Such a great spot. If you like the color white then this is your place ;) Actually it’s beautifully laid out and the natural light is fantastic. Excellent third wave style shop roasting in house and serving great pour overs, lattes and the americano has always been on point. Baristas are pretty friendly. If you’re in the Baltimore area it’s worth the stop.
Really cute coffee spot. The staff is really friendly. It was my first time there and they helped me pick out a pour over that I would like.
Really enjoyed my visit to Ceremony today. Had the spicy avocado toast. Forgot to take a pic, but II'll get it next tine. It was tasty n topped w pickled onions, but not spicy so don't worry.
Great coffee. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great food but could use a better bakery selection for sure. Also the little water sink is FUBAR. Great place though!
The staff was knowledgeable about their coffee and served up quickly. The food looked great as well. The space itself has a lot of sunlight and seating available. I really liked that they promoted sustainability by providing a water tap and real glassware for use.
Had to stop in once I made it back home. I miss Texas still but it’s good to be back home. This Texas girl always loves her coffee and this shop has never let me down.
Excellent locally roasted coffee and good selection! They have everything from espresso drinks to put over to nitro cold brew on tap! Several breakfast toast options, and the yogurt parfait is amazing! All kinds of coffee being gear for sale as well. They also have a little setup next door at the Mount Vernon Marketplace.
Clean, spacious, quiet, modern and good coffee.
Their coffee is so good! I had one of their Ethiopian beans as a pour over and the holiday beans as a drip. Their pumpkin Danish is delicious as well. The atmosphere is inviting. I could sit in this coffee shop for hours.
What a fantastic village. Bright, well-balanced espresso with distinguishable notes consistent with the Destroyer blend being used. Great selection of coffee nerd accessories including high-end espresso machines. Fresh selection of Ceremony beans. Lost a star for dirty bathroom.
Today was my first day visiting Ceremony! I was introduced to their coffee at Park Cafe and wanted to find out more about Ceremony. The coffee shop does not disappoint with a fresh modern interior and friendly staff. One of the best places to study in Baltimore as it has ample seating, good wifi, and lots of natural light. Definitely check out this shop if you enjoy a good cup of coffee!
Such a nice place to study, grab coffee or have a light lunch.
Nice, nice, nice!
A little pricey. Cool spot. Good service. Great coffee!
Wonderful and inviting environment. Friendly staff and restaurant. I tried their avocado toast with poached eggs with their northern light latte. I enjoyed every single bit of my experience at this restaurant.
Great atmosphere, even better coffee
Some of the best espresso I've ever had. Clearly a world class roaster and cafe.
Affogato was yummy and while one barista seemed disdainful towards customers, another was very friendly and helpful.
Great looking cafe. Staff great and so is the food. Good coffees also. The staff are always friendly! Clean, relaxing and nice staff at this location.
Great place!!!! We love going to this coffee house when we visit Baltimore
Guys guys ! come get your $5.50 cold nitro brew ! haha. Also, space not comfortable. Does not conform to rest of market space. Clearly trying to convince you it’s worth $$$$ to get their coffee over the amazing dunkin’ donuts coffee literally less then 500 ft away... Also was unable to toast a croissant or heat it up in any way. Huh? 3 stars because i know they have a good cup of coffee deep down, but to me i’d rather save a few dollars (!) and get a cold brew somewhere else.
Took repeated tries to make it, but eventually made a great espresso. I appreciate that the barista didn't want to offer an unworthy product.
Nice coffee shop
A little like blue bottle coffee
Good iced coffee!!!
So happy Ceremony Coffee opened up in Baltimore! I prefer their espresso beans over those of Counter Culture, Zeke's etc. I love the clean design and spaciousness of the shop. The egg salad toast was great too.
Beautiful location, fantastic food, tho the options are a bit limited.
Very nice place. Staff is friendly. I was super excited about the nitro coffee but it was average. Nothing so special about it.
