My son and I went here today. I asked to change sections. Our new waitress, Kristen, was very nice and had a great attitude. I was kinda picky with my order but the wonderful waitress didn't seem to mind. She was also very nice to my son. Job well done. We'll be back soon

This place wasn't even busy,food was brought too us cold and one order was wrong.Our waitress didn't even check on us for drink refills,had to ask another waitress for refills she acted like it was a pain to get our refills.Then we sit there and sit there and finally had too ask for the ticket so we could pay.Won't be back

My grandma had dental work done and she ordered chicken. My grandma couldn't chew it well. The waitress was awesome and got my grandma fish instead. It was much easier for her to chew. I greatly appreciate that she did that!!!

Just went there and everything was great at 1st, then the waitress leaves my bill and tells me to pay upfront.. I'm getting ready to go pay upfront like always when suddenly she approaches me and tells me she'll take my payment, I was confused and told her I got it.. then she insisted she'll take it and that'll she'd give me my card back soon.. honestly I felt very uncomfortable, made me feel like I'm some kind of thief, like I was gonna go without paying so she had to make sure she'd take it. Maybe she thought a mother with 2 kids can't afford a $30 bill at Ihop.. I only left a tip cause I'm a waitress too but really shouldn't have.

The food here is okay. I personally love their pancakes, and every time I go there I get pancakes. However, my husband ordered eggs over easy and got two eggs that were broken and hard fried. I don't know why I didn't make him send them back, but he's an easygoing guy, so the waitress got off easy. I just didn't like the look of cleanliness at this place, as in not clean. It just didn't Sparkle at all. Like I think a restaurant should. Smudges on the front door, problems with the silverware Six tables not cleared off when we arrived. One waitress obviously having problems of some kind because she sat down and ate instead of clearing the tables. I hate to put down an IHOP, because I love their pancakes, but this one at this time of day just did not make the mark. Sorry

we often get delivered orders and every time, something is missing or 2 or 3 of the orders have mixed up parts of another's order. I love IHOP, I wish they would check orders more closely

It wasn't crowded when we went. Our server was 1 or 2 weeks shy of having a baby and she thought she was in labor. She did the best she could at that point but still we spent 65.00 between 4 of us and expected someone to at least help her.

I have been to this location a couple times now and have yet to be satisfied. Today, my family and I came in around 2:00pm. We were the only ones in the entrance when we walked in. Several workers made eye contact with us and they all just stayed in their huddle by the kitchen and kept talking. Several minutes went by before one of them came to seat us. When we were being seated, we noticed all the tables were dirty. The gal seating us even made a comment about it. She apologized and said it was not her area and did not know why the tables were not clean. She just laughed and said "I guess it's just time for me to leave." The entire time we were there, no other tables got cleaned! Our waitress was friendly and the food was good, but we were just put off by the filth and unprofessional work ethic of the staff. Our waitress never came back after giving us our food and the check. When we were done and went up front to pay, it then took forever for someone to come up and take our money.

Disgusting! Horrible service, half of my food was burnt and nasty. The server wasn't very helpful. Manager wasn't very nice either, offered excuses with no solutions. They weren't even going to offer to replace the food. All we were told is they were understaffed.

Where do I begin! I expect loud obnoxious customers late at night, but not in the early morning! After waiting 30 minutes for a table, I find my flatware was not clean when they brought me my coffee. Possibly the worst IHOP on Earth! I will avoid this place like the plague

I understand sometimes places are short staffed and it might have been okay if anyone had been the least bit apologetic about it. The manager said nothing and our server was surly. Won't be going to this location again.

Not a good day today at IHOP. Usually have a good experience. To be fair, they probably can't find enough employees. Help signs everywhere. Our waiter was friendly and did a good job. Everyone working there was hustling. Took about 35 minutes to receive our food though. My food was good. My wife's pancakes were undercooked in the center. She ordered steak and eggs and the steak had a sweet flavor to it which wasn't good. We've been there many times and this is the first experience we had that wasn't very good. So we'll be back for sure.

I had to rescue a friend that had broken down nearby & together, while fighting the winter storm & a few salt trucks, we managed to get there to pick up my to-go order that had been ready over an hour. The manager went ahead & remade my whole order for us adding in a couple hot chocolates to ease our troubles. Thank you!

Was very disappointed. Friend asked for no tomatoes on salad because of allergies, but they had to remake because of the tomatoes they put on there. Wjen they brought it back out to her it was almost half the size of first one. I had asked for crispy hash browns & got barely warm ones. They did end up bringing me crispy ones right before we were getting ready to leave. We have both worked in the restaurant industry & was very disappointed. The service was ok once they noticed we were standing at front waiting to be seated. We will not be recommending this place or will we be back.

Waitress was friendly and provided good service. For over half our meal, was very warm on our side of restaurant. Food was hot when served, and was good. Pancakes smaller than before, and only 2 of them. Used to be 3. Poor waitress didn't have change, (and apparently no way to get any) and was going to cheat herself. We were able to come up with correct amount. Must be new management.

Unacceptable service this morning we couldn’t get seated with plenty of open tables. The staff didn’t seem to mind people started leaving. Unfriendliness and filth on more than one a occasion. I just wanted to be quick about returning thinking it was s bad day previously but sadly I was wrong, they have a bad team at this location. Don’t waste your time and money here... Harvest grain and nut pancakes, eggs over easy, hash browns, smokehouse sausage. Doesn't get any better than that. Only complaint is that how can you have all these flavored syrups for pancakes but still only have regular creamer for coffee? Get with the times com'mon flavored coffee rules the day.... Service was average on this last visit, neither great nor bad.

