based ones don't allow for tipping. Wish they'd stock salt and pepper along with the other condiments. They keep the salt and pepper around the corner at a Pizza Hut kiosk.

Coming from Sydney, an acceptable coffee is hard to find in North America. I ordered a Grande triple shot latte and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and willing to help a whingeing Aussie, and the end result was really good.

Nicely designed Starbucks on Flamingo! Have drive thru service. Staff are friendly and delivering drinks/food efficiently. Wish they could’ve cleaned tables more often as there were trash and unknown drinks on them.

Do not go here. They had the air conditioner on freezing inside so cold you just can not sit down just what they wanted it was cold and raining outside. Lazy staff place is always dirty. No soap in bathroom most times no tissue and very dirty. They do not care about the place why would they care about you.

The 2 times I have been inside there was a short line during day and no line at night. Drink was ready fast and tasted right. Staff wasn't especially friendly but wasn't rude either. While I sat outside at lunchtime drive thru was usually busy. It was calm and quiet inside. Only bad part was it was slightly more expensive than other locations in town that aren't on the strip.

They got my order wrong and didn’t give me a cold water. I ordered Ultra Caramel Frappuccino and got just standard one instead. The most “amazing” thing has happened with Pina Colada Tea Infusion - I got Black Iced Tea with coconut milk. The cashier didn’t tell me anything that they don’t have this beverage or smth like this. Both of my beverages didn’t taste good. Also, a soap dispenser didn’t work just after the cleaning. I’ve never seen so awful and grumpy staff.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks it was always perfect. I don’t know if the normal people left but lately been off. I stopped this morning and my latte wasn’t made correctly and Casey was annoyed that I asked for more milk. When you pay this much for coffee you expect it to be made correct. Horriable. I have been trying to spend a gift card I got for Starbucks for two years. The last two times I’ve gone they didn’t have what I wanted. Today I went and there were three people ahead of me. After 10 minutes they still haven’t made the first person’s drink. They asked the second person what she wanted, she asked for cold brewed coffee, they said they were out. She then asked for ice coffee, it took them a few minutes to write her info on the cup, and they they said “we don’t have any coffee right now so it will take a few minutes to brew.” So afte 15 minutes they still hadn’t gotten any drinks out. I left I will never return.

Overall, pretty good location. I did a mobile order this morning, and they were out of the skinny mocha for my drink. The cup with the label just kind of sat there, and it took a while for them to come speak to me about it. Always awkward. Oh, the bagel was wrong, too. So, not impressed by their mobile ordering system at all and that needs improvement. However, the barista who finally came over did correct the drink and bagel situation, and offered me a $4 gift card for the next visit. Good service!

In a modern architecture by itself with convenient drive through. Inside is comfortable, though full size window wall lets in strong sun if you like the Nevada sun. Concrete Seating is also available on the side patio with unbrebrella canopies. Free parking all around with no shades compare to the casino hotel paid parking structures.

Very busy starbucks. I work in the area and this is the closest one to my place so I frequently go here. They are out of breakfast the sandwich I order about 50% of the time (sometimes I get the feeling they just say they are out so they don’t have to make it but can’t prove it). Also, I’m a dark roast drinker and they never offer to do a pour over if they are out of dark roast; 95% of the time I’d switch to Pikes anyway but it’s nice to have the option. I get it, they are a very busy store and the staff is never rude. Regardless, I frequently end up going to the Starbucks a few blocks up on Fulton, even though it’s farther away, because of things like this.

A great experience for my first visit to a NYC Starbucks! I've been to others before but this one truly is not only a sweet spot to relax but also has a bit of history behind it as well. The customer service is great and I got my drink in a reasonable amount of time (taking into account the crazy line!) The holiday decor is warming and the smell is beaten by no other place! Definitely visit if your in the seaport area

I give this location a lot of credit for managing the amount of people that load themselves in. It is off of the Brooklyn Bridge. You can imagine that everyone from tourists to people heading to work fill this space to capacity at any given time. This could be why there is not enough seating. I think they want to get people in and out immediately. The service was fine and basic. The staff was professional.