I go here often for coffee but today I felt the need to write a review about a particular employee. He informed me his name was "Kye" or "Kai." He gave me something I didn't ask for and I informed him of it. He, for some reason felt the need to give me the impression he didn't have time to make me a new one. So, I felt the need to write the review... Just thought the management should know..
Best coffee in town. I love the modern feel and ambiance as well
The coffee here is excellent and usually it's a quiet place to enjoy a cup and get work done. The food is also generally very good. On different occasions I've tried their toasts, sandwiches and yogurt bowls. Unfortunately in the mornings the place seems to get over run with 20+charter school kids who have no where to go before school opens. While they're not disruptive, it's still a bunch of energetic excited kids waiting for school to start which gets kinda loud and makes it hard to get work done.
Comfortable place. Has a good marinated bean salad. Right next to Mt Vernon Marketplace.
Okay, so first, a bit of background: I have, of late, been hunting down new coffee spots, since there are so many good local places that I was previously oblivious to. Ceremony was mentioned in 2 "best coffee in Baltimore" lists, and the menu sounded unique. Found it with little to no trouble. The ambience there is very chill, with a space that's nestled into the neighborhood, but also full of windows to allow for plenty of sunshine. As far as lattes, my usual go to, they only have vanilla & chocolate syrups on hand, which initially disappointed me. I ordered my vanilla iced latte, and stepped to the side. As I was waiting and exploring the rest of the store, one of the baristas began making this gorgeous drink that started with a house made blueberry syrup
Well-brewed and well-presented pourovers, excellent espresso-based drinks, and a relaxed, stylish environment. Drinks go from around $2.50 for an Americano to as much as $7 for the really good pourovers, but it's worth it as an occasional splurge. They also have a nice retail section where I buy all my beans-- prices range from around $12-17 for blends and $16-25 for finer single-origin coffees in a 12-oz bag, but even their cheaper stuff tastes great. The staff offers free coffee tastings on Saturdays which are nice informal ways to learn a lot about coffee and expand your pallette (and know what you like before you buy!). Ceremony definitely caters more towards coffee fanatics/snobs, but anyone who wants and outstanding cup of coffee or espresso will be happy!
ceremony has some tasty teas and delicious toast options (poached egg toast with avocado...yum). one of my favorite things about the mt. vernon location is the light though - natural light from the big windows keeps me energized and happy :)
Good Customer Service. Tasty Hot Chocolate & Bagel
Incredible coffee in a hip, minimal space. They offer classes as well. I've never been to them. I treat my coffee like I treat my hotdogs, I'd rather not know.
Pricey but the best coffee in Mt Vernon
Easily the best coffee in baltimore. They make the best beans aswell.
One of the best coffees I have had. I have been to many. This one is top notch!
Ceremony has good coffee. It's not the best coffee I've ever had, but it comes close to Blue Bottle. It's also a local Maryland roaster, from Annapolis. Those are the good things. The bad? Aggressively hipster locale, slow as molasses service, and long lines when people have anything slightly complicated. Oh, and extremely high prices. You will pay the same amount here for your fancy drinks as you would in San Francisco, which is pretty crazy for Baltimore. I would like this place a lot more if the prices and service were a bit more on the friendly side. Also - these dirty dishes have been sitting on this table for the entire time I've been here, with multiple employees walking by, conveniently ignoring them.
I came here to get a quick coffee on my way to work. The staff seemed to want to brow beat me because I was unsure where to order at their extremely minimalist counter. This is not a place I would chose to spend time.
Great coffee but it feels cold and sterile in this cafe. Kind of like a laboratory. Nice if you like that sort of thing.
Not a coffee drinker, but they have great tea. Superb spot for elevensies!
a ceremony to have a cup of coffee when we go to Baltimore
I love this coffee shop. It's got a minimalist, clean vibe (lots of white and open space) but it's quiet and a great place to work for a few hours. Coffee is excellent and comes pretty much any way you can imagine (pour over, drip coffee, espresso). Prices are normal to slightly expensive for coffee, but you're also paying for the experience and choice. They have some pre-made pastries but nothing hot or substantial like a breakfast sandwich. Tables with outlets are available.
