This Coffee Shop is included in the category of American restaurant.
The restaurant is almost always crowded when we visited but that did not slow down the services. Our waitresses on several different occasions were super nice and knowledgeable of menu. Food was top notch. Restrooms are always well maintained. One of my favorite place to eat when visiting MOA.
My Chicken Club Sandwich was stack tall with the most delicious slices of chicken breast. I had to share my fries with my whole table because they were so good!!
My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for a week from Iowa. We had so much fun we decided to review everywhere we went. Good and bad. This is one of the good ones. I was hesitant about eating here as I was in NOLA to experience new foods and local cuisine. However, after a busy day we decided to end our evening here. I was impressed. In Iowa we know beef and the burger I ordered was just as good as the ones we get straight from the locker.
Not bad and not great. We stopped just for a good cool spot to grab a snack and cold drink. Our 1st time here was last year food and service were GREAT. This time was just so-so. Service was slow, appetizer portion was noticeably smaller than last year too. Will we go back again?? Yes, maybe. But it's definitely not a 'must-go-there's spot for my husband and me.
What can I say, it's The Hard Rock Cafe. Of course it was awesome. Brian, our server, was great. All of the employees were friendly. The Hard Rock Store was so personalable and helpful. The food was so good, as always. Do t forget to wander around and take in all of the memorabilia. Such an iconic place.
Solid venue for shows. Great sounds, great views.
I found my pulled pork sandwich delicious! My Wife did not like the Chicken sandwich she had.☹
Had a really good time having some drinks at the bar. The bartender was incredibly nice and the drink suggestions were great.
One of the smallest I've been to, but the burger was good
Good service and good meal.
Look, you can get a less expensive burger for sure, but you're paying for the ambiance and the location. More than that, you are paying a few dollars more for a genuinely amazing burger, club sandwich, rack of ribs, fajitas, nachos... a chain restaurant is tough to convince someone is good, but it is. And can we talk about the staff? A#1. Friendly as can be and eager to help. Real people with real genuine care for the customer.
Service was horrible, 45 min wait for a half empty restaurant. ordered a salad and it was warm. For a $15 salad I just wasnt happy at all.
went to mall with Granddaughter needed to sit while she enjoyed rides..Angelica was awesome about letting me rest I did order food but some Servers dont like sitters..it eats into their tips..she also was honest about food. what she liked/ disliked or loved and why. I had the steak Fajitas and they were the BEST I have ever Had!! in fact went back 5 days later for more
Good food and happy staff.
Food and drinks were great. Service was a little slow, but nothing too bad. Great experience overall
Great wait staff, cool atmosphere. The food was really good too! Definitely would go back!
Cool but pricey. Very helpful staff
Food was pretty good, although my burger was very undercooked, I do realize that every chef is different and the burger was able to be remade with no problem . Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean, I love that the different seating areas had different musicians and stories to them. Overall my experience was a good one
Amazing food. Try the Local Legendary burger! Awesome staff, great service.
Really enjoyed my first ever visit. Our waitress was really awesome and friendly.
Was very similar to my other hard rock experiences. Had a good variety of food. Was a bit pricey. Service was good
The atomic burger was great. Fries are great. Friendly service and the wait wasn't too long.
I understand that this is a really big and busy city. I really enjoyed the rock memorabilia. Food is a little pricey for a family of four. It was good but, I felt like a fan girl.
Server was polite and friendly but the food was pretty awful. I've had tastier chicken sandwiches at McDonalds. The venue is nice but all 4 meals were uninspired at best. Our entire party left unimpressed and we aren't exactly fussy folks.
They moved since last time I was here. Been to about 30 HR around the world. Nice job on New location. Service was excellent and folks super friendly. Would recommend and take a walk inside to check out memorabilia. Would go again
Awful customer service. They had at least 25 open tables but told us it was over an hour wait at 3:30 PM. So we went upstairs for drinks instead. Service was incredibly slow, server was disoriented, spaced out and not helpful, and straight up rude when I asked for the check.
Great food and service for a large group of people!
Waitress was Amazing! Food was Amazing! Would definitely go!
The wings here were awesome! The atmosphere is chill! The live music upstairs was way cool to watch and listen too! All the historic outfits and info about bands is way cool to read and learn from. everyone that works at hard rock, were amazing! Friendly and willing to help with questions and direct us were to go.
Went to see Kash Doll at hard Rock live...VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! We had vip tickets not knowing we had to stand up even tho the tickets said seating ...and to get a table you had to get bottle service...crown Royal was $420 a bottle! We couldn't even get a refund... guess it was just a $100 and a very hard lesson learned... will never go back!
Clean, as one would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. Friendly, prompt service from the staff. Great food and Jenny the bartender rocks! Great for locals and visitors alike!
It's another Hard Rock Cafe... Food was good
2 meals came out 10 minutes after the other 4, and one of them was cold. Mac and cheese was cold. Fajita shells were crusty. They comped the flawed meals and still got the bill wrong. Absolutely not worth what they charge for their food
Went here for a work event with a large group of around 100 people. Excellent service and food even with such a large group
The waiting staff was so so kind and great with their knowledge of their workplace. It's a neat place to go to as a tourist!
They moved since last time I was here. Been to about 30 HR around the world. Nice job on New location. Service was excellent and folks super friendly. Would recommend and take a walk inside to check out memorabilia. Would go again
I wanted a frozen BlackBerry flavored drink, so they made a smoothie and added tequila, yummy. I was weary about the coleslaw and apple pull pork sandwich, it was needed or it would have been too dry and it worked well together. Onion rings were big juicy onions, they were very good. Very nice and friendly staff.
Loved it! We went every morning for breakfast. Live music, great food, nice view from the patio!
Great food and friendly environment
Best waitress ever. Your the best good luck in Orlando. You'll do well in life. Your are a special person.
Great decor, clean space, good location and friendly waitress. The chicken ceasar salade however, was overpriced and the chicken inedible. The menu stated " grilled" chicken, but it was dry and chewy like leather and tasted burnt. The other member of our party that ordered the same thing had the same problem. We only ate the greens.
Great venue for live music. Awesome atmosphere and good food!
Food was great and are waitress was terrific
I have celiac disease and our server Katie knew exactly how to help me choose a meal that I could enjoy. She brought me their GF menu, but also knew which foods on the GF menu that would not be safe for me due to cross-contamination (the fries are cooked in the same oil as their breaded onion rings, for example). We had a lovely lunch and I didn't get sick, which was fantastic. Thank you Katie! p.s. we got a special bonus for making a reservation online.
A great option, but the front desk attendant is very poor. We almost gave up the restaurant because of the lack of sympathy from the official Mark. But, walking away is terrible reception, the restaurant is great. Food good, location good and the attendant of the waiters is great. Our table was serviced by the waitress Nancy, very attentive and friendly. Do not be impressed by the bad service from the front desk, otherwise you will miss a great visit in this hard rock unit.
Hey, it's Hard Rock! That's about it. The food is okay and pricing is reflective of the location and not the quality of the food. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. We will come back again next year.
We make it a point to visit all Hard Rock Cafe's we can. Each time they are great and Las Vegas didn't disappoint. We ate outside on the patio and it was perfect!! Food, service, all of it!
Sliders were not cooked well done as ordered. Too greasy. Waitress was great.
Didn't live up the the hype. Our service was downright bad - it took a very long time for anyone to take our orders and then the beer orders weren't even right. The flat bread we ate was delicious though and the views of the strip are pretty cool. I just wouldn't want to come back and spend my money here.
Friendly quick service ,food delicious.
Nice place for young singles or couples. Not a family atmosphere. Food was good just not much of a selection.
A little expensive and sometimes it's hard to get a table but boy it's worth it. Staff is lovely food is delicious and the restaurant by itself is beautiful.
Great service and I tried the impossible burger and it was delicious. I think Kerry told them to season it differently or that is what she told me and I appreciated it. Their wings were amazing and so were the onion rings. A great quick dinner with good service.
Wow! Just beautiful. The food is sumptuous and Devine. You get what you pay for here and it is worth every dollar!
The food was great and the personal treatment even better. Thanks to the waiter Keith, who treat me and my wife perfectly and brought a small ice cream as present for the birthday of my wife. He made the experience just better. Thank you very much to him and the others waiters.
Delish Burger. Fries Awesome!
This was the best but if you order the nachos they seem almost endless but they are pretty good.
Myself my daughter her boyfriend and my granddaughter went here for dinner. The wait staff was amazing! I had the ribs and they were the best I've ever eaten! The atmosphere and music made for a fun environment.
I visited this Hard Rock Cafes three times :-) I've never been disappointed. The food is good and the service it's nice
Food was delicious. Staff was humble as well.
Was not impressed by the food. Service was good.
