I’ll start by saying that I love the food at Cia Cafe! As a local, it was my favorite breakfast spot. However, I was highly disappointed with the customer service today. Somehow the employee who answered my phone order missed one of my orders, which is fine as I know mistakes happen. However, the employee didn’t seem too sympathetic about forgetting and by the time I got there they were out of biscuits which is what I wanted. I wasn’t offered any sort of discount for completely forgetting my order and then not having what I wanted. Then, after ordering for a second time, my sandwich wasn’t made correctly. I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled, with the excuse that the restaurant was busy earlier this morning. The cafe was not very busy when I came in and with working at a restaurant myself in the past, I think the situation was poorly handled. In my experience, the customer is always right and when they’re not satisfied they should receive some kind of courtesy, whether it be discounted price, free sandwich, etc.

Had a grilled cheese with chips and a soda and it filled me up Sandwiches are very generous sized, be warned, so stop in with an appetite And a nice selection of locally made crafts to peek at while you wait for your food

We stopped into Cia this morning before heading home from vacation. The decor is beautiful and so cozy! I was shocked to learn that they have egg sandwiches on Gluten Free ENGLISH MUFFINS! Jackpot! Incredible flavor, super soft -- I am thoroughly impressed and wished we'd stumbled upon this gem sooner! Their coffee was amazing and the staff was pleasant and friendly! We absolutely recommend!

Excellent nitro cold brew. Fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Simple meat egg and cheese, or a house specialty, you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Coffee was good. I felt hurried while I was ordering; sorry, don't have menu memorized like they do. Two eggs was great to get on my sandwich; but bacon undercooked and soft. The restaurant itself was too warm. It's been humid and hot here in Maine of late and I had hoped to cool off. There is nothing bad about the place but, unless convenient, no need to hurry back.

Delicious bagels and creative sandwiches. A cozy spot to sit and eat or enjoy a coffee. I would not say it's for a "quick" bite. I usually wait at least 5 minutes for my order, even if it's just a bagel.

Insanely good breakfast food. Don't be afraid to branch out for something you see that's interesting on the menu! Great cafe atmosphere for studying or taking a moment to relax. I had the The Smokey breakfast sandwich with bacon added. Definitely the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I will be back!

It's a great spot to eat, work, study or meet people. Edit: Downgrading one star. The last four times we have been they have been out of key ingredients way too early in the day like bagels, eggs, etc. Once is forgivable but that many times in repetition is a tend. They can easily earn back five stars by managing their inventory better

I have never written an online review before but as someone who works in the customer service industry I am truly blown away by the lack of customer service here. For the last week I’ve come in and ordered the same exact drink and each time it has not only been made differently but I’ve been charged different amounts. When inquiring about the issue I received aggressive attitude and little explanation about the inconsistencies. Not to mention, I sat waiting for a breakfast sandwich for almost 20 minutes the other day when it wasnt busy and there was only one other ticket on the food making rack. There was literally someone sweeping and I had to go up to the counter and ask if they were finished or had forgotten. I love to support local business but I don’t feel welcomed here and it’s upsetting seeing as how they have clearly been making mistakes. When I pay $6 or $7 dollars for a latte I’d like to know what’s going on. I’ll be going back to Starbucks.

This place was amazing. It’s great for a casual breakfast and lunch. The prices are great, food tastes amazing and they have nice gluten free options. The breakfast sandwiches are a must. Portions sizes are enough to fill you up. Overall this place was amazing and I will definitely come back.

So happy they opened this Saco location! I used to visit the SoPo shop all the time when I lived in Portland. Friendly owners who must put in about 60+ hours a week. Great coffee, ice cream, and local art.

Cia is a cute new place to meet for coffee and lunch, everything is delicious, atmosphere is clean and bright. Tons of local art as well. Absolutely worth checking out if you're in the area. Don't be surprised if the parking lot is full, it fills up when there's still plenty of room inside.

Coffee is good. Yummy breakfast sandwich. It's busy so you do have to wait. They have quick things like scones and muffins. Tried an Apple tart and that was delicious. They have local artisan's work for purchase. Jewelry, art, mittens, great gift ideas. Prices were reasonable.

This CIA location features great and friendly employees, just like their other location. The food is fantastic and the coffee is likewise. As if that wasn't enough, neat artwork is available for viewing and purchasing throughout the cafe. There are also a bunch of other local made items available for purchase. The parking lot can get packed, making it tough to get to at times, but it's well worth the trouble finding a place to park.