All the makings of a gentried shop. Hardwood floors - check. Fancy lightbulbs - check. Those aluminum stools you see everywhere - check. Apple laptops everywhere with people sipping on $12 coffee - check. It'd be laughable if it wasn't so predictable.
Perfect pasta, perfect atmosphere, perfect food, simply perfect!
Absolutely worth a visit if you don't mind paying a little extra for specialty coffee! I frequently drop in to enjoy one of their signature lattes while working from home.
Coffee is good but I hate feeling like I'm in an Apple store
Big, airy, sunny room, very good espresso drinks, some good pastries, and friendly staff.
Ordered a Latte and Mocha, both were delicious. Nice open and bright space. Also bought a bag of beans roasted four days earlier, they were nice enough to grind them for me. Great spot.
I love the simple menu, the delicious coffee, & the relative quiet compared to other coffee shops. (At least on Sundays?)
The coffee itself is actually great, great coffee and an inventive menu offering unique drinks. However, the aura, vibe, ambiance -- whatever word suits you -- is simply unwelcoming. Of course a coffeeshop doesn't have to be a gathering place suitable for large groups. But cafe culture at its core, is sitting comfortably with a partner and enjoy a cup of coffee and engage in convo at an appropriate noise level. This establishment shuns that.
They pull an excellent shot!
Coffee is great but really annoying rules about where you can sit and work with a laptop. It's a real back ache to sit on a stool and work for a couple of hours, but all the chairs are at tables where you can't have a laptop.
Ceremony is a nice cafe with good espresso drinks. The place itself is a little awkwardly quiet with lots of people wearing headphones, working away on laptops- no fault of the cafe, of course- just pointing it out. The baristas were sort of comically dour, over the top serious- but were polite. I noticed how the guy actually making my drink wiped excess spillage from the rim of my cup before handing it to me- a nice touch. I tried and enjoyed a special of theirs called Fallen Leaves, or something along those lines. I’d recommend it and any other special espresso drinks that they make if they’re as good as the one I had.
If I could, I would not give this one star. Yesterday morning I went to this place with my dog. As I approached and looked at the first signs below the steps, I saw no "No Dogs Allowed" signs. I proceeded up the stairs to the doors and again no sign saying, "No Dogs Allowed". When I got to the register a very rude young girl looked at me and said, "no dogs allowed". I told her there were no signs and again she said, no dogs. I asked for a manager and she shoved a card with the managers name on it. I left and proceeded to call the number on the card. The manager was there the whole time!!!! Kate, the manager was just as rude and when I asked she have the owner call me she said, "I am not going to do that". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????????? With that said, if any coffee lovers that love there dog, go to BABY'S ON FIRE!!!!! It is a few blocks from Ceremony and believe me, you can TAKE YOUR DOG!!!!! The staff is more than friendly and extremely kind. FYI, after leaving this place I went down to the Renaissance Hotel and my dog was welcome on the elevator and up to the 8th floor. I then went in to Marshalls and again, took my dog!!!! Besides BABY'S ON FIRE allowing dogs, I have to say they have the best coffee in Baltimore!!!
Friendly, fast service and delicious coffee! Loved the outdoor patio for a morning cup of joe and people watching.
This is the first time I've been to this coffee shop. I have been to their other stores in Annapolis. It's an upscale kind of joint, very clean, open with lots of light. The coffee was first rate. I didn't buy beans this time, but have bought them from this company and they were excellent.
Great coffee shop. Lots of space so you’ll probably be able to find a spot to sit. Coffee is pretty good, wide selection of roasts which is always nice. Friendly staff & great atmosphere.
I love the vibe of this place and it's great for studying or meeting friends. I do wish they had a few more outlets for people working on laptops, but hopefully they can make that happen in the future. Still a very friendly and open atmosphere with good coffee.
