The staff was nothing short of indifferent when I had problems. The drinks and food are subpar, an absolute waste of money, on top of the internet simply not functioning.
Need some strong coffee to finish your work for a deadline? This the right spot, quiet, local, and tasty treats with a variety of different coffees.
Great coffee, great staff.
Loved ice coffee but espresso was a little too bitter
Quick coffee to go, and yummmm.
Love the location, space and service and the Wifi works:) Super friendly and the Cortado was so great I had to order two. This will be my work hangout when ever I am in town.
The staff is great and the drinks are tasty. We went here late last night and had a great time trying different drinks and talking with the barista. We were almost the only people in the place at 9pm.
I had an almond espresso soda, it was pretty good. Cute shop in a good location.
Great strong coffee and friendly staff. This is a good place to go for studying or just a cup of joe with a friend.
Great coffee, fast service, reasonable prices. Really no reason not to go if you want a good cup of joe or an amazing chai latte.
Friendly service, great drinks, reliable WiFi. Tons of seating areas with plenty of electrical outlets. People are really respectful of each other's spaces. The music is an eclectic mix and very rarely is it ever annoying. One of the only places in town that stays open until 11:00 p.m. Perfect for late night online working.
We ordered two coffees and two sandwiches, there were no prices on the menu that I could see but we figured it would be maybe $20 MAX. Nope. It was $30! The coffees were decent, but nothing justifying that price, and it took 20 to 25 minutes to get our sandwiches, which were pretty good. There was only one guy behind the bar trying to serve too many people, very overworked! The atmosphere was nice, but the signs about buying every hour were off-putting. Honestly, the most upsetting thing is the price and the wait times. If I could afford a $30 lunch I probably wouldn't spend it at a coffee shop. Next time I'll check online to find prices before I go to any place to eat.
Friendl staff, laid back place. Lots of sidewalk tables.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, coffee awesome.
Recently raised prices, staff sometimes rude/edgy, but great coffee and environment.
The staff is very knowledgeable and skilled
Favorite place ever! Great coffee and wonderful atmosphere!
The best Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade in the world! Great place to study and have a meeting. The freret Sandwich is delicious as well.
Friendly staff, delicious flat white. Free Wi-Fi
Nice place!
Sucks very boring.. no taste.. was still thirsty and fell asleep. Wouldn't waste a penny here. STARBUCKS is where it's at!
Do you folks like coffee? Real coffee, from the hills of Columbia? Mojo coffee will awake you from a thousand deaths. Guatemala blend, Ethiopian, French Vanilla Roast. You're dying for a cup. Prepare for ultimate flavor!
The coffee was great and the food was amazing. There is a nice vegan selection.
Try pour over coffee! It's amazing
I'm in here 3-4 times a week. Mojo is definitely in my top three coffee shops in the city. The miel latte is excellent, if you're into the sweet latte type of drinks. More to my speed are the rotating selection of pour-overs (Kenya Yara and Ethiopia Hambela are both gorgeous) and the fantastic cold brew, made with a Costa Rican bean.
Delicious flavored cappuccinos
I came to use the Internet and asked for an Internet code before I bought anything to verify I could connect. The guy working there refused to give me a code and told me to leave. I was polite calm and tried to explain that if I couldn't connect to the Internet then I couldn't stay. He still refused and told me to leave. Ridiculous!!!! I have been a customer for years and always bought something when I came. Guess I won't be coming back.
Chill
Great espresso and friendly people
Best coffee I've had in a long time. Outstanding really!
Awesome ESPRESSO and they serve it with water like in Italy!!
Great service great coffee. Coming from a Texas girl
The fancy art keeps me coming back after a hard day of school and work.
Cool atmosphere, but can get pretty crowded.
Would get 5 stars if they still offered soy milk. Hemp milk is disgusting.
The service is great, the coffee was super tasty and well made, plus there was a plethora of vegan/gluten free pastries.
