You will be able to see all the opinions of real people who have information of the services of French Truck Coffee (Coffee Shop) near Louisiana.
Now the business gets a score of 4.5 out of 5 and that rating has been based on 297 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is almost the best one, and it's founded on a large number of scores, so we may say that the rating is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to write tatings when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Coffee Shop is included in the category of Cafe.
Phenomenal experience. Courteous staff, great ambiance and the food and coffee was excellent.
That coffee is absolutely amazing. I always get the iced coffee with a dash of chocolate. The coffee is perfectly roasted and the smell coming from inside the building is unbelievably delicious. This time I also got a little croissant that was ahhmazing. The staff isn't rude but they aren't the friendliest either, I wish it had more of a New Orleans vibe as everyone knows, the people in our city can be super nice.
Great little spot. Only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because it was Hot in there.
Coffee was ok from the shop, nothing spectacular. Barista seemed to know what she was doing but their espresso roast tasted a bit light and underdeveloped.
French Truck is one of the many wonderful local New Orleans coffee shops worth visiting as an alternative to chain stores. They offer a few different varieties of cold brew coffee which sets them apart from other places around town. The staff have always been helpful and they have great lighter options for breakfast. This place is worth a visit for sure.
Favorite.
Love their coffee
Nice atmosphere and aesthetics, and good options for coffee... but you pay a premium for that aesthetic. The food here is dumb hipster overpriced. I got the turkey sandwich and it came out to like $9. It was just okay. Charging that much for a turkey sandwich is pretty ridiculous, and I can't really overlook that considering that this is precisely the same level of gentrification I see back home in NYC that pushes out locals slowly but surely, beginning with pricing simple goods above what they can afford.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff
Good place for great coffee, the prices are not outrageous, and the service has been great. They also offer a fairly wide variety of coffee types such as Japanese cold drip, pour over, and the regular coffee fare. They also carry teas as well as some great sandwiches and foodstuffs. if you're ever in the area it's definitely worth a swinging by.
Amazing coffee! The Guatemalan toast is so smooth and rich. They give you a free cup with every bags of coffee you purchase!
Wonderful coffee and delicious pastries!
The best freshly roasted coffee beans in the city and surrounding areas. You can also grab a great selection of caffeinated drinks while you're here. The NOLA iced coffee is excellent.
Nice atmosphere and good coffee. Prices are too high for BR. Iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich came to $13.
Nice, locally owned coffee house. Well prepared latte and a delicious mini king cake!
Great coffee and an excellent atmosphere to network with other creatives in the Baton Rouge area!
Excellent cappuccinos and pour overs. We weren’t able to get the grand cru while we were here.
Always friendly and smells DELISH! I do wish the food menu offered a tad more variety but the prices are super fair and it is, after all, a coffee shop... where most food menus are typically small. The chicken salad sandwich is goooood! Cute but spacious environment so you don't feel like someone is looking over your shoulder constantly.
This is the cafe where the beans are roasted. The other has food. I LOVE the coffee here, and the baristas are friendly and fun.
A cute little place with a nice selection of coffee, tea, and breakfast goodies.
This is the very first review on FTC BR! Spacious colorful place with amazing coffee and more!
My waffle and Nutella was good, however, the ladies working the counter were not personable and seemed extremely uninterested. It really put me off from the place. There is better coffee, tea, breakfast, and personalities at coffee shops all over the city.
Really good coffee. good service. I wish the servings would be a little bit bigger but overall a great coffee place.
Great tasting coffee and yogurt/granola with fruit. service good from knolagable employees. Acceptable comfort
Very small and no WiFi.. first time I’ve ever seen a coffee shop without WiFi. Pretty much just a place to get coffee and that’s about it. UPDATE - Read the owners response - total idiot lol, amazing he can run a business at all with customer service like that. Something tells me this place wont be around for too long. But hey, good luck to em. I wont be back, and none of my friends will be either.
Probably the best Cortado I've ever had. Only coffee shop I tried in NOLA, no reason to look elsewhere. As another noted, seating is limited, but most customers are in & out, so I never found it to be an issue.
The Nola ice coffee is delicious - best cold coffee drink I’ve ever had. Food is consistently fresh and well prepared. Service is friendly and efficient. I find the hot coffee beverages bitter. Otherwise, an excellent cafe.
