Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. Rustic decor and soft lighting had a comfortable feel. Great service and drinks that were definitely not watered down. I will be back very soon.

To start off, I will say that our server, Emma, was polite and professional. She was very diligent at refilling our drinks and checking up on us regularly, and she was very sweet :) The restaurant was two-thirds empty and yet we still waited 45 min for our three meals after we ordered, in which they came out cold. Emma was quick to check on us and return to the kitchen to warm up our meals. The service was fantastic but the timeliness and the quality of the food was not up to par. I understand when it gets busy in a restaurant that the food takes a little longer to come out, but the restaurant was not anywhere near full.

The atmosphere at this place rocks! This would be a great date night restaurant to take your significant other! The salad was giant and colorful with great flavor. The pork chops and rotisserie chicken were some of the juiciest, fresh, well cooked meats I have had at a restaurant in Wichita since I moved here. The cocktails were also great and there was a large bar to support variety! I will be returning here soon.

The food here is excellent, the service is second to none, no joke, the service is UNBELIEVABLE. During your meal you are likely to have 5 to 6 servers stop at your table to refill your drink, remove dirty dishes, or simply check in to make sure everything is good. As busy as this place gets they ALWAYS have impeccable service. We stop here every time we're in town.

I have to say we were disappointed! Shrimp cargo was very rubbery shrimp was way overcooked! The Steak was too burnt on the out side so it tasted but even though it was medium rare. The smoked trout was pretty dry. It's just all in all we we're disappointed especially for the cost is $123 was not worth that whatsoever.

Jandi, served our 11 person party well. She brought out food without long wait. Got drinks filled consistently. Plates were removed from the table often. Sunday evening with friends.. Redrock didn't disappoint.. went over for drinking and dinner.. service was good.. food was good.. we all enjoyed the evening. This restaurant has great ambiance and food. I 100% recommend the rotisserie chicken. My family also ordered the chicken fried chicken which was also great but a touch too much pepper. This is a great choice for dinner!

My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary today and had dinner at RRCG. The food was amazing as usual, but even better than the food was the service. I arranged with the manager to bring flowers and a gift to have waiting on our table when I brought my wife into the restaurant. Nick, the manager called personally and helped coordinate bringing in the flowers. They even put the flowers in their cooler until we arrived. When I brought my wife in, there was our table! Arranged with the dozen red roses and anniversary gift I had bought her. She was so surprised. During our meal, Carley (evening manager) came over and was so pleasant and sweet. She even gave us a huge desert on the house! Every employee that came to our table wished us a happy anniversary and all were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wanting great food and great service. Thanks for a great job!

I hate to give tradition a bad review but sometimes things just do not work out as everyone envisions. Background on this review, every year for the past 3 or 4 years I celebrate my birthday with the best group of friends anyone could ask for. I always, always want to eat at Red Rock Canyon. This year however left a really bad experience in the books. Our party total was 20 people however a couple had to drop last minute, we were told they could handle a party that size. Now we did have to wait a bit for our spot as another party was still in the room and that was okay, the food is definitely worth the wait. However once we were led to the room we found the tables were separated where 8 people were at one set and the other 10 were at a completely different set, mind you not far away away but who wants to talk really loud while eating birthday dinner with friends. You could see if the tables were arranged in a very specific way the entire group could be seated together without issue. When asked all I got was that would be against fire code, not possible plenty of room for the tables to fit in the center of the room away from any door. So not only did I have to get up and walk between tables to converse with friends and loved one's most of the time the tables were waiting on water refills, drink orders and just down right sub par service. If you have a small party or date night I would definitely give this place a high mark on your list, for larger parties I would look else where.

The steaks are the best. If you want steaks done right, this is the place! The ambience is nice too. We were talking a respite from working too much. It was what we needed; dark, not too loud, and delicious. The rotisserie chicken was supposed to be their specialty. It was as advertised. Excellent!! Great martinis too! I really enjoy this place. I eat here on Sunday afternoon on a fairly regular basis, and I have always been a fan. Last weekend, though, my medium rare steak had no pink in it and was dry. I didn't send it back, although I told the server when I cut into it that it was overdone. I don't know whether I should have sent it back or not, but that has been bothering me. Has anyone sent a steak back because it was overcooked? Should I have? I didn't enjoy it much. I ate about half.

Redrock Canyon Grill We chose to eat here when passing through town because it was highly rated. We were not disappointed. Delicious, generous portions and good service at a reasonable price. Good menu variety. Full bar. Outdoor seating available. Ground level entry and seating making it easily accessible. The only downside was the noise - hard to have a conversation.