Totally not sure how this cook got job, its interesting... not exactly making me want to order food let's just say. I'm sure he's quite adept (but not so pleasant to hear)
the worst experience of my life .. the staff were not pleasant and they clearly didn't want to work. It's a shame because the coffee shop is nice but the staff really ruin the atmosphere.
Best beans in Baltimore, drank their coffee in Boise, Idaho for the first time. Had to make it my first stop coming to Maryland. Drinking some right now.
Safe space, but the place was so quiet that it was borderline uncomfortable. I would only go here if I was on a deadline, otherwise you can't really have conversations with a group of friends. Also, the customer service could have been a little bit more welcoming. Food was good though!
Nice open space with big windows and lots of natural light make this a good place to come and get work done, and as the majority of customers here do the same it’s not too noisy (besides the sometimes odd choice of music playing...). However, their simple brew coffee (cheapest thing I could find and in my own travel mug) was $2.65, and had a bit of a strange taste and odor to it. Service was prompt but not exactly what you’d call warm. Baristas still don’t ask names and just call out the drink orders, so looks like the previous review and reply hasn’t made much progress on that front. Maybe these prices and attitude could fly in DC, but it rubbed me the wrong way for a Baltimore place. I’d rather go somewhere with a friendlier atmosphere and better priced drinks, like Order & Chaos.
Great place
Great place to sit an relax
The best coffee in Baltimore!
My favorite coffee shop in Mt. Vernon. Great coffee and tea; bright, open seating. Atmosphere is clean and sterile, good for working. No couches or fluffy furniture
Excellent coffee, comfortable environment(wifi, cable), and perfect service
Bougie/hipster AF. Good coffee if you're cool enough to go inside.
They're just around the corner from my apartment, but yesterday was only the first time I paid them a visit. I was back this morning. Awesome vibe, GREAT coffee. Get the nitro cold brew! I haven't had a comparable cup of joe since I lived in Oregon!
I’ve been coming here for like two years and I love it. I’ve never had a disappointing latte.
The vibe for the place seemed off. They can't even be bothered to put up a board with coffee selections, though they had menus for the food choices which seems to rotate. Not the most friendliest establishment, having been to other coffee shops/restaurants in Baltimore. As much as I loved minimalist design, which can be warm, the place just felt cold and sterile. It seems like the poster child of trying to be trendy, hipster-only joint. It's in the neighborhood but I don't see myself coming back here. TBD for the coffee. I didn't get any but my partner did.
Great selection of high end house roasted beans meticulously prepared and served in a great space with table and counter seating. Nice spot for a light breakfast with selection of toasts covering most tastes.
It's like every latte I get here has been touched by an Angel. The best!
A very nice coffee shop. Has an apple store feel to it. I'm not sure if they own the dog park but there is a dog park right next to it which is convenient for those dog lovers. The bathrooms are very clean. They have this cool workshop in the back of the store, it looks like you can take coffee making classes here which seems pretty cool. I had a chai tea latte and it was pretty good. (not a coffee drinker.) I hear the coffee is good though.
Good offerings, a little different from your average coffeehouse fare. Quiet, efficient service.
It is the best coffee I have had in Baltimore! However, the place has a sterile library vibe to it so I usually don't hover there. It surely works for many people because the place is packed Sunday mornings!
Excellent coffee shop. You can tell these guys are passionate about making good coffee, and it shows. Do yourself a favor and try a pour-over; it won't taste like any coffee you've had before, but you will love it! Their food is really tasty too, but I wish they had a few cheaper options. I really like the aesthetic of the place, it has a very modern decor.
good coffee but the service is really unfortunate
This place sells great coffee, and the beans they use for their brews are fantastic, but their craft itself is inconsistent. Usually, the barista at the register is very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing beans or a specialty coffee mocktail, but about 50% of the time I've been, my drink didn't really seem to be worth the price I paid for it, which is kind of the ultimate sin for a place that claims to invest so much time and effort into training it's employees and creating an original menu.
