This is a family run business. I had the small cheeseburger and it was delicious! They don't take plastic so bring cash. We had a bowl of chips and a can of pop with our lunch. If you haven't been there you should make it a point to go.

The whole place is Flithy. I got stale chips served in what looked like a community chip bowl. Had to fight off fly's the whole time I was there. The soda I was served was out of a store brand 2 liter. The hamburger is big, but not alot of flavor. However it was cooked on a gas grill outside because they said something was wrong with the grill inside. Probably just needs cleaned like absolutely everything in the building.

There is no Jack and no coffee, but the women there make huge 3/4 to 1 pound burgers that are grilled to order. Inexpensive and a really tasty, huge burger.

Great burgers. Burgers and onions on the grill only. No fries. They do have plain chips and pickles and jalapeños. Cash only. Great one pound of burger slapped on the grill to perfection. Huge. Delicious. I just wish they had fries, etc. Keep it simple.

Not what it use to be since it reopened! First time I went back they said it would be 45 minutes to get my burger, with two customers also waiting, & the second time I went back they were out of buns and the lady waiting on me talked me into regular bread & a cold burger sitting on the grill. The whole time they complained about not making money. News flash: They won't make any more of my money!

Sweet mercy from above, where do I even begin. This place is called the best burger in Kansas for a reason. From a straightforward combination of beef, onion and bun something absolutely magical is formed. Every person involved in making your burger loves it, and you can taste that passion in each bite. Jack's does one thing, and only one thing: burgers. And they have mastered this craft to a level I personally have not seen rivaled anywhere else in the state. For a member a mere 6 dollars cash, (this is a cash only establishment), you can get the "small" burger, with your choice of American cheese, raw or grilled onions. Maybe that sounds like a limited menu, but rest assured, you won't need more. And when they say "small" here, they mean "in comparison to the $8 large burger," because even the small patty dwarfs both its bun and your expectations. If you decide to get the large, be ready for a meal of epic proportions.

Fun experience. Good price. Unique atmosphere. Good burger - plenty of meat! Went here with a coworker, and it was a nice little place. May not be the best choice for a first date, but its a nice bite! I added a picture of the entrance to the restaurant, as we were hesitant. We were the first ones there for lunch one day, and at first glance we were skeptical if this was actually the right place! Stop by and give it a try!