I don't usually visit chain restaurants when out of town but $18 bottomless mimosas were too good to pass up. The food was as expected. Nothing exceptional but definitely adequate. Decent value as well. Mimosas were free flowing and I don't think anyone at the table ever got to the bottom of their glass before another fresh mimosa was placed in front of them. Nellie was our server and she is the main reason we will be back. Friendly, funny, attentive, and just all around a great server. We had a pretty gross experience while there. A cigarette butt flew from the upper level and landed in the coffee cup of one of the ladies at our table. Nellie handled it without skipping a beat. Having worked in restaurants for over 10 years, I've seen my fair share of great servers. She is definitely one of the best. Thanks Nellie...we'll be back!
Very cool place. Our food was very good. Our waiter did a nice job. The food took longer than it should have (30 minutes) to get to our table after we ordered and it wasn't overly busy. The manager compensated us for that by giving us a discount and we are very appreciative of that. I would definitely add this place to your list of stops while you are at the mall.
Service was slow and miserable, acting like everyone in there was bothering them, none even tried to go out of their way to greet or serve you and when your waitress walks by and says how is everything and keeps walking. Rude. . Manager was the same way, luckily the food was good, next time walk in, look around and leave, plenty of great places to eat near bourbon st
We had an amazing wedding diner there. The staff is really nice and the food was much tasty. Thank you for a wonderful day.
Such an iconic restaurant. We always have a great time. The service is exemplary and the food is always delicious and made with attention to detail.
Food (buffalo wings) was average but the service was out of this world. Christian was our server. When I asked for Coke he told me they serve Pepsi so I requested water. He brought our drinks took our order no big deal. He came back maybe 5 minutes later with 2 Cokes he ran next door to purchase. This was a whole other level of service! I was speechless. What an amazing experience.
Great food but very salty Cobb salad this appetizer was great
The food was great! Words cant explain and the price is worth it. Family friendly restaurant!
Dont worry guys the food is safe to eat, not rocks like the name implies
Very disappointing. Food not very good. Waitress very nice.
It was great I had the grilled chicken breast it was kind of a little runny but it was still good.
Good food that was way to exspensive. And the music could have been turned down so a person could hear themselves talk.
Our favorite place to eat in vegas. Great food, drinks, and service
Food was good limited menu choices
Good food, fast food, great service and very friendly staff.
I just left from this place 5 minutes ago. The hostess was very rude. I really feel very disappointed we walked 20 minutes trying to find this place. I have been in different hard rock cafe's around the world and this is the first time that have to deal with a person like her.
A great variety of cocktails if u like sweet alcohol!! The food menu is also good! Overall great experience I had there
The grandkids as well as grandpa love this place. The food was good and they got a tour throughout a waitress even after it was closed off.Was well worth the stop .
Avery was outstanding, knowledgeable and adorably patient. About the store and the memorabilia.
I really enjoyed this place and the atmosphere was great food and drinks
Food was decent menu was kinda on the light side waiter low key forgot to bring my brothers food and played it off
I didn't even know this place was there. I didn't sit and eat but I had a good time browsing the store and had a fun conversation about my sugar skull obsession with the woman behind the counter
Good atmosphere. A little over priced to me. But, we did get our t-shirt.
Service was really great. Food was delicious, if a bit pricy. They play music videos inside as well. Atmosphere is cool.
Great service from Billy. Will definitely return.
Always a good stop. They had a cool custom Fender guitar for sale that I just had to have!
Came on St Patrick’s day evening.. after taking order of our drinks, the waitress came and informed they cannot serve that due to a missing ingredient. Then she took another drink order and that was very poorly prepared. We came out disappointed but liked the overall decor of the place and the polite and cheerful employees who tried hard to make good the situation.
Nice place and not to expensive
Food was great and the gift shop had plenty of things to collect. However I miss the original Hard Rock Cafe. Original had better atmosphere. Great music and video.
Amazing hotel, big room with comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff
The server we had was amazing! Wish I could of looked more at the memorabilia without looking like a complete creeper at other tables. But have some really cool things in there!
Food was good but the waiter could have been more attentive. Had to set my empty glass at the side of the table and still waited close to 10 minutes to get a refill, and it was not busy..
My husband ordered the steak salad. The meat was well done and flavorless. We ordered the chicken tenders for our 4 year old and they were Spicy and there was too much breading. $90 for 2 adults and 2 toddlers for 2 meals no one ate. Server was friendly but not very attentive and no one ever cleared excess plates. Not a great experience.
Their food actually looks like on their pictures but tastes even better. Great place! Highly recomended. Had place for 12 same night no problem. 5/5
Ordered ribeye, hamburger, chicken tenders, and wings. All food was very bland and served cold. Waitress was nowhere to be found for refills. Worst $94 meal ever. I know we were at “the mall” but expected way better quality. Should have eaten at food court I guess.
Staff was very pleasant and management is Great. I will recommend the Hard Rock to all to all I'll guess that visit the museum. Happy Easter to all the staff and management.Alton From Carl Mack.
Was with an Engagement party crowd with 10+ on a time schedule. Waiter was super speedy and responsive. Great food and atmosphere.
Very friendly staff. Good food and good service.
Was okay. A bit pricy. The food is good, but service was slow and lacking, probably won't go there again.
The family enjoyed the big appetizer platter, our entrees and the atmosphere. The chain curtains with celebrity portraits were especially impressive. My nieces loved the gift shop, too. We ended up dropping some cash in there, too. Stopped back to get light up drumsticks for a gift for later, too.
Amazing food! Great bottomless mimosas! Lovely view. Great for pictures.
Such a cool spot to eat, drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Lots to see and eat!
Can't remember the servers name but she was so lovely. Helpful, chatty and making friendly jokes the whole time. Really added to the experience. Food and atmosphere of the place is really good. Would definitely go back.
Good food and service. Gift shop employee was very helpful. Food could have been served hotter.
Good times and good food. How can it get any better!?
Same as Hard Rock Cafe everywhere else. Good food and awesome scenery.
Most excellent as always! Live singer was great!
Food and staff tonight were amazing still in the restaurant eating..... we will be back!!
From Las Vegas to Minneapolis, always a great experience
Good food . Kids eat free all day.
Food was good, service average, prices high
Delicious food and friendly staff!
Me and my partner come here once a year for DEFCON and this year I was incredibly depressed to see that they have mutilated their menu and are just an overpriced TGI Fridays now. The menu is 40% more expensive with half the options from last year. There is not a single spicy thing on their menu. Good service, weak drinks and an awful overpriced menu. Skip.
Great service one of the best in town
Great food and drinks. Cool place to hangout.
Nice atmosphere.... our waiter was nice at first but seemed to get irritated easily he seemed to be preoccupied! It seemed as if he was high and couldn't focus
The staff was nice but the food was not good
I love the music they play in the place. I love rock music and enjoy looking at the memorabilia on the walls
Good food, great service
Great staff and food. Enjoyed our lunch
Great atmosphere and service! We ordered a burger that wasn't cooked as requested but they definitely went above and behind to correct it. The fact that we were able to make a reservation through the round table app was perfect since its Mardi gras
I'm a local and eat on the strip quite often. The food we had was very average. I had steak fajitas, friend 1 had chicken fajitas and friend 2 ordered a steak (medium). Both varieties of fajitas were decent, nothing to rave about and nothing to criticize. The steak came out so rare my friend had to send it away and made a different choice. They did take the steak off the bill and even took his second order off the bill which was very generous. So I have to take away one star because of the overall quality of the food. Other than this everything else was exceptional. The service was great, the view from the outside balcony is great, the music was great. For me the menu selection seemed rather limited but then again it is a "Cafe". I might could see myself going back but I would consider other options first.
After our order was taken, we were left alone for over one hour. The waiter brought us the drinks and then literally disappeared. We saw him again after 20 minutes, when he gave us refills for the drinks we got (refills he didn't notify us were available). Next time we saw him was after another 25 minutes. We asked him updates about our food, to which he answered "In 5 - 10 minutes it should be out". This exact same thing, with the exact same questions and answers happened 10 / 15 minutes later. We then got to talk with the chief waiter, who was very understanding about our issues. She didn't procrastinate and called the manager, to whom we explained what was happening. All he said and kept saying was "I know" or "You're 100% right". The food came out, I mean, sooner or later it had to, and it was HRC - quality. But there's some fun to it: I ordered Nachos, who don't come with guacamole, and being a big fan of it I asked to have it on. After we talked with the manager, the waiter told us our ticket was the next coming out. But my nachos were without guacamole, meaning they had rushed our order forgetting about details. If I had asked to remove something that would have caused severe allergic issues, in the same conditions as last night, I don't want to think of what could have happened. The manager paid for the drinks. Though we appreciated this offering, we are highly upsetted by the service. They clearly forgot about our order, this assumption because people who got seated after us got served before.
Awesome hospitality and great shows. Enjoy all the 80s hair bands. Food is good & buffet is nice. Chocolate fountain was a hit.
It’s definitely located in a great atmosphere. We sat outside on the rooftop. The server which attended us Saturday morning (Sept 29) was absolute trash. Two of my friends had hair in their food. We were missing cutlery and basic ingredients. Not worth your money.
I didn't exactly get what the theme was, but there was so much memorabilia my head was spinning. I loved the music quotes and the wait staff was friendly. I had the legendary burger which was great as well. If I had more time to explore I would have gone to the dining room with a bunch of signed guitars.
