This place is fantastic. The new location is wonderful, its bigger and has a lot more seating. The interior/design is really cute and not overwhelming. They've got a small table of branded items to purchase. Prices are reasonable and the quality speaks to that. Food is GREAT! My favorite is the guacamole chicken club. The caesar salad is great as well as the cranberry turkey. The drinks are good, I'm a fan of the mango iced tea and the coffee is great. I've had a cappuccino and enjoyed that too. I haven't tried any pastries but they look delicious. The only issue that you sometimes don't hear them call your name or the staff has no idea what food belongs to who. Not always, just occasionally. I highly recommend this place to all. The crossroads is a fun area.

This place is great. Always clean, the foods awesome, the coffee drinks are incredibly tasty, and the service is fantastic. The roast beef sandwich is my go to and the half sandwiches are huge. The breakfast sandwiches are also fire and great hangover cures before a long day in the office.

Good, simply prepared tasty food. Sandwiches and wraps with some great flavor combos. A 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup is a good sized meal. Downtown prices, so expect 15$ if you get a drink. The new location has more seating so that's a plus. Food delivery could use some work, I didn't hear my name for the coffee I ordered so it sat there for awhile. Also I see staff wondering around with food, looking for who ordered it. Otherwise it's a good experience. I had a roast beef sandwich. I would've put more horseradish on it but I like it spicy. Give it a try it's a good place.

Loved it! So much more than a coffeehouse. Relaxing atmosphere! Come here for breakfast, lunch, meetings, work or to finish writing a book. Simple perfected menu in addition to the coffee retreat. Breakfast is also served all day. I ordered a delightful egg sandwich with perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon for lunch. Hats off to the kitchen.

Large, airy breakfast and lunch spot. Large private room in the back. Plenty of room to spread out and to have a bit of privacy if that’s what you desire. Food is made from scratch and very fresh. The salad pictured below is a half Cobb salad so you can see that the portions are generous. Plenty of staff, very clean and bright.

Great food, great coffee! I showed up at 8 on Sunday and the staff was attentive and cheerful. Ordered the Turkey breakfast sandwich at their recommendation and was pleasantly surprised as to how good it was! Ordered a Carmel latte as well. For both it was roughly 12 dollars and i included a 15% tip. Coffee came out first and the food was served shortly afterwards. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food immensely! Will be going again!

Food was average, service was subpar. The coffee was straight up horrible. It was obvious at least one of us needed a fork which wasn't brought and neither were napkins. For a place that has a suggested 15% and up tip it felt very much like a self service, which is a 10% situation. In furtherance, the server never came back to check, which I don't mind it's just a disconnect between cost and value. I wouldn't go back there on my own, but if someone wanted to meet there I'd say yes. Not sure how it has such a high rating. I walked by a couple of counter diner places and thought they'd have been cheaper, yummier and have at least diner coffee instead of wanna be good coffee. We hit up Parisi at union Station and got a really nice cuppa. The response by the manager is tone deaf. To be crystal clear, there was no grandma there and if there was I highly doubt she would approve of the coffee, food, service or the response. It was a three star review but what's a manager going to do about the experience as I believe my experience was representative. I'd never give a bad review based on extenuating circumstances. A good note, the food comes out fast.

This is an awesome little coffeehouse. I wish I had been hungry because the food, breakfast food, they were taking out to people looked amazing. The coffee came out piping hot so I was concerned at first but once it cooled both the americano and cappuccino were perfect. The environment here is so cool. Its quaint, quiet but not too quiet. People visit and interact in a relaxed way. I'll be back to this spot.