Great customer service and wonderful food in a cool, relaxed environment. They can get pretty busy at times, which is a bummer if you're looking for a quiet place to work, but in their less-busy hours it's a nice place to sit down and write, read, or chat!
Had the Oji cold brew and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was lovely, clean and fruity. After taste was a little rough, but I'm not familiar with the brewing method. Sandwich was good and came with a bit of strawberry and mint compote which was fantastic.
I work around the corner and it's a fantastic place for some locally roasted coffee. In fact, they roast their beans on site. Customer service is awesome and the place has good vibes!
Was kinda upset they didnt have whip cream for the hot chocolate, but was really glad I got it anyway its the best I have had ever. Just wish they had a bunch of shops everywhere lol
Great location, plenty of seats, good coffee, a little pricey tho when you pay 5 bucks for a latte.
Best iced coffee I've ever had!
High quality coffee in a cool setting right on magazine.
I read this place on web saying this is the best coffee shop in NO. Coffee was good and the shop (exterior and interior) was neat and clean. However, they have about 6 seats inside by the window and 6 seats outside. Good for take out and for small group, but not recommend for the group of 4 or more.
Loud bland coffee shop, with an old truck parked outside. So-so tea but no milk (only an unlabeled carafe of cream for coffee). So-so cocoa. Such bad food we did not even finish our lunch. Grilled cheese came with hard pears that should have been riper or cooked. Pecan salad lacked dressing other than a splash of vinegar. Pros include a young crowd, unisex restrooms, and bike racks. Cons: loud, sterile atmosphere, bad food, no outdoor seating. Owners should visit Diesel Cafe in Somerville, MA, which is the type of cafe this seems to unsuccessfully aspire to.
Delicious roasty coffee. Walked a few miles to get to this place and it was totally worth it!
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere.
Fantastic lattes - hot and iced! Their pastry selection is okay, but not standout. Bags of roasted whole beans are great. They offer demos on Saturday mornings, which are a ton of fun!
Excellent cup of coffee!!!
Fantastic coffee and super friendly personnel. A+
Good coffee, unique take on the morning yogurt.
The only good thing here is Nola coffee. Even then, I am not sure if it is worth it for me to drive 15 minutes for it. I ordered their grilled cheese and asking for salad with croutons. I had no idea they even charge a dollar extra for croutons. Then, it took them 25 minutes to bring it out. And the server told me I hope you don't mind the cheese on the top.. because we ran out of croutons. I was just shocked. First, you charged me an extra dollar for croutons, but you didn't even have it in the first place and cheese?! Who asked for cheese.... I was just really disppointed in their customer service. I probably won't go back and especially for their overpriced lunch and pastries.
Great craft coffee and great staff! The roaster is right behind the bar.
The New Orleans Iced coffee is just perfect blend of coffee and milk.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing coffee and service.
Cool little custom bean roaster and coffee shop offering baked goods and sandwiches. Very nice adaptation of an old building in a "trending"part of town. Great service, good coffee, excellent baked goods!
Very nice dining experience, I recommend their french toast.
Great little coffee place. Coffee was good. Have food and desserts. The location itself is very nice. Atmosphere is great.
Excellent coffee, but no free wifi as far as I can tell and only a few bar stools to sit. If that's okay for you, most definitely worth a visit!
Super small inside, delicious coffee, excellent pastry
I love French Truck's beans! One of my favorite in town. Very friendly staff. Baton Rouge's location gets really loud though. They have tile everywhere and the sound bounces all over the place.
Love this place! Love the coffee! Love their Nola Iced Coffees!
Another high priced hipster joint. ..warmed breakfast sandwich was still cold..
Excellent coffee and friendly service.
Love the coffee and the food. The only coffee I drink at home is French Truck!
A cute coffee shop that roasts their own beans. All your favorite espresso drinks, pour overs, and cold brews. Great location with some patio seating. Not a lot of indoor seating but this is more of a grab and go spot. If you're visiting, it's a great stop over before walking down magazine street.
DOGS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE! :) This is a great place to enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee. AMAZING customer service (the staff was all so wonderful!) and very clean. 4 stars because it is just a tad pricey. Definitely recommend to try for yourself!
Wish I was there today!
