This is the best coffee shop in western Kentucky in my opinion, very cute and the food is delicious. I came into town for a visit from Oklahoma City and was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Who knew little Cadiz would have such an awesome coffee shop!? I'm really excited for Cadiz, it's a much needed addition to such a cute little town.

Wow! I’m a New York City boy and Tammy (sorry about the spelling) and her crew have stunned me. I was passing thru Cadiz recently on business and the sign/marketing caught my eye. It’s the type of interest you see when a business owner takes pride. Business concluded, I came in for a bite. The price of the food surprised me. It’s high priced. I then ate my order. Double latte and oven-roasted chicken on whole wheat croissant with herb mayo, etc. As I was eating, the food quality blew me away and I wanted to believe that I was exaggerating the quality, based on the decor. So, I asked. Sure enough, the croissant is home-made in house. So is the chicken. So is the dressing. So are ALL the baked items. Not just home-made, these treats are made from the recipes of the owner’s grandmother, which is why it’s all so yummy! I also tried an angel food cupcake and a red-velvet cupcake. The angel food was great for fans of it. I am a chocoholic. The red-velvet is hands down the best I’ve ever had. They mix actual chocolate into the cake. Just stop it!! To the reviewers calling the food “expensive.” There is a difference between high-priced and “expensive.” When a business owner takes the time and money to furnish you with professional staff, amazing ambience, hand-made food, etc, it comes at a cost. A high cost. You want cheap? Have fast food! Anyway, this little gem is underrated at 5 stars.

Excellent service one of the owners made a suggestion herself that turned out to be an excellent cup of coffee I was very impressed with the personal service and attitude of all the staff. It's too bad I don't live in this area I would definitely be frequenting again. And would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good coffee shop or cafe in this area.

Gives you a very friendly and welcoming feeling. I only popped in to get something to wake me up, but once I walked in I had the sudden urge to sit down, relax, and read a book. Definitely going back in the near future :-)

The atmosphere is good and the staff is nice and professional. The food however is way over priced. Portions are very small but you pay on average of $9 a dish. This would offset if the food was good but sadly it was not. If hanging with the hip and cool of Cadiz and overpaying for garbage food is your thing, then this is your place.

Very good coffee. The staff is excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. If you aren’t sure what to get, they can suggest something based on your vague description of what you want. We stop here nearly every time we come to Cadiz.

I bought an Iced Carmel Latte with two extra espresso shots... big mistake. I had no ice in my ICED latte and coffe grounds in the bottom of my cup. I paid $7 to throw my drink in the trash Thanks The Cabin.

Our family was camping at LBL and, after a couple days, my husband and I were dying for a good cup of coffee. We really didn't expect much, so we were very pleasantly surprised by this adorable little coffee shop! It really looks like an old cabin, inside and out. Lots of personality and charm. Super friendly staff, great coffee, yummy treats!

The Cabin is well restored, very pretty modern on the inside and a pleasant place to enjoy a coffee. The salads are made with real greens not iceberg lettuce. The menu is well rounded with lots of sandwich and salad choices.