Very considerate helpful people. They make it all about you!
Great coffee and alot of study space
Chai latte was perfect. Accidental stop on my visit, but definitely a high light coffee shop visit during my vacation. Casual, funky, inclusive and diverse atmosphere.
It's great they treat me like family when I go they always know what I want and the baby of the coffee shop she is a little angel!!! The morning crew is the best to me
Staff is cool as a fan. I don't drink coffee but I love their teas
Wonderful espresso and great outdoor seating. Barista was funny too! Love the chalkboard signs.
Cool local coffee shop off of frerret Street offering a variety of unique caffeinated drinks as well as teas.
Great place to grab a latte and read a book in New Orleans. Friendly staff and high quality.
Brewed coffee here is great. I bought some beans as well, but they are quite stale.
We love Mojo, it’s our regular Saturday morning stop while walking the dog (he loves it too). They have great coffee and some good sandwich options for lunch.
Good coffee.
Great coffee shop. The iced latte is great
Discounts when you bring your reusable cup. Fast and friendly staff! Lots of food options, I need to try the mermaid bowl soon, it sounds so fresh.
Best coffee I've had in a long time! Blows Starbucks out of the water. The spiced pecan latte is my new obsession.
Great selection of coffee and tea, and plenty of seating. It does tend to fill up, though, with students and guests working, so seating may be limited during the late morning and early afternoon.
This place was down the street from our air bnb on our five day vacay in NOLA. Loved it!! Stopped in every time we came and went from apartment. So charming and the snacks and goodies were very delicious. The staff were always very polite and welcoming.
Delicious coffees, teas, and sodas. This is one of my favorite spots to get coffee in New Orleans, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for somewhere to grab a coffee and relax
Nice place to meet friends
Friendly. Air conditioning. Good choices.
Even open during the boil water advisory!
Everyone loves Mojo's. Great coffee and roobos tea. Sandwiches are good too. A good place to pick up the local New Orleans alternative papers, including the New York Sunday Times.
Good coffee and nice music. Not loud, and plenty of seating indoor and out. There is water for dogs outside.
The coffee, especially the espresso drinks, are wonderful. Strong and beautifully crafted, they feel like a "treat." Personally, my favorite is the miel, or a latte sweetened with honey. Regular brewed coffee ranges from burnt to decent so I would recommend sticking with their specialty drinks. What I really like is that it is a great place to work. It's not too loud and there are lots of tables for two. The servers, when asked, will huffily share the wifi password.
Great coffee great atmosphere very nice people to deal with food is excellent.
Yerba mate tea!!! Great spot! Funky cool music and Awesome atmosphere of great minds awesome funky Baristas and giod quility coffee!
As good as I remembered from two years ago while away from New Orleans. Great coffee, pleasant space, fast kind staff.
Yummy and refreshing strawberry limeade
The atmosphere is amazing, the playlist is solid, and the coffee is top of the line. A great place to take someone to have a chill encounter or study the night away.
Great place to study or get work done while getting a coffee fix.
I love Angie and the shop!
Great staff, decent coffee.
Got an espresso which was really good, has a cool atmosphere both sitting in or walking through the neighborhood.
One of the best coffee shops in the city.
The hot coffee is good but the ice coffee is grim (the taps they serve it from need to be cleaned or something... it always tastes like dirty rags). The staff is either awesome or a bit pretentious. The food is great though. Good place to study.
Brings balance to the neighborhood. Come get your vegan on and/or jolt to coast you through the day. Puts the CHI in chill.
This is such a cute little coffee shop and it has great coffee!
The guy blond who works there didn't seem all too nice
What is customer service? This Mojo doesn’t know. Waited 5 mins while the guy behind the counter just talked to his friends.
Oat milk has changed my life !!!
Great coffee and great snacks to go with it.
Busy place sand great baristas.
Liked jt
The coolest bike rack ever.
I liked the taste of my latte, was too cold though. I will go back to have another one to update my review.
