When they first opened we tried it and it was great. Ate there again today, there was something black in the middle of one of the French fries and something unknown in the middle of the hotdogs. The hot dogs were so tough you could barely bite into them. We took one bite and threw it all away.

I’m new to Kentucky and recently moved to the Lexington area. I had some friends recommend this place. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by their fabulous employees. Jordyn (the cashier) walked me through the menu and gave me her recommendations which helped a lot. I got the CEO and it was amazing! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a great burger with some really great crispy fries!!

This was not a bad Burger. But based on cost of burger versus value I believe it's on the low side. I ordered the bacon cheese Burger Fi. The bacon was definitely not fresh and overcooked. And despite that the burger still tasted pretty good. This burger even though it was a double did not have a lot of meat on it. And for the cost to be $9 I expected it to be more. I also ordered the cry and Fry and it tasted great. But again for $6 3 / large onion rings and a couple dollars worth of fries it seems to be on the expensive side. I did top this off with an Oreo custard shake and it tasted fantastic! It was again not an imexpensive at $4.50 and it unfortunately did not get completed until after half of our meal had already been eaten. I will give the young lady credit when she took our order she did warn that the shake would take a while. For three of us to get burgers two of which were single cheeseburgers we did get two milkshakes and we shared one order of cry and fry this whole meal came out to $39.50.

Customer service is incredible. Food is great. However, the place was a little dirty and very sticky. The bathroom was covered in some sort of sticky film. My shoes got stuck on the floor. Would suggest doing better cleaning up.

Been there twice, and while it is nice having a beer with your burger and we appreciate the healthy food options, the burgers and fries just weren't that impressive. I gave an extra star for the amazing onion rings.

We enjoyed the food; I always get one of the veggie burgers. There were a couple of problems: it was a little pricey for two burgers, one fry, and only one drink. Also, it was too cool, and the fan was too much for a cool day.

When they first opened the food was really good but it has gone downhill. The burgers were cold, the lettuce was wilted and the buns, which were really fresh and nicely toasted when they first opened, were dry and cold. Fries and onion rings are still really good though.

Went in tonight after not going in for well over a year and the staff was soooooo friendly. The manager (I believe) was who waited on me and she went wayyyy above and beyond even went as far as numbering the boxes my burgers were in to match the receipt. Great staff great food!

Way over priced. One burger, fries, and a drink almost $17. Horrible service. Had to send burger back and did not feel welcome after. We’ve been here before and always had a good experience but I guess all the employees did not want to be there today and made it known. That’s probably why the place was so dead.

I want to brag on the Fayette Mall location in Lexington Kentucky. The staff is always friendly and courteous, but yesterday they went way above and beyond to accommodate a request I had. My family and I are very impressed and will definitely be sharing this story with everyone we can. Highly recommend!
