Good coffee. Decent tea. Service could be faster, but they're generally nice. Can enjoy a good cup of espresso drinks in the hotel lobby. The hours are a but irregular and wish they would post it online more accurately.

My primary complaint about this place is that the prices were pretty steep for what I received. Everything I purchased was in date, but the pretzels were stale. It’s convenient if you’re staying at the hotel, but if you have time then go elsewhere.

Their coffee is more expensive than starbucks coffee despite poor quality. I got latte here twice and it tasted bad both times. I think they use stale coffee beans.

I'm not a coffee drinker. More of a frappuccino, latte, mocha girl. There aren't many places that meet my expectations but this place gets me. One caramel latte with extra caramel. Just the right amount of sweet. I choose this establishment over many more popular establishments. Service is friendly and quick. Staff is constantly cleaning equipment and surfaces as they service customers.

Awesome iced chai, but was obviously very warm almost hot before the ice and it did t cool it down quite enough. Good flavor though and the breakfast sandwich was good

This place is totally overpriced. Their large is smaller than a Starbucks medium, and for a dollar more. The only reason you should go here is if you are staying at the hotel and don't feel like exploring all the awesome mom and pop stores that Baltimore had to offer.

This place does not have the wherewithal to handle the morning rush from a conference. They forgot my coffee order, then they got it wrong, and instead of being apologetic the employee was rude to me. If you're staying in the Hilton for a conference, go somewhere else for breakfast; they're probably fine handling a few customers other times of day.
