Online ordering wasn't working for the fried pickles, Brittany took our order over the phone instead . Super nice. We got the boneless wings this time, still love traditional the way the bone adds flavor. Asian Zing and Carribean Jerk sauce. Always my choice for flavor and a slightly spicy.

This was the WORST experience we have ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. The server was awful. My fiance waited 23 min for his beer and that was served after he was reminded... The order came out wrong... And the server never checked on us or gave us extra napkins or boats... Mind you we 3 KIDS with us. We asked for traditional got boneless... Asked for crispy got soggy... NASTY FOOD AND AWFUL SERVICE!!! Next time we will travel further to Portland!!

Standard fair one would expect from such an establishment. The chain does nothing unique or presents a wow factor, but it does provide a family friendly environment with solid choices that most people can find something they would like. I appreciated how clean the family was and the fact that there was a changing table in the Men's Restroom, which is not always the case, and that it was placed in a manner to not block other people as they needed to use the facilities.

The atmosphere is great with plenty of content to watch. The wings are very tasty and the dishes are just as well made. Our last visit left us wanting in good waitress service, however. She wasn't very attentive especially considering we came in for dinner on the earlier side of service. The prices definitely made us reconsider coming back on the nights when wings are much cheaper.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get my girlfriends drink and another 45 minutes for wings and a salad. I was excited to try it as I never have but what a disappointment. Our manager and waitress were even getting into it in the middle of the restaurant. As a manager in food service, that's just something you don't do. Won't be returning.

We always have a favorable experience at BWW's. I think they were understaffed but the manager on duty left something to be desired. Not only was she unpleasant, but assumed we were already greeted and assisted the other couple who came in 5 min after us. After we were sat by her we were greeted by our server, the bartender. The bartender was also spread thin but very nice and accommodating. The manager brought us our appetizers dropped them off and ran. Did not ask if we wanted and boats, napkins or utensils. Our prser was wrong and missing items. We did not see anyone untill our main dish arrived. At that point who cares. Our server got us refills, utensils, boats and napkins.

I go here a lot. I mean A LOT, I work at the target next door and coworkers and I like to unwind and get some dinner after work. The place is never busy when we go around 10:00pm, however, it takes us forever to get seated and order. I'm giving it two stars because I absolutely love the food, but the service is complete trash.

Terrible experience. Was short on time so my friend and I figured we would try the new location. Started out ordering 2 beers off the menu which clearly confused the clueless bartender. So just got a watered down vodka soda. Both of us ordered an app and wings. He got and ate his app, then got his wings. Finally I received my wings, once I was half way through my wings my caso app arrived, barely above cold. There was no explanation or apology given. Should have known better than trying this dumpster fire. Recommend this place to no one.

The Topsham store got both myself and grandson sick. Too often, slow service, trouble with order, or order comes out in stages with a 10 min wait for the full order. Recently, I waited almost 15 minutes standing in the lobby with a bunch of other people. No one being seated. Plenty of seats available.

My daughter, girlfriend and I went here for lunch. Stood at the podium for 5 minutes with another party behind us. No employee was there but servers eyed the crowd every time they passed by. We finally got seated and the server took our drink order after five minutes. Then we ordered lunch and wings, waiting 35 minutes for 12 wings. So we ate, and waited. And waited. Meanwhile, the table next to us is littered with dirty plates and cups - going unattended the whole time we were there. It was unpleasant to look at throughout the meal Finally an hour after our order was put in we were still waiting with nobody checking on us. I told them forget it, cancel the lunch order, and left.

My first review ever. Had to finally do it. Couldn't wait to try Buffalo Wild Wings! Many say it is awesome! We ordered "to go" tonight (maybe that was a mistake?) from the Topsham location. The BBQ boneless chicken was very dry! Over cooked? Couldn't even finish it! The BBQ chicken salad might be one of the worst I have had. No BBQ sauce on any of the chicken either. The celery was probably cut 2-3 days ago. Brown/yellow/white and dried on ends. The chocolate cake was "different". The onion rings were ok. My husband and son are not picky eaters and even they were not happy. It would have been more satisfying passing the $63.00 forward! :(

We know when we go it's a chain and we don't set our standards high. Everytime we go the service is ok the food comes out warm. Yesterday we went in and the host looked lost and when she asked the manager about a server having us she made a rude comment about the server couldn't handlehanother table butbthe host could go ask. Like help your host out? And don't say stuff likelthat in front of people. I was in the bathroom getting warm water for my son's bottle and the manager was in there and talked about her makeup and then goes "there's probably warmer water out back" like thanks. Glad you offered to help me? Poor hosting training and very bad management. However our server was amazing. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and beers on tap. And the food came out hot.

And surprise, we didn't expect it but wings were half off that day so we treated ourselves to a wide array of flavors

Great experience. Great service. Yummy food. We ordered 4 meals. Right before our meals came out, the manager came to our table to apologize that one of our meals did not get put in because of the two or three big parties that were happening at the restaurant. He apologized several times and gave us a plate of nachos and salsa free, a free dessert, and $5 off our bill. As it turned out our fourth meal ended up coming out right away with the rest, but he said he still wanted us to have our free items. This was our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and we will definitely be back. Great service makes a big difference

It's a sports bar menu. Either you like the wings and want to go there, or you're not a fan. Service is usually attentive. Food usually comes out in timely manner. I recommend the traditional wings in desert heat and chipotle BBQ flavors, get southwest ranch to dip them in. You're welcome in advance.