Wonderful place filled with delicious coffee, tea, pasties, and savory snacks.
The coffee is great (around same cost as Starbucks) and the interior is full of what seems like endless natural light (great for mornings where you're tired). Lots of college students; very safe and welcoming environment. Only drawback is the location (as of now). There is a ton of construction right next to it, but that will likely be finished within a year or so. The area is moderately safe and the outside seating is very nice.
The waiters are rude. The place is dirty but pretentious. It can be good for working, if you don't need to drink eat or pee.
Delicious coffee and muffins in a sleek setting.
Nice place and good coffee.
I love getting my pour-overs in a glass coffee service. That's so classy.
Good coffee, nice space. Generally a bit warm inside, and the food options are minimal. When the grill is out of service, many of the food items are unavailable. A bit sterile of an environment.
Airy, pleasantly open cafe with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful bar setup and good presentation of drinks. Both the espresso and pour over I had were sour, diminishing my enjoyment of the cafe overall.
Doesn’t get much better when it comes to specialty coffee in the DMV area.
Innovative is not the way you would normally describe a cafe but here, it fits. Admittedly, sometimes those innovations dont work out but i always feel like I've expanded my horizons a bit.
As I recall, they do not offer regular iced coffee, only overpriced cold brew. They offered to put espresso over ice for me for $2.75, but then they put it in a stupid tiny plastic cup with no lid. Then suprise, surprise, the coffee spills out of the tiny little cup when I add milk. This is not your standard pick up a cup of coffee type of place, this is a elitist coffee shop that isn't even practical anymore.
It's quiet, clean and the employees are friendly. The food is good and atmosphere is relaxing. There's not much more you could ask for in the city.
If you like coffee and simple design, Ceremony Coffee is for you. It's a large, one story coffee roastery in the heart of Mt Vernon near downtown Baltimore. They roast right on premise and sell any coffee product you can image including nitro brew. There is plenty of seating and it's simple design and layout allows for plenty of natural light. Most of its window seating has access to plug-ins so bring your laptop and crank out some work as you sip on an espresso or nibble on expensive chocolate from Mast Brothers in Brooklyn (No hipster coffee shop is complete without Mast Brothers).
Loved the service.
The place is alright I suppose. The only reasons I didn't give this more than 3 stars is due to the fact that the bathrooms are only for people who live in the building. Also, the staff was nice enough but they never asked for my name to call out an order and the 2 baristas I interacted with were pretty dismissive when I asked simple questions about my order (to make sure it was my order). The cortado I ordered was good though. So if you're just popping in for a quick coffee this is the place for you.
Coffee is consistently great, as are pastries, but the Amazing Toast just doesn't work. why mask the flavor of smoked salmon with sushi seasoning? Weirdly sweet and I'm not a fan. Hard boiled eggs don't add anything either. But again pastiers are super and cold brew is amazing .
I couldn't drink more than 2 sips of the Pumpkin Latte and it was $6. I can't even describe how bad it was. I wanted vanilla and they were out... oh and they don't have any other flavors. This place looks like it would be fabulous but I was not impressed... at all.
Sleek atmosphere. Great tasting and varied coffee offerings. Good, simple small plate food offerings.
Always my goto stop while in Baltimore
The coffee is decent, the prices are not.
The individual presentation and meticulous attention to detail is superior. It's second only to how exquisite everything tastes.
My absolute favorite coffee roaster! The coffee and variety of roasts are incredible. Fully embodies the true character and unique qualities of specific coffee origins. Rotating roasts to take home, and an unmatched pour over coffee experience.