Hard Rock Cafe are all over but the one in Vegas is really cool. Great atmosphere and decor everywhere and an awesome gift shop. It is really cool looking when all lit up at night. We went for the bottomless mimosas tho to start the day out right. The best part was the waitress, those mimosas were flowing like a river!! Food was good too, check it out a must see when in Vegas!!!
EVEN BETTER THAN YOUR ORDINARY DINER AND HARD ROCK CAFE! The waitresses that served us the three days we went there in our stay at Vegas were so kind. The food was way better than any diner food I’ve ever tasted and the overall atmosphere was buzzing. Bold six stars!
It's a good place to eat for it's memorabilia alone. Menu doesn't have anything unusual. Their "Legendary" menu item is a bacon cheeseburger. It's a place we go to once a year when we are at Nickelodeon Universe. It's a better value then eating from kiosks.
First time to a Hard Rock. Great food and service. My daughter has an allergy. The waitress went back to see what foods were safe and the head chef came out himself to help us find the best options. Very impressed that he cared enough to do this. Highly recommend this location at Mall of America.
I had the jumbalaya special at the NOLA Hard Rock on 27 Jul 19. Literally some of the best food I've ever tasted. It was absolutely incredible. I couldn't believe it. I was so enthralled that I wanted to personally go back and thank the cook. Seriously. I definitely will be back. Thank you for the amazing experience!
My server, I'm pretty sure her name is Megan was amazing. She memorized all of our orders. That's nuts. Food is great! Keep it up.
Food was okay but could've made it at home. Nothing much to make a destination for it exclusively. However being Hard Rock, it's a destination in itself. If the food continues to be mediocre at best the restaurant will continue to be less and less full. I would recommend that you take a long look at the customer totals, menu, and price points. Then repeat. There's something that needs fixing. It's not your Staff (management maybe) because they are top notch and Amazing. Make Hard Rock the number one destination again. I have been to several and I miss it.
Good food. Good service. Great management.
Food was good, service not so much.
Great food, great gift shop, and great, great exhibits on the walls. Lots of guitars, costumes, records, etc from incredible musicians. Go here to eat and check out the history on the walls.
I love the coffee its the best and thier burgers cant beat mc donalds
Anyone who loves music should definitely visit this venue. Drinks are fantastic and food is equally amazing - this was one of the best meals I had all holiday in Vegas. The staff is also really friendly and make sure you get top notch service. As for the venue, there are TVs scattered about playing music videos which are great for those who enjoy watching music videos.
Overrated. Overpriced. Food was not that good. Expected more from a Hard Rock
Great exhibition of famous artists outfits, friendly staff and substantial portion to make you full. Be ready to wait your food 30 min (salad and impossible burger).
Good service, cool kids meal plates and yummy fries
I have been to the Hard Rock Cafe in different cities and countries. This one definitely keeps up with the quality in food, music and offerings as the other ones. I do recommend stopping by when visiting New Orleans! (And the location is pretty good too, since it is in Bourbon street, almost cornering Canal!)
Good food. Nice atmosphere
Drinks were affordable, nice atmosphere and very polite and helpful bartender
We love Hard Rock. We didn't eat at the Cafe but the store was amazing. We like the t-shirt. We take turn between me and wife to shop and browse in the store.
It's okay. Some of the servers are either spacey or rude.. Food is good but takes awhile and the music is pretty enjoyable
They were so busy the service wasnt very good. Took forever for food to come out. When it did it was good. It was just a long wait.
Went if for a girls trip and they messed up half of the meal. Offered no compliments... Not customer friendly.
Friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Great Freddie milkshake. Excellent service from Brandon. Well stocked Rock Shop.
Just had a beer, music was nostalgic.
Nice and clean including bathrooms. Love the staff from the gift store to the 2 young ladies who seat people.
Just another basic Hard Rock Cafe with over inflated prices. The margarita I had you couldn't even taste any alcohol in it. The bartender we had was a blast, she had a great sense of humor. The inside is very clean with a beer bottle ceiling at the bar.
Food was cold.... waiter was nice...but was slow . nothing for the birthday girls ...
Absolutely terrible service, and the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. We waited half an hour to have our order taken, then another hour for the food to finally arrive. During that time our waiter never came to check on us or apologize for the wait, meanwhile our drinks sat empty. We also witnessed several other tables get up and leave because the wait was so long, and it was about 3pm and not even busy. When the food finally arrived our fries were cold and smashed, and this kids meal was pathetic - apparently a side of "fruit" means 5 grapes. I've had a better meal with friendlier and more courteous staff at McDonald's. We just wanted to leave and get on with our day, but it took our waiter another half hour to come with the bill, and he never came back to ask how our meal was. We will never eat here again, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere when dining at the mall.
Super disappointed with our experience last Saturday. We picked this restaurant specifically because my dad cannot have meat and they have the impossible burger, which is a popular veggie burger. We ordered our meals and shortly after, the server came back to explain they were out of the impossible burger and they have a quinoa burger instead (not at all the same in taste or texture) Then shortly after, the server comes back again to let me know they were out of pasta! (I ordered the mac and cheese) So I changed my order to a burger instead. We get our food and low and behold, macaroni shows up?! She told us they must have made more pasta.. okay. My nephew also received cauliflower wings when he ordered the regular. I asked her if there was a mistake because he ordered regular wings and she said “no, he ordered cauliflower wings but I can replace them free of charge” On the menu, the wing options are ‘Wings’ and ‘Cauliflower Wings’ and he had obviously just ordered wings. It’s possible she was feeling defensive after the previous mistakes were made and wanted to place some blame on us. I want to clarify that being out of food wasn’t our server’s fault, but it certainly would have been nice to know before we ordered so we could have gone somewhere else. Considering our bill was over $100 before tip, I really expected better. Not a single one of us thought our meal was good and the whole experience was uncomfortable.
Great music, cold beer.
Amazing. I've been here for lunch and I have to say that the service and the food quality were absolutely astonishing. There are also many music pieces on the walls 9f many famous and important names of the world of music that you can't miss. And the merchandise shop was well equipped. Wonderful place!
Amazing!!! I had barbecue bacon cheeseburger on the softest Gluten Free bun ever. Best burger of my life. The French fries were in a dedicated fryer. Made my entire night. My bf also adored his meal. Can't wait to go back. New favorite for sure!!!
nice location in mall of America. would return.
This place was pretty good to have lunch has the perfect view of Vegas. The store to buy souvenirs and t-shirts was down stairs but restaurant was up stairs. The service and host we're very friendly. This place had quite a display in the restaurant. Their hamburgers was great! One thing I didn't like was the cleanliness in the bathroom.
Very good food, was very tasty, service very quick and pleasent
This was one of the few places on Bourbon St where my pregnant wife could get a virgin daiquiri. That was a HUGE plus. I'm not sure the bartender was very good though.
My group of 8 chose this place because the mall directory stated they had vegan items on the menu. The only 2 things available were a veggie burger for an unimaginable charge of $18!) and salad. Also, mashed potatoes (that constitutes as a meal?)... anyway, the host was eye-rolling when we arrived and walking slowly; rude. When we sat down my daughter was cut when pulling her chair in and I was stabbed in the backs of my thighs from the splitting and tearing, fake leather upholsery. It felt as if staples were stabbing me. The server was pleasant as can be, he was understanding when I told him we were looking for more options at not so ridiculous prices. We tipped him, of course, and left to find food elsewhere. Cool stuff on the walls, but much less interesting than I'd expected for a Hard Rock Café.
Great atmosphere, service and food
Food was amazing, fantastic service, awesome memorabilia, good music; and they have a small non-alcoholic menu which put icing on the cake for me; definetly recommend the hard rock cafe for a nice vegas vacation meal!
Nice atmosphere. The restaurant is upstairs and has indoor and outdoor seating with good views. We went for brunch and had endless mimosas. Our server was fantastic. Super funny and kept the drinks coming. A guy was there playing acoustic guitar and was great. Not too loud, had an amazing voice, and played a variety of different songs. Would definitely recommend this place for brunch for sure.
Food was good service was just average. Patio view was wonderful.
Ok atmosphere! But drinks were not mixed well and very week.... Service was not good at the bar... But the girl at the gift shop knows alot of info on the pins, as I am a "pin collector" I was very impressed!
Outstanding service and atmosphere. Great food quality and awesome drink menu.
Party of 6 we waited15 minute we never got serve, no even water, waiter passing by us and no stopping, we no manager, worth Hard rock I ever visited, we left for another restaurant, no go to Hard Rock New Orleans
We needed to wait and queue even when having reservations. The seats were on bar tender chairs. The steak cuisson was not medium but over well done. A petty for the good meat. The burgers were fine. The atmosfere as in every hard rock very nice. Being a very frequent visitor all over the world, this was an average visit. I hope San Fransisco and Hollywood are better.
My first time in a hard rock I liked it not very busy when we went the waiter was very engaging gave us some tips on what to see.
