Rooster Moon is an awesome coffee shop. They are courteous and friendly. The drink combinations are great and change with the season. They have a great sitting area both inside and outside. The coffee is good, with a great flavor. This place has it all, drinks, food, Wi-Fi, and a drive-thru. It is a great local place, better than Starbucks.

What can I say? There is no place like this place for excellent coffee! I visit every time I am passing by, and get my wife to bring me coffee whenever I know she is near. The sandwiches and baked goods are excellent also. It's just a really nice place. You can use the drive-thru, but I encourage you to go inside and sit in one of the comfortable chairs while enjoying an official time-out from the hustle of life, all while sipping on some of the best coffee in town. Indeed!

What a beautiful coffee shop! A++++ right from the moment I parked. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating that is set back from the lot. The staff were so friendly. I wasn't sure if they would have breakfast accommodations for my gluten free dietary restrictions but they make all of their breakfast sandwiches as bowls. Overall incredible menu selection with something for just about everyone. Prices can't be beaten. Thank you!

Stopped by here this AM on our way out of town— very tasty coffee! Honestly, people who complain how long the drinks take, all the good (ie not Starbucks!) cafes in the world take this long. Get a grip. The coffee here is excellent, the staff was helpful (again, people who complained about not being helped... you have to ask for things in life sometimes!), and the breakfast food hit the spot for two road warriors headed north. Highly recommend.

I come here a lot and have tried almost everything on the menu! The hash browns are good and I like the Southwest breakfast wrap which has a hash brown in it and the regular one is just as good! The coffee is always fresh and there is a variety of flavors to pick from and they even have sugar free ones. They have a private room you can book too!

I got a large Espresso Coffee Shake and loved it! No ice to water it down, and the flavor is amazing. According to their brochure, the large has three shots of espresso, so if you're like me and drink coffee only occasionally, you may want to ask for just one or two shots; I was really wired after drinking this. But again, it was amazing. :) Also, the tables and chairs out front are the place to be on a nice day - quiet and breezy and a fab spot for a friend meet-up!

Rooster Moon is a cozy little coffee shop with a friendly atmosphere, great drinks, tasty food, and super friendly staff. It's a nice place to meet up with friends, sit and read, or even just swing by to grab a quick drink. And if you're really in a hurry, they have a drive thru. I've never gotten a bad drink there, and I'd highly recommend looking at their specialty drinks if you're feeling like something outside the usual coffeeshop wheelhouse. I live a little far away to visit frequently, but whenever I'm in the area, visiting is a lovely treat!

Rooster Moon has grown a lot. They have a wide variety of drinks, syrups, foods, artwork, and more. The drinks are incredible quality, well above chains like Starbucks, and the food is pretty good too. The atmosphere is pleasant and and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. They are somewhat dog-friendly, offering free treats and having water bowls and a huge jug of water outside. The only downside to this place anymore is that they still aren't fully aware of nutritional value and things such as the day a bag of beans were roasted.

I really, really want to like this place. The shop looks great, servers are really nice, but the coffee is not good. I’ve been there several times and it’s never been good. Ordered a latte and it was literally all foam. There wasn’t any actual coffee or milk in it. Just a cup full of foam.

In short: Fun choice for coffee or smoothies. Would not recommend for food. The good: They have Ravens Brew coffee and other delicious and different coffee and smoothie choices. The atmosphere is laid back and not "corporate". The not so good: The food choices are hit or miss - at best. You can wait up to 20 minutes for a bagel even when it is only moderately busy. The picture is of the Cuban Panini that is $7.95 and took 20 minutes to prepare. When we showed it to the staff we got a shrug and she asked "So what do you want me to do about it?"

Often come here to read or hang out with a few friends. Staff is very good as is the coffee and they have expanded their food menu. There is a variety of seating, regular seats, upholstered chairs, outside seating, and even a bank vault for more private conversations. Used to be a Port Java.

One of the few places that does a cold brew nitro coffee. It is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it. There is a lot of caffeine in the drink so I don’t suggest getting the large unless you want your heart to explode. Either way if you’re in the area, check it out! They offer many other coffee shop goodies from hot foods, to iced coffees and baked goods. One of the best places in Hagerstown!

I love love love Rooster Moon. Amy and the staff are fantastic. I usually go twice a day for my "fix". They have great coffee, tasty food and great little snacks. Try it all, you will not regret going there. Also, it is dog friendly. They have water bowls outside and treats at the drive up window. My dog Zuli and I often "walk up" and they always give her a treat and a little attention. Oh, and try the Nitro cold brew on tap. It is AMAZING!

This is THE go-to coffee shop when you’re staying at Deep Creek. Great menu, tasty breakfast and lunch menus, and a nice atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the creative coffee drinks, and our kids were huge fans of the steamers (warm milk with flavored syrup - delicious!)

this place is horrible. ordered a Cuban. $7.95. bring it out with one piece of meat. and a pickle. i complain. they make me another. looks the same with 2 thin slices of ham and a quarter size drop of pulled pork. also waited 20 min for the 1st sandwich. i do not recommend this place unless you enjoy pissing money away on trash. pic is of 2nd sandwich. but hey if you like overpaying. starving yourself and listening to Morrissey. this is the place for u.