One of the coolest coffee shops I've ever patronized. They have figured out. It's bright, refreshing and quite and calming. A charming experience. High ceilings, large and plentiful windows bring in plenty of natural light. There is no shortage of seating and charging receptacles a perfect place for the work from home employee. They also have a dedicated closed section area as a work center. The staff, although nice and professional, give an air of pretentious hipster vibe. Not rude just not engaging and friendly. Like they work in a funeral home, sad expressionless faces. The coffee however is delicious, some of the best I have had! And the barista knows what he is doing, excellent cup of java.
It's a nice place to have a quick one on one meeting. The coffee is good but the staff aren't as helpful as I generally like. I need to be educated a little about the coffee options because I don't know that much. They make me feel stupid sometimes. It's all a bit trendy for me. As I was writing this, I started at a five star review and slowly took stars away. I guess I don't recommend this as highly as I thought.
Good food, and better coffee. Actually, it was the smell of roasting coffee that drew me inside. Exactly what I needed on this cold morning. The poached eggs and avocado toast was good and filling.
One of my favorite cafe spots, Modern place with a great coffee and very nice food options
One of the better cafes in Baltimore. Large building, friendly baristas, and great coffee!!!! If your going to coffee shops in Baltimore definitely hit this one up.
This place makes a solid cup of espresso. It has a nice spacious atmosphere with an amazing patio. But the baristas have a funk about them. It's either " I'm one of the best in the city or you don't belong here" it's unpleasant.
Good latte here. Was surprised they didn't have hazelnut. Upscale place.
Great place to sit down and read or get some work done. It is a very quite atmosphere. Wouldn't say the staff is overly friendly or excited to serve you but they make great coffee. Have yet to try their food but will int he future.
My favorite place to get espresso drinks in Baltimore! Pricey, but worth it. Always happy with the service. There is more than enough seating and it's a great stop for those looking for a quiet place to work/study.
5/5. I have been a huge fan of the Annapolis location for years, and have been looking forward to visiting their newer Baltimore location since it opened a little over a year ago. I finally had the chance to visit, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, with a clean sleek modern feel. Very conducive for meeting a friend or getting work done. The drinks are carefully crafted and fantastic, with some unique creations as well. Some of the best coffee (and tea!) and the food looked amazing too. In a central location downtown. Loved it!!
This place celebrates coffee. I've never been to a single place before now where I can get a nice roasty sweet espresso, a fruity third wave pour over, or a rich earthy brewed coffee. They know what they're doing. Their service is great too, I've been when it's packed and they do a great job working through the orders quickly.
Man, I wish I could give this place 5 stars. I have struggled to get a proper espresso here, it's always way too bitter to a point where I cannot drink it, so after a dozen or so attempts, I gave up on that. Kind of ironic from a place who consider themselves experts in coffee... Good tea selection though. The staff could be a little more friendly.
Super cool coffee shop. Very minimal appearance inside. one of my favorite places to go and get a cappuccino. They do a great job with that. Ceremony overall has been really stepping their game up in the city. Very happy to see what they're doing.
Terrible customer service. Blaming the customer instead of resolving a conflict? Just awful. Also, disruptive homeless people laughing hysterically are allowed to taunt customers. Will never visit again.
Great coffee, great vibe, great place to work!
Excellent coffee shop
I go here a lot. The coffee is great and the employees are nice.
Beautiful space and excellent Nitro cold brews. It'd be an expensive habit to come here daily for your caffeine fix, but it sure would be tasty. They sell beans and loose teas, too.
I stopped in here for a cold brew while visiting Baltimore from out of town. The coffee was delicious and the lighting and general space is beautiful. However, I couldn't find an outlet that worked to charge my phone and I thought the music selections were odd. (One song sounded a bit like an alarm going off).
I love this coffee shop! The finest coffee shop in town!
Great atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. It's great for studying or just reading a book. Coffee was great but a bit too pricey
Well-lit, spacious cafe with tall window views.... perfect for a casual get-together or a first date. Great gourmet options are available for java & food. Coffee tastings are held on premises, call for times.
Clean, roomy place with free Wi-Fi. Friendly service. Good, causal place to meet up with friends.
