Staff is excellent and drinks are perfectly prepared even with customized orders. However, the baked goods are not good. A couple of years ago the recipes must have changed, and not for the better. Many coffee klatches have moved to Panera for just this reason.

Always a square deal here. The staff are pleasant and intelligent. The coffee is strong and tasty. Seating can be tight during peak hours. The bathrooms are clean and you can make a hasty exit out the backdoor into the parking lot if need be. Ask for Sam, she is aces!

This is a really great place. Everytime I've been here there was a 500+ car meet and the place is packed. The staff is always friendly and is good. Order come up surprisingly quick for the volume of traffic coming through when I'm there.

Had a less than stellar experience here. The person working at the barista counter, who I think was the manager but I'm not sure, was a total snot to me and forced a coffee on me without the rest of my order. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for my name to be called for my whole order, but she cut me off and pushed the drink into my hand while rolling her eyes at me. Probably not coming back here if this happens again, although at least the coffee is good.

My mom and I got iced chai lattes, my mom got it with coconut milk and a shot of espresso, and I got mine with just regular milk and no coffee. My moms was definitely too sweet so she did not enjoy it very much and mine was way to milky. Service was fine though. But I definitely prefer other places like Starbucks, etc, for my chai tea lattes.

My favorite coffee place! There's only one location....in Hunt Valley....but some of its coffees and cold brews (in cans) are also sold at the Giant in Pikesville and the Safeway in Towson. They always make your "smooth-tasting coffees" ....any way you want! They're service is extremely friendly and professional.❤

I like coming here. The restaurant is clean, nice seating area and the drinks and food are delicious. Biggest problem, which is expected for this type of environment, is the prices are very high. I only come here every once in awhile, so I don't see the high prices often. But when I do, it is expensive.
