Felt bad for employee working by herself on a Saturday, she was rushing around as fast as she could. Apparently there aren’t enough employees. I Felt bad for her, she had a line a mile long, some just walked out. Bad for business. Was our first time here.

I live at Center Court and come here often.The service is awful, the employees don’t ever seem to have the proper training. In the mornings, the employees are still opening when customers come in and are constantly having to catch up on orders because of that. Smoothies made by different employees are not consistent with each other, and hardly anyone knows how to make the coffee drinks. Today, I came in for an iced caramel macchiato. The girl who made it brought over the ingredients and asked me to pour my desired amount of milk while she went to catch up with walk in orders. It was so unprofessional and irritating. This is a great location with a lot of potential, but Penny you need to get your business together starting with your employees.

Contacted me about providing free smoothies for our group and then canceled on us without telling us. The only reason we found out they canceled is because I called them to make sure they had everything to set up to come in. They weren't even going to tell us they were canceling they were just going to not show up. So unprofessional and I will NOT be going there ever.

Jamba is great for a quick, healthy smoothie. It is a really small area, but it doesn't really busy, so it's never cramped. Smoothies come out quickly, other items may take longer.

I love Jamba Juice but am always wondering more about the secret menu and max and autumn made it so easy for me to order!! Try the white gummy, fruity rocks, or banana berry with peanut butter (those are our favorites). Definitely will start going more because the service has gotten so much better.

Every time I come in, their is one older women working, she is so RUDE!! I feel like I am not welcome in, and it’s a total inconvenience for her to make me a smoothie. You make smoothies lady, lighten up! Never going back.

The gentleman that took my order and made my drinks was super friendly and very knowledgeable of their beverages. The tables and restaurant were clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking a delicious smoothie!

UPDATE: Visited today June 17 around 1:30 pm. I ordered a protein berry and my girlfriend ordered 2 classic smoothies. The female worker was rude provided pathetic customer service. My girlfriend later said the employee ignored her and didn't respond after my girlfriend thanked her for the smoothies at the pickup counter. My protein berry was horrible tasting, not how it should be (I get this smoothie often). I went back 15 minutes later after running an errand. I had barely drank any and asked that they please replace it. James who made the smoothie was fantastic and did a great job taking care of me. The female employee was also there and tried to argue I had been gone too long, and did not want to replace it. I gave this place 5 stars a week ago. Now they earn 2 stars for unacceptable customer service from the female employee. She needs an attitude check. EARLIER REVIEW: Got a great buy one, get one deal here through Hooked. Met the owner. He is a nice guy. Can get a little pricey if you add in ingredients, but everything seems fairly healthy and is fresh.

I love this Jamba Juice! Everything is super clean and fresh and the service is the best, especially Autumn. I work across the street and every morning that I come in Autumn remembers exactly what I order and makes it perfect every time. It's a wonderful way to start my day and puts me in a great mood every time!

Sleepy Already

Used way too much cranberry juice / orange juice in our drinks. Not enough fruit. I ordered a pomegranate, strawberry, peach, mango drink and all I could taste was cranberry juice. Mango a go go was just orange juice with essence of mango taste. So sad because she talked them up.

Smoothies and other products are fantastic, but one older female employee is ruining the experience for several customers. She usually works by herself and cannot handle the store alone. She is openly rude and expresses her frustrations about the store getting crowded and having to make all the orders herself. She is very slow when making the orders and they don’t always come out right or as the other employees make them. This woman needs to be fired. All of the other younger employees are great, it’s just this one woman that is a problem.