Great Coffee
Delicious coffee + delicious food. A beautiful space as well!
Fantastic coffee and food, plus great, friendly service. Go for one of their specialty lattes and avocado toast!
Good coffee and beverages. Okay customer service. I like the vibes and location.. Bring money to spend if you plan to eat and drink. It is about 5 and up for an average meal and drink.
The atmosphere, food & coffee were exceptional. Beautiful location..... will return.
Hip location for coffee data or solo studying.
Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Baltimore. The atmosphere is very nice, the coffee is incredible, and the food is great too. Their tea is really good too! They also sell a lot of coffee equipment. It gets pretty busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but you can usually still find a table!
Great place to work or meet friends, even though it's pricey.
I hadn't shared an experience from the past because I felt it was a one and done scenario, but I've continued to have future poor service and thought I'd share. I asked for any recommendations that would promote the shop as I was photographing for a major company. The automatic response was "Well, please don't order the (drink with roasted marshmallow) because I don't feel like making that. Also, I want to make it clear I don't want to be in any of the shots." As we (the models and I) continued to look over the menu to find alternatives, we kept being discouraged from meals or drinks to order because they "weren't in the mood" to be made. There were other moments of rude behavior, but overall, this was the most concerning experience in the past and it's sad because the drinks themselves are delightful.
Modern and hip location. Great coffee
Excellent coffee and service. Nice pit stop on a chilly B'more morning stroll!
Fantastic coffee and a superb atmosphere. A must visit for coffee or just a cafe environment to get stuff done.
Martin Kasey made me the best cappuccino I have ever had in my life
This place looks like some kind of coffee science shop. It has a cold, modern look that just screams pretentious hipsters come here. If you can get past that you're in for a fabulous surprise. The coffee here is top notch stuff. (For the price it just better be.) I wouldn't actually study here because those seats are pretty uncomfortable, but I could be in the minority with that thought.
Staying for a few days over from London. Surprisingly not easy to find quality coffee in B. So good to find ... great coffee, super friendly and knowledgable staff. Visit!
I am pretty snobby when it comes to coffee and Ceremony is very good. Whether you want a plain black coffee or a cappuccino this is one of the best coffee shops in Baltimore.
Great coffee
Love this Apple store turned coffee shop.
Top notch service Great ice tea/mochoa
Great customer service and great cup of coffee.
Well done all around. Cannot wait until they open in the Cross Street Market.
Bright airy and calm...it is simple yet beautiful. The Mocha is excellent and it doesn't have that overly loud music or pretentious feel that City Cafe has become. Ugh... I would have given it 5 stars but the restrooms needed attention ..they are too well designed for a cafe, to ever be unkept. Overall...I love Ceremony Coffee Roasters it!!!
Ceremony is my favorite coffee spot in town. The airy atmosphere and stellar coffee make for a top notch atmosphere. I've never had better espresso in Baltimore. Their breakfast yogurt bowls are also money. Must try.
At the risk of sounding like a fan girl, I must admit, Ceremony produces the best beans I’ve ever had. Every time I’m in Baltimore I pick up a bag. Some of my favorites are Winter 2019 Annual, mass appeal, and antithesis. Their website is super helpful in picking out the right coffee for you. The shop is light and airy, but one thing I don’t love is the high ceilings and lack of carpet etc magnify every sound! If everyone else in the place is quiet, and you and a friend or 2 are talking, you will be loud, and you may feel out of place. Just a heads up!
Great work space and good coffee. Had a day of meeting here and was so productive.
I love you
Pretty good place to check out when you're in town. Clean, minimalistic, competitive prices. A customer at the shop I work in out of state recommended it. Taste of the coffee is a bit bright for me but still drinkable in americanos. Girl at the counter was sweet and friendly. I would recommend it.
Fancy coffee place. Bright and comfortable.
Very good flat white. Blueberry muffin was fresh and not too sweet. Rustic yet modern ambience.
