Have been here several times. The lamb kafta is a great item to order. The price is a little high but have always enjoyed what I have gotten. The hummus and pita are the best!

Paid 16$ + for Ouzi and had to throw it away. I could tell from the smell and taste that the food was not fresh. Rice was soggy and meat had very little flavor. Never again!

Been here few times, and I have always had a great experience with the staff. Food is good, and a bit pricey compare to other restaurants with similar self service. I love their lamb Kabob and the falafel isn't bad either. I would recommend this place!

I would like to give 5 stars but there are certain things that need to improve. First would be service, the staff here is not very attentive and takes their time even when you are waiting. The second reason would be the prices. Compared to other healthy fast food options in the area, the prices are a bit high. The food is definitely good. We had the Chicken Shwarma and the Beef/Lamb Shwarma and hummus. Everything was good, although as some of the other reviews stated the lamb is bit gamey. Overall a reasonable experience worthy of repeating once in a while.

I love Lebanese taverna at Congressional plaza! They are super sweet, efficient the place looks great, the one in the town center Rockville Md, wow! The staff is so rude and careless, is been like this for a minute now, very very disappointed. This is certainly not the imagine for your guys. Smh! You still deserve 5 stars food is amazing, but please trained the staff at Rockville Town Center.

Nice lunch option with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Counter service was quick (but I was there before noon). Falafel was good, but a bit too much tahini and not enough pickles. Several vegan options, but mostly the ones you expect with this cuisine.

Good food, but it's far too expensive for a restaurant that does not offer table service. Also, the owners should invest a bit of all those profits to clean the place up... the carpet is nasty!

The worst place I’ve eaten shawarma yet.... The chicken shawarma is horrible , it’s like shredded chicken with garlic with lettuce tomatoes and onions. I do not recommend, go to oh mama grill for shawarma or somewhere else.

Charged me so much for so little. They were running the vacuum at 8:25 pm and dust got in the air. So loud and literally annoying. The guy at the register was not friendly. He was insisting me to get it to go. They close at 9 pm what is all this attitude for? Specially since i was over charged for chicken feed. I wont ever go back. That was my first time there and last.

Lebanese Taverna is a good and predictable local Mediterranean Dining Option. They’ve been around for as long as I can remember. They have a great menu and service is always predictably good and friendly. I would certainly recommend the Lebanese Taverna Cafe (any of them) without apprehension.

Got there at 11 but they did not open doors until 11:10. Not very friendly when worker opened the door. Didn't even apologize for lateness. Then he made me wait because he had to fix the soda machine. Food is generally good but the chicken was only so-so. I only go back because the bread is good. I may have to reevaluate returning just for bread.

Food was great. Servce was relatively quick, but they are preparing large carryout orders along with diners around noon. The promenade and walks around the Taverna are just money for atmosphere and al fresco meals

Maybe it was an off night, but you start off there was 4 employees on a Friday. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. The chicken tenders were ice cold and did not come with the side of hummus. When I said something she took the plate back and gave it back a couple of minutes later. It was obvious that the kitchen crew put them back in the fryer-gross. I said something and they re made the plate. The mezze sampler came out but had to wait another 10 minutes for bread. We will not be back to say the least.

I have been visiting several locations of this chain since I was small. Although it is more of a Westernized version of authentic food, it is still delicious. Every location I've gone to so far has been very kind.

Extremely slow service. Falafel was too dry. Braised lamb was terrible for the price; the mousat tasted like the lamb was just boiled in marinara sauce, no additional flavor. Perhaps the other menu items are better, I didn't try them