Treated myself here after a long week. Hostess had an attitude becz I asked for a booth instead of a table. When she should’ve asked me do I prefer a booth or tablet. The waitress threw my Id on the table when I gave it to her in her hand. Nobody in the staff said thank you once I walked out. Don’t think I’ll return
Went with a large group. The waiter was a smart Alec and didn't ask how the check needed to be split up. He acted like it was too much work to split it when we asked. Food was great and atmosphere was good. That one waiter though..ruined it
Went to the hard Rock Cafe in Vegas on the weekend, the service was great food was good. the price was high but we are in Las Vegas on the strip so what can you expect. The atmosphere was good lots to look at and experiance in the Resturant. The washrooms very clean. I would highly recommend going to the Hard rock Cafe in Vegas if you have never been. They also hand out free mugs if you ask.
Amazing hard rock cafe. Staff were good at making cocktails in a clever way. The food is always good and here was no different.
Love the food good place to eat, tends to be crowded.
Excellent food, good people just a fun place
Really good burgers fries and Service and you gotta try the Hard Rock Hurricane.
Good food and good music additions to let you see music history
This venue has it all! First off the location can't get any better as it is smack right in the middle of the action on the Las Vegas BLVD. The two large second floor and third floor patios give some of the best bird's eye views of ALL the action along the Las Vegas strip. Second the food is delicious and always evolving with the season. Lastly the music venue is intimate and every spot in the venue is a perfect view of the stage.
The food was good I had a large hamburger and it filled me up for the whole day
Pretty disappointing. I had the pulled pork, it was in 5 large chunks and almost warm. Service was pretty bad lots of open tables took about 1/2 hour to be seated
Great food, great staff
Service was great. Our server was outgoing and fun. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and requested it blackened. Very tasty.
They have little to no accommendations for people with allergy’s and dietary restrictions. For me myself, I am allergic to onions and apparently everything on their menu has onions down to the bbq sauce, the seasonings everything. When asked what I could order that doesn’t have any onions they said nothing and got upset when I said I was going to leave. If I can’t eat anything of course I’m not going to order. They were very rude and made several comments about how “difficult” I was being when I literally was not. Get better management, customer service, and menu items for all people.
Good prices for drinks and food. We'd normally avoid hard rocks in Europe because they are comparatively more expensive, but that isn't the case in the states.
I ate here last night, 5/25/19, with a friend and we both got extremely sick. We both ate the same thing, chicken strips, and both have the same symptoms. I would recommend never eating here.
Full points to the location and ambience. Typical Hard Rock Cafe. The servers are super enthusiastic and friendly. If you are into spicy tastes then try their wings. Burgers are smaller than you expect but they taste good. Very good collection of non alcoholic drinks as well which isn't common to find. The restaurant is on little bit expensive side so expect around $50 for 2 people for a descent 2 course meal with little leftovers
Small portions. Food is not that impressive for the price.
Amazing atmosphere and food as always! The food came out quickly and the waitress was very accommodating and nice. The Restaurant is clean and well maintained. We were seated right away without reservations for lunch and it is surprisingly quiet inside. The memorabilia they have on display is awesome to look at and keeps the kids entertained while waiting for food. We love Hatd Rock Cafe.
We had the best waiter, sorry can't remember his name, but he told us he was Italian. All the staff was friendly.
Kinda expensive not so good food.
1rst time for me was awsome
Fun Hard Rock Cafe location on the Las Vegas strip. It is down near MGM. I went with a group of 10. Our server was great and the food waa very good. Of course the music was great. All the memorabilia was cool. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive meal while you're in Las Vegas I recommend the Hard Rock Cafe.
Went above and beyond for my mothers 50th birthday. Awesome! Great food too
I brought my wife here for her birthday. I have to 12 hard rock cafes all over the world and country. The waitress here at the MOA location took the time to talk to us, service was great, awesome food. please check this place out if you come to the mall
The food here is terrible. I had the cheeseburger. It looked and tasted like the cheapest meat I've ever had. You can get the cheap premade burgers at walmart that taste better than this. The fries tasted old and undercooked. My husband got the chicken mac and cheese after they told him the ribs weren't ready. It was super small and didn't fill him up. I was excited to come here and try a hard rock cafe. I know now not to ever want to go to another one.
Typical food nothing outstanding but hot and good, waitress was on point very nice. Looked for the Cauliflower burger I had at their Universal Studios location they didn't have it kinda bummed out that thing was amazing and I am not a vegetarian LOL!!
Way overpriced for half was food which had small portion sizes. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. $50 for dinner for two and went to McDonald's afterwords because of the lack of portion sizes hard joke delivered us.
Great food. Loved the burgers. Cool stuff from movie stars, all through the place. Great view of the strip. You can eat out on the patio.
The waitress was ok and food was on par but bar service was terrible for a Friday afternoon not even half full. My food got here before the drinks .
Always a good time and great food.
The Bahama Mama was tasty and service was friendly, although somehow rushed and slow at the same time. The reason for 2 stars is a disappointing “Impossible Burger” which was not, in fact, an actual Impossible burger but a gross mushy maybe veggie and bean burger. Who wants to eat mush on a bun? I didn’t. I love actual Impossible burgers. Woulda been happy to pay almost $20 for a meal that was what what represented. Also... apparently a menu change is afoot because I couldn’t order what I wanted because, as it was explained to me, the restaurant has stopped ordering foods on the menu because of the change. Um... don’t tell me that. Just tell me you are out, otherwise, order the foods that are on your menu. It sucks to get your hopes up for some artisan beer cheese fries and be told no. My kiddos loved their pulled pork sandwich and bbq bacon burger. The highlight for me was a bite of a tiny side of beans that came with the pulled pork. Next time I would just get a bowl of those. Yum.
The food and our main server was good. The good was brought out by other servers and they were very disorganized.
Took almost an hour to get seated. Food was good, drinks were great. Obviously expensive. Staff were nice.
So it was our first trip to New Orleans...decided to go to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner but oh boy wrong decision..food didn’t even come out after 40 mins ..whatever came was in very small portion..had to ask multiple times for the kids milk.. came in after my kid finished his meal.. what a shame..and the bill came to around 100 bucks for drinks and appetizers..never going again. How can I go when I remember leaving hungry after 40mins and paying almost 100 bucks..nope not me!
So far the worst Hard Rock cafe location we have been to. Although the servers are pleasant and nice, the quality of food is surprisingly poor. Everything we ordered, from their signature burger, nachos or macaroni and cheese didn't taste good. The food was barely warm when served, the fries with the burger were soggy.
Had a party of 6. Seated almost immediately and waitress came by moments later. Two hamburgers in the group were undercooked. Service could've been a little faster, but the establishment was busy. All in all, i would eat here again if I wanted an establishment that I was familiar with
If you want a fun experience in a theme restaurant, you'll have a great time here. However, if you've been to one before it really isn't that different. Pretty good food, but overpriced. I ate the bacon jam cheddar burger and it was super tasty. My husband had a chicken club and it okay--nothing exceptional. Our waitress and the service was really stellar though, so that was nice. Overall, for a meal and two beers you can get a lot better quality/value at a different restaurant.
The food was really good i will be back to eat there again. Thank you
Nice familiar spot on Bourbon Street to take a load off and enjoy all the memorabilia. Great music playing in the background too. Not too loud and very laid back atmosphere. Don't pay attention to the calories listed on each menu item or you might just end up ordering water! Service was great and the food came pretty fast. Definitely recommend giving it a try.
Yummy drinks and friendly staff!
French tourists have come to the hard rock comics Vegas. the welcome is great with a very friendly staff. the burger with the salad caesars still delicious as well as the french fries. we recommend this place
Our server was awesome! The food perfect!
AMAZING place, WONDERFUL services, CRAZY drinks, DELICIOUS food & BEAUTIFUL souvenirs!
Loved it, food was awesome and brought out hot. Staff were all pleasant. A++
Fun environment they had 2 people singing acoustic music which was rad. Sometimes can be hard to carry on conversation, but not that much of a problem.
Hard Rock on Bourbon Street serves American dishes and a variety of bar choices. Attentive service, interesting Rock memorabilia, and merchandise in the Rock Shop complete the Hard Rock experience.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The location was perfect right off Bourbon Street. We could see all the madness from our seats.
This wasn't a very "Hard Rocky" Hard Rocky. I've been to many throughout the world and this one was pretty much just a restaurant with musical stuff on the walls. All the others were more like an experience.
Menu was limited and my salad was warm, just wasn't what I expexted from them. And not well staffed for an event like this
Very nice not cheap but what is at MOA
Good food, great service and music.
Terrible service. We waited for 15-20 minutes after we were seated and still no server came to the table. There were five tables seated after us that already had a server at their table. When we brought it to the attention of the hostess, she did not apologize or seem to think it was a problem. Have never been to this restaurant before and will never be back.
Serves food late at night, waitress very helpful
When did they cheap out and butterfly their chicken and only serve half? No #30 of HRC garlic butter and no hot sauce on the bottom of the dish. This was the only bad meal I had in New Orleans. I have this dish all over the world as a go to comfort food. Disappointing. The host was awesome though.service was drop and go at lunchtime, heres your bill for your soupy meal. Managers response was nice but clearly just a response.
