Never been to Frederick before, and this coffee was the first place we stopped at there. We got a Chai Latte and cold dirty chai (I think they name it something else but I don't remember what it was). Both drinks were great! We also got a lemon bar and a peanut butter cookie. The lemon bar tasted fine and it was a bit hard. The place was so chill and we lost track of time drinking and chilling on 2 very cozy armchairs!

What a little gem! Great cozy coffee shop with an artistic vibe. I was only there for a short time but I will definitely be back. They had a nice 'open mic' band playing perfect background music for all the people relaxing or working on laptops. They even let you bring your dog in to enjoy the atmosphere! I can't say enough about their coffee - it was strong yet very smooth - different than what you get at the coffee chains. They offered a long list of specialty coffee drinks too. I didn't get anything to eat but it looked like they had a nice menu of salad, sandwich es, sweets, etc.

Its refreshing to find local roasters in the area (which hasn't quite caught up with the sweeping thirdwave), but unfortunately Dublin Roasters doesn't deliver the quality and taste that you'd expect from the 'feel' of the place. In the end, its just average coffee being served in a rustic atmosphere.

WOW let me tell you about my experience. First and foremost, the customer service is terrible. They’ve gotten my order routinely wrong and when you ask for something they say they are too busy. I asked for a receipt and they accused me of tampering with their machine by the owner and said i was being shady... SORRY YOUR MACHINES DONT WORK. I've never had an experience like this at any establishment.

Went today for the first time and accidentally picked up the wrong order because I misunderstood what was said and realized when I got back to my car that the size was smaller than what I ordered. Went back in and they were so friendly. I apologized for my mistake and they remade me the latte I ordered and were very understanding and kind. Highly recommend.

Today was the first day in two years that I have stepped foot in this coffee place. I enjoyed it then and still now. The difference now is that it’s busier. I arrived here right before 8am and it was packed. The lady at the register today had the same uplifting happy attitude from when I arrived until I left at about almost 1pm. She may be the owner. She definitely knew her customers. This place is out of my way to and from work, but I’m glad I was able to come by and enjoy the community atmosphere in there. The long power strip was a plus!!! Wasn’t there couple years ago. Thank you for making my Monday a little more tolerable.

I have tried many of the coffees. Regular and flavored coffees, I've tried the Tanzania peaberry, Kona, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua. I never knew how good coffee could taste until visiting Serina's place. Frankly, my fav coffee is the mint mocha. It's smooth and low acid without creamer, milk, sugar... etc. I can drink 3 cups before 9:00 a.m and my stomach is just fine (and my wallet too), can't say the same with the mermaid coffee.

Really yummy coffee, great atmosphere, and friendly, quick service. I got Dublin's iced latte with caramel syrup. First place I've ever been that has made their ice cubes out of coffee. Love it!! Did not have any of their food items, but they looked delicious.

Awesome atmosphere! We sat in recliners next to a woman and her therapy dog. It felt very comfortable. There was diversity among the customers. I got the Bunny Wabbit latte. I wish the flavors were stronger, but overall it was good. I bought two bags (1lb) of the Bunny Wabbit and Screaming Zombie whole bean coffee. Smells AMAZING.

I've been a customer for years, and this is an excellent spot for coffee, food, community, and often, entertainment. One of the most charitable businesses in town. They are so generous to local non-profits. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. The drink and food selection is wide. Great place to work alone or meet with friends. Wonderful place. Very artistically maintained. Loved the ambience and also their rich "organic" coffee, which is very aromatic and flavourful. They also sell coffee beans, mugs and other stuff which are locally made or processed. It looked like they encourage local farmers and artisans by selling (and/or) making them sell their products right at their doorstep. Definitely on re-visit list.

Very cute coffee shop with indoor/outdoor seating options. Delicious coffee, tea and good options. I'm not vegetarian, but I've seen vegetarian and I think even vegan options available, so it's nice to be able and sit down with something for everyone. They showcase local artists work and have local musicians play sometimes. But open seating area. You can also reserve a closed room if you have a group meeting you need to host. Have a little stand with used clothes for sale. Also sell some very cute purses, pottery, jewelry, cups, kitchen goods, much of which is from locals. I could go on. But, I'll summarize by saying this is an adorable, welcoming coffee shop with a touch of charm, pinch of flare, and 100% focused on providing an open place for building the community.

Dublin Roasters is a very special destination in Frederick. Not only do they have amazing coffee, but it is one of the most friendly and and inviting businesses I have ever visited! Comfy chairs, a great light fare menu, friendly staff and even small gifts available for purchase by local artisans make Dublin Roasters a great way to spend an afternoon! The coffee is roasted onsite, and the owner will even show you how it's done. My favorite little "perk" is when I order an iced coffee the ice cubes are made from coffee. What a brilliant idea!! My drink never gets watery, so the last sip is as wonderful as the first!

It's nice having roaster in the local area. Unfortunately of the few I've purchased there, they haven't been outstanding. I'm always leery of any roaster who doesn't put a roasting date on the package. Yeah yeah, you move so much merchandise it's never on the shelf for more than a day. I also expect a roaster to be able to show off their coffee by having a nice coffee bar that has top notch equipment. It's a good thing they keep the espresso machine in the kitchen as it's mediocre at best, which sums up the barista making your coffee too. Lack of education and training, little knowledge of beans and roasts, and thus far I haven't tasted an exceptional roast. If you like coffee but don't "know" coffee, like to fill up your tankard of coffee in the morning, or need a supplier for the office Mr. Coffee machine, this is your best place in Frederick. It's a comfortable place and the people are very friendly so they have that going for them. If only they placed more focus on their equipment, training, and presentation of the art of coffee making...

Iced coffee has frozen coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get watered down. Can bring your own cup. Ceramic mugs are used for drinking there. Outside seating available. Cozy furnishings. Meeting rooms for rent. Art is also sold there and can be enjoyed while visiting.

Love this place!!!!! It's my NEW favorite place to have coffee and meet friends. When all the other chain places have made you feel less welcome, Dublin above and beyond with creating places for you to just chill! And with free refills you can't go wrong. I only gave 4 because, well, it's cold lol. But I'm not sure how they will be able to help heat the place better. The zucchini chocolate muffins are a MUST try!
