Horribly rude staff! You just lost a customer for life! Ordered a frozen puccino, and was brought an iced puccino. When I told her this isnt what I ordered and I wanted the frozen one, Female of Indian descent (didn't catch your name because I was too astonished by your rudeness - if you were my employee - FIRED ON THE SPOT!) at 5200 Veterans location told me "well you already paid for it now so you have to take that one unless you want to pay for another one." Incredible! I will NEVER again come back to ANY Puccino's coffee shop! Good riddance!!!

OK at best and overpriced. They make a big deal if you walk in with a bottle of water (there's a gymnastics next door). Ordered a green tea, $2.40 for a cup of hot water & a teabag.

Coffee shops like this one are supposed to be more than just coffee -- people meet and work at these places. Thus, having a metered WiFi connection after a "free" 30 minutes of internet with an $8 coffee is ****. Shame, because the coffee wasn't bad and neither was the service. So, DO TELL why you feel the need to charge me $8 for a coffee, then dole out internet access which you pay NOTHING incrementally to provide. Is it to reduce people who would stick around longer than 30 minutes? Well, genius, now I just won't go at all. Brilliant business decision! I'll return when you provide free wifi like, well, EVERY other establishment, such as CC's, Starbucks, just to name two.

They never open on time an always s have new people who never know how to make your drink. They used to be my favorite. But for the price it's not worth it. Go in back to Starbucks I guess they close at 10 but cannot open on time for nothing.

<3 My favorite Coffee stop in New Orleans. I always get the smoked salmon bagel and I never leave the city without getting one of their cheesecakes. I love the decor and the enviroment and all the little bits and bobbles. I feel like I see a new nicknack everytime I go.

Person behind the counter had a horrible attitude and messed up our coffee. We went back one more time same guy, it was late (5 or 10 min. to close) but we were planning to take our coffee to go until he said he wasn't making anymore coffee and closing.

The main problem with this location is the customer service, and it is really a matter of luck. Some days a barista will be really nice, but other times not so much. Bathrooms are usually in need of care, and the food is not good enough for its price. It can be a good place to study but more often than not it gets pretty loud.

Nice little diner, but horrible coffee. It was so bitter and old I couldn't even finish. The omelette was good (lots of flavor), but there was kid (maybe one of the server's/owner's kids?) who kept bothering other patrons. He was rolling around on one of the benches and knocked over a table. Don't think I'll come back.

While at Ihop for breakfast, I ran across the street for what I thought was better coffee at Puccino. I should have skipped the coffee and saved $2.60 along with the walk in the hot sun. After breakfast I went back to Puccino's thinking maybe I had a bad cup of coffee. The young lady agreed that the coffee is weak and offered me an upcharge for a shot of expresso. What!!! You know I had to tell her that that option is available at McDonalds too! Needless to I did not have my coffee today.

The atmosphere was great for sitting quietly and doing work, which is what I did. There is a cozy inner room. Also lots of electrical outlets throughout the seating areas. The service was fine. Excellent bran muffins! Unfortunately the sandwich menu ends at 3, after which you're limited to the usual pastries and snacks.

They charged me 20.03 for an omelette (healthy choice) they charged for every single item the omelette had and it was not even good. It was undercooked, it didn't have all the ingredients they charged me for. I couldn't even eat it because it was undercooked. Terrible experience. Keep away from it.

With all of the excellent coffee in New Orleans, Puccino's is still my favorite. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and the food and coffee are delicious. Please open one on the Northshore!

Cashier Andre was rude and careless I ask for a medium coffee. The coffee looked like hot dirty water. I ask for a different coffee his responded nobody complained about this coffee today, he did not offer new Coffee or make a fresh batch. I pay $2.58 plus tax for hot dirty coffee I spend $21.20 in this place and I didn’t get to have a cup of coffee. Meanwhile while customers were lining up he engaged into conversation with a friend.

The food was not that great. We had grits which were watery and clumpy. The place appeared to be understaffed which causes the barista's ability to fill coffee orders to happen very slowly. We also had the egg nog latte which just wasn't very good. With tons of great spots in the area to get good coffee, great food, and friendly service, this place is not up to par.

Went in for coffee & one of their biscuit sandwiches. After waiting 20 minutes, the cook came out telling me that she didn’t know she had a ticket and if I wanted a biscuit, it’d be another 15 minutes. REALLY! She offered it on toast or English muffin and I basically got an overpriced sausage muffin after a 30 min wait. Should have gone to McDonald’s -service is better there. HORRIBLE SERVICE on food...coffee was much quicker but would have helped if she told the cook there was an order. NO STARS if I could

Just went in to get a decaf coffee and was told they "don't do decaf." This is a first for me. Honestly they have the worst coffee around for the price, but I didn't have much choice because it was 9:30pm. I figured I'd give the place one last chance and was disappointed again. I don't know how they stay open.

Food was alright. I didn't get the coffee I asked for, however. I asked for a frozen cappuccino and when they made it, they handed me a frozen puccino. I told the barista I asked for the cappuccino. She chuckled and said they are the same thing. They have a sign that says the frozen cappuccino does not have ice cream and my drink clearly had ice cream in it.

I would give this place 0 stars for their help and service. Went to grab coffee and get some work done on my laptop. Got my coffee and asked for the WIFI password. It didn’t work, and I asked 3 times to be sure. She wouldn’t fix it, find out the real password, or help me at all. Wasted money buying a medicore coffee here...now off to another coffee shop! Won’t be returning to this one.