Really lovely place. Nice atmosphere. Nachos were nice and drinks were as expensive as youd expect in a place like that
Wonderful time! Food and service was excellent!
Great food and a great happy hour deal. Great to have a few drinks to settle you into the Vegas madness
Awesome... good location awesome staff. Good food, the store have plenty of souvenirs, good memorabilia... highly recommended I LOVE HARD ROCK
I don't usually go to chains, but this was the best experience at a chain we've ever had. The manager was great! He showed my fiance a hidden Courtney Love guitar and it made her day! Thank you! Food and drink was good too!
Good food fun memorabilia kids are free on Tuesday.
Just another chain front. Everything was good. The benefit of being able to get food b4 the NOLA French Quarter opens 4 dinner.
Bought a shirt for my daughter, horrible Quality..not what you expact from Hard Rock, the lady working there was unfriendly, I sent a complaint about the shirt quality to Hard Rock Cafe 4!!! weeks ago- no reply until today! Very Very disappointed!!! First picture shoes the same size shirt from Teneriffe, bought just 3 weeks before
Most intimate place to see a show. Great view of Strip. Biggest regret is missing Chris Cornell a few years ago here. This is one of our favorite bands All that Remains. Great picture of Phil
I came here for an event a few years ago in their private room in the back. There wasn't enough food for the entire group, which was kind of sad. The sound system was wonkey. But the decor is great. I came back for a gift for someone. While I won't ever make a special trip, this is close to Canal on Bourbon, and it is very clean.
This Hard Rock location hosted brunch for my Family Reunion. There were 70 people in attendance! They knocked it out the park. The service was phenomenal, the food was spot on, and we had a private area all to ourselves! I highly recommend this location for your New Orleans events.
On our trip from Boston to LA, we stopped at the Mall of America. Logically I had to buy a souvenir because they are collected in our family. A magnetic bottle opener. These are great and very practical. The shop was good and the service was attentive. Greetings from Switzerland
It's ok. If you want to spend $22 for a cheeseburger. The memorabilia was great to see! But the service was less than fantastic.
Ordered the NY strip. It was cooked to my liking, came out in a decent time. Nice waitress. First time at a Hard Rock Cafe I guess I expected more because the meal tasted like any other NY strip with mashed potatoes.
Very good place. Super good food.
Was a fun evening ..picked up my consin who had a lay over at msp before he gets deployed again. Only bad part was the parents who allowed their children to bang on drums even after manager told them to get down, after waitress did it twice. Same children, ran up two other times on other kids birthdays. Old enough to know better, not kids fault but the six adults with those kids epic failure.
The food is good. Pricey, but good. The drinks are also delicious
Great food and atmosphere! Had a great breakfast with live music.
Typical Hard Rock Cafe. Loud musuc and conversations. Wait time for a table on a WEDNESDAY night at 6:30 was an hour. We went to Court of the Two Sisters instead....wait time was 30 minutes, but were seated in 5 minutes. Go figure.
Amazing service one of the best restaurants I've ever been to
Great food great service!.
I love this place. I just can't wait until the Constitution outside is complete
This is a great location on Bourbon St! The staff is friendly and fun....enjoyed the dining and drinks experience and the music was the best!
This is one of my favorite places to get a drink
Price was high, but it was good
Always great music, classy place.
I'm black. I had a VERY racist experience at this establishment. Throughout my time I insisted the staff pronounce my homeland name of "Klognck" with is done by making a powerful click with your tongue. They outright refused me, when I asked it if it was due to my race, they had the audacity to tell me I was white! Their bathrooms were also racist as the mirrors showed me myself as a white man. I've been pale all my life but I am black!!
Amazing food! Amazing atmosphere! And great customer service!
I love to visit the hard rock Las Vegas great staff great food and of course I always leave and a T-shirt
What an incredible place. Got to ask for Igor, he is the best.
The service was a little slower than other Hard Rock locations we've visited, but the food quality and ambiance were top notch.
Good food, adequate service, pricey, unpleasant ambiance.
Excellent salads! Cool artifacts!
Best gumbo I ever had! Great staff from the manager all the way down. Our waitress, Pamela was 1st rate a
We ate here last week. We all came from a Lacrosse tournament. And my crew and I were craving a tasty burger! We have ate here last year. So we came here again. We all had the “Legendary Burger”, oh boy it was good. I ordered my fries with no season or salt, which came out like that. Best place to get a burger. Love the rock n roll vibe & kick back atmosphere. We didn’t know where to park, we end up parking @Top Golf & made our way into the MGM casino and got here. I’m not too familiar with parking. But it was worth the walk.
Fantastic food surrounded by a unique atmosphere! These guys not only know how to make an American Burger, they know how to set it right amongst American rock history! The staff was friendly professional and knowledgeable, and the food was top-notch for the price!
Great food and great atmosphere! Loved it!
The worst! Waitress trying to teach her own child to walk in the busy dining area. Bartender rude as can be. Yelling at other team members. Eye rolling the guests
Is what every Hard Rock should be. Good food, great displays with a gift shope
Food pretty good. Great location. Good service!
Great place. Decent prices. They make a good steak. Small portions for the sides tho. Kinda weird that they give you small amounts on the sides
A good place for a nice evening dinner, located at prime location at the start of Bourbon Street. I had a very good experience. I being a vegetarian, the person serving us (sorry forgot name), suggested us very good options which were really very tasty. The veggie Burger and the veggie flatbread were just awesome....
The food was delicious! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the service. It was almost empty when we went to eat, yet our server didnt come take our order for 20 minutes. And never mind getting a refill! He was more concerned with chatting up a friend than us. When we were finished, it took forever to get our check as well!
Perfect place to eat and enjoy with friends..... Very good service
Great Food and service at the bar.
Average food, I'm sure most people go there for the name. Also the gift shop is REALLY expensive!
Awesome experience! The place was really nice and had a good vibe. This was actually my first time here. My only complaint was the lack of beer selection, but that's sometimes hard to find in chain restaurants.
The food here is amazing! The chefs really know what they are doing. The employees are friendly and make it a real experience! Music is always playing and you never know what will play. Can get busy, but it's worth the wait!
Excellent service
Great hurricane and great staff
Dawn was the best! The live music, food, great service! Next time I come to Vegas I’ll definitely be back!
Good food and good atmosphere
Working there is absolutely great. Great management, awesome coworkers and the kitchen staff makes sure the food comes out impeccable. I never frequented this location but would have if I would have known the burgers are always juicy and the nachos are phenomenal. Now that I work there I can appreciate how amazing this establishment is. Not just for the ambiance, which is true to hard rock standards, because the food is truly worth it. If you are in the quarter stop by and try the local legendary burger, listen to some jams, and leave smiling. U won't be disappointed.
Food was good. Waiter was attentive. Music too loud...had to shout at times to be heard.
Not what I expected. Went there for lunch waited about 30 more minutes for order to be taken and another 40 minutes for the food. Did not get to eat my food due to only 90 minutes for lunch. I can only guess that the food was good because I did not eat my sandwich until later that evening. We did however return a plate of food to the kitchen sue to the stake being bloody when it was requested to be cooked well done. Overall experience left a lot to be desired
Nice table with view onto the strip, best nachos in town - Rest @HRC as it is! Nice stay with good music! (Outside table on the balcony direct to the strip available!)
I received a birthday reward for a free entree from Hard Rock and went to the location at MOA. We had burgers and drinks. Nothing fussy or difficult. The food was good, the service was marginal at best. Another server was more concerned for us than our own waitress.
Loved every moment I was there, try mojito and an impossible Burger!
Very friendly staff at the rock store. Jesus was so nice!
Food was great, atmosphere was great and service was great!!! Loved it and love my Hurricane glass for $15.99!!!
They need to improve their staff. They left us sitting up front for like 25 minutes while trying to find someone to clean a table. The restaurant was practically empty. We wanted patio seating, only 2 people were out there. We have a service dog who was laying at my feet in down stay as she is trained to do. They knew she was there. They brought out fajitas that were splattering hot grease all over us,the table and on top of my SAs head. I even stopped the waiter when I saw him heading over her and reminded him she was there yet he stood there holding it over her. She jumped up and went under the table Im assuming because it burned her. I took a napkin and you could awe alot of the juice was on it from wiping her head and back off. Unacceptable. This is considered assault ,given she is a trained medical service dog it is considered felony assualt. Luckily she wasn't injured and her fur wasn't burned or we would of made an issue of it. We also had 2 children with us. So they need to be trained to be more aware and careful. It also splattering on myself and my spouse on our arms and legs. So we know it was hot.
Really greasy burgers. Burnt burgers too. We were basically ignored after our order was taken... but she was ready there waiting when it was time for the check. My guess is she was closing her shift but work as hard on your last table as you do your first. Especially if the food isn't going to be very good (which, admittedly the server cannot control). We've been to hard rocks everywhere. This was the worst experience but that's ok, i'll chalk it up to a bad night and not write off the entire franchise, but may be a long while before I try this one again
Great place to eat. Try to eat at a Hard Rock in every city I can.
