Our usual (and favorite) place for breakfast when staying in Ogunquit. If you love homemade corned beef hash, you must try it here! Homemade biscuits are also excellent; order your breakfast sandwich on one. All of the food is delicious, but I also recommend the pancakes and omelets from personal experience.

Amazing. It was delicious. The whole hog burrito. So stuffed and covered I almost couldnt finish it. Yummy. My friend had the stuffed French toast. They should call it stuffed and smothered. The combo of flavors. OMG. Great. Will definitely be going back tomorrow with our other friends to try more yumminess.

This place was... Eh... I got eggs and French toast, and it seemed like absolutely no seasoning or flavor was used in either. The eggs were plain, and the French toast had a texture somewhat similar to rubber, and not a lot of flavor. However, the waitress was very nice, and so was the rest of the staff.

Food is good, with good selection of diner food for breakfast and lunch. Minus two stars for cash only with the ATM up front. It's pretty expensive (close to $100 for a family of six, after tip), and I think they could afford the credit card fees.

I went here about a month ago with my husband and friend. The food was pretty good, but I will never return due to the unsanitary conditions. The table had that weird invisible film that some restaurant tables get; it's hard to describe but I think people will know what I mean. There were flies EVERYWHERE. I mean everywhere! At least 5 within view at any given time. I couldn't enjoy the food because I was wondering where all the maggots were that led to the fly infestation...

Cash only! I thought this was rather strange as to why cash only. There is an ATM inside (I believe). Thankfully we showed up with cash. I wasn't impressed with the coffee but I ate the Eggs Benedict and it was awesome. My son and husband ordered breakfast burritos co weed in gravy and they loved theirs as well. Luckily, we had no wait time. Parking was tricky but parked in a back dirt lot. Friendly staff. Can be loud at times during peak breakfast time. We were there closer to 11am. Pricing was reasonable. I would go again!

A busy place with old decor and not a lot of parking. I got oatmeal with a pumpkin streusel muffin. The muffin was delicious, but the butter was so cold hard that I couldn't spread it and it tore apart the muffin. Disappointing. My husband got the French Toast Supreme with fresh blueberries which he said was quite delicious. They have a large varied menu of items you don't see other places and even offer a 10% discount between 6 and 7 am so you better get there early!

So glad we stopped in! This was some of the best corned beef hash I’ve ever had (and I get it everywhere I go for breakfast). My husband and I came on a Saturday around 8, got right in and sat down no problem. Our server was very sweet and we got food quickly. My husband had the blueberry pancakes and thought they were great. Definitely recommend!

Great diner with attentive, fast service and good food. Large menu with a lot of options and very accommodating for dietary needs. There Eggs Benedict were awesome and all the other food looked equally good. Will definitely be coming back here. Like lots of places in Ogonquit, parking is tricky during peak tourist season. Would recommend walking or taking the trolley if possible, but it is easily seen while driving.

I've eaten here the last two days for breakfast, and been pleasantly surprised. I'm pregnant and extra picky about my food, but both days it's hit the spot! We were seated right away both times- once a party of four, once a party of two- and both waiters we had were wonderful. Our food came quickly, and I even asked for everything to be made to go (including drinks) on the spot the first day because I got sick right after ordering, and they quickly and kindly accommodated. Definitely a yummy little place to visit!

Was here for my Father-in-law's 60th (Ogunquit that is) and this place was quick to seat us at 8:30 AM (prime breakfast time). Wait-staff was great work the kids. Good came out extremely quickly, and was delicious.

Oh man, this is my kind of place! Cozy, friendly and delicious food. Bring your friends & family and enjoy the meal, no doubt it will deliver quality. That being said, if you come for breakfast, be ready for the small parking lot and tons of patrons looking to enjoy so, be early or good luck during average breakfast hours!

Loved this place ate here on my honeymoon. I have a health condition that prevents me from eating gluten so for about ten years I haven't enjoyed a piece of French toast. They made some gluten free French toast for the for breakfast and two eggs sausage and bacon it was excellent. Enjoy.

I only give this place four stars because we went on Father’s Day and service was a little delayed. I had the lobster Benny which was good but the lobster was cold on hot food. Not the most desirable combo but it was still good enough to eat. Cute place I would like to go back to on a less busy day.

Looking for the best breakfast place in town? Look no further than the Egg and I. Honestly no other restaurant in the area matches its quality, service and pricing. This is a CASH ONLY place. Food is cooked as requested, fresh ingredients and all well priced. We asked for hard boiled eggs and they had them. Kids loved their meals and actually cleaned their plates. Service was excellent each time we went. Highly recommend the Egg and I.