Great place! I go there daily with my dog. Great coffee, prices. Amazing place to study or work.
Good coffee. Nice Staff.
Pretty cool place. Good coffee, tea, and cookies. Not a ton of seating, so try to go when it's not super busy
Good coffee
Great lattes and atmosphere. I find the tea a bit pricey though. Major plus that it's so close to a bagel shop... :)
One of the best coffee shops in the city!
Not bad. Nice space.
Refreshing coffee cocktails
Had one of the best iced lattes EVER there. Great spot. Staff was so friendly.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with our crew of five
Their coffee is legit! Nice staff. Good atmosphere.
Great little spot for a hot drink and some free WiFi. Their sandwiches are delicious too.
I enjoy the setting, but I mainly come to purchase their whole bean coffee. It's always very freshly roasted and great quality to bring home for a daily cup.
Stopped by a couple of times. Always enjoyed the coffee, albeit a bit pricey. Convenient place work and study, or simply meet with friends. I suggest they give a token discount to folks bringing their own cup.
Good coffee and pastries
Great atmosphere and coffeeeeeeee
This coffee shop has a great playlist, a reasonable amount of background noise, and good coffee.
Delightful latte. I've only seen one barista on duty so service is often a tad slow, but drinks are lovingly prepared.
First visit here. Lovely atmosphere, good service. Really good coffee.
Im very proud to be the San Antonio El Bosque grower, in Guatmala Fraijanes, we do our best to keep our coffees exceptionals!
Nice eclectic coffee house
I ordered an iced chai with easy ice and they charged me for two. Horrible business.
Dark, cozy and trendy café offering gourmet coffee, tea and treats. This location is much more spacious than the location I visited in the Lower Garden District. The coffee and tea here is very good. The banana bread, though unassuming, is delicious!
Mojo has great lemonades, a wonderful atmosphere and the cruffins were a big hit!
Good coffee...a bit pricey...paid 4$ for a latte...would help if the prices were actually displayed someplace...then I would have stuck with the regular stuff ☕️
Sat outside, it's a relatively quiet street corner. There's all of the local free mags and newspapers inside for the taking. Cool music, enjoyed our snacks. Bought coffe to brew at home. A bit pricey, and I found the cashier a bit snooty.
Great coffee and atmosphere. The sweets are great as well!
Friendly staff, plenty of seating, decent coffee. You get 10% discount for bringing your own cup, but they wrap all of their pastries in plastic (so wasteful and disappointing!)
Always a great experience here!
Probably my favorite coffee shop in New Orleans. Any time I go on a long walk I swing by here for a Latte. The baristas are always pleasant and the coffee is oh so good.
Overhyped place. The food was terrible and overpriced (though looks really good for photos), and the lemonade was way too sweet.
spacious & cozy place to study while enjoying the best matcha latte in town. Very friendly team and lots of drinks & food options for those who have food intolerances. LOVE IT.
Wonderful coffee and friendly folks who work there. I am here usually a couple times a week. The lattes are outstanding. All the coffee is outstanding. The pastries (mostly from Gracious; some from Ryan Universe) are also excellent, though the Girls Gone Vegan are not my favorite. One beef: I wish they made their own chocolate syrup instead of using the too-sweet stuff from a pump canister.
Hip place, good wifi, friendly staff, delicious coffee.
It was a great coffee shop. Talk to the baristas to get suggestions. They picked a great sugar free iced coffee combination that I really enjoyed.
Fantastic coffee and service with a smile. Michael is majestic.
Best cold brew in town.
One of my favorite places for coffee. The staff are ways friendly and helpful. Great place to relax or quick and easy if you're on the run.
Great vegetarian muffins. I’m not e even vegan but they had the best pumpkin muffin!