Best service I got while in Vegas. Great music, amazingly good food, super friendly staff. Even a manager just passed by and started a conversation with us only to end up setting up some of our favorite music in the queue.
The atmosphere is great, the prices are reasonable, especially considering it's Vegas. I had the bacon BBQ burger which was great, my wife had the steak salad. The only complaint I can make is that the vinigarette seemed to be just refined garlic. Thankfully we ordered it on the side or it may have spoiled the salad.
Me and my friends got a chance to visit the Hard Rock Cafe in New Orleans and I must say it was a way better experience then the others we visited across the country.... Food was great and service was incredible...... The Young lady Naishl that works in the Rock Shop was amazing and very helpful in picking out items for us with her cute little southern accent thanks chic
Food was not good. Ordered the fajitas and could tell the fresh guacamole was mixed in with old and tasted nasty. Was also the smallest size of fajitas have every gotten(got the fajita trio). Shrimp was also not done. The Mac n cheese said was a 2000 calorie meal but was really tiny—which my kids got to split but both were hungry after finishing. One fork was very dirty and an extra plate was also dirty. Service was outwardly good, host, and management was all very friendly. Finally we sat outside next to the amusement park which kind of defeats the purpose of this cafe. Was disappointing.
Atmosphere was great, waiter was great food was not good :-(
Baby back ribs were very good. Literally fell off the bone. I had to use a fork. Service was excellent.
It's a hard rock... staff was great though. We had the sweetest waitress with a southern accent! -Jessica! Thanks Jessica!!
We were seated at the restaurant and waited 20 min while seeing 5 other tables seated after us get waited on. Still no waiter or waitress. We finally got up and returned to the front desk with our menus and told the hostess that we hadn’t been waited on..never even looking up she said “what table were you at?”. I’m sorry I no idea what table number I was at. No apologies no nothing. Just continued to say, “well what table were you at??”. Horrible service!!
Good overpriced food, our waitress was odd and awkward, only played rap music which was also weird. Never have to wait when we come.
Excellent food, great service and a nice view of the mall.
This place is amazing. Very VERY friendly staff and wonderful food
Stopped in with my roommate on his first visit to Las Vegas. This is an iconic place on the south Las Vegas Strip with views of the Park MGM and New York New York. Lauren was an amazing server. She's knowledgeable about the menu, made great suggestions on drinks, and didn't miss a beat on the service. She made a good meal great just with her smile and style. I had to make a point to speak with Kimberly, the assistant GM to share why we really were so happy with the food and the service. The Legendary Burger was exactly that and my grilled chicken sandwich hit the spot. Neither the kitchen nor Lauren had a problem with a couple of custom substitutions on my sandwich. The Purple Haze cocktail was a bit sweet for my taste, but we both loved the Southern Rock.
Absolutely love the cowboy Burger
It was good. Got a huge free dessert because food was running late. Good food
Great atmosphere service and food!!! Must ask for Jules as your server she is awesome!!!! Best server I've had in a long time! Great for kids and families. highly recommend the Nachos as a starter... Delicious!!
Excellent overall, including service from Jennifer.
The Mall of America Hard Rock Cafe runs like all Hard Rock Cafes do. There’s plenty of rock and roll memorabilia around and music videos on the screens. The menu is American fare at mall prices. This location is part of the theme park inside the mall so the atmosphere is lively. Staff is efficient and polite. The place has a full bar and a decent beer list. They do a good job of adding local flare to the artifacts. They have clothing from Prince, a guitar from Bob Dylan, and weirdly enough an autographed guitar from local legends The Replacement from the Slim Dunlap era.
Great food in a rocking atmosphere.
I love this place. Every Vegas visit I stop and eat here. Staff is friendly, food is always great, and of course Vegas stuff to look at on the walls. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plus a nice wrap around bar!
Ordered southwest spring rolls & fries. Fries were very good. Southwest spring rolls have pretty good flavor. They're a little one note but they were spicy, which was what I was looking for. The big issues were the spring rolls were not cooked all the way through so the inside of the wonton was doughy. Also they serve the spring rolls on a bed of lettuce so several got mushy on the bottom. Staff was pretty friendly. Not necessarily the speediest bunch. Not great. Not bad.
The food is fairly typical but the staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The service was quick and the orders were correct despite a very large group.
Great cheeseburger, fries, and a Guiness. Good decor.
Nice place, good ambience.
Loved this place! I ordered the French toast and it was wonderful. Friendly helpful employees. Loved the memorabilia!
Great foog and atmosphere
The Cowboy steak was so much more than I expected! Meaning more awesome than I anticipated. The veggies had obviously been cooked a while before serving and with such a high volume restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, I totally understand, but fresh broccoli and mashed potatoes should kind of taste fresh. However BRAVO on ambiance, staff, amazing steaks and drinks! 5 stars.
Fun in every city! The one in New Orleans has some great local cocktails and a drum set to post with pictures
Great Food. Good Atmosphere.
Good food but expensive
Ita amazing how Hard Rock infiltrates the culture of the city and infuses into their atmosphere and menus. Thoroughly pleased with the French Quarter location in New Orleans.
Loved the memorabilia. Fun place to get a drink and chill with staff. Very friendly service. Left with merchandise of course.
First of all the positive- thanks for being open after the Saints game! We passed several restaurants that were closing as everyone walked by. By the time we left, the restaurant had a good crowd. Our food was good and our service was great! 3 stars for this visit is for the man next to us. He came in after us and was seated with a menu ( restaurant was not crowded at the time) NOT one wait staff person talked to him!! Nobody came and took his drink order, he had to ask a hostess for service and still patiently waited several minutes for his iced tea and late for his food. So not only did EVERY employee walk by him but there was a man with ear piece standing in the back ( a manager perhaps) watching this and doing nothing!!! Later this manager did come up to a table beside us to address a food issue and never spoke to the ignored man. The man was very patient and kind, I just hate he had such a long, unnecessary wait! Come on people, this is New Orleans- people expect better!
Great atmosphere. Shout out to the bartender, who did an excellent job last evening. It's the little things in customer service that make the visit that much better.
It is really cool. You have to wait until first free waiter gets you into table. Then you pick drinks and food from the card. Prices are not too big. Beer 5$ Meal around 15$. Everywhere are things used by known rockmans what is really superb.
Such a shame. Food was fantastic, service was overall attentive & live music was good. We we’re however conned by Hard Rock Cafe’s & the waiters deception regarding Cocktail glasses. We we’re effectively charged double the cost to purchase the glasses in which the liquid was served in, not apparent until the bill was served. This tactic I can only assume is used to gain further bucks from tourists. I have therefore knocked off multiple stars & unfortunately we could not leave a tip on this occasion, deception has no place in any business.
I had the worst Burger in my life, it was so sloppy and nasty I could barely eat half of it. And the service was horrendous. It is way overpriced when you can get the same service and food at a Denny's or Waffle House.
Good American foods, hand crafted cocktails. Inside as well as patio seating which allows you to see the amusement park in the mall.
Gluten free bun was delish!
nothing against music and that's what I would expect here but the volume level is so loud that you cannot carry on a conversation at a table
Great service, great atmosphere, great food!
The atmosphere is neat. The music is a bit too loud and we couldn't really converse with each other because of that. The videos were cool to watch though. The menu options are relatively sparse. The chef was heavy handed with the salt. The kids chicken tenders were too salty to eat! The kids chicken breast was tough and dry. Not worth the prices.
Went here on Saturday mid day. It was our first time here. We entered from second level. Place was pretty empty on second level with 10-15 empty tables. Some of those looked liked people just recently left as there were some plates and napkins on the tables. The sign said to follow stairs and to see hostess downstairs. The person downstairs told us that they are at capacity at the moment, and that waiting time will be around 1-1.5 hrs. Wierd. At least we got some cool souvenirs at the gift shop.
Shoutout to Nelly & Lauren! Absolutely unreal service and the personalities of the servers make them not only incredible people but they are fantastic at their jobs. we feel like rockstars when we eat here! We will always always come back! Food is also killer.
Waitress was very personable and informative! Great atmosphere and the best gumbo in town!!
Had an amazing dinner! Rib streak was super tender and tasty! Excellent service too. A callout to Cammie from the Hard Rock Honolulu for hooking us up.
The food was brill. The burgers second to none.
I went there with my friends. 5 plates we ordered, 4 were tasteless and the steaks overcooked. Waiter was considerate but the manager was rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend it to anyone.
The only place in Las Vegas that was truly friendly. Great waiter, JoJo. Beet salad was excellent. Hand made cherry coke was outstanding. Pulled pork was excellent, but six hours later it proved to be too rich for my stomach.
All views from Hard Rock Cafe!! Food was amazing, service is great!! Great strip views!! They have live music here also. Great Vibes!!
Best Burgers Around! Rose’ was pretty good too. Where else? Mall of America!