I was able to get my order super fast. I was the only one in the drive through. I got a hot coffee and ther was something brown smudged all around the rim of the cup. I asked the barrista what it was. She said it was probably syrup from her sticky fingers. I had to ask her to just pour the coffee into a clean cup because she wasn't offering to. She made it seem like that was the norm.

This is absolutely my favorite STARBUCKS in Las Vegas!! And a place where people know me by name! What can I say? Awesome customer service, and not to mention the delicious and oh so irresistible coffee! I normally order a iced latte with coconut milk!! Their coconut is worth the extra money and its a great drink without the added pumps of sugar! I will say this location is a tad pricier given they have the same tax as the lv strip! Conveniently located across the street from a tour bus stop. Came in with kids to use the bathroom and get drinks/snacks. The bathroom line took over 15 minutes to get through and the bathroom was disgusting. Not only was there no toilet paper or soap, the actual state of the toilet was disgusting. When the staff was informed they didn't seem to care. Yes it gets busy because of the loads of tourists, but as a paying customer I expect a usable bathroom.

It's ok but when I ordered through the mobile app my drink wasn't even ready when I got there 20 min later and I ordered it when I did because I wanted it to cool off a little before I could drink it. Frustrating I guess but whatever. Seating in there is like fighting off wild animals in the jungle, there's definitely not enough and they don't turn their outside heaters on.

Not recommended this place needs to invest on some chairs they almost have more tables than they have chairs. Not sure if they were robbed and the chairs were taken? Also this place is totally abused by tourists who buy nothing in the store but simply want to use the restrooms so if you are a genuine paying customers expect a 45 minute wait for the restroom's at times

Got my coffee , no regular milk at service station in thermos can , broad it back asked to fill it up or just get the milk in cup - have been ignored for approximately 5 min ( was not crowded at all , Friday 3pm) than ask one more time for milk ( empty thermos with sign hole milk still in front of serving staff) got back errotated response - what kind of milk do you want , empty hole milk jar is right between us , I answered "regular milk " - she gave me from 1 galon milk canister with blue label (2%) paper cup of milk , I told her : "I just ask for regular milk and you giving me 2%" - angry response : " we call 2% milk - regular and milk you want we call - hole milk " - very nasty , unhappy , unprofessional staff . I just got job in the area , it was my first and last time in the store .

I go here a lot, mainly due to distance, and there’s been a number of hiccups from the service that it could definitely improve on. There have been multiple times where they’ve made me the wrong drink (but that’s typical for any Starbucks); messed up a mobile order...; and once I waited 15 minutes for my drink when there was literally no line.. I had to come up and ask where my drink was and they didn’t even make it? I was literally the only one there... Other than that, it’s clean and cozy like any other Starbucks, which gets it its two stars.

Starbucks isn't my favorite brand of coffee especially being a chain coffee conglomerate I came because I had to meet my neighbor here. This Starbucks has plenty of real estate high windows that warm or toast you by sitting to close. If this was built in the 60s it would qualify for modern marvel television history. I do like the umbrella patio area and drive-thru to speed things up. Service is so-so thankful for not standing in a long line with tourist just waking up for coffee like most location in hotel lobby. The prices are at least USD$1.30 to $1.85 more than your local neighborhood location and this location isn't anywhere near a hotel lobby or on the premise of one. Whatever. Part coffee shop, part homeless shelter. They have a small outdoor seating area where unfortunately the prime shaded location was occupied by an unkempt man sleeping on the bench. When I asked about their policy, they said they would ask him to leave. The employee made a half hearted attempt to wake him by rattling a nearby chair a bit and talking at him in a normal voice. After about 10 seconds the employee gave up and no further action was taken. The coffee and croissants were excellent by the way, and were enjoyed in the blazing sun with a magnificent view of a dirty sleeping man.

