Excellent products. Both coffee and food. Perhaps the standout quality is the fact that customers are not bombarded with any music. The customer can sit and read, think, relax and/or have a conversation with friends in a comfortable and quaint environment.

I haven't been here in awhile so this visit was excellent. The barista was very busy but once he helped me with my order, he was helpful in answering my questions about some choices. Coffee wasn't super hot but was very smooth and excellent taste. Non acidic.

Its a small place and the seating can be hard to come by. Your eather on a hard wooden bench or a small white metal chair or stool. Prices are high but its nice to support a small business.

Favorite spot for good coffee. Whether iced or hot, Ceremony has a good selection and offers quality coffee. They also have Soy and Almond milks for dairy alternatives. Great atmosphere and good music. Great for some school work hours or just to hang out with friends.

My first and only visit to Caffe Pronto left a bitter taste in my mouth. I tried to simply order two shots of espresso over ice, only to be told that "they" don't prefer to serve it that way because "they" don't prefer the taste when it is made like that. I had entered this cafe with the impression that I would be the one drinking the espresso and not them, so I was somewhat puzzled by their reluctance. My barista and her coworker then spent a little while deciding whether or not they could break with management rules and allow me to have the drink I wanted. With noticeable, reluctant sighs they relented, but only after a stern reminder that my extremely simple drink choice was against store policy. Was I really asking for too much? Why was the customer service from this shop so horribly inadequate? As of yet, no response from the owner to this review - despite a response to Internet problems in February. This is also disappointing.

Really good coffee but on the pricey side if you want soy or almond milk, no coconut. Expensive chocolates, snacks and baked goods. Everything looks wholesome and yummy. Nice sleek decor, but not the place for settling in with a cup of joe and your laptop or a good book.

Super Great Vibe this place! I love the minimalist, wood-centric design. There is plenty of space to work and chat. Light menu, but off-the-beaten-path selections that are tasty and health conscious. The only thing here I'm not impressed by is that the Square station is set up to automatically request your tip amount before you sign--even for takeout. It just doesn't FEEL optional. 87% of Americans don't tip on takeout so dont feel obligated to tip at the prompt! Enjoy!

Terrible customer service - I called to place an order for pick up at 7:30pm tonight, the person on the phone goes on to say “um are you calling for an order tomorrow?” I go on to say.. no you’re website says you close in 30minutes.. don’t you close at 8pm so I would like to place an order for dinner tonight? She rudely responded with a sigh and with a nasty tone she said “I’ll go talk to someone but we close soon so I doubt it.” I’m sorry - I’ve worked at several restaurants before, you don’t stop taking orders from paying customers up until you’ve actually closed for the evening.

Unlike the top-notch Ceremony in Baltimore's Harbor Point, this one left me cold. On a first visit, unfriendly staff were disinterested in talking about the coffee (nobody in line). The homogenous late-morning crowd all but filled the smallish store with their presence, but not with energy. Strange for a place that should be heavily caffeinated. I selected a mini-bundt cake from the meager pastry offerings. Asked if it could be warmed up, was tersely refused with no explanation. The cake? Well, it was unfortunately adhering to the "gluten-free" trendiness, and tasted like it was made by someone who once saw a bundt cake. It might have been better warm... Add in the bizarrely twisted, cluttered parking lots of this heavily paved part of suburban Annapolis, and the place had all the charm of an airport Starbucks. Skip it unless you work nearby.

I spent the morning in hospital getting chemotherapy and stopped at ceremony to treat myself a latte. When I picked it up I knew immediately it was not as hot as I liked. The barista was not very friendly so I hesitated to tell him, but I knew that if I did not I would not drink it. So I nicely asked him to heat it up he said there was no way to heat it up and he would have to throw the original latte away and remake it. He seemed quite angry and in. A condescending tone said, you'll have to wait. Then he proceeded to make 3 drinks of people, who were behind me in line before making my latte.... He didn't apologize. He didn't smile, he didn't say please or thank you. He just slammed the newly made latte down and walked away. And of course, he didn't make it any more hot for me. I just took it and walked away. Too weak from getting chemo and sad that one week before Christmas, I was treated so poorly by the young barista at Ceremony Coffee Roasters.

We were a little nervous when we went to Annapolis because as avid cold brew fans we hadn't heard of a coffee shop in the area other than Starbucks. Luckily our concerns we assuaged when we found Ceremony Roasters a 10 minute drive from the city center. We had the poached egg and avocado toast as well as the ham and cheese for breakfast and both dishes were delightful. The star of the show however was the cold brew. Sent from nitro heaven, that cold brew was easily one of the best I've had on this planet. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Very happy. This is the only place in about 30 miles we have found baristas that really care about their craft. They make actual foam and espresso that's wonderfully balanced! Go here if you want to know what a cappuccino is supposed to taste like. Comparatively, every other shop nearby should be charging 1/3 of this place

This place has a good reputation, so I had high hopes for the coffee here. The first time, the coffee flavor was just...off. I chalked it up to an isolated experience. I went again a few weeks later and did a pour-over with a different roast. Still...the flavor was off. I tried it a third time, and have come to the realization that I just don't like their coffee. Genuinely confused what the fuss is about.

Always great, the custom brewed coffees are fantastic, As are all the sandwiches. Much better than any other place in the area. It's right next to Panera bread and a few other restaurants but this is definitely the best choice.

Visited a few times while in Annapolis from out of town. Had a cortado, a pour over, and a nitro cold brew. All were excellent!! To the best of my knowledge, they do roast their own coffee. Good atmosphere and friendly baristas. Only minor downfall is I was not able to connect to wifi.

VEGAN OPTIONS HERE! Their delicious whole grain toast really seems to be unique to this cafe, and their salad bowls are great too. Coffee is good and they have almond milk. Their menu is mainly very healthy. Wait time for food is quick (5-10 mins) and they will bring the food to your table. First time visiting and i will surely come back for the spicy avocado toast. Please add a vegan sandwich to the menu. Also the seating could be better, but that's the least of my concerns since i'm going in and out quickly.

First impression: the atmosphere is warm and welcoming with ample space. They did the best they could to optimize seating with the small footprint. Customer Service: I go here often and am always greeted with a smile and someone who is knowledgable on the Ceremony product. Product: I have had everything from the standard drip coffee to the artisanal pour-over to the signature drinks. They're unmatched in Annapolis. You won't find a better cup anywhere.