I rarely ever post negative reviews on restaurants but tonight I’m “pisted.“ So the husband and I were in NOLA decided to grab a quick bite. We had never been disappointed with Hard Rock before. Great so we see the lights on and walk on in. Greeter was very friendly. Our server comes over (not so friendly) we order the Jumbo Combo to start. Bam it’s out in less than 4 minutes. (Yes you heard me... less than 4) The husband even says to the food runner “Wow that was fast” Bam great, we’re starving... so we jump in. My feelings were so hurt. The onion rings were greasy and luke warm. Okay, I say to myself... maybe because it’s on top. I grab a chicken strip... luke warm also. I grab a wing... and Yuup you guessed it...luke warm!! At this point my stomach is eating my liver. We wait literally 15 minutes or so for the server. She never came back to check on us. I ask one of the other servers who happened to pass our table if they could see where she is. She finally comes to the table...we tell her we are pleased that the food came out so quickly less than 5 minutes. But it was basically cold. We just wondered how 5 different items could have been prepped and cooked so quickly. She didn’t try to remedy the situation she basically grabbed the food up and walked away. We remained at the table to see if what we owed. She comes back about 10 minutes later and says you guys are good, you can leave. We just assumed the manager would come to the table or the cook, someone/anyone so we could at least talk to them. We were even still willing to leave a tip because after all... she did take our order. But after the dismissal we didn’t leave one. I am so hurt. I’m starving!!
Brandon was an awesome server, got to catch the Saints game and cool off during a downpour. Definitely coming back next trip ❤
Great burger and drinks. Had to have a hurricane
food was expensive high in calories and subpar at best
Fun place with good drinks.
Good was good. Service was good. Someone in waitstaff had body odor which was hard to deal with when eating.
It was pricey but it's the mall so I mean what do you expect
Always a cool and safe option. Food and service are outstanding, service staff friendly and always available. A perfect choice anywhere in this world, always!!!
I now like going to Hard Rock locations to check out the things on display, I guess I'm getting old. Great service in New Orleans, food. The baked beans have a curry flavor, very good.
Good food and service. Prices are a bit high. It's fun to look at memorabillia, mostly of Prince of course. But cool to watch videos of rock and roll icons playing on a big screen.
Thanks to Hard Rock Cafe on Bourbon street! I could actually eat the food as their menu wasn't overdone with Creole/Shellfish foods which I am allergic to. I am allergic enough that even if my husband eats shellfish and didn't get the oils off his mouth kissing him would be a problem ... and since ALMOST EVERY darn restaurant and bar cooked their fried foods in the same fryers as the shellfish we couldn't order anything fried
I went here with my girlfriend for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon.. we were visited by our server mitchell once to take our order and he waved at us when we left. We waited almost 45 minutes for two burgers on a Tuesday afternoon.. the food was excellent, the service not so much!
Foods real tasty, drinks are nicely made, and great staff. Lots of memorabilia to look at. Great for kids and adults. Prices are up there, but it's the Hard Rock in the Mall of America, to be expected.
We have always liked to seek out Hard Rock Cafes in different cities that we visit. This one didn't disappoint. My nephew knocked over his drink onto the floor, which was cleaned up in a timely manner. Good food and service.
Great food, table service could have been better the day I was there but I will definitely return! The atmosphere is really cool! And the food is amazing! Highly recommended for really good experience!
Pretty good, drinks were amazing
It's the Hard Rock Cafe. Just check it out. You won't be disappointed. Peace!
Great food and drinks! Waitress was observing from a distance and let us have an enjoyable experience!
The Fajita's I ordered were brought to me almost cold, like they came out the grill and sat around for a few before they brought the skillet out to me. Anywhere I've always ordered Fajita's at have always been brought out to me while they're still sizzling, but not these. Gave it a 3 because the bar tender was good and funny, otherwise it'll be a one star.
Food was great and the memorabilia on the walls was cool to see
Limited vegetarian selection, but you do have a couple of things to eat. Pretty good service.
Great food and atmosphere. Been to many hard rock cafes . The staff could have been a bit more attentive. The ladies in the store were great.
I have been to this location quite a few times. Sometimes its entrees are great and delicious. Other times, it can seem cold or rushed. I still enjoy the atmosphere and aesthetic but it is never constant to me. Would still recomend due to the amount of memorabilia and decent food they offer.
Loved the music ambiance + all the memorabilia on the wall. Have been to a few across the world didn't disappoint! Lovely cocktails as well + lovely view looking across the strip
This place is awesome. We had the best service out of anywhere in Vegas. The kids loved the food off the kids menu and we enjoyed everything we ordered
Good food great atmosphere, right on bourbon so you enjoy the bourbon street atmosphere from there.
Just not worth the visit. The food and service need improvement. There are too many good places to go in Vegas, this isn't one of them.
I had suggested this place to my colleagues when we were on an extended layover in Las Vegas. They agreed to go with me to grab some breakfast and oh my god am I glad we went! The bottomless mimosas were amazing, and the food was top notch! I absolutely loved the decor and the general vibe of the place. Our server Nick was amazing. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas!
The food was really good, but was priced for excellence and it just did not hit that point. The experience of seeing rock and roll memorabilia was worth it. We also ordered boozy milkshakes and were carded for the alcohol. Our bartender brought a regular milkshake and was questioning us like we were lying when we told her of the mistake. It was a busy night with a festival so I am willing to forgive the overworked staff. Overall worth the experience once but will likely not be back to the same location again.
Great servers the bartender was so cool I hope you go see her
Not a big fan, service was slow, food was ok. Good hurricanes.
This is your typical Hard Rock Cafe. They have the same things as other Hard Rock Cafe have. My burger was supposed to be medium, but it was overcooked on the outside. Otherwise, the food I got was pretty good. I think those with me enjoyed their food. For the price, it should have been delicious. They were playing some good music.
Meh. The interior was pretty boring for a Hard Rock Cafe. The food was OK and the beer menu was so so at best. Service was ok. Considering all of the choices in Vegas, I would skip this place and go somewhere more memorable.
Had a lot of cool memorabilia to see!
Great location in the middle of the french quarter.
The food wasn't anything to brag about. Music was good. Customer service was ok
Great venue. Saw The Killer Queens, our bartender Leilani took great care of us. It was extremely busy, and she delt with some extremely rude people next to us with grace. Thank you Leilani!
Great service my only complaint is my mix drink didn't taste the best maybe because the bar was back up
Our waitress was nice but she forgot many things for us. She forgot our drink, forgot to refill our water, forgot completely about the table next to us. She was never out of the kitchen and other waitresses had to wait on us. We went up to the bar to ask for water and they told us our server should get it instead. We’re not overly picky or critical, but the food was not anything to write home about. We had ribs and a steak and they were pretty flavorless for $30 a piece. It was extremely loud throughout the restaurant (evening at 3pm, which should be very quiet). I know it’s the Hard Rock Cafe so there is supposed to be good music but there should be a quieter part of the restaurant for those of us with a headache from the Las Vegas sun. I’ve been to other hard rock cafes and had a great time, but this one was very disappointing.
South western egg rolls were extreamly small. There was only 6 for an appetizer serving size and they were smaller than a Chinese spring rolls. Not worth $15.00
Great food and service from Tammie, or waitress.
Pricey but food was fair nothing to write home about
We visited here for my birthday. It was great. Our waiter was really nice and attentive.
Great view of the Strip and great bartenders! The hosts are very kind and polite too.
Great place! Delicious food and hard Rocking drinks! Service was excellent both times we visited and there was little to no wait for our orders, even though they we're quite busy both times. Family friendly as well. Certainly worth a visit before hitting bourbon Street!
Nice atmosphere, pleasant server and good portions of food. We came in for a small bite and dessert. The onion ring tower was great. One half of the apple cobbler crust was hard to break with apart with the spoon, but it was ok.
Great food great atmosphere and music. The service was decent-nothing exceptional. Location has lots of seating and quick turnover-didn’t have to wait for a table. The menu has a good selection of entrees and drinks, souvenir mug or cup is a nice touch.
Nice little acoustic brunch on the weekends... Good atmosphere even if the food is meh. Beet salad gets +1, though.
Ribs were good. Didn't notice any alcohol effects after two mixed drinks. French fries were undercooked and luke warm. Replacement fries were hot, but still undercooked. Our server Shelby was good to me, but failed to offer my friend any refills on his iced tea. Ribs should always be served with extra napkins, maybe even a couple handiwipes. Nice clean location, but there are many other choices to dine nearby, and that's what we'll do for the rest of our stay.
The staff was very friendly and the drinks were good
We came for a good bite to eat and drinks. 7 beers - all mainstream. It was standard. We didn’t see a live band or anything - pretty boring for Friday night. I got a regular burger that only came with fries - that’s it. A little surprised for $15. Service was fast, but short and on the snappy side. For the $ this is not where your go for great food, bigger helpings and fantastic MN American food or dining experience. The rest of the menu was semi-interesting, more expensive and only a couple variations instead of several. I’d rather go to Ruby’s or Applebee’s anytime.
