Best. Place. Ever. Family run business. Large n mini cookies, ice cream, gift certificates n lots more. Get a frequent buyer card. Staff is so nice. On most recent visit, a local woman was doing a puzzle and encouraging help. Lovely neighborhood feel and comfortable seating.

I ordered a cookie cake for delivery and the staff went above and beyond to get me the perfect cake, from suggesting colors to brainstorming designs. They even helped with my technical difficulties in getting it delivered. The recipient loved it!! Definitely better than ordering someone the traditional flowers. Recommend.

Incredibly friendly staff, yummy cookies, and great coffee! We will definitely be back to try some of the other treats as they have a full menu of both sweet and savory items. They are working on the parking situation, however, it was not a far walk from the little parking lot.

Been meaning to check this place out and did not disappoint, yummy food, great service and atmosphere! Jason was super friendly and helpful and made us a delicious lunch! We had a crepe, a panini and brought home cookies to go for later. Oops almost forgot soup too. Looking forward to returning soon and trying a flatbread pizza or something else.

The owner and the person who helped us were very friendly. I am not a coffee drinker but was told it is better than Starbucks I can say the cookies are very sweet

This little shop is hidden from normal traffic but worth it. The staff is still learning how to use the equipment so service can be a bit slow. The cafe has both sweet and savory foods. Flatbreads, crepes, sandwiches, cookies, and ice cream. I had a button brownie. An ice chocolate brownie with a cookie on top.

Delicious cookies They were packaged up when still warm. They ended up sticking together and crumbling. We had the crumbs instead of the cookies.

Slow service (took over 30 minutes to make an ice cream cone, float and sundae). Ice cream full of ice crystals making eating it very unpleasant. Cookies in sundae tasted stale. Spoons so flimsy, they made eating our sundae almost impossible. Between the stale flavors and spoon bending, we gave up. We had wanted to visit for a while, but were very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Owners are very very rude. While I was in there I saw the owner yelling at the employees and then names. Not to mention I had a hair in my food...made by the owner. Would not recommend going there

Wonderful friendly with a cozy ambiance. Warm and friendly service. The food is quality food with standard from a reputable company - Nestle. The Wraps, Flatbread and Panini's are mouth watering. The customer/patron has to inform the staff of their choices. Some like extra items some like less - just tell the preparer. Otherwise, they follow the recipe provided by Nestle. The cookies are never stale and baked all day long. The cookies that are left over are sent to shelter for distribution. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The only reason I registered stars is due to the pleasant demeanor of the staff. I ordered a Turkey Pesto wrap that was petrified and full of feta cheese, my desert, a peppermint brownie and cherry cookie cup was old and congealed, as the brownie was not the freshest. What makes this scenario worse is my enthusiasm to visit in the first place. My stomach hasn't forgiven me yet!

John and I have been fans since opening day, October 2018. Have enjoyed a breakfast panini, a tuscan chicken wrap, a croissant, a cookie now and then :-), and lots of Americano coffee and decaf. Our friends and business associates have appreciated the mini chocolate chip cookies we have taken to them. 1/23/19 Nestle Cafe has recently added really delicious soups, so good on these cold days. Have already enjoyed Vegetarian Vegetable, Chicken Noodle, and Lentil Vegetable. Looking forward to more soups.

Excellent diverse offerings - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Cookies, Cookie Cakes, savories - Panini's, Flatbreads, Wraps, Crepes - Sweet and Meat Savory Kind, Best Coffee in Town Ice Cream snd much more. A friendly service with a smile and a exteremly friendly family owned ownwrs. Recommend it highly.

Basic coffee shop/ ice cream parlor. The menu items are really overpriced. I bought a small cup of green tea for $3.18, including tax. And the didn't even have packets of honey and lemon juice for my tea.