Excellent coffee and great food.
Great coffee and service!
Friendly service and trendy atmosphere
I love the caramel latte
Very nice coffee. A bit disappointed that they don't serve chicory coffee in store. Then again everyone in NOLA does chicory coffee so maybe they wanted to set themselves apart. You can buy a chicory coffee blend online though.
Hands down best coffee. Servers know everything about roasts and super helpful
Super cool little operation. Very pleased with the Oji and croissants. Will def be back to try more coffee selections and a freshly prepared breakfast item (Pimento Toast sounded amazeballs) when not pressed for time.
Best cafe in BR. Try the toasts and the New Orleans Iced coffee.
Awesome local location for coffee, and the waffle sandwich is superb!
Obviously I have a coffee addiction. In from out of town and this was great.
Is not bad
Great coffee with many different options. I love the pour overs. 5 beans!
In a city of great coffee, this is consistently among the best. Plus they're always super friendly and helpful when at the shop.
It's a nice space, but I think it's cheap of them not to offer free refills on drip coffee that one is paying $3 for. The beans aren't *that* good. Also, the staff were really grumpy when I went. Considering I have to drive to get there, it's not worth it to me to come back here, especially since I can just walk to the Magpie downtown.
Finally! A great coffee roaster in mid city that also serves yummy breakfast and lunch! Had a great Oji and can't wait to go back for a pour over. Nice ambience, clean, nice staff.
Absolute joy to visit. Ambience is good. Ecletic simple decor. A new mid city fave you must visit.
Get the New Orleans Iced Coffee! It's delicious!
Good coffee, good breakfast items, good atmosphere, slow service. If you order something hot to eat get ready to wait 15+ min. Espresso takes on average 5+ min.
By far one of the best coffee spots I New Orleans. Now I know that is saying a lot, but they know their coffee inside and out and go above and beyond even with the little things
From one Roaster to another: French Truck is awesome! Lover the Japanese iced coffee blend they have for the summer.
One my favorite new Orleans coffee joints. The coffee is delicious and brewed the right way not burned! Also the decor of each location is very lovely and well done. When ever I find myself in Nola I also make sure to stop by at one of thier locations for a good cup of coffee!
Excellent cup of coffee in an excellent trendy atmosphere. Great Cafe Ole! Plenty of seating and relatively great speed of service.
Excellent coffee served up by great people. Thanks for the coffee and the tour
Great coffee and atmosphere. Really like the interior design. Parking sucks, and staff is not particularly friendly.
Great and friendly service. Like others have mentioned, not much room for sitting, and food choices are limited. But hey, you're here for the coffee.
Cute place. Nice pastry.
Great coffee and delicious food. Plenty of space to sit down and do work with free Wi-Fi.
Really good breakfast and lunch food. Much more than a coffee shop
Delightful and flavorful!
Right beside a wonderful inn - their delicious coffees woke us up every morning. Took their t-shirt with me on travels, and made me crave their coffee. A little pricey and not a lot of seating, but great products!
You should go just to see the roaster and talk coffee. Location is great and coffee is delicious
Waffle sandwich was yummy!! Hours of operation are convinient. 6:30 am awesome!!
The french truck drip coffee is amazing!
Prerfect place for good coffee. A #NOLA must do. One check off the #NOLA Bucket List!
Really cute. Great service
This is a real coffee house with great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff as well.
My husband and I stopped at this coffee shop 3 times while we were visiting NOLA. It was walking distance from our hotel and the coffee was the best that we tried during our whole trip. The staff is extremely friendly and the coffee is definitely something to write home about. Both plain coffee and lattes where delicious and their pastries were very tasty as well. I loved the decor and all of their branding. It’s a very bright, modern and cheerful coffee shop. A quiet haven for a quick jolt of caffeine while exploring the bustling French Quarter! A must stop for all coffee lovers!
Excellent coffee and great service. French Truck is easily one of the best coffee shops in NOLA
I LOVE this local coffeehouse...I had only previously been to the newer location that is at Dryades and Cadiz, I lived two blocks down from it when I lived at my former address. After leaving New Orleans in late 2016 to spend two years in Georgia, I recently moved back and finally got my first morning cuppa at the Magazine Street location...just perfect. Gorgeous, bright, airy space, friendly staff, the medium roast brewed coffee I chose was perfect. We did not linger that day in the inviting interior, we strolled with our to-go cups, but I could have spent a very happy morning there. Top notch coffee, just as I remembered...the perfect welcome home to my 504.