It's been a few years and a remodeling it seems since I was here last. Back then.. all the wait staff took care of the customers, whether it was their table or not. Great times back when it first open and a few years after. Now I'm not saying the service here was bad. Far from it. It just was not as personal and inclusive as once before. The food that was ordered by my family and friends was good but great (I did not eat due to a late lunch) and had minor issues but the amount of doggy bags being asked for said enough. Drinks a bit pricey but not unreasonable. Guinness beer should be served in a Guinness pint glass as almost every place I've ever been. If your a expensive place.. spend the money, get the pint glasses. Long story short, we all had a great time, was worth the money spent and is a favorite place of my family and friends. Next time, I'll get some of that chicken that was slow roasting. It looked Awesome!

Greeted happily by the young ladies up front. Had a seat at the bar while waiting for the remainder of my party. Bartender was pleasant and helpful. The rest of the folks showed up sooner than they had projected so I got cashed out quickly and asked the ladies to find us a table, which they did promptly and with great attitudes. Appetizers and dinner were very good, though we ran out of room for all the plates on the table even though there were only three of us. I suppose my only beef was that the key lime pie slice I ordered to go was...too large to finish!

This is one of my absolutely favorite places to go eat for dinner. It is usually busy so call ahead or get on the waiting list because it is worth it. I get their center cut steak and it is cooked perfectly everytime. The service is always super friendly, fast, and there when you need them. The atmosphere is a more romantic feeling but would still be fun in a group setting. Would recommend this place although it is alittle pricey but very worth it.

This is my favorite place to grab a salad for dinner. I usually get their house salad with rotisserie chicken. If your doing low carb you may want to tell them to not add the shredded carrots, cornbread crutons, and the slice of house baked cornbread. Otherwise get carried away bc I do and it's so good! We had a really awful experience here about 5 months ago. I have, without a doubt, experienced better genuine service at the local Village Inn (sincere props to that business). Which was discouraging for the price tag and the special occasion we were celebrating. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because 1) We gave it a second try with a to-go order and the food was very delicious. 2) The response from the manager after I shared my concerns was upstanding, prompt, and kind. To me, that says a lot about the integrity of this business.

Went there for the first time the other day. I ordered a small filet and it was cooked perfectly. It was wonderful! Probably the best steak I've had in a very long time. Redrock Canyon Grill is one of my favorite restaurants. On this visit I had the House Salad with rotisserie chicken. There is the Redrock House salad which is on the menu, there's a Rock Salad which is off menu and the House Salad which is also off menu. Everything is made fresh with great ingredients ( and the portions are huge). My wife had the meatloaf which is served with mashed potatoes and wonderfully sweet carrot slices. The service is the best. I drink a LOT of water and I never am left with an empty glass when I go there. Highly recommend this place for when you are looking for a hearty meal, going on a date, or just have that special occasion. Wear a dress shirt, most people dress a little up when they eat here. They are closed for lunch, so dinner is always busy.

a down home atmosphere with flashes is elegance and upscale posture. Wear jeans is fine but so is a suit. A perfect mixture of high end cuts of meat but charming and delicious favorites like meatloaf and rotisserie chicken. One of the best salmons around and each side (which are actually included) are all the rave leaving no individual star on the plate. I've gone over the years many times and I'm yet to be disappointed.

Typically we have great service and food. When we arrived i specifically ask for a table no booth for 7. We were told 30 to 45min and no problem for us. Then when our table was ready we were taken to be seated at a booth with 1 seated in the isle and that all tables were reserved for parties of 8 or more. Very disappointed, should have been told this at first. We decided to go elsewhere. Since it would be at least another hour wait.

If you ever wanted to splurge and spend some money on good food, this is the place you go. I have NEVER had a bad steak here. The first time I came here I got a side of shrimp and they brought me 3 pieces--my response was "is that it?" I ate my words when I tasted it. Its all great food. Bring me the check---it is worth every penny.

We generally don't go during high traffic times so the long waits associated with this location never really applied to us but I hear they can be very long so plan ahead!

I love all of their salads, their rotisserie chicken dinner and potatoes are SCRUMPTIOUS, and their overall decor and vibe is nice. The servers were very attentive, sometimes so much so that they accidentally took silverware that I was still using, which was kind of funny. I used to work here as a hostess and it has not changed my opinion of the place at all. I highlt recommend.
