Pros: The employees were awesome. The place was packed yet they remained cool under pressure and got our Blizzards made quickly. The Blizzards were really good. The store was clean. Cons: nowhere to sit inside or out, except of course, your car. No bathroom We stood around our car in the front of the building but what made it incredibly bad is the fact that a large dumpster is placed at the side of the building toward the front. It stunk! Our minivan ended up with 6 or 7 flies in it after we left so we had an adventure for a few miles chasing them out. In conclusion, the store is good, the employees were perfect but that dumpster needs to be moved. Some seating around back would be nice too.

Amazing counter service during a busy time slot. Thw young man was very attentive to our order to make sure the kids had what they wanted. Very impressed. I wish there were a few picnic tables nearby though. There aren't many DQs left in New England so it's always a treat to have a peanut parfait!

Good and fast food. Great fries. Nice thick blizzards. Good parking which is rare around here for a restaurant. Easy to get to right off of Hwy 1. Note that there is no place to sit down and eat. Eat in your car or bring it with you somewhere. Also a fancy pick your flavor of soda pop machine from Coke. The cherry coke was good.

Blizzards were not made like other Dairy Queens..just vanilla ice cream not much of the other flavors. No bathroom so they send you to a gas station where you have to buy something to use the facilities. Not stopping there again when.

Ice cream was good and made right; however the cashier was not friendly at all and I got yelled at for opening the door for my kids as we were leaving. Screaming about their air conditioning as I’m leaving. SMH!! Employees should learn customer service or work elsewhere!

This is the best and by far my favorite Dairy Royalty restaurant, and I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. However, as a young lad, this place was called "Dairy Queen", not "Grill and Chill", a name more akin to an erotic encounter than a dining franchise. Please change the name or I will become angry and give you 1 star.

They apologized about the long wait for food three times although nobody was in front of us. We ordered kids meals which come with kid cones. When I asked if my kids could have their ice creams while they waited for the food they needed conformation from manager to give ice creams because he didn’t think they came with meal. I pointed to picture behind him with the kids meal that said it came with cones and he disappeared. Someone else came out and gave us ice creams. It was like they don’t want to give you your full meals. Definitely a weird experience.

This is 1 of the busiest DQ around the area. It's also 1 of the oldest DQ too. For yrs, since I was a child in the 70s we would have to Go to this Bath DQ for hot dogs and burgers. It's still just as good today as it was back then.

Hours are correct. They are closed for the Superbowl tomorrow Sunday Feb 3rd 2019. They opened Feb 1st. Surprising everyone at home with some DQ goodies we been missing awhile now. Also bought some ice cream pizza I never seen before to save for the Superbowl tomorrow. The employees were very nice and quick at serving.

I love one of DQ's sandwiches to the end that I go to different places whenever I have the chance. This place has no place to sit and eat. Prefer to be able to eat my grill burgers without having to eat it in the car. In the case, even a couple of tables outside would have been nice.

The food is good, but not the service. The clerk who took my order gave it to a friend of hers. I complained and then got my order. I did not receive my drink with my combo. This has happened before. Check to make sure you get what you order and watch to make sure you get it at all.

Easy to get to, right on route 1.I have seen it VERY busy, thankfully it was quiet when we went - 630 p.m. Quick service and yummy food. The floors could have used a good scrub but I am sure the cause is heavy foot traffic. Popular place! Good treat if traveling north or south on rt 1, or after a day at the beach!

No where to sit. The fries and onion rings tasted strongly of stale oil. In fact the fries tasted like onion rings. The chili dogs were what we would expect of any other DQ. My family eats at DQ about 25 times a year. We will never visit this particular DQ ever again.

About as good as can be expected from a DQ. Probably stopped by dozens of times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Consistency is what you expect from a chain, and you'll get it here.

We came for the blizzards. Doesn't everyone? It's a busy little place in a bad location for getting in and out with your vehicle. Can't hold that against them, I suppose. But I can hold it against them for screwing up an order and not having the menu board up to date. Discontinued blizzard combos shouldn't be front and center on the menu that all patrons use before ordering.

During this particular visit I ordered a mint Blizzard with extra Oreos. When I got my blizzard there was absolutely no mint flavor. When I informed them that there was no mint I was questioned and told there was mint in it! The girl that was working gave me an attitude about asking for mint. When it was remade she did not put extra Oreo in it like I payed for. I didn't want to say anything again, I was tired so I just accepted it. Normally DQ is three stars because I find their menu is limited and a tad pricey for soft serve ice cream.