The decaf coffee was really good. Cute place
Excellent coffee and friendly service
Such a cute place! Good coffee and food.
Best place for coffee in New Orleans
Great espresso and food! Nice staff. Pretty building inside and out!!
Great place to grab a cup of coffee and relax. Not a lot of parking space.
Great coffee and nice people. People leaving reviews because there is no wifi or place to sit is ridiculous, if you want actual good, locally roasted coffee, I highly recommend this place. They had three pour over options and they were spot on.
Great pour over service with great, in house roasted coffee. Highly recommend the Ethiopian yirgacheffe. Excellent La Marzocco machine here with people who know how to use it.
Best coffee I ever tasted! Wish you guys had a location in NYC.
Nice seating and great service!
Amazing. Bought cwafy on the 25th, roasted on the 24rh. Can't beat fresh beans!
Best iced coffee ever!
Authentic coffee. Great robust espresso. Not Starbucks
Delicious coffee, great service. Cant wait for the back to open so there are more seats for when it's hot outside.
Some of the best coffee in NOLA... Roasted on site and served in numerous other places around town.
Great coffee, charming location, nice baked goods. Very little seating fyi.
Interesting place, worth a visit.
Best coffee beans in the city. Baristas know how to steam milk properly. I only wish there were more seating room.
probably the best coffee I had in New Orleans! very nice staff unlike the ones at HiVolt!
This place is great! They roast their own beans, and the staff is pretty friendly, too! Not a lot of space to sit down, so grab your drink New Orleans style and get it to go!
Best coffee in the city.
Always worth the stop!!
It was packed at 1:30 pm. Got Ice tea...it was just okay.
The best chai latte in the city
Great coffee, chill atmosphere, and great food too
The coffee brought me back to life after Mardi Gras and the everything croissant was heaven.
On the way to the WWII museum. Great stop.
Cute, local coffee shop. Great selection of different beans! Very friendly service! They sure made my day by writing Happy Birthday on my cup :) Thank you French Truck, for making my Birthday extra special :D
Coffee was good, staff was friendly and engaging.
My husband really liked this place. The food was pretty good.
Great place to relax
Great service and selection. Comfortable and Quite..
Whats not to love. Great coffee, great locations, great little truck
Good tasting cup of joe
Good coffee. Enjoyed the parfait! -1 Star for the 6 o'clock close.
I got a horchata. It's nice thick, smooth, a mixture of velvety and silky. Def a nice cup. Oh and it perked me up immediately and I have been exhausted for a few days, about to the point of falling asleep standing up. We also got a vanilla latte, coffee was smooth with vanilla undertones :-) I liked the horchata better. the horchata I added some honey. It was good the only thing I would like to see is them get some carmel so I can get a Carmel macchiato or latte. If they had that I would of probably gave them 5 stars.
Great coffee place in NOLA. You cannot expect more from these guys. They are friendly, serve great coffee, and maintain a great environment to sit and sip your coffee while having a nice morning or afternoon. I ordered my classic, café au lait, with almond and coconut milk mixture that they had. Perfect balance between the amount of coffee and milk so that you can taste both of them without having too much of either one of them. They also sell coffee beans for those who are interested in taking some of this beautifully roasted coffee to home. Definetly recommend this place to everyone.
Delicious coffee, various methods of brew, delicious iced New Orleans coffee, also excellent dirty chai
One of the best coffee places in Baton Rouge.
High prices, slow service subpar coffee
Decor is great. Vibe is great. Very trendy. My lemon poppyseed cake was tasty. What was not tasty, however, were the massive chunks of floating curled milk that both my girlfriend and I had in our coffee. Both of our coffees tasted like an obese man's sour BO and we had to promptly huck our entire coffees in the trash and get coffee at a disreputable gas station instead.
Nice place that we stumbled across, tried iced espresso shot ,very good..
Friendly baristas. Great pour over.
Great place to start your day excursion by kick in some coffee !! Coffees are freshly made grounded in small batches with their speciality syrups. Also to add stuff were really helpfully.