Let's just get one thing out of the way: the coffee here is amazing. One of the best places in town for your third wave coffee. That's what Mojo is all about, and they do it well. On the other hand, there are a few less than stellar aspects of the place. For me, I'm not just at a coffee shop for my daily fix. I'm going for a little community- and often to work. Mojo is okay for that, but those little signs posted everywhere to purchase drinks every hour if you want to stay... Its busy, I get that, but something about those little signs detracts significantly for the welcoming atmosphere I look for in a coffee shop.
Fantastic coffee and good service.
Great local coffee shop, a must go
Good French roast
Best coffee in the city!
Love mojos
Great coffee
This is NOLA coffee at its best. Very skilled staff making very tasty drinks.
Oh snap gave you review to wrong place...lol But anyway Coffee /Tea great service great, and top it off with local pastries. #100
Always always friendly pleasant polite and helpful. I think these folks are outstanding!
Very hipster. Delicious, affordable coffee.
This is a great spot, good amount of space and the wifi is quick. The coffee and espresso are good here and they vary the roasts nearly daily which makes for nice change of pace. Only oddity is a request that you purchase something for each hour you are there, have never seen it enforced but the flyers threw me of
I love the soundtrack and the vibe here. And the coffee was good too.
The shop is about what you’d expect in a coffee shop. Where they excel is in the drinks themselves...absolutely top notch. The baristas pride themselves in their work, and it literally shows. You’ll find some of the best latte art in the city here, and the drink quality is impeccable. Prices are high. Given the quality, the prices are probably fair, but they make this one a splurge coffee shop. It’s a hangout for local college students during the semester, and especially on weekends, so expect some longer wait times and crowding. If you want a high-quality drink with incredible latte art, this is your stop!
was told there was no hot water and they couldnt make coffee but plenty of other patrons were served hot drinks?? interesting
Chill spot ...very laid back.
The Miel is really good.
My kingdom for their Rose Lemonade! Perfect for a warm spring or summer day.
Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
Excellent local coffee shop with friendly service and good coffee. Pastries available from Gracious Bakery with drink options including espresso, pour over, typical coffee, lemonade, and espresso cocktails (sin alcohol). Generally fairly crowded, some university crowd during school year. A regular spot for me, and I always feel very welcome.
Great tasting lemonades and great service.
Good coffee, slow service (which is true of every Mojo). Great if you're not in a hurry.
With so many coffee shops in New Orleans, this one fits in with everyone else. Very chill place to get work done or meet up with friends. Pretty good amount of tables and chairs in the back, but nowhere to really lounge or get super comfortable. Coffee is above average and they make and bag their own tea which was cool and very good.
Great breakfast spot.
It's a filthy dump and by idiots and drug addicts
Nice place and good coffee!!
Quiet place, good coffee, popular for students to study.
Great coffee, and space to work. They even have a nitro cold brew! (Haven’t tried it yet)
Service is pretty bad. Coffee is pretty good.
Great coffee
Great study spot with great staff! They got outlets, they got Wi-Fi, they got the peace and serenity necessary to unlock both the secrets of the universe and your upper level biology class
Great study space with a fun selection of coffees and teas. If you go past 8, seating and wall outlets will be limited.
We have to come here at least once when we're in town. Love the food ,service and the Latte's
Good coffee, good sandwiches, and good lemonades. Nice place to sit down hang out or do work.
My favorite coffee shop in Nola.
There might be a line but it is worth the wait. Why go to Starbucks when this is right up the road?
Great locations and atmosphere. The employee's personalities and the willing to speak with you and attempt to get to know the customers that become regulars, anticipate orders they tend to purchase and also their lives they are a part of sometimes daily makes for a family/community feel. I prefer the magazine shop but any one would be a good experience.
This use to be one of my favorite spots until today where a bug was floating in my coffee. I took back up to the counter and I showed her the bug and she asked me just to take out. Oooooooo no we dont do that. I wanted another coffee using a different milk and different sugar....
My favorite coffee shop in NOLA. Their coffee is great, and the employees have always been friendly to me.