Slow slow slow yes I get it there is a lot of people in there that uses the bathroom. However the staff is slow always a line and it always seems like there is one person in the bar and one on the POS. What did it for me was when I ordered a vent skinny 3 pump PSL and the cashier goes u lost me at PSL. There is at lest 5 Starbucks in the area this one is the slowest and unfriendly one. I know for sure that any positive review was in house made. All negative review are correct. The grade of unprofessionalism is to the highest level it can be. The "manager" Alex was very rude and shows a tremendous lack of care, respect and work ethics. I have been in Starbucks not only here but in few countries including Japan, Colombia, London, Mexico and other. This is the first time ever that me and my wife has been disrespected and treated so badly by any Starbucks staff. This "gentleman" should not have such a well respected company uniform on him. This location can get very crazy. So many people come in just to use the bathroom. Thats not such a horrible thing but if your trying to enjoy your coffee and seated near the back it can smell pretty bad if they dont clean it constantly. I ordered a coffee and stuck around for a few to enjoy it but there were so many people sitting waiting for people I couldn't even find a seat. Its really only good for a grab and go coffee or food.

Where I can always get a great cup of coffee for the price of a value meal at some burger joint. I've had more Starbucks these last days, mostly during my stay in NYC. I really enjoy the Peppermint Mocha very much, and was all I really have been ordering. However, much like many things in NYC, those coffees never came cheap. You paid well over 6 dollars for the privilege of drinking a premium coffee. However, the atmosphere is great, and many of the Starbucks had offered built in wireless chargers for your mobile phones with wireless charging capabilities to charge as you enjoyed a great cup of coffee.

Went here for a college interview, medium sized, but spacious. The staff was cool, polite and friendly. What I originally wanted they didn't have but I made the best out of the situation. I imagine that it's usually packed on weekdays, because I was their on a saturday and it was packed. Most likely you will have to wait for a seat.

The store wasn’t busy. Biggest concern is Inconsistent staff. Jerry who took my order was friendly, professional &courteous! Very helpful and when I asked for a sandwich heated up open faced he said “absolutely! No problem!” He went above and beyond to be friendly. Unfortunately Jerry’s colleague was remarkable in a negative way. The young lady who put my drink on the counter was not friendly, professional or courteous. I ordered a nitro cold brew and she short poured it. As a result I asked her to top it off. She gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, put more in and got it almost filled. Never said a word. Put it on the counter and walked away.

1 star on the account that the temperature is kept at about 50 degrees inside. Air conditioning always runs, even when it is cold outside. When asked to turn it off, there was "nothing we can do" People are wearing overcoats in here. If you don't have one, good luck trying to study/write/concentrate while shivering.

Thanks to Starbucks new policies you don’t have to be a customer to use the restrooms. Now customers have to pay the price for that and wait in long lines to be able to use dirty restrooms. Mobile order pick location is across from where all the in person order drinks are served so it’s really confusing.

Although the prices at some of the Starbucks locations have gone up without any notification. This store being one of them offered to adjust the price of my coffee based on the fact that I am a Gold Card member who has been a Starbucks customer for 16 years. As with all Starbucks customer service is there most important priority but not all follow this policy. This particular location did exactly that and I left a very happy camper with my much-needed latte in hand

Dont you just hate it when the late staff at Starbucks spends more time talking on there headsets to each other than making drinks. Wonder if the dummy's know the customers can here them. Hope the customers there talking about can not. I have a UHF/VHF Scanner program on my computer. Whenever they key there radio, I can here them. 3/6/2016. I will be sending Starbucks Corp. a copy of this review.

Worst customer service in NYC - which is really saying something. Always packed and there's only 2 people working at one time, even though it's next to a college campus and is always super busy. Today the girl on bar was talking on the phone for a good 35 minutes while a line of 12 people waited for their drinks. NOT RECOMMENDED.

One of the best Starbucks in the valley. Opens at 4 in the morning and closes at the midnight. Always cleaned, crowded and lovely. Like other Starbucks, you have an option to drive thru, to order at the counter or online. Great internet connection for Wi-Fi seekers and great staffing.