Really good coffee. Small place though, can't really hang out inside but they have a few chairs outdoors.
Delicious coffee and waffle sandwich with herbed goat cheese. I like the atmosphere. Will be back to try more things on the menu!
Really high quality coffee drinks. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cortado good. In breakfast bowl plate too small, not convenien. And they have spoon only. Don't have fork.
Yum!!!! Refreshing menu.
Very long wait
Great coffee. Great service. Dog friendly.
I love French Truck! My favorite latte's and the food is great too.
Sorry cool place. Full of culture and relaxation. The truck logo is super cool. I got a coffee Rio, which is their decaf option. We really liked it here and will return when we come back to Baton Rouge
OLD: Just consistently best coffee and almond crossaints... NEW UPDATE: though pastries changed and becoming overpriced...and coffee is cold
We went there when we were visiting NOLA, so I can't speak to the parking (we used Uber), but my friend enjoyed his coffee, and the staff was very friendly. They had plant milks available to add to the coffee, but it would have been nice to see some vegan pastries, too, like a lot of other NOLA coffee shops.
Location, decor and atmosphere are great! The only downside is the price. Portions on the breakfast and lunch options aren’t worth the price, and it’s not the best location to study or get work done, as there isn’t much space inside.
Delicious latte and chai tea in a large, beautiful space
Quaint little spot.. Good coffee
Coffee was perfectly made to order, fresh, no bitterness. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
Such a rude comment. My day was fine when I reviewed your place a year ago. My low rating was not about having a bad day, but rather having a bad experience with poor service, overpriced pastries and overpriced coffee.
Fabulous service & coffee. Wonderful food & atmosphere. Will return again someday. Thank you!
Pretty good. After going to a ton of different coffee shops, my standards are fairly high. Overall I really enjoyed my experience, as the atmosphere was really neat. NOTE: I'm basing my review based on the pour over coffee. It's possible their other drinks would cause me to give a 5/5, but this drink was underwhelming. Flavors were extremely subtle and hard to detect.
The cofeee was great! Loved the shop! Great spot for photos as well outside the shop since it's essentially a yellow shipping container. Def recommend checking out if you're in the neighbourhood, but I wouldn't also go out of the way to come here. Plenty of great spots in the business district as well!
For my money, French Truck coffee is really the best in town, all their locations have awesome coffee- the Oji is strong and delicious! A few tasty pastries to boot. This local doesn’t have much seating and no WiFi however, so it’s more of a grab and go spot. Fun staff
Good service, good food, good coffee. Not much space inside or outside to sit and talk. No Wi-Fi. What coffee shop has no free WiFi or even for a small charge? Not too impressed with that at all. Street parking only.
Beautiful clean place, wonderfull coffee and toast!
A hair pricy, but likely the best in the city.
Very good coffee...
Nice place
Wow, wow, wow. Worth every penny. Maybe even more! Fresh coffee roasted in house. Francis was an awesome barista, friendly and verbal informative. The aesthetic and atmos was wonderful
Best Coffee in NOLA
Best coffee in town...consistently excellent. Wonderful vibe.
NOLA iced coffee so good! Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great coffee with interesting profiles, friendly staff whom are knowledgeable about coffee, and clean place.
Awesome coffee every time!
Local flavor with great Coffee and blazing Wi-Fi!
Really great coffee. Great service as well. They really pay attention to what you want. My only complaint is it's kinda pricey but.. You get a great product so.
Nice patio...friendly staff...overpriced waffle sandwich..trying for the euro feel but in Europe they don't charge 9
Always love shopping at fresh market but this one has limited selections even though it's a rather large store
From the outside it immediately feels like a hipster coffee shop, enough so that a guy with a flannel shirt and a curved moustache was sitting at the window. Concrete floors, exposed filament lights, unfinished ceilings, pastel colors - it's like they got it out of a magazine, as we've all seen this style a million times. When you walk in you'll see they roast their own beans. The fancy cold brew machines line the counter. Pricing is fairly standard at $3.50-4.50 for most drinks (besides drip). Service is very friendly, always had a smile and plenty cheerful. Coffee was pretty good, I got what appears to be their flagship drink (milk iced coffee) and it tasted like nothing but milk - quite a let down. My friend got a pourover which was nice, though. All in all it feels a little too cookie cutter for my taste. Coffee was so-so. Service was outstanding though, so I'd come back at some point.