It would have been more satisfying to buy $55 worth of frozen-oven food and cook at home. It's a sports bar, but the open-floor stadium concept and back-to-back tv's add to sensory overload. We are not beer drinkers and couldn't find enticing wine or cocktail options. We ordered fried pickles and a pretzel as apps-the batter on pickle was rugged, pickles very soft and chewy. Fries were small and stringy, wings were not what we were expecting. The pretzel was the best part of the meal.

Wings wings wings! Really big portions with choice of boneless (like a chicken nugget) never over cooked. Sauces are good and you can choose a powder flavor instead of drippy sauce. Also has nachos, fried pickles and motz sticks for appetizers. Burgers and sandwiches if u prefer to ho a different route. TV's everywhere so no matter where you sit you have a good view. Friendly service and comfy atmosphere.

Very good wings. Other options are slightly lavking, such as lemonade and garnishes. Mozzarella sticks are decent. But you come here for the wings, and the wings are fantastic. Personally I'd advise the "wild", the "Asian zing" and the "honey barbeque". Waitstaff is excellent (especially Todd) and there's plenty of sports entertainment about.

Good food and good beer...but painfully slow. I stopped in tonight with a simple order, wings and potato wedges. It took nearly 40 minutes to bring it out. While I was sitting at the bar (for about 15 min) a regular showd up. He placed his order...and received it...while I waited another 5 minutes for my food. So not really impressed with that part. Not the first time I have had to wait a long time for my food there. Good thing it's good I guess.

It was a restaurant that has a sports theme. There are at least 15 - 20 televisions inside. The menu was simple and good. The employees were nice. A customer next to me didn't get the right food but the waitstaff was on top of it and corrected it quickly without complaint. Honestly, there were way too many TVs for my liking, but I still liked the food.

Service was great, food was ok, drunk dudes next to me at the bar, bad. They said some racist comments while I was leaving and management did nothing but make us leave. The gentlemen in question were clearly over served and the manager denied any wrongdoing in a follow up phone call. I'd recommend literally anywhere else, unless you're a racist. If you are, you'll feel at home at buffalo wild wings topsham.

The service was very slow and the food was just ok. Upon delivery my drink was spilled down the glass and on the table. Nothing was done to clean it. I finally had to ask for a damp cloth to clean the table, but not before my hand was all sticky from the glass. I don't believe I will be back.

Also had to listen to the guy in front of us complain about his wait/ service and listen to some type of manager/ shift leader chastise an employee in front of the 4 of us that were still waiting for our take-out. Very standard B-Dubs, which is exactly what you’d hope for. Food is nothing spectacular but the wing sauce choices beat anything else in the area, and the atmosphere is always fun. Great for a night out with a bunch of people or for watching playoff games and pay-per-views. Not a bad choice!

10/19/18: I am done with BWW. Corporate Support reached out saying they would "check" on the problems I have been having with Blazin' Rewards. Three weeks later, crickets... Lip service is the best service BWW provides. Original Post: Great place for wings and other pub food and watching the game... any game. I count 26 TVs so everyone should find something of interest to go with their favorite food and beverage. Cheers! 3/2018: Update - I have been here a number of times now and the food and service quality have both declined. Placed an order 2 wks ago and got something entirely different. Waitstaff insinuated I had ordered what they presented. Not sure how that could have happened when my son and I both reviewed or orders with the waiter and we saw what he wrote down when taking the order. We did have to clarify twice what we wanted, which is why we asked for the 3rd review of the order tableside. Then, it took almost an hour to get the "correct" sandwich out of the kitchen. My son was done with his meal long before that and waited patiently for my meal. When it came, again, it wasn't what I had ordered originally, or re-ordered. Not wanting to wait another hour, I decided not to press the issue. This sandwich was on the verge of being cold, and was very dry. Almost like I was being penalized for their original mistake. I ate half and we decided to leave. Went back last night and had a similar experience. I am taking this off my list of favorite fun places to go, and downgrading from 5 stars, to 3. 9/2018: yet again I have to downgrade my rating for this restaurant location, and the chain overall. Got a Blazin' Reward offer for 25% off wings, one day only. Ok, packed up the family and off we went. Explained to our server before we ordered that I had a 25% off offer that I wanted to use. She looked at the email on my phone and seemed fine with the discount. So we order, eat, and get the cheque. No 25% off so I inquired with my server. She said that if I want to use bonus points, she will do it when she processed the payment. Sorry, we aren't using points, we want to use an offer I received and opted-in for using my phone app. Well, we waited for a while as she checked, and then she comes to the table and tells us it is a corporate offer and they can't do a thing about the way the order rings up on the register. I ask why not, and am told she doesn't know and that the manager is running the grill and can't help so I'm just out of luck. We pay full price and left, likely forever. I emailed the Corp office in MN, but am not expecting a response or any resolution. Will update this if I am contacted by anyone.