Always fast and friendly service. I have had the same waitress twice now, Dawn, and she is the bomb. She makes me feel welcomed every time which is great since I often dine alone. The food is hot and comes just as I've ordered it. Obviously I'll be back again thanks to the great team work and staff here.

Nice place to go to breakfast with my daughter. She is a picky eater, but can generally find some good options here, both healthy, and not so healthy. On our last visit she got the green "Grinch" pancakes, which I was surprised was a hit. Overall good breakfast choices for adults to. Big fan of the omletts and of course good old fashioned pancakes.

I came here to eat with my family. The waitress took our order but didnt actually give our order to the cook after 25 minutes because she said there was other people up front waiting for food. the restaurant was practically empty, there was just me and my family at one table and other people from another table at the time. we decided to cancel our order and left. I dont recommend coming to this IHOP.

How I despise the breakfast rush and the effect it has on the work staff's attitudes...but I'll suffer through that and the extended wait time just to bite into those buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Once seated and order placed, plan on not seeing too much of the wait staff during busy times. Plan ahead everything extra needed such as condiments, drink refills, extra butter and syrup, etc. during the next return visit by the wait staff. Otherwise, save your breakfast appetite for lunch or dinner or do a walk-in carry-out. I do that often. Calling orders ahead are better, but the phone may ring a while during the mad rush there.

I am looking at places I haven't reviewed in a while. I never posted this review, I think it was about 6 months ago. Still won't go back. Here is what I started typing that night ............. This visit was not what I expected from IHOP. My food was ok, but my wife's was served half burnt and horrible. We guessed they were short staffed, but that doesn't explain the food.

Smells like they soaked the floors in pesticide and never properly ventilated. It was difficult to breath and several patrons looked dizzy and sick. Only one overworked waitress during what should be a dinner rush. Iced coffee tasted soapy. I hear customers complaining that they might not get their food with such long waits. Had to run out for air. Probably the worst IHOP experience.

I had one bad experience they're out of the 50 times I've probably been there. I love it the food is great I almost know the whole menu by heart. I get seated almost right away my waitresses always on time to serve me and ask for my drink. The one time that I had bad service, my waitress took the people behind me and sat them at a table, and then took us when we were in front of those people, and set me and my boyfriend at a dirty table and took our orders 2nd when we were first in line. Messed up our orders 3 times! And then when I refused to pay for it because of the service the manager at that time even got an attitude with me about how she had to remake our food when it was their fault to begin with and she made our food wrong. Thankfully they're Under New Management. It's been a great experience ever since.

IHOP is a nice very family friendly restaruant with a diverse selection of breakfast and lunch items. When compared with other breakfast chains IHOP seems to be similarly priced. The food was good, service was quick and friendly. A very good place to meet for brunch with family or friends.

Hello, please sit back and enjoy the awful show was our family outing. We went on a Sunday around noon, no wait. We waited longer to be acknowledged by our server (not a busy section) and it was half hearted. Drink orders, wrong. Order wrong and dramatically so plus one of our child’s meals never got there. So we waited additional time, fine. My husbands omelet smelled rancid- the vegetables were obviously out of date on top of being split in half like two order (which they tried to charge us extra for) when we never requested that. Sent back. After getting my daughters plate which looked awful WE NEVER SAW OUR SERVER AT OUR TABLE AGAIN. I saw him grabbing a personal drink, at the front, and servicing another table. We never received refills after our initial drinks, he never dropped a check, and the only acknowledgment of the poor service was “Oh he’s learning”- NO MA’AM. He doesn’t care about this job, he has no interest in learning.

I have a group of "mom friends" and we will spend hours group texting trying to decide where to eat. 9 times out of 10, we choose IHOP. The menu satisfies all our cravings. Joyce has the turkey breast sandwich, Sue enjoys a breakfast, Carol goes for the ice cream sundae for dinner. Jane and Tammy enjoy salad, Janice orders the talapia, Sharon likes the chicken strips, Donna has a burger. Perfect!!

Only 6 tables. Ordered a shake and she said she would be right back with it. 45 minutes later still no shake. Watched management touch our food with bare hands and then serve us will it sat on counter for 20 minutes. No thank you. Dirty tables and horrible serve. Would not eat at this one. Makes IHOP’s look bad. Been to their ones had fantastic service. Never checked on us in the 45 minutes for drink refills either. Unsanitary

Never have I felt so compelled to leave a negative review. I'm stepping out of my generally "care-free" no complaints attitude to inform the googlesphere that this was by far, the worst Ihop experience of my life. I witnessed people being sat at dirty tables. Glasses sat empty at all of the tables surrounding us. A waitress who neglected to acknowledge us after serving our food (an order for 2 which took 45 minutes to recieve) and of course the order arrived incorrect, which is actually the LEAST of my problems with this experience. It took 20 minutes just to get out of there. Ive said enough, with plenty more to say. Will NEVER return to this location. And to add to my disappointment, for me to leave this review, I had to give you a gold star.

Wife and I went on Thanksgiving around 3pm. The server was wonderful and very accommodating to the drastic changes I wanted done to my cheeseburger. The food came out right and it was delicious. Drinks were always full without having to ask which was awesome. It was a very pleasant visit and even though it was Thanksgiving, to have our server be cheerful was a pleasant suprise.