Friendly knowledgeable, and they offer repeat visit discounts
Best locally roasted coffee in New Orleans by a long shot. Try it and you won't be disappointed!
Truly excellent coffee. I ordered a pour over of one of their current Ethiopian roasts and couldn't have been more impressed with the bold, fruity flavor. They use Hario pour over drippers with a machine that controls the amount, temperature, and timing of water addition perfectly. I strongly recommend visiting this shop if you are a fan of the pour over like I am.
Nice industrial feel with good music and great coffee.
Master blaster plastered my taste buds with wholesome deliciousness! And I like it! Haha..
I want free refills of plain coffee, at least one. Its the American way. The "response from owner" was: "Uhhh, no it's not." - I expected something thoughtful about how fancy their beans were. I recommend Cc's and Tiger Deauxnuts, (and of course Waffle House and McDo and BK) for free refills. "Merica!
Love coming to French truck. The menu is simple and minimal. Drinks are moderately priced but I’m never disappointed. My only complaint is how long it takes to get your drink. Drinks are hand crafted and delicious and they take their time to make sure every drink is perfect. But I wouldn’t go in and try to get a coffee to go if you’re in a rush before work. I do wish they warmed the pastries for you, though. Overall very satisfied with the quality of food and drinks, atmosphere, and business as a whole. Great location in mid city!
Nice atmosphere in a trending neighborhood. Pour over coffee was excellent and the servers were very friendly.
Their espresso, drip, and beans are
Great atmosphere and great people. The community is awesome as well. Everyone is smiling or just buckled down into some work.
I love French Truck Coffee, probably best coffee of my life. Its really cool how you can see them working on roasting their beans in the back.
I really enjoyed the New Orleans iced coffee. It would be awesome if they had a bit more room to sit down and hang out. However, their other location is perfect for that.
Delicious coffee served in a fun cafe!
Love this place! Great atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable staff who really want to get it right.
New Orleans iced coffee is the real star here but I've never had a bad brew. Always consistent and the staff are always pleasant. Nice quiet inside for conversation.
Good coffee, not a good place to sit and hangout. Atmosphere just ok, with a tiny seating area.
Not a good place to sit for a while, but everything else is perfect
Great coffee!
Great little coffee shop! I’d definitely recommend this spot for catching up with friends or just a quiet spot to enjoy good coffee.
Cool atmosphere, best NOLA Iced Latte!!!
Dog friendly, my local go to. They just added sweet and savory pastries from local shops!
Beautiful roastery great coffee options and a SCAA certified lab.
Fantastic Coffee Shop. Atmosphere is great with large windows and ample natural light. The staff is always polite and greet you with a smile. Its close proximity to my home and downtown make it great to stop in for iced coffee. I only wish it stayed open a little longer then 6pm. Highly recommend if you are in Baton Rouge/midcity.
Maybe the coffee is better but my tea less than desirable, plus they were not recycling any of their containers.
Great food, good coffee, and friendly staff all made for a great breakfast.
Fast and friendly Staff and Great Coffee Selection
Very tasty coffee. The cappuccino was delicious and the house coffee is very strong.
So fantastic to get a premium coffee house 3 blocks from home. Coffee is primo and atmosphere industrial chic.
Best coffee in BR.
Wonderful for the neighborhood. Young people give the place some buzz ..
Looking for a coffee and stopped in here. I think they have some of the best coffee I've tasted. Forget Starbucks, CC's seems pedestrian....try this place. More than one location in town. Good luck y'all!
Great coffee, knowledge staff.
One of the most friendliest coffee shops I have ever been too!
Excellent coffee and neighborhood vibe!
The coffee here was pretty good. I was more impressed with their marketing strategy, their logo, & their little French Trucks they used to deliver & sell coffee on street corners. I was obsessed. I need a little French Truck in my life.
Get your TRUCK ON!!!! Fantastic roasts, pours, drips and SMILES for MILES. AMAZING service and quality. Get here all java hounds;)
Great coffee!
Best coffee in NOLA. Freshly baked croissants and muffins. Often have breakfast here.
Their New Orleans iced coffee is to die for
Excellent coffee, but wish they had more of a selection of breakfast food.
