What i received today was not ok, i have never been treated so bad at a restaurant. My husnand ordered what he orderd and came home (should have checked it first) it was completely wrong, so i walked all the way back to get the right order with my sister who was with my husband to begin with and she was a witness, not asking for free food, i asked for my correct order. The two young girls working disagreed with what my husband ordered and made up something to not have to re-do the order. 34$ is what we spent, and even the manager working talked to us like we were stupid, treated us like nobodies!! Nothing was done and we had to waste money and food. Not cool. There should be a NO star option, never ever going here again and we WERE loyal customers.

People eating flamethrower burgers and blizzard ice creams like tradition. This place has been here so long it must have a trillion memories and experiences. Nostalgic and delicious. They should invest in grass fed beef and free range chicken. Innovate and adapt.

They have the best meals (Hamburgers, Chicken Waffles, Chicken Tenders.) Me and my father go there all the time for lunch. Their Icecream is actually pretty good too.

Not very impressed with the consistency of food at this Rockland branch. One day we ordered the 6 piece tenders meal and had enough tenders and fries to fill the box and feed 2 adults and a child. The very next night we decided to go again and I reordered the same meal, but this time wasnt blessed with decent portion sizes. The tenders were no bigger then chicken nuggets, plus the fries mighta been or par with a McDonald's small. My wife had to reach the window over a puddle of soapy water an employee tossed down to clean a spill, talk about a slip hazard. I will definitely be awaiting the new Dormans if I'm craving food and ice cream again.

I went over with my brother-in-law and he ordered 4 double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 with no pickle, 2 with no mustard (no receipt was provided). Well after we waited 20 minutes for our food, we walked home and realized we got 4 regular cheeseburgers. I went BACK with my sister and we asked them to fix what we ordered, not only did they not fix it but they treated us like garbage. I will NEVER go to that dairy queen again.

No bathroom. All their food has to be eaten with your hands but they dont provide a place to wash or use the bathroom. They tell you to go to another restaurant down the street. Should be against the law to not provide a bathroom if you are serving lunch

I'd heard from a reliable source ( a worker) that other workers were spitting in people's food. Silly me, I thought the owner would care about customer perception, so I put in a complaint to corporate to investigate. This is the OWNER'S reply: "I just don't understand why you would join in on such an immature way of "getting even" when it doesn't even involve you.". DOESN'T INVOLVE ME??! I'm giving you money to eat your food, you wackadoodle!! Good Lord, never will I come here again, thinking that there's *DIRTY DROOL* all over my burger!

Very rude employees. Demanded a tip very rudely...When I stated I wanted my money back, and that I was putting in a complaint with the BBB, the guy came out from behind the grill swearing and yelling telling me to shut up! All in front of other customers and children! I will never go to Rockland Dairy Queen again. Very disappointed in the employees.
