Third Space Coffee is the best local food and coffee shop I have come across in the Kansas City area. The coffee is excellent, and their food is outstanding. The club sandwich is delicious. Nothing beats a simply dee-licious and satisfying sammich. I've never had a meal or pastry there I didn't thoroughly enjoy. The shop itself is spacious with plenty of seating, large tables, and an area for kids. I go in every time I visit Bonner Springs.

Excellent Coffee, Great Food and Friendly Staff! I sat down here today to get some coffee and work done (A friend recommended it). I have to say when I'm not on the road this place will be a regular "go to" for me. The space is beautiful and their selection is fantastic. (Killer Club Sandwich.) As someone who gets coffee in Austin, LA, Chicago and all across the country.....I hope Bonner Springs residents realize how lucky they are to have this spot. Great decor....places to plug in... big fan.

My sister and I visited this place for the first time. We ordered our coffee and seated ourselves. After awhile our coffee hadn't been brought to us so we got up to ask and noticed that it was sitting on the counter lukewarm.. We had no idea that it was there. Very disappointed in the hospitality of this coffee shoppe. I enjoy having coffee out but this is a "NeverAgain" for me.

I tried out Third Space Coffee for the first time today, while I was killing some time in Bonner Springs. This little coffee shop gets 5 stars for the seating and environment alone. I go to so many coffee shops that have quality stuff, but the seating is cold and uncomfortable. A coffee shop should NOT just have tables and chairs. Third Space has a couch, several high tops with assorted barstools and benches, regular tables, booth tables, rocking chairs, group tables, and more. My favorite is the wall desk looking out the back window with 2 cushioned bar stools. They also have a kids section with some toys and a mini picnic table. I actually feel comfortable hanging out in here and working, and that makes this place a gem. I ordered a Cafe Mocha, and it was delicious. Props to them for using Messenger Espresso. The prices are decent, with this cup being $4 for 12 oz. They also have a pretty robust food menu, although I didn't order anything this time. The wifi is open and free. There were a few disconnection/speed issues, but I won't judge too harshly this first time. The only unpleasant thing about this visit was a woman at a nearby table listening to a Christian sermon at full volume. Pretty distracting! :) Definitely will come here again if I'm in the area.

A beautiful, comfortable place to spend time with friends, work on your laptop, or just BE. I love the mix of single spots, tables for groups to eat, and couches for longer conversations. The wifi is fast and the conference room is amazing! I felt light, warmth, and peace here, and I plan on coming back!

I was visiting friends from out of town and was looking for a place to get some work done and find a place that would freely and gladly welcome an ethnic minority. Very friendly and welcoming staff! They have actual good quality coffee (unlike starbucks). They have great Pour Overs and Espresso. Food was fresh with great taste. They didn't mind me studying and working for a while. Fast Wifi available! again friendly service!

This coffee shop is wonderful! I like that the lunch & breakfast menu is short & sweet and the sandwiches are so yummy. I did not try the coffee but I look forward to doing so in the future. The decor of the place is shabby barn chic, with mismatched black antique chairs with burlap cushions. It is adorable. I will definite visit Third Space again when I am back in the KC area. Honestly, this is a jewel of Bonner Springs. I don't know what more you could want in a coffee shop. It's local, quaint, very well run, tastefully designed, the food is delicious and homemade, it is managed/staffed/owned by great people. I'd put Third Space head-to-head with any other coffee shop. It's worth a drive.

I happened upon this quaint little coffee shop on my way to a new job. They were courteous polite and very very fast. I recommend it to everybody. The biscuits and gravy were excellent and the almond milk latte was incredible. Temperature was perfect frothing as perfect as you can can get almond milk anyway. Again go here great place tip well. This is voice to text while driving so if it's a little erratic I apologize.

Randomly picked 'Third Space Coffee' on our way to Basehor. Very impressed with the location (downtown Bonner Springs), the atmosphere, plenty of room and older vintage building. Very busy and waited in line for 7 minutes. There were only two younger ladies working and asked if this was normal and she replied not at all for a weekday. The tennis tournament in town was delayed due to the weather which brought in a mass of customers. Under the circumstance, these ladies performed their jobs exceptionally well. My hot oat latte was hot and very good. My better half had tea which she stated was very good. Our muffins were fresh and tasty as well. Worth going out of your way for a pleasant and different coffee shop.

This morning was the second time I have met a friend here for a chat over coffee. I had a veggie wrap and a latte and both were wonderful. With several different table shapes and locations within the small coffee shop, we were able to find a spot quiet enough to spend three hours visiting.