Best latte I've had in a while! Thanks
Some of the best coffee I’ve had
Lovely little place near downtown Baton Rouge! Great food and great service.
Very good!
FT coffees space is always clean and modern encouraging me to get my work done!
Good coffee and knowlegable staff willing to help walk you through their different coffees to help find you one that fits your taste. The food is okay, but they have a good healthy selection. They have both indoor and outdoor seating (despite what one commenter said). Personal favorites are Colombia misael pacho , Nola iced coffee, and the OG drip.
Had to wait a long time with hardly anyone in the building just because they got my name wrong. Didn't make for a good first impression. Drink was decent, but not worth the price. Would rather go to Simple Joe across the street.
Had a cortado here and it was delicious. The beans were nicely roasted which gave the coffee a multi-layered aroma. The shop is quite charming and simple.
Iced tea was good. Quiet place to think, work or relax. Outside and shaded indoor seating.
Cool location... neighborhood and industrial but cozy.... Pour Over Grand Cru selection was excellent. Enjoying coffee with nothing added speaks for how good it is.
YUMMY! You can always find a French Truck by the bright yellow exterior, calling you to come on in and get a NOLA iced coffee. Not bitter and not too sweet either, this drink is perfect on those hot humid days (of which there are PLENTY of in new Orleans..) The service was prompt and fast, and there's not much seating but that's ok. It's more of a quick stop type coffee shop anyways. You can actually see through the back area where they process and package their beans--very cool!
Great coffee. Great service.
Great atmosphere
Great vibes, great coffee! Wonderful place to host client meetings as well!
Coffee is okay, gorgeous but packed lobby area. My boyfriend enjoys their fresh beans but they’re in house coffee is just okay. Not many options (or flavors)
Coffee and pastries are good but seating availability is limited
The staff was so friendly and even helped us pick out our drinks! The drinks are amazing--one of the best lattes I've had. Plus they can do designs in the lattes! Would definitely recommend.
Great coffee and atmosphere.
4 stars bc there was waay too much hype around this location opening. Still, i love local businesses, and the atmosphere was great. The coffee and food were ok, not bad but not blow your mind. I think i would prefer a bit more espresso in my iced latte; they are very heavy on the milk for the size of drink served, compared to other coffee shops. They have the yummy pellet ice (sonic ice). And I'm glad government st is getting some great new investments!
Good coffee and muffins.
Hip place food is good coffee is great and super smooth
Delicious coffee. Cute corner to sip and read.
Amazing coffee - the New Orleans style iced coffee is addictively good. Even if you don't usually like chicory or milk in your coffee you'll love it.
Truly great coffee is surprisingly difficult to find in this city. Fortunately this place exists. Amazing.
Great looking spot, very hip. I’ve been twice now to get a morning coffee to go. Very knowledgeable baristas and were cool and excited to talk about the different bean and brew offerings. As far as quality and freshness, I’m not sure that you are going to find a better place in BR. I have it three stars for two reasons: 1- cup size/milk choices. The largest size available is really small and they don’t have a reduced fat milk option. I get that the proper way to serve espresso drinks is a small portion and whole milk such as this. I don’t care. Give me the option of the Americanized version in a big cup or the coffee snob version in the kids cup. I’ll pay you more for it. No prob. 2- the space has a hollow, modern, echoey feel to it. I was sitting there with a friend and it felt like everything we were saying was audible to the entire place. Not warm and comfortable like I feel a coffee shop should be. Not a place that I’ll frequent daily despite living 2 miles away but I’m sure I’ll go again at some point.
Love this place just plain old good coffee
The most racist experience I've ever had. They behaved as if we were aliens.
Excellent coffee
Straightforward coffee selection, tea also available. Quick in and out. Friendly service.
Third wave coffee, with in house roasting. Friendly staff.
Great neighborhood coffee spot. Love the iced tea options and the crushed ice. Tasty pastries.
Tasty and fresh! Coffe delicious and the atmosphere is delightful.
Great selection of coffees and an excellent pour over.
Great atomosphere with even better coffee. Fancy speciality coffee place but not in your face about it. It's great for coffee snobs and average Joe's alike.
Great coffee. Wifi would be a nice plus.
Feels like Brooklyn in NOLA.