Extremely overpriced. The portion sizes look like kids meals. Your $22 burger will come with 5 french fries. The artifacts there are kind of cool but they don't have anything too impressive. The servers avoided us because they knew we were upset.
Three quarters of the restaurant was empty. And told it'd be a 45 min to hr wait. Asked why. They said we have reservations. Can't believe that much was reservations.
Nice place to go to
Disappointed. Not a lot of memorabilia visible and the food was okay. Not worth the price.
Great food and service. Andgela (correct spelling) is an amazing server with a great personality. Went above and beyond to provide great service. Definitely an assett to the Hard rock cafe!!!
Amazing food and atmosphere!!! The local legendary burger was my favorite!!
Shared a tasty hot sandwich with three sides
A little pricey and the menu is limited, but what they are serving is excellent.
First time I've ever had breakfast at this restaurant. I had the triple stack pancakes and wifey had bacon, eggs and home fries. Was going to order orange juice but since we were in Vegas at our servers suggestion we opted for the bottomless mimosas with breakfast. Food was good, mimosas were great... Our server was excellent. 'Dawn the bomb' made us want to come back for the rest of the weekend. I can't imagine how many ppl she has to see and speak to daily but she was upbeat, had a smile on her face the whole time and kept those mimosas coming till we tapped out.
I advise anyone reading this review go to hard rock Cafe now the service is amazing and so is the food. It is a fun looking restaurant with really delicious food.
Love this place. Parking was a breeze. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great. Wished I had time to go upstairs but had to rush a little bit. Spent most of my time and money downstairs.
Great atmosphere and good service.
Great service and food. Best burgers anywhere. So many interesting things to see.
Just had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe, Mall of America. Our server, “Positive Pete” was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to walk around and explore while we waited for our food. We were able to go on stage, hold a guitar, and my wife and I were able to teach our kids about some of the great artists we grew up with. Our food was delicious. My 9-year-old said he would come here once a week to eat, if he could. Thanks you for a great family experience! #MakingMemories
Food and shop great wall decor as always
great steaks and burgers staff are lovely too.
Good food, fun environment
Our waitress was lovely and service fast. Unfortunately we got food poisoning from the Natchos. Should have been suspicious that they made them with cheese sauce ,., imagine that was where the trouble was.
Great up beat place.. Excellent service. Fantastic Drink with a. Positive bartender with a great attitude. "Patrick and Amanda your awesome" Your staff made our visit enjoyable......
This was a birthday visit and I was treated like a queen! Great service! Food was good! Our waitress treated me to a birthday desert that was out of this world! I've been to several Hard Rock Cafes and have never been disappointed. Always a treat!
I always enjoy. Great food and great service
Gracious management and waitstaff. Our group was delayed unexpectedly, and they were very patient with us. Excellent service and food.
Understaffed on a Sunday. Slow but pleasant service. Wings were slightly fishy but overall very good after being dunked in butter and hot sauce ---- perfectly crispy and cooked through. Definitely a better place to sit and wait for the kids instead of by the bench at Nickelodeon.
Great place to hace some hamburgers with great music and great videos. Very well served, very comfortables seats and great view to the amusements in the center of the Mall of Americas
The Hard Rock in NOLA does not disappoint. While visiting NOLA I had the opportunity to eat the delicious food of HRC NOLA. I had a porterhouse and it was prepared to perfection. The wait staff was hip and attentive. It's always a good time at the Hard Rock.
Right on the Strip. Food was good and the waitress was nice as well. The staff in the shirt shop was great too!!
Great service! Good food! Little expensive but really good
The staff are all very attentive, polite, and funny. The spicy shrimp I had was amazing and all of the memorabilia is super cool, don't forget to check out the 3rd floor!
Good food and music not blaring
One of the best Hard Rock Cafés (besides London/GB) i have ever went to. Really tasty and fine food. The waiter was also really friendly.
Very good food and service.
Hurricanes hurricanes hurricanes love going to each one I come across and having a hurricane. This one was the smallest I've been to but like visiting all I can
That bartender...wow ... she needs a serious attitude check. However, she’s great in ignoring customers. Thumbs up
Service and employees were EXCELLENT!
My Wife and I have been to 42 Hard Rock locations world wide, so we were delighted to visit this location on the Vegas Strip. We were saddened when the original Vegas Hard Rock closed, but this one is far easier to access than the original. This location is massive! This is one of the newer 'corporate' locations and lacks some of the charm of the Hard Rock's of old. That said the food and service were first class, and we were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived.
Poor service, food was cold. We sent my daughter's burger and fries back to the kitchen to be warmed up. They gave us new fries but they just nuked the burger with the lettuce on it. Wilted lettuce and an overcooked burger. NOT good. My other daughter ordered the Mac and cheese with chicken and the portion was extremely small. This place is overpriced, with small portions, and tasteless food.
I am sure it was awesome as I drove by on Bourbon Street. The bummer was no parking! We did not anticipate the frenzy of New Orleans. Because there was no parking and we were clueless till after the fact...you park far way and walk into downtown area or take a trolley. We were overwhelmed with the volume of people and general chaos. Maybe another time. Now I know better so I will plan accordingly. :)
great place. they have a large store where they sell clothes and gadgets. on the upper floor they have a large restaurant, where they serve good food in a cool environment. If you like hard rock this is a must. nice and funny staff, well worth a visit
The Hard Rock Cafe was ok; nothing to write home about and say "I just have to go back..." The place was clean and service was pretty good. My only complaint, was that the bun (bottom portion especially) on my burger was soggy and greasy; it got to the point that I had to eat it with a fork. Will I go back? Possibly, but not before I try other places.
I must say that this was the best service we've ever had at a hard rock cafe. Coming here really made our trip a lot better. As soon as we went in, the host was very welcoming and gave us a good table. Our server was very friendly and made us feel like family. She even gave us drinks to go which no restaurant has done for us before. Yes it was a little pricey, but it was worth it!
Crapiest Hard Rock I have ever seen...know why it was empty..
I needed a really good burger after all the creole and cajun food I ate and Hard Rock hit the spot.
Delicious food and our waitress was the best! Very courteous
Burgers were great, lots of fun!
Little noisy but beer was cold.
Great atmosphere, good friendly service, excellent food for decent price.
I'm a very honest person! The workers in the store treated me as if I were going to steal something...literally following me and starring at us completely through the store. I was only trying to stay out of the customers way that were actually shopping while I was waiting for my table.
Amazing food and great service
The food was great, and the service too. However, we were talked into buying the souvenir cups as we were told they had 4 styles to choose from and that was not the case. Had we known we were going to get the ones at the table we probably wouldnt have bought them
If I could give zero stars I would. When we first arrived the hostess, told us they were only seating people outside. In 90 degree weather!? There was no one in the restaurant. Then, our food came out cold. I asked for it to be heated and it took 15 minutes. Then when I got my food it was nasty. Processed eggs and the sausage tasted bad. They should be ashamed to be called Hard Rock Cafe!
Had lunch last Oct 2018 when it first opened 11am , we were seat in a corner looking at the ZZtop gear on the wall. Had three different servers, not one gave us proper serve we had to ask for more coffee and drinks. Food came out cold because none of the servers want to do their jobs not even proper culturally and had to ask for condiments . Left and told the management how lousy the serve and food was . Don't waste your money .
Great food dish washer made alot of noise.
Hard Rock food is way overpriced. Still, it's a fun experience. Love the rock memorabilia.
Best place ever to spend time with good friends!
First timer here , place is nice to take pics around the restaurant but food was very bland i had ordered the 24 karat burger meal not much fries come with so beware and the drinks are good overall food is overpriced for bland food but its cool to check out if you have never been here cool rock memorabilia . Btw second floor is only if you rent it out so you can't really see prince stuff unless you goto his home in chanhassen .
Nachos were fine except they forgot the sour cream and we requested the jalapenos on the side due to a child eating and of course jalapenos were on the nachos other than that it was fine. Zaria still did a good job. Good ambiance.
Always great food and drinks!! And always a rock-n-roll experience!! Can't wait to go back!!
The worst service ever received in over 20 years that I have ben eating at HRC all over the world. More than a hour to get the food at the table and the manager was only able to say "sorry, I know ".... Not the kind of attention that you would ever want to receive. Standard reply received, but I do not see why I should contact the manager who was unable to grant a decent level of service.
Good food. Short on draft beer
The details of the local legendary burger were not sufficiently detailed. Had I known all that was on it, I would have just got a cheeseburger. The host was awesome. Our server seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was adequate, but did nothing special to make our experience memorable other than make us wait for the things we needed. It was not particularly busy at the time. The people in the store were great. It was a good experience in general, but I stop at Hard Rock restaurants whenever I can and collect merchandise. The food and service at this location was sub-par. My sister did enjoy her meal more than I did. They need to take care when describing a local legendary all of the ingredients that differ from the regular legendary. I don't eat all those things (sausage), but I believe it was cooked properly, and the kitchen staff did a good job with preparing the food quickly and as ordered.
Wonderful place to eat. Service was great.