Good coffee with a very nice ambience
Good coffee and a nice place to work
Cool building, cold brew is excellent, staff is great
Go there for the coffee it's great!
Great service and location and most of all amazing coffee. They knew how to brew a phenomenal cappuccino. Only con is no wifi and their is not much space inside to sit down. Otherwise a greT place to grab a quick cup
Nice place to share coffee and conversation. Food good, too.
Wonderful local coffee shop. Coffee is roasted in the back. Only issue is they don't have larger sized cups.
Found this wonderful coffee bar after walking away from another landmark that had a crazy long line. Thank God for that line! This place was awesome! Friendly barista, beautiful presentation and perfect cappuccino. Not too dry, not too wet. I will visit again and save the Starbucks for when I go home.
Cute and quiet cafe.
Coffee is great, and the food is even better. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Service is a little slow, but this place has GREAT coffee and an amazing atmosphere
Coffee was pretty good and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.
This is going to sound really pretentious, but we've been on the hunt for true quality espresso since visiting Italy last year. If you've been there, you know what I'm talking about. We've been studying espresso trying to recreate it and visiting hundreds of coffee shops in various States trying to find someone who's figured it out. French truck has figured it out - it's the same melted chocolate consistency and taste as in Italy, or at least damn near close. Best espresso we've found so far outside of Italy, this isn't just another hipster pop up coffee shop - these people are true scientists and know their stuff. There are also nice touches like a sleek modern interior, self serve water that has fresh fruit in it, and they even have a punch card for free drinks!
Cute place- easy going vibe, away from all the crazy down town attractions.
Really fast service and good coffee, but not many chairs. Not a place to sit down really.
Fun spot to stop in. Their whole bean coffee is phenomenal, I'm now ordering it from NC on a monthly basis. Well worth the shipping costs!
Great chocolate croissant. Espresso and cappuccino - world class!!!!!
Great coffee, nice to hear how there are still companies that do artisan coffee.
Very quaint but cool feel to this place and the French truck sitting out front is very neat. My late was good, but I'm not enough of a coffee drinker for that to carry any weight. My friend Wes, however, says that this is his wife's very favorite coffee place around here!
Consistently great and easily my favorite of all the small-batch New Orleans roasteries. Try the cold brew with their housemade soy/almond milk blend.
I love not only good coffee, but consistency! I'm loyal to hot mocha, and yet their vanilla latte is equally delicious.
Coffee and service has been amazing everytime I've gone. Highly recommend the Oji cold drip!!
great food and coffee is awesome
Nice relaxed clean atmosphere...
The coffee was really good. I got a macchiato, which was great apart from the baristas interrogating me about whether I actually wanted a macchiato. I did. The geographical pedigree of the coffee, I did not ask for. I would have rated this place higher for the atmosphere and quality of coffee, but dang, you really got that coffee snobbery/snootiness vibe from the wait staff. But hey, if you're looking for a place that treats coffee like a religion, this is the place. Completely unrelated question ... have you seen Nate Bargatze's stand up on Netflix? Coffee with cream? With cream. With cream? With cream.
Nice place
Wow! Not just the best coffee in NO but the pour overs are some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Not a space to linger--just two counters w/stools--but if you want great coffee, this is the place.
The best place to get fresh roasted coffee in NOLA.
It's clearly in the heart of new hipster district of New Orleans. Short walk from the WW2 museum. And yes, the coffee is great!
Amazing coffee and great place. I discovered this place when I was riding by bicycle. I loved it.
Good mocha, good vibes, pricey but worth it. Great business!
Love the coffee and the croissants are amazing!!
The staff could have been a bit more friendly. Withthatsaid, it's a tiny, cozy nook that serves pretty good coffee and enjoyable pastries. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.
Delicious French toast and turkey sandwich!
Stopped by this place last week and thought of leaving them a quick review. A great place to enjoy your coffee.
Went to the Dryades location. Not a coffee drinker but the breakfasts were delicious. You can order one or two which is a great option. Would recommend any or all of them.
This coffee shop had a nice atmosphere and the tea I had was good. I wish there was a larger seating area though. You can’t really sit there and get work done. There was outside seating around the business though.
Superb coffee, artfully roasted and brewed on site. A must for coffee lovers
